Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] Complaints & Reviews

While i was filling the online bus pass form after submitting all the documents online in form, when i click on submit after that they show "You are not authorized for Delhi Building and other construction workers all route Non-AC Bus Pass".

please resolve this complaint as soon as possible.

I am writing this to you in connection with an incident which occurred on 29th April 2022, while I was travelling in a DTC BUS DL1PC1210, ROUTE 702 TOWARDS SHAHDARA, @21:45.

Just when I boarded the bus from 'NEW RAJDHANI ENCLAVE' TO 'SWARAN CINEMA', I noticed that the conductor (ticket issuer) of the abovementioned bus was not sitting on the seat allocated to him as per the rules of the Honorable...

We are the residents of plot no 189, abhyankar nagar, nagpur-440010. Since last few months at day and night dogs start barking & fighting with each other causing disturbing during sleeping hours I am writing this at 2:20am just because I am so frustrated and can't even sleep. There are new new dogs coming in the area I don't from where but I request you to please take all the stray dogs from the street as we don't need anyone of them as there...

In this bus the driver is not well behaved and the conductor is also not telling the correct information and the marshal is also not present in the bus and the bus driver not using his route and always open the front gate...

Pass I'd:[protected] to travel easily in DTC buses, but pass is not issued even a single time and no specific reason given for it. Customer care asked to file refund claim for the same and can't explain the reason of not issuing...

I'm rahul from delhi (Palam), first of all thanks for provide DTC bus service they are too good but I'm so frustrated with 715 service it's only one to two buses for this route, I'm requested to you please improve this bus route service at least 5 buses.

Dear team,
A lots of time Bus No 623 and 624 are not stopped at R.K.Puram sector 2.I don't know why are so hurry for that.In the morning (25th April 22) the same incident is happen.
Please look into this in serious note.

When I entered the bus driver suddenly push the break coz of that I got Bruce and a cut in the palm and when a passenger goes to bring ointment from the bus first aid kit there was in the box
Not only do they drive rashly but also misbehave with passengers...

I have applied DL and given DL test on Date- 08/03/2022, Application no -[protected], It is showing that I have cleared test but showing pending for documens.
It takes too much time..
I have visited 3 times RTO office and found that RTO officials has lost my documents..

Bus no. DL1 PD5015 is not stopping the bus for passengers at JJ Colony Wazirpur everyday. The driver arrogantly passes by ignoring the waving of passengers.
Please look into this asap....

I made payment of 500 for my e bus pass three days ago but still I haven't received my e bus pass.I mailed them regarding this issue but no response from their side....

Driver of Bus Number DL1PC8601 and route number 605, did not stop the bus at bus stand at 7:45 pm on 17 april 2022 even when hand was shown by 2-3 people. This route has only 2-3 buses so now passengers have to wait for another hour or so for next bus....

Sir mujhhe gali diya dtc bus wale dhakka dekar bahar bol raha tha jane ke liye or tickets bhi nahi diya our ulta mere pe bol raha Tc se pakarwaunga please help me...

In the night around 9.30 PM, I took the DTC green bus (347 Kashmiri Gate) from Okhla Bird Sanctuary bus station. The conductor asked me to pay 32 INR when I contradicted that it takes only 29 INR, he said this is the last bus departing from here. If you want to travel buy the tickets paying 32 INR. I had no other option left I was too tired so I paid that much I gave him 200 INR and in returned he gave me only 160 INR when I asked for 8 INR...
