I am ekta residence o[censored]ttam nagar and i am working so i travel to daily for the route o[censored]ttam nagar to punjabi bagh. but there is so less service of bus sometimes i wait for half an hour in morning. esic hospital is also on this route so patients are also suffering a a lot they keep standing and wait for a bus so i am requesting you to please increase the bus service for this route.

We being teachers face a lot of problems as there is no bus service in the morning and afternoon.
(Morning 7:00am from Rajouri to Rohini
Afternoon 2:30pm from Rohini to Rajouri)

The only bus that suits us is 984 A which has no route in the early morning that is from 6:30am to 7:20 am towards Rohini.
Same in the afternoon no bus service towards Rajouri garden from 2pm to 3pm.
Kindly consider timings of teachers for this route.

So daily I go same route in metro and bus yesterday I got 433 bus in govindpuri
I entered into bus and there is full of crowd
And ticket checkers entered into bus same govindpuri bustop and ask me the show your ticket and I explain just now we entered into now I'm going to brought my ticket and the checker tell no you want pay the fine for without ticket traveling bus.
And checker did not listen anything he just want pay the fine and I know his name so please I don't tell anybody . Please do some action for that checker .

I am Rajeev Ranjan a resident of Patna, but staying in sadipur delhi - near metro pillar no 215. I want to lodge a complain against forceful fine imposed on me of (2×200) in DTC bus no: 2589 on route no: 753 as follows :
As soon as we ( me with my friend chandan kumar a resident of w.Bengal) boarded the crowded non-ac DTC bus on Karol Bagh bus stop i opted (for him as well) for taking the ticket through QR based-CHARTR app but payment failed and while i was attempting to rescan the QR code, 3 men looking like ticket examiner came to us and stopped us from using the phone for scanning the ticket QR and forced us to pay ₹2×200 along threatening us of facing consequences if not paid the amount immediately. We didn't had that much cash in hand so we paid it through phonepay.
They were in such a threatening mode that they didn't even listen our any explanation even knowing that they also boarded on just next Stop. In the whole process of pulling me up they didn't even allowed to de-board us on our destination stop.

Sir, these are some very much harrassing acts we become victim to which along with today's fine of ₹400 on us:

On 11/06/2022: when I requested the conductor to tell me about route no to feed in app (CHARTR), he abusely denied and started scolding even after i already had ticket provided by him.

On 10/06/2022: We gave a ₹100 currency for two ₹5 tickets, and when we requested for not returning us torn currency, he got angry and refused to return us our ₹90 back. On several requests he then returned us deliberately the coins of whole amount and we could not de board our destination stop.

To get rid of facing the conductors physically today I tried to take the ticket from app but as soon as i reached the QR sticker and tried to scan it 2nd time we were imposed the illegal fines of ₹400 and in the process of threatening us they didn't allowed us to de-board on our Stop.

Pls consider it urgently, not only monetarily but from the view of our self respect and arbitrary behaviour of conductors which they seem to have been used to of.

I would like to seek your attention towards rude and mannerless behaviour of a conductor of bus no. DLPC873 ( bus route chauhanpatti to mori gate )..first he filled the bus more than its capacity so there is not enough space for a person to get off without any hassle..Bcoz of this I chose to get off from back door not from front door and driver close the door befor I get off so he doesn't show concern for my safety and even then conductor behave rudely with me it's very humilitating which ruin my day...Time during which I faced this behaviour is around 10:25 A.M. and I was travelling in that bus for mori gate terminal in morning around 9:35 A.M.
So I request you to plz ask all the service provider in bus to behave properly and show concern for public safety...

I was standing on the ambedkar college bus stop.
A bus was arriving (YMS), Which was moving towards nand nagri bus stop...the last four digit of bus no. Is 8404.
The bus didn't stop even after my hand gesture there were 2 more people with me.
The time of the incident was 2:13pm.

I was travelling in bus no. 874, having number:DL1PD-0219 on 10 June 2022 .
The conductor refused to offer the vacant seat next to him (as the bus was full and many passengers were standing)
Kindly seek explaination from conductor regarding this or please let me know about dtc rules as how many seats are reserved for bus conductor .
This act of conductor has certainly lead to inconvenience for fellow passengers, and ruining the image of DTC buses .
I'm attaching the pictures of my ticket and vacant seat that remained unoccupied during whole journey.

Gud evg sir when I am reached bus stand I am waiting bus number BY PASS EXPRESS long time but bus is not stopeed while I am raise hand but it's full speed and goes Time - 6:22 PM date -09JUNE2022 And I Ask other bus driver he says there is not such type of bus stand board of dtc bus stand but online chartr Dtc App shows Sir C. V. Raman ITI Bus Stop please provide dtc bus stand green board because many ITI Sutdent facing problem and go for next bus stop burari x-ing which is very far from cv raman iti bus stop.there is summer Season.
This request from all Students of ITI
kindly resolve this issure immediately basis

Today (09/06/22) I travel Timarpur to bhajanpura. (5:00 pm DL 1 PC 8815)

I ask to conductor to seat near conductor seat but he told me that it's not passenger seat.

