Dear Sir,

With regret, m stating that route no. 729 whose starting point is Kapashera Border, when it reach at Mahipalpur bus stop, all the bus driver of these buses doesn't stop the bus at the bus stop. Instead of they used to stop before the red light and then they fled away without stop the bus at its actual bus stop. Its a harassment to all the daily commuters who used to wait for this bus no. 729 eagerly since a long time.

So, its a humble request from the daily commuters of this bus no. 729, kindly instruct all the bus drivers of this route no. 729 at the Mahipalpur Bus Stop after crossing the red light.

Pls look into this matter & oblige us.

Hello sir, am from thiruvottiyur. Residing at balakrishna naidu colony, 2nd street, raja kadai, thiruvottiyur... Here there are five to six dogs in our street. They are always shouting and coming near like biting peoples. Our children's cant go out for play and also it is coming inside our houses, taking away the slippers, mats etc... Its very disturbance for us.. So please kindly do the needful and clear the dogs from our street.

Today at 7:35 pm bus no. Dl1p5342 route no. 473 (Badarpur border to anand vihar), conductor and driver collected the issued ticket from peoples at annad vihar for reissuing the same tickets to new people.. The ticket was not printed, they was manually cut tickets.

They collect almost all tickets.
Please take this complaint very serious and take action against them. They are cheating to people, dtc & government also...

This is my second incident with the same bus conductor. This time i am traveling in dtc bus route no 794 from nizammuddin to mangla puri. Bus no. Is dlipc9207 (Ac bus).
I have given 25 change but the conductor gave me rs 15 ticket and fought with me that i provided only 15.
Earlier also i gave him rs 50 and he gave the ticket and said that he will return the balance amount later. When i asked for the balance amount while getting down he almost fought that he don't have any balance to return me.

I pity such people who cheat travellers for their own good. I hope dtc will make some good amendments and take action against this conductor which will be visible as i am a regular commuter.

A dtc ticket collector penalized me of rs. 200/- by force dated 08/05/2017. He catched me in the bus when i was taking a ticket from k k crossing to laxmi nagar. Even thought i get bus from same (K k crossing) stopage. I have all proof to verify that i am innocent. It is request you to refund penalized amount.
I attaced the receipt of panelty.

Dear Receiver,

DTC AC bus having vehicle registration no. DL1PC9122 (OMS : Bus origin point is Anand Vihar Bus Terminal) did not stop bus at Laxminangar. The Bus came to Laxminagar around 9.30 am but instead of stopping it, the driver drove it fast because of which i got late. I am a daily commuter of DTC bus and want a better service so please check the same.

I was travelling on my way to office (Delhi - Gurgaon). When i entered Dhaula kuan, my car was behind a bus and i was going in my lane but suddenly one of DTDC bus destined for Dhaula Kuan No. DL1VA9818 suddenly start changing lanes. I can definitely tell by driver's face that he was drunk and he also damaged on of roadblock that is use to split lane. This incident was happened near Dhaula Kuan Army hospital. He could kill someone, I can assure you by seeing his driving. Also he scolded couple of autos. I want you guys to do something against this driver. I am damn sure this is not his first complaint.

I, Vijay Singla had stepped in a DTC AC Low Floor Bus No. DL-1-PC-9050 of Bus Route Sarai Kalekhan from Peeeragarhi Chowk Stand. When it had crossed Saraswati Vihar Stand then upon reaching near Madhuban Chowk Underpass, Irequested Driver to stop the bus at the corner of said underpass (which is a stand made for all buses going straight down the underpass, by bye-passing the Madhuban Chowk Red-Light).
But, said driver despite my several requests didn't stop the bus and against my protest, taken me to the much far distanced stopage / stand at Power House (ahead of Rohini Courts). When I dialled 100 No. Call, only then he made stoped the bus at Power House stand and he along with the Conductor, both misbehaved with me and threatened me of facing dire consequences in case of making any complaint of them.
Thus, by the above all, said driver and conductor have deriliction of thier lawful duty and comiitted misconduct in thier official duty, and so also committed the offence of Wrongful Confinement and threatnening to me.
hence an urgent action may be taken against both of them and till then both of them may be suspended.

