Sir driver does not stop bus at bus stop and which is civil defense in it. She talks rudely.Sir, the driver and home guard talks rudely to the student too! Bus number DL1P D2 2408 bus number plate ha our sir bus route number 85 Panjabi bagh ( time 1 am to 1:30 ha sir Sir, I request you to make them understand that they should not talk in a rude manner.

The Delhi DTC bus no. DL1PD5483 route no. 943 from Sultanpuri Terminal to Anand Vihar at 17:30, the bus does not stop at Telephone Exchange bus stop most of the days.

Sultan puri ke drivers passenger se bahut galat bartav karte hai subah 7 baje se 9 baje tak 944, 937, 943 ki green bus ki service bahut kam dete hai depot wale aur peeragarhi se sultanpuri ki taraf jate hue bus nahi rokte baithne ke liye purusho ke liye to bilkul bhi nahi rokte shaam ke time please inko sudhar dijiye sir bahut bura haal hai sultan puri ki bus service ka

My name is karan. I usually take bus no 764b express from munirka to reach nehru place so that i can reach before / on time as express bus always use the flyovers which saves lots of time because of avoiding traffic signals below flyovers. And that too express bus charges rs. 20 for any distance and no dtc pass is accepted but now as the drivers are instructed not to use flyovers then what is the difference between normal bus and express bus? my time and money both are getting affected because of this new rule/instruction.

Main roz tagore garden se 801 bus pakdta hu jiska number DL1PD4289 hai jo ki ek uncle drive karte hain wo bot ache hain unka behavior bi thk hai par aj 31/05/2022 ko uncle nahi aaye chhuti pe the to unki jga koi hor driver tha usne tagore garden bus stop pe bus nhi roki jabki maine online ticket purchase karli thi or jab main rikshaw pakad ke uske piche gya to mujhe subhash ngr se wo bus mili or jab maine usse pucha ke roki kyo ni to kehta meri marji main nhi rokunga.

There are around 20 dogs in Ajit Bakery lane in Manish nagar, jai durga.2, 440037.

They always disturb us, and run for cutting us always barking on people and fighting with each other and howling at night

I had applied for e-bus pass online on 28 May 2022 and paid the money. They said ''A link to view e-BussPass will be sent to your registered mobile no. And email within one working day''. It is 31 march but didn't receive the link for e-buss pass

Hello sir. I am vikas from Delhi. A conductor who seat with own friend n also Marshall are doing some comments pass on girls and if anybody ask that questions to these person then they beat him and throw from the bus.. So take action against this conducter and marshall who very bad comments pass on girls.. Bus no. DL1PD-1004, Route No.- 817 . time 4:20pm, Date :- 30th May, 2022

Today, dated[protected] I boarded bus no. 883 from GTB nagar (between 9:35-9:40 AM) to Civil lines. I asked for the ladies ticket. I got a seat in the row just in front of the bus conductor. I waited for everybody to purchase the ticket. And again I asked for the ladies ticket. The bus conductor instead of handing over the ticket to me threw the ladies ticket at me from his seat which flying landed over me. It may look like a small incident, but it was rude enough. Kindly see that they behave properly to the passengers.

Sir the problem is Yesterday I was traveling by bus at 8:30 pm, date was 27-May- 2022
the bus driver did not take the route which they should take. And he took the bus from the top of the flyover, when I stopped him to take off here, The bus no. Is DLIPC8929I repeatedly told the driver to stop the bus but he did not stop the bus he started behaving with bad to me and he landed me 3 km away from my route .Due to which I have got a lot of trouble, I request you to take action on this matter and take the route of the bus from that.

I would like to request you to look closely to the matter and find a solution to it as soon as possible.

There are more than 30 Street dogs In this area.
Because of them it's difficult to reach home be as soon as they see they start barking and attacking people at night.
I request you to take action about this as soon as possible .
It's more dangerous at night as they sit middle of the road as group.

3 days back i had applied for DTC E-pass. According to the email received from DTC.It should be dispatched within 1 day. Now it has been 3 days. Still my application is pending.Neither i received pass nor Refund.

