Today from the route of karol bagh to gurgaon the bus from of 8:50 am bus did not stop the road at the shankar road bus stand. The bus driver saw three people standing on the bus stand and did not stop the bus. This is not acceptable due to him 3 people are reaching office late. This bus driver on multiple instances does not behave on road he did a hand gesture while he saw us on the bus stand. They think it’s their bus and not of public....

I was travelling in route no 112 with bus no DL 1 PD 4932. Driver stopped the bus 1 km before the last stop. On asking about this, he replied that bus will move forward after half an hour . Bus number ((DL1PD3646) Orange ) is not moving in it's bus lane as the blue bus is moving.
Also it was changing its lane frequently.
I hope strict action would be taken by the concerned authorities.
The incident took place near Punjabi bagh chowk, west delhi....

On route 780, we are facing issue of non availability of buses during peak hours in evening. Earlier it was not like that buses used ply on there allocated times after every 30mins. But, now they run according to their own timings due which there is no bus available during office hours.

Kindly look into the matter and if possible pls set the time table as earlier so, that we do not face any transportation problems.

We being teachers face a lot of problems as there is no bus service in the morning and afternoon.
(Morning 7:00am from Rajouri to Rohini
Afternoon 2:30pm from Rohini to Rajouri)

The only bus that suits us is 984 A which has no route in the early morning that is from 6:30am to 7:20 am towards Rohini.
Same in the afternoon no bus service towards Rajouri garden from 2pm to 3pm.

DLPC873 ( bus route chauhanpatti to mori gate )..first he filled the bus more than its capacity so there is not enough space for a person to get off without any hassle..Bcoz of this I chose to get off from back door not from front door and driver close the door befor I get off so he doesn't show concern for my safety...

A bus was arriving (YMS), Which was moving towards nand nagri bus stop...the last four digit of bus no. Is 8404.
The bus didn't stop even after my hand gesture there were 2 more people with me.
The time of the incident was 2:13pm....

I was travelling in bus no. 874, having number:DL1PD-0219 on 10 June 2022 .
The conductor refused to offer the vacant seat next to him (as the bus was full and many passengers were standing)
Kindly seek explaination from conductor regarding this or please let me know about dtc rules as how many seats are reserved for bus conductor .
This act of conductor has certainly lead to inconvenience...
