I Paid Amount for DTC E-Bus Pass on May 21, 2022, but did not receive it yet.
On the website it is showing application status as : application payment has been refunded. But i didn't get refund.

While I was coming back from Noida with my wife suddenly at 429 Bus stand, one bus which was behind me started honking me unnecessarily and that was a narrow road. While moving towards St. Paul George Global School located in south delhi opposite to aravali apartments, alaknanda...all buses stand there at school or muthoot headquarters. I stopped him and asked him the reason for such behavior. He started abusing me and his friends and colleagues came over and started abusing my wife and me. One of the guys who's picture I have attached started molesting my wife and started telling me that 'Tujhe hum sab milkar marenge teri film ban jaegi aur teri biwi ki'...those were there words. I said sorry and they asked me to apologize otherwise they will miss behave with my wife. So I apologized and I went away from that place although I stay very near by in DDA Flats. I want to ask Delhi Government if Bus Drivers will behave like same with their mother's daughter or wife what will they do. All the buses standing there at night, they put on the AC of the bus and they drinks and they party inside bus. I have also attached their bus numbers. They are misusing the money of people who are loyal tax payers. My next step would be elevating this issue in social media like twitter. Please look into this issue and especially that guy who was molesting me and my wife, who's picture i have attached. Thank You.

Bus route no 623 didn't stop at Delhi Sachivalay bus stopage at nearly 7.25PM where some passengers were waiting for the bus. It's very Disappointing when bus is urgently required but it doesn't stop

Hello sir my name is pinku. I want to complaint about the driver And conductor because my hand is rashed in the back gate of bus when i going steps in the bus. The bus no is DL1PD0082 THE time traveling 9:53 at the bus stop is mangolpuri B Block. After this accident when i ask complaint book from conductor for complaint this accident he didn't give me. SIR i hope you will take action about this complaint

We have about 10 to 15 stray dogs on our neighbourhood, and they have been making a lot of noise for the past 2-3 months, disrupting our sleep. These dogs fight all night long and create a lot of noise. I can't recall the last time I slept peacefully in my own home. My mother has diabetes and is unable to rest properly due of the stray dogs. I respectfully request that a dog catcher team be dispatched to my street so that this situation can be rectified and we can all live in peace. Even though we are animal lovers, this has gone beyond our comprehension and is no longer bearable.

Root no 569 down time 6:30 at mangolpuri and bus speed only 15 km/hrs.pilot has not interest to drive.
So kindly action against the pilot.

On 18th may I made e-pass from DTC official website and all thing get successful done my payment was also successfully send, but no receipt or acknowledgement should be received. And e-pass also not received . So I request to be refund my ₹750 rs. My payment proof attached given below:

Kindly confirm are the seats still reserved for ladies in DTC bus as they used to be. Since no one vacant the ladies seat saying that women don't pay for the tickets so they have no rights to reservation.
Even martial, conductors and driver support such people. They say there are no more reservations for ladies.
Kindly clarify. And if the reservation is still there kindly suggest what action should be taken against such people?

I am writing this to bring your attention to a serious issue which I faced today while travelling in a DTC Bus (Bus no. DL1PD4757, route no. 154). Today at around 12:35 PM, I took a bus from my nearby stand (Village Akbarpur Majara Last Bus Stand), the bus is showing its route by showing its route no. 129 (Jhingola Village to Old Delhi Railway Station), I sat in the bus neither the Driver nor the conductor told the passengers that their time of work is over and they left us at Akbarpur Majara Crossing. I have already taken the ticket from the Chartr app. They parked the bus there and asked us to take a new bus. So, as I have already taken the ticket, I waited for about 15-20 min at Akbarpur Majara Crossing, and a Bus of route no. 154 came. I hurriedly boarded the bus as today is my exam at 3 pm at Kirori Mal College. I didn't take the ticket as I have already brought one and informed the conductor about the same (it's same as usually buses stopped working due to technical issues and then we shifted to a new bus with the same ticket), everything is going good, until 3 Ticket Checkers boarded in the bus from Alipur underpass, and one asked me for the ticket. I showed him the ticket which I took before in the 129 route bus and explained that the total 3 buses are stopped at Akbarpur Majara Crossing and I have already taken the 15 rs. ticket in Chartr app. I showed him the Ticket and also mentioned that the time is clearly visible on the ticket and I am saying the truth. I also showed him the video I shoot on my phone, in which its clearly visible that buses are stopped there. But they didn't listened me and forced me to pay 200 rs as fine. The lady conductor of the bus also refused to admit that the buses are not there but everything is clearly visible in the video and the screenshot I took in the Chartr app (clearly visible buses are standing there). They all seemed to be illiterate guys as they spoke in rude and in a disrespectful way. They are just literally forcing me to pay the fine or otherwise I leave the bus. I am in such a hurry because I had an exam at 3 pm and already running late for the same. I tried my best to assure them that I'm an honest guy by showing him the all tickets I purchased through the Chartr app recently. In the end, I avoided the quarrel with them and handed over 200 rs. to them. This whole incident is very shameful. As a student of a reputed college and a responsible citizen i know all the rules & regulations and respects them. Due to this incident, I felt very ashamed in the bus and I even ended up getting more in my examination. I request the Delhi Transportation Authority to take a serious action against this corrupt behavior of employees. They must be punished for such a shameful and unprofessionalism act. It will be kind of you if you let my money back to me, because I'm a student & respectful citizen of India, and it's a hard earned money of my parents.