Hello I'm vinay Vashistha .. i can request you can not changes routes of buses 997, 990, 957 .. my only and one reason are you can start a new rules buses are drived on under flyover.. I'm so not happy for this rules.. you can again start buses drived on uuper flyover.. and one request also you can not can changs 997 bus route because of bad condition roads likes as town: bhud vhiar, phooth kalan and krishn vihar ... I hope you can solve my problem 😊

A DTC bus bearing Registration number DL 1PC 1021, plying on Route number 73, Commenced its Journey from HARI NAGAR DEPOT, I boarded the Bus from Hari Nagar Depot at 5:33 PM, purchased Ticket up to West Patel Nagar, Conductor Charged RS. 15/ for the Journey. I enquired from the Conductor that Buses plying sent n Route 751 & 775 charge RS. 10/ for Journey from Hari Nagar Depot to West Patel Nagar, I showed him the Ticket issued by the Bus plied on Route no. 751 on 10/05/2022 (Saved on my Mobile) for Rs. 10/ for the same destination from Hari Nagar Depot as Printed on Ticket itself.
Conductor replied that Stage is taken from TILAK NAGAR to WEST PATEL NAGAR, I argued when the Bus Cmmenced/Started its Journey from Hari Nagar Depot, How & Why Ticket Stage is Calculated from TILAK NAGAR but Conductor couldn't gave any satisfactory Reply.
In view of above it is a Case of OVERCHARGING & Cheating with Passengers as Buses Plying on Route no. 751 & 775 by Delhi Transit ( In which Delhi Government is also partner) issues Tickets by the Computerised Machine/ Gadget, which cannot be WRONG or Miscalculate the Fare.
It is requested that Conductors on All the Routes plying by DTC buses should be Issued Fresh Directives NOT to OVERCHARGE the Passengers n Delhi.
Please Take Up with the Fare Committee for Tedrrssal apse Matter will be Reported & Taken up with Minister Of Transport or Ombudsman in this Regard.

This is to bring to your kind notice that recently I have made a payment for the renewal of my dtc buss pass, I got the message on my upi app that the payment was successful but the site displayed error message and I didn’t get any confirmation message (sms on my phone).
Kindly see to it and try to resolve my issue.

The bus DL1pc8124 destination at janakpuri D block arrived at Janakapuri district center stop at 8:05 pm yesterday[protected]. The driver was in a hurry and I got on the moving bus somehow. Everyone knows the traffic jam in Janakpuri district center. Without even noticing the bus line rules, the driver overtook the bus in front and reached the next stop. The bus did not stop despite showing a lady hand at that stop. The driver stopped the bus when the lady got behind the bus. The driver was driving dangerously. The next stop was in Vikaspuri mode and there was even a chance of an accident. The same bus reached Janakapuri Jeevan Park at 08:20 pm.The bus did not stop at the stop even though two women showed their hand to stop the bus. The phone was in the driver's left hand and the steer in his right hand. The Delhi bus service is a worst service, sir. What are the rules you have come up with and what is the benefit?

Please look into matter as I board on bus from A1 Janakpuri to Manglapuri but conductor said machine is not working and given old Ticket from Kanjhwala Chowk although i requested again n again but he not gave me and charged full amount. Route no 741 Bus no DL1PD5261 Time approx 9:32 Am Date 26 May 2022.

I was travelling in bus number 118 (DLIPC 8741) which goes from Mayur Vihar to Mori Gate. I boarded at Vasundhara Enclave and while getting down at ITO at 8:45 am on 26 May 2022, since there was huge rush inside bus i asked the driver to open the back door but he refused and said badly to come in the front i wont open the back one. I said there is huge rush please open still he refused and said cant open you come in front and badly uttered in front of Police person who was standing inside bus. Even the police person standing was smiling and didn't even utter one single word. You should take a legal action against this bus driver and the police person who is nothing worth to be a policemen who can safeguard people in bus. I am a women so now how can i trust these policemen inside bus who cant do wrong with women in buses. They can be involved with these drivers. Kindly take case against them.