I am from gwalior and today in the morning i came by train to nizammudin.
I want to go govindpuri, usually i take auto from nizamuddin to go govindpuri
But today i decided to go by bus
So i took bus no. 429 from nizamuddin.
The bus number dl1pc 3315
I asked the driver, whether bus may go govindpuri or not, he confirmed and i boarded the bus.
When my stop about to come in 5 mins, i myself went to conductor and asked him to take fare from me, he in the very bad manner, misbehaved with me
And shouted on me very vigorously, asking me, why i dint gave him money before sitting on the seat.
I said its your duty to collect the fare from the passengers, but again he shouted on me and said its not my duty to come to every passenger to collect fare.
He also said that every passenger has to come themselves to give him fare.
When i said its your duty, he told me dat he may scold me for dis, and said subah subah dimag mat kharab kar, utar jaa varna maarengey.
I gave him d fare
He took 15/- rs. From me in a very bad manner
I dint expect this from dtc
Who always promises for passengers dignity and evry comfort.
What about it, what i experienced today
Will dtc may take any action against this issue
I do have lot of expectations from dtc

I am frequent traveller of DTC bus service for travelling to office and college and I usually uses the Bus No. 413 (Nizamuddin Rly. Station to Mehrauli) and Bus No. 392 and 323 (Both Dhaula Kuan to Noida Sector 62) to travel. But, I am every day suffering from the problems of Late service buses are late 30 minutes than usual and caused me lot suffering and problems.
Sir, it is requested that kindly make necessary arrangement for these 3 buses service.

I board bus from Delhi University for maharani bagh. Driver constantly over speeding the bus. When reach on destination driver does not stop bus on bus stop and when I asked to stop he start shouting and stop after he crossed the bus stop in mid of traffic and used abusive language for me.
This is really unacceptable a strict action should be taken against him

Sir i am residing in sector 71, B block Noida.There are around 15 -20 dogs in our aector and they create lot of menace and scare .Our kids cannot play safely in the park .There has already been one major accodent with a child who was attacked by 3 dogs in a ruthless manner that she inderwent a hospital treatment for weeks.Please take this as urgent and we expect some action as soon as possible.

My name is Deepak and my phone number [protected] around 8.15 pm, I was travelling in route number 307 from Shakkar pur. At the red light of Rajghat, route was divert because of IPL match so bus driver turn the bus from Rajghat but he refused to go to on that route and stop the bus on near by same red light. Bus conducted told everyone to leave bus and said bus will not go ahead.
So I was surprised because it never happen, in case buses use differ route. I requested complaint book from conducted but he didn't give till the end of discussion. So approx bus stood there 8.30 pm. Bus route number 307 and bus number DL1P C 3176.

I am submitting complaint because few drivers take differ route and some are not . As per conducted of bus, he visited on same place and face the same problem and he did same thing. So my question is why he didn't update any passenger about bus will not go ahead from Rajghat. He had given complete ticket of Rs 10 to me. And why the driver not changed the route

After this I went out to Delhi gate bus stop and picked the bus route number 39. And that bus was coming from same route and that bus was coming on that same way.

If it's right process so I will be update you different bus number who used divert rule then ideally they should follow the same.

It was 2:30 pm on 16 april 2017 when i was waiting for the bus (33) at MULTI GYM stand in VASUNDHARA ENCLAVE .I had to go to NOIDA SECTOR 18 A bus with no DL 1PC 1085 came after 35 minut and it did not stop at the mentioned stand . there were 5 people waiting at the stand.
the bus didnt stop and i ran after it, it stop before a red light . since i ran, i managed to get into the bus, another four people couldnt.
later on in the same bus i saw that the driver didnt stoped the bus at many further stands .
i request u to please instruct the respective driver to stop the bus at every stand, if someone is waving hand to do him so.

Today I take a Bus route no. 423 and Bus No.- DL 1P C 7080 from Pragati Maidan Bus Stand at near about 08:35 am. I told to Bus Driver to stop bus at Lodhi Hotel Stand but Driver do not stop Bus at Stand and driver misbehave with me and other passengers. Hence I trouble in morning and I arrived late at office. Please take action strongly against that Driver.

Widespread number of dangerous dogs in our locality

Dear Ma'am/Sir,
I want to file a complaint regarding the large number of dangerous dogs in our locality, raja ji puram, Lucknow.

I live in F-3261, rajaji puram opp desh bharti public Inter college, Lucknow.

There is a large number of dogs, roams in this locality. They start barking together in midnight which makes the condition worst in night for sleep. Plus, some of these bite people which causes rabies spreading.

