My mother is travelling from vikas puri to vikas nagar via bus and her stop is shiv vihar she is continouously told hik that stop has arrived but they both were busy in talking and misbehave with my mother and using bad words .. Bus no.-153, time - 1:10pm
This is very irrespectable
I request you to please look into this matter and take some actions against both of them

This letter serves as a formal request for a full refund of my payment which I paid while applying for student bus pass But it's get rejected. I applied for on the 07June 2022 and its rejected after 2 days.
According to your term/condition the refund will be credited in consumer account under the 15 working days But it's 24th day. Till now didn't get any refund.

My father is daily wage worker and he have to travel through bus to reach his working site . But from where he have to get his bus to back to home the bus no 801 is not taking passenger from Puspanjali G Block.
He have to take auto from Puspanjali G Block to reach back to home and he have to pay 200Rs to autowala but his daily wage income is only 400Rs .He is paying 50% of his daily wage.

I am a student in Delhi govt. School went Kashmere gate bus pass department near G.G.H.S Indraprastha University today i.e. 4 July 2022 for renewing bus pass.Literally, i stand there in line almost 2 hours. There was 20-25 people in line but those employees are not working properly. Even they can't run keyboard properly. There typing speed is very slow. At 4pm about 5 people's are left in the line where I was at 3rd position. Those employees shut down the office even after requesting so much they don't do so. The closing time for bus pass department is 7pm but those employees shut down at 4pm. I really feel sad after this. There was so hot and I was really dehydrated. Please take strict actions as much as possible to those employees. There were two employees (1 lady and 1 man).

The bus service of 540 route from tara apartment to kendriya terminal is not satisfactory. Passengers have to wait for a long time and staff (drivers and conductors) donot behave properly with the public. They park the buses near tara apartment bus stand and even after seeing that many people are waiting for the bus to start, they refuses to go. Due to which people are getting late for their offices and wastage of time is there. People have to wait for a long time to get the bus 540.
Therfore, I appeal to take an action regarding this as soon as possible.

I am Aparna Dhawan and post my marriage had my name chaged to Aparna Arneja. For this I submitted my application online to sarathi.parivahan.gov.in.

My application number is [protected] and DOB is 22 Apr 1993 it was submitted as of 23 march and till this date i have not received my license and its still pending. I have reached out to them on email and they keep ignoring it without reply.

Please could you look into the same.

Bus number 2246 route 923 bus time 9:55 am in Najafgarh terminal without get passenger drive the bus.. and also without bus time drive the bus with out passenger...

I Vikash kumar minocha a residence of sector 30, faridabad, haryana. I want to bring to your keen notice that the street dogs in our society have created a panic. There are n number of street dogs in our society that to they are unbearable. They bite people with no reason and chase them. They have created a terror in my society, they are expanding day by day and if this continues there will be more dogs than people in our society. They bark day and night so, people aren’t able to study or sleep. Its my humble request to kindly remove them from our society...

Would like to bring to your notice that on the route fr mehrauli to manglapuri via mahipalpur and vice versa very less services of buses are there. Only 715 and 947 bus is available and that too have very less number of services. Also the AC buses with same number are even lesser (1 or 2). Will be grateful if this complaint can be resolved.

When I had gone to drop my wife and 4 year old daughter at the bus stand then the bus number 539 arrived and she starts boarding from the front gate then the guard tells to board from the back door then my wife and daughter went back door and the driver does not open the back door and drives the bus forward, so we thought that the driver might not have seen, since I was to drop my wife and daughter from my car at the bus stand, then I would take them both to the next bus stand, I stop in front of that bus, yet that driver does not open the door and drives the bus forward, then my wife and I understand that this driver is stubborn and rude and willful was not opening the door while other passengers were also sitting. It is a request to you that strict action should be taken against the driver and guard so that no driver can do such misbehavior in future.

The bus route no. 988. Vehicle last four digits - 4531.

Around 5:15pm on 1st July, passed by the Karol Bagh terminal stop without stopping even after signalling by hand.
Moreover the driver was talking on mobile when driving and completely put people's lives standing at the stop in danger as they had to chase the bus in the middle on the busy road. This kind of behaviour from driver is very frequent but in this particular the bus was more than half empty. So the driver can't even say that there were already too many passengers inside the bus.

The services of Bus no. 544 is quite infrequent and If you talk about the passenger the list is nowhere ending. Getting a seat in 544 is a golden opportunity which only few people get even someone don't get a place to stand in the bus.It never runs according to timetable, People have to wait for atleast 1 hour to board on the bus and the route through which it passes has very high no. of passengers. As the covid cases are increasing in Delhi Travelling in such crowded buses even make the conditions worse. The netizens are facing a lot of problems due to this .Every day people are getting delay for their work, Students are getting delay for their college.
The situation can be improved by monitoring and rescheduling the time table and most importantly by increasing the bus service.
Hope you will look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

Dtc bus not stop the bus stand

Sir,

This is regarding seat reservation for ladies in DTC buses. .

The rule says that the seat has to be vacated by any male passenger sitting in the seat reserved for ladies when there are any women passengers who ask for the same. But this does not happen at all. I travelled (567)from mayapuri to saferderjung and whenever I ask male passengers to vacate the seat, their usual reply is that, there is no reservation...

DTC bus driver with bus number DL1PD 4857 didn't stopped bus at bus stop - Dashrathpuri @ 12.28 pm, 29 Jun 2022.
He daily don't stop the bus at this bus stop

This bus man didn't stop the bus and my stop was to get down sultanpuri but it didn't stop the bus and took y block and was abusing me bus number DLIPC8121

I have applied for students bus pass online on 8th June and I has been rejected by dtc and they said that money will be refunded in 15 days .now on 28 th June I have not got my money refunded in my account and on dtc application status it is showing that the refund has been given but I have not got my money back yet till date...