Road dogs attack on everyone in my area so please capture dogs

I am working in INA and traveling to my residence sec -1, pushp vihar when returning from safdarjung hostpital. the incident time is approx. 11:30 am, when bus reached near by PTS bus stop,
I requested driver to stop the bus when reached, but he was running bus fast and cross the stop. and not ready to stop the bus.
I requested him 2-3 times, but he talk nonsense and very much no fear of any one. I just take the pic of him, so can be able to recognize ..
I would request you to please take action for the safety of people and negligence of fear in driver.

Today (17/05/2022) I sit in bus DL 1PC 7562 Badarpur to Noida phase 2 route bus two days i focus on this driver he diver a bus like he never handel the bus how to drive or he not follow any traffic rule which is made by our delhi constitution when the red light he go in a wrong lane and overtake all vechile he drive a bus like a very stupid driver when he drive a like you see a small child how he trun a handle and drive in assumputuion he drive like this and on cut he turn a bus in very high speed on 60 kmph on cut the driver name Arvind and the defence volenteer who stand behind him he cheers him . All passengers are afraid see the traffic camera and bus camera i don't have any evidence by vedio or photo but you can see your DTC camera when he turn how the people move you automatically know he he drive...???????? Driver name is Arvind saffron tilak is on his fore head ...?????? please take some action because at a single time approx 55 to 60 people in a bus...

Gud evg sir when I am reached bus stand I am waiting bus number 725 long time but bus is not stopeed while I am raise hand but it's full speed and goes Time -6:22 date -16May2022 why this type of issue plz take immidiate action sir

I am student of DCAC i applied for e bus pass under student all route ac/non ac category. I get a email after paying fees that "we will send you a link on your registeted email and moble number within one working day" But now two working days are completed and i dont receive any such mail. And i travel in dtc bus with ticket. So i request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.

Driver was very rudely behaved while getting off the bus at Arjun park bus stop najafgarh. On 14 may 2022 around 9:10am.
Bus number was DL 1PD2467
My request is to please don't recruit these type of bus staff.
However home guard in that bus was good behaviour. You can see cctv footage if cctv footage is available. At that bus

I have made the payment to DTC on 11 May, 2022 for renew of DTC e bus pass. Amount was deducted and today is 13 May, 2022 and i have not received e bus pass. E bus pass generally gets delivered the next you apply the pass, but i mentioned i didn't received yet. I have made payment through SBI net banking. I have tried contacting to all the numbers of DTC website for help and support. Either the numbers are switched off or no one is picking...

This is very disgusting to describe the legacy of bus driver of route no 418A who don't stop at Shyam lal college Shahdara stopage again and again. Today, on 12 may 2022 at nearly 4:50PM, a bus driver of route no 418A didn't stop and kept ignoring me and some passengers at Shyam lal college Shahdara stopage. This type of incident is being faced by me often. I have lodged a complaint against bus driver of route no 418A on 9th may 2022 also. Please take action against such drivers as to make them understand that not stopping at mentioned stopage is going to bring them into trouble. I hope that some strict actions will be taken against them.
