Hi,

I am regularly up & dawn from najafgarh to Dwarka Mor metro Station many of time conductor are misbehaving with passengers. But on today I was pick the bus from dansha stand najafgarh. I was take ticket 15/-rs for Dwarka mor metro station but bus driver stop the bus at nagloi bus stand due to some problem & told to passengers take another bus. He is not giving money back to any passenger & suggest another bus for Going. He was also sitting us to another bus. I don't know what's the conversation between both bus conductors but after 2 minutes after running bus...this bus conductor demanding for take ticket otherwise you are out from this bus... 2 old citizens told to him why we take another ticket when we have also ticket for this route & that conductor also told to you then we enter at this bus but he was using rubbish language with his...& Told (leni he to le le Verna es bus se niche ko Hole abhi..bus rokiyo re )with drive & also using some basted language after that situation we have to take another ticket for same route even me also take 2 ticket for only coming najafgarh to Dwarka mor . That is very badly situation created by both conductor at in the morning time our mind are going to hold for some time 2-3 people are going to aggressive but simply we all going to office if we objection of fighting with him than we all gone to late for office...it's very embracement situation with us today. Many of time they are not giving back money of 5/- rs after punching ticket of 15/- rs & when passengers demand his raste money they required tickets & put ticket to him for earn extra income. They are never wearing his uniforms anybody relative sitting at conductor seat .I requested to you please take some action for conductors & please cross check on routing bus. It's my suggestion to you please come on without uniform looks like passengers then you will see what happens going on at DTC busses. Route kair depot/ dansha border najafgarh buses to Dwarka Mor metro station. I will also send details of purchases ticket by me on today...

Please check do strict action to him. You can also see between on 13 minutes we will purchase 2 ticket of 15/- each for same route even morning time that time maximum buses are going to 80℅ empty on that time we are purchasing 2 tickets for coming only Dwarka Mor from dansha stand & nagloi stand..it's very same full worker of you...they always creating problems for passengers. It's my requested to you if you people are really take actions for complaints please first cross check & after take strictly action to him...I don't know what's the name of conductors but you can check the buses time & find out those mens. Please revert back to me I will wait for what's the action taking by you about my complaints. I trust on DTC that's why I will sending complaint please make trust Always with us.

I was travelling in bus no. DL 1P, C9014 which z from bawana to old delhi railway station, came bawana chowk at 6.15PM on 29th march2016. driver was stopping d bus anywhere he wants without any stop and driving with max. speed of 10km/hour. everyone in d bus was getting late for office so a gentleman advised him to drive properly, but driver said ''jyda jaldi h bus se uter ja or fir bolega to pitega''. when dt person deboard the bus at rohini depot sec 18 bus stop driver stop the bus at road side and driver, conductor and a police constable who was sitting next to conductor beat that man very badly even dt person need immediate hosp. care and also misbehave with me also when i support him. pls take it in consideration and help to reaolve this issue so we females feels safe while travelling in DTC buses.

Today afternoon around 3:00 pm while riding bus (Route no. 522) red bus.
Bus driver didn't opened the door at shri fort bus stand, when i asked him to opened the door he said "idhar nhi rukti bus agle stand pe utarna".
When i objected to this the bus driver and conductor starting shouting and abusing on me and pushing me and saying "baithja verna bhot peetega". And misbehaving with me. And didn't opened the door at shri fort bus stand. I captured the photo of bus driver on my phone and i said i will complaint against you and he said "jo kerna hai kerle me nhi derta complaint se"..
Please take a strict action against him. Im uploading his photo.

Today morning at 9:00 AM while riding the BUS No. DL 1P C7953 on Rout No 879 (Green BUS, I have noticed that the driver was moving the bus before passenger could get on the bus. Even when an elderly lady tried riding the bus the driver moved the bus when the lady is still on the road.

When I objected to this the driver and conductor started shouting and abusing me. The conductor was saying what ever he could. The driver used abusive language even in the presence of female passengers.

Further I have noticed that the driver was opening the gates before the bus stand arrives and did not closed the gates even after the bus was moving in speed.

Also please note there is no proper way to register complaints on DTC website. The phone numbers provided were either not working or no body respond the calls.