He talk to me wrong way and give me unnecessary reason like emergency, illnesses, go ahead etc.

Is there two seat reserve for conductor.

I tried to stop bus by giving my hand. But but did not sop at bus stand. Bus no is dl1P D1350

Time. About 8.30 am manglapuri to sultanpuri 741 . Driver not stop bus properly bus stand the pasenger running at bus stop but he is closs the door quickly.
I asked the driver next 4 stand why are you not stop he abused and closed the door .
And sir it is not only this bus almost all JBM bus driver do this pls see this matter.

आज 07.06.2022 को दोपहर 3.00 के लगभग लक्ष्मी नगर नई दिल्ली मे बस no. 469 जिसका रंग ओरेंज था... जिसमे DTC के टिकेट चेकर लोगों के गुट ने एक युवक और एक बुज़ुर्ग पर बिना वजह जाने हिंसा का प्रयोग किया... और मनमानी भुगतान कराया और reciept भी नही दी... और बतमिज़ी से व्यवहार किया और थप्पड़ का प्रयोग किया... जो बहुत अनुचित है... ये कोई तरीका नही होता है सरे आम गरीब से पैसा इस तरह लूट कर अपना घर भरने का... इसकी कड़ी से कड़ी करवाई होनी चाहिए... DTC के कर्मचारी ने हाथों से सारे पैसे छीन लिए...

Non stopping of bus in Nirman Bhawan Bust Stand after 730-800 PM, despite waving hands by the passengers. This is a regular feature. I work in Nirman Bhawan and a regular passenger, commute daily to and fro Ashram to Nirman Bhawan and also a all route pass holder. Bus Numbers are 181, 166, 410 are generally do this at night after 800 PM, sometime the buses are with only few passengers. Once I reached the complaint number with much difficulty after trying a long hour. But they say that I have to tell the Regn. No. of Bus. Is it possible to note Regn. Number of a bus at night (dark) when it whisk through in full speed ignoring the waiting passengers at bus stop? DTC should train their drivers to make them sober and think the interest of the passengers not their whims. Whenever they want the will stop and whenever they do not they will not stop. This is very bad practice. If passengers are there then DTC services survives. Please make them understand this. DTC busses are not their personal property/vehicle, those are for passengers who cannot afford car. Please see and take appropriate action so that at lease buses stop at every stoppage.

Bus no. DL1PD 4962 going on a route of Azadpur road (136) is doing a rash driving and only driving in a wrong lane which is causing a lot of havoc to public

The driver was driving rash, overtaking vehicles and honking continuesly on the conpkete way.

Not listening after saying as his honking was so loud.

He was arguing after stopping. That it's not your personal vehicle. Very illmannerd driver.

I am a college student at MSIT janakpuri and my home is in East delhi, laxmi nagar and whenever me and my friends leave for home after our classes we cannot find a single AC bus that goes to laxmi nagar, and yes I know there are some AC buses that go to laxmi nagar that arrive at the stop every 30 min (Like-740EXTN.) but they don't come in after our classes. *So I request DTC to add more blue or red buses that go to laxmi nagar from sagarpur park after 2 PM their action would be well obliged by the students of MSIT and many more people it is torture to travel in buses in 40° celsius*

I travelled in DTC bus regularly and most of the time the AC BUS of DTC is declared breakdown by driver and conductor very often in the middle of road with no reason or even with very little cause or damage.

Today 1.6.2022 it was one of the days too.
Bus no. DL1PC7620(717A) time 5.30 pm, the conductor of bus made the bus to stop in the middle of the road due to a simple argument with a women and told everyone that window is broken and this bus will not move forward. I waited for 30 minutes so that conductor can stop the other bus for us so that we can go . But it didn't happened, then most of the people took any vehicle which was in front of them and few people were left .
Then he told us that "ab bhid chali gayi chalo bus mai bus Start kar lete hai" . But one other bus came and then he told us to sit in that bus.
He wasted very precious time of everyone .

It is seen that Cluster AC Blue Bus is not going through D Block Thana, E Block, B Block Mongol Puri, these buses are being bypassed directly from Q Block Mongol Puri Bus Terminal to E Block Mongol Puri, such In this situation, the passengers who live in the vicinity of D block have to go to B block by other means to travel in the above buses and 40% extra is being spent every day.

2. Apart from above, it is pertinent to mention that earlier the Cluster AC Bus (Blue) buses were running via Mangol Puri’s D Block (Police Station), E Block & B Block route while other DTC buses are still running on the above routes.

3. In view of the above facts and the problem of poor passengers of Mongol Puri, it is humble requested to restart Cluster AC Blue Bus from Mongol Puri D Block (Police Station), E Block, B Block, so that poor passengers of Mongol Puri can save time and money.