I, therefore, request you to please arrange some NAGAR NIGAM squad to get these dangerous dags caught. Please help us out of this.

I am regularly up & dawn from najafgarh to Dwarka Mor metro Station many of time conductor are misbehaving with passengers. But on today I was pick the bus from dansha stand najafgarh. I was take ticket 15/-rs for Dwarka mor metro station but bus driver stop the bus at nagloi bus stand due to some problem & told to passengers take another bus. He is not giving money back to any passenger & suggest another bus for Going. He was also sitting us to another bus. I don't know what's the conversation between both bus conductors but after 2 minutes after running bus...this bus conductor demanding for take ticket otherwise you are out from this bus... 2 old citizens told to him why we take another ticket when we have also ticket for this route & that conductor also told to you then we enter at this bus but he was using rubbish language with his...& Told (leni he to le le Verna es bus se niche ko Hole abhi..bus rokiyo re )with drive & also using some basted language after that situation we have to take another ticket for same route even me also take 2 ticket for only coming najafgarh to Dwarka mor . That is very badly situation created by both conductor at in the morning time our mind are going to hold for some time 2-3 people are going to aggressive but simply we all going to office if we objection of fighting with him than we all gone to late for office...it's very embracement situation with us today. Many of time they are not giving back money of 5/- rs after punching ticket of 15/- rs & when passengers demand his raste money they required tickets & put ticket to him for earn extra income. They are never wearing his uniforms anybody relative sitting at conductor seat .I requested to you please take some action for conductors & please cross check on routing bus. It's my suggestion to you please come on without uniform looks like passengers then you will see what happens going on at DTC busses. Route kair depot/ dansha border najafgarh buses to Dwarka Mor metro station. I will also send details of purchases ticket by me on today...

Please check do strict action to him. You can also see between on 13 minutes we will purchase 2 ticket of 15/- each for same route even morning time that time maximum buses are going to 80℅ empty on that time we are purchasing 2 tickets for coming only Dwarka Mor from dansha stand & nagloi stand..it's very same full worker of you...they always creating problems for passengers. It's my requested to you if you people are really take actions for complaints please first cross check & after take strictly action to him...I don't know what's the name of conductors but you can check the buses time & find out those mens. Please revert back to me I will wait for what's the action taking by you about my complaints. I trust on DTC that's why I will sending complaint please make trust Always with us.

I was travelling in bus no. DL 1P, C9014 which z from bawana to old delhi railway station, came bawana chowk at 6.15PM on 29th march2016. driver was stopping d bus anywhere he wants without any stop and driving with max. speed of 10km/hour. everyone in d bus was getting late for office so a gentleman advised him to drive properly, but driver said ''jyda jaldi h bus se uter ja or fir bolega to pitega''. when dt person deboard the bus at rohini depot sec 18 bus stop driver stop the bus at road side and driver, conductor and a police constable who was sitting next to conductor beat that man very badly even dt person need immediate hosp. care and also misbehave with me also when i support him. pls take it in consideration and help to reaolve this issue so we females feels safe while travelling in DTC buses.

Today afternoon around 3:00 pm while riding bus (Route no. 522) red bus.
Bus driver didn't opened the door at shri fort bus stand, when i asked him to opened the door he said "idhar nhi rukti bus agle stand pe utarna".
When i objected to this the bus driver and conductor starting shouting and abusing on me and pushing me and saying "baithja verna bhot peetega". And misbehaving with me. And didn't opened the door at shri fort bus stand. I captured the photo of bus driver on my phone and i said i will complaint against you and he said "jo kerna hai kerle me nhi derta complaint se"..
Please take a strict action against him. Im uploading his photo.

Today morning at 9:00 AM while riding the BUS No. DL 1P C7953 on Rout No 879 (Green BUS, I have noticed that the driver was moving the bus before passenger could get on the bus. Even when an elderly lady tried riding the bus the driver moved the bus when the lady is still on the road.

When I objected to this the driver and conductor started shouting and abusing me. The conductor was saying what ever he could. The driver used abusive language even in the presence of female passengers.

Further I have noticed that the driver was opening the gates before the bus stand arrives and did not closed the gates even after the bus was moving in speed.

Also please note there is no proper way to register complaints on DTC website. The phone numbers provided were either not working or no body respond the calls.

I request you to please take proper disciplinary action against the driver and the conductor.
