I travel in 764Ex bus since long time. They charge rs 20 for any destination and stops bus on limited bus stands. But now a days passengers are facing problem in this bus. They still charge rs 20 and stops on every bus stops. Again many passengers do not willing to pay this amount and again bus stops for their de board. Kindly ask them to stop this bus on only those stops where they have been directed not on all bus stops.

The subject mentioned bus is regular but not punctual and staff is also not regular . The staff is everyday changed. The actual bus timing is 8.15 a.m. from Janak Puri but it is coming late everyday. Most of the commuters are working in PSU and Govt. deptt. and they have punching also. Due to coming late in the morning commuters are reducing day by day.

It is requested to kindly ensure that the bus comes on time and staff...

I paid for the dtc bus pass but the website crashed and money got debited from my account, so can you please provide me refund

On 9 may 2022, I was waiting for a bus at Shyam lal college shahdara bus stop, after waiting for 10 -15 minutes, a dtc bus having route no 418A passed without stopping at that stop. This type of incident is very frequent at shahdara college stop. I used to neglect it often but today I needed at the moment (4:50PM) urgently so i decided to lodge this complaint. I hope that action must be taken against such drivers who drive carelessly and ignore their passengers awaited at bus stop.

This is to inform you that this DTC bus no. 801STL never stops at the bus stand even after we keep waving our hands. It's been happening since months. I happen to got the number now that is DL1PD 4246. There's already very few buses for this route that too with low frequency. The bus is always empty and yet the driver bluntly ignores and doesn't stop specially at Bharti College bus stand and Princess Park stand. KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTIONS FOR THE SAME.

Bus driver of bus number 832 S, traveling to janakpuri d block, date: 6 may 2022, time:11:15, from karampura ESI dispensary was very rude and didn't stop the bus on the stop and asked me to leave when he stopped the bus at the red light and was talking on the phone while driving using a Bluetooth set. He shouted at me and was rude to others too.

I have applied for e bus pass on date 03/05/2022. till now i don't get any update on it .

I was traveling in DTC bus route no. 539 from Mahipalpur Village to Kishangarh (Church). The ticket cost was Rs.5 which I had purchased from the conductor. But the checking team said that the ticket was valid till Vasant Kunj. They have charged a fine of Rs. 200 from me which is not right.

please in Driver ko ya to aap job se hataiye ya inhe tamiz sikhaiye or aap mujhe mail bhi kariyega ki aapne iss driver ke khilaf kya action liya h.
OR MENE APNI TICKET KI IMAGE BHI UPLOAD KARDI H JISSE AAP USS DRIVER KO TRACE KAR SAKENGE.

I boarded the bus no. 185 from BBM depot. However, the bus was already overloaded with passengers. There was no place even to keep standing, yet the bus kept taking in passenger - neither the conductor said anything. So, I decided not to travel on the bus. However, as I was getting off the bus, the bus rushed forward and I fell and both my hands have suffered injuries.
This is not the first time when I have seen bus overloading itself with passengers - which given the COVID and the danger it can cause should not be done. Moreover, the conductor should be more alert and not just a nominal person sitting for nothing.

I was standing at Peeragarhi traffic lights at around 8-8:15 am. The bus driver hit my backpack while I was waiting for my cab. The bus almost hit me and I would have been severely injured if the auto drivers hadn’t signaled towards me. The bus’ color is blue and its number is DL 1 PD 6027 (this is the bus no as far as I can recall). Please check with the driver and take strict actions. It is matter of people’s lives which they hardly bother to care about.

While i was filling the online bus pass form after submitting all the documents online in form, when i click on submit after that they show "You are not authorized for Delhi Building and other construction workers all route Non-AC Bus Pass".

please resolve this complaint as soon as possible.

I am writing this to you in connection with an incident which occurred on 29th April 2022, while I was travelling in a DTC BUS DL1PC1210, ROUTE 702 TOWARDS SHAHDARA, @21:45.

Just when I boarded the bus from 'NEW RAJDHANI ENCLAVE' TO 'SWARAN CINEMA', I noticed that the conductor (ticket issuer) of the abovementioned bus was not sitting on the seat allocated to him as per the rules of the Honorable DTC.

Then when I was searching for the Chartr QR code inside the bus, the conductor asked me to report to him as if he was my boss, it was rude and unprofessional. Then when I went to him he said "ticket" & I told him that I'll be issuing the ticket online.

Then I went to him to seek some clarifications regarding route no. of the bus and he was busy talking over the phone so I came back to my seat. When he was done with his phone call he asked me to come again and I gestured to him saying NO.

Immediately his response was "S**** B******* EK thappad maaruga na naachta firega aage peeche" and I was shocked when I noticed that He was Drunk while being on duty.
I felt insulted even after being a diligent passenger of the DTC, this incident resulted in me facing mental torture, being publicly shamed & being threatened by the DTC Conductor.

I immediately told him that this is intolerable and I started dialing '100' to seek help from the police as what he did is an intolerable offence under THE INDIAN PENAL CODE & various other laws of India.

Then the passengers and the bus staff requested me not to do so. I then decided to first report this matter to the DTC authorities to seek justice and proper enquiry in this matter.

Kindly look into the above mentioned issue and take appropriate actions.
I hope I need not remind you that if DTC is unsuccessful in taking the necessary steps and keeping me in the loop then I will have no other option but to approach the honorable court regarding the same.

We are the residents of plot no 189, abhyankar nagar, nagpur-440010. Since last few months at day and night dogs start barking & fighting with each other causing disturbing during sleeping hours I am writing this at 2:20am just because I am so frustrated and can't even sleep. There are new new dogs coming in the area I don't from where but I request you to please take all the stray dogs from the street as we don't need anyone of them as there are already many residential dogs.
Please send the NMC dogs van as soon as possible.

Request you to treat it as urgent as we are very disturbed and frustrated

In this bus the driver is not well behaved and the conductor is also not telling the correct information and the marshal is also not present in the bus and the bus driver not using his route and always open the front gate

Pass I'd:[protected] to travel easily in DTC buses, but pass is not issued even a single time and no specific reason given for it. Customer care asked to file refund claim for the same and can't explain the reason of not issuing E-bus pass as its their personal matter and can't not be shared with consumer. It is requested to issue the bus E-pass ASAP.
Kindly look into the matter and help the needful.

Bus Route 534, No - DL1PC1537, Timing at 9.55 AM Dated[protected]. My co-rider's mobile phone was picked up between Mehrauli and TB Hospital stand. He tried to complain and asked the bus marshal whose name was Mr Amit (not wearing the batch name) to take some action. But sorry that the marshal did nothing to help that person and was busy talking to the bus driver. When we raised our voices he said, "File a complaint to the senior officer, don't tell me anything, only you have the problem". The man whose mobile was stolen, got down at the next bus stop to find and chase the snatcher himself, the marshal did not help him in any way by any means. It's a serious issue if marshals don't even help riders then what is their role?
Please take action against the on-duty marshal, I am sure he didn't even share his correct name and he was also not wearing his name batch either.

Bus no 9390 sarojini nagar depot date Route No 392 toward noida date 25/04/2022 time 8.10 pm bus driver not stop bus at nauroji nagar bus stand when ever bus all seat empty please take strict action against driver and teach him public service responsibility.

A lots of time Bus No 623 and 624 are not stopped at R.K.Puram sector 2.I don't know why are so hurry for that.In the morning (25th April 22) the same incident is happen.
Please look into this in serious note.