I request you to please take proper disciplinary action against the driver and the conductor.

i complained once more a month back but no review was there so today i will complaint once more that a dog is situeted opposite to sandwich nation at sector 10 new panvel...a yellow colour dog had distrubed a lot in sectors ...
running behind all, jumping on bikes &scootees eat all the food ... he is dangerous for children he bited almost 10 people ... please take action

I live in sector 9A of gurgaon and wish to express my issues regarding the start dogs in my locality. They are very aggressive and scream and bark continuously throughout the night. It is very disturbing and I wish that you stop this problem as soon as possible. The barking of the dogs is blaring during the sleep and they often run behind the vehicles. There have been cases of biting and it is getting really scared. A lot of people are living in danger and are afraid while stepping out of their houses. I would wish that you solve this problem very quickly as it is very important.

Firstly the bus service is so less, it comes within an hour
So I need to go to the bus stand an hour ago to travel from Patel Nagar to Keshav Mahavidyalaya
So, today it happened like this.
I was waiting for it to come; 4-5 buses came in a line, out of those there was 1 85ext too.
The next moment it disappears. This thing has happened 3-4 times before too, the driver, in order to not stop at the bus stand, overtakes vehicles at the stand.
This has to be stopped

This is very disturbing thing to my schedule, that recently i am unable to reach my office on time due to almost no services of DTC bus no. 254 in office hours. Even i tried to board buses at times earlier than my office tim, but still i was facing the same problem from last one week.
Like, today i was waiting at Nangloi Bus Stop from 8:45am to 9:30am and there was not even a single bus.
I cannot rely on any other mode of public transport as this is the most convenient way to my office and which is getting worse these days.
I hope you will consider my complaints and take strict action towards it.

I was waiting for the bus no. 753 at shadipur colony bus stop around 1:35 - 1:40 pm, then the red (ac) bus (" DL 1 PC 8206 ") came and the driver didn't stop there by himself instead he was moving at fast speed.Then he stopped but i had to run till there and there also the bus was moving at slow speed instead of being stopped there.Then after taking the ticket i sat on the seat, then i felt the ac was not working.To know the reason, i asked the conductor why ac is not working.He replied there's some problem in it, then i asked him why are you charging extra Rs. 5 for the ac, if it is not working.He told very rudely that it will be charged and it's your choice you want to travel or get down from the bus.Also the driver was running the bus very fast and also that too not on the bus lane.

Please look into the matter and try to improve the quality of the buses and behaviour of staffs.

Above service of vinod nagar bus depot route no. 611a from mayur vihar phase 2 to dhula kuan is suddenly stop. Why, passengers dont know. Passengers face difficulties.

Dear Sir,
I wanted to bring below at your attention, Please do the needful .
Yesterday at around 20-10 Pm . I took DTC bus route No. 442 DL1PC 0950 from Satya Niketan for Kailash Colony . I asked to conductor with a 20 rupee note for a ticket for Kailash Colony, after few while he gave me an old ticket of Rs 25 which was already punched . For a normal passenger it is too difficult to identify whether it is correct or not . I returned that ticket to conductor and ask for a new ticket, he gave me so without wasting any word .
My question, how this type of corrupted person / S are working with a public service department such as DTC the world largest transport service ?? Is DTC bound to bear them for a whole life ?? Need to take strong action against them to clean up corruption and as well as a better society .

Respected Sir/Madam. I residence of Pratap nagar society, Pushpa park daftary road malad east.. I want to complain about stray dogs in our society which are harmful they are in numbers and biting small kids which is very serious..my request to u is please get the dog catcher van and please get us rid of these dogs as they are dangerous they have bitten my kids and before that too to other kids ..please do the needful as soon as possible..

This is to bring in your notice that while i was travelling from dwarka to nehru place, my bus broke down at malai mandir bus stop. So i boarded a red DTC { bus no. 764} and passed a 10 rs note for ticket after asking a fellow passenger about the respective bus fare to nehru place. After some time, two ticket checkers came up and asked me to give them 200 rs, and continuously insisted that they will call up a PCR van, that would take me to some police station as if i am a criminal . When i argued with them about the miscommunication which led me to purchase a 10 rs ticket instead of 15 rs ticket, they completely rejected my point and persistently said that i might be a routine defaulter. Even the conductor mocked at the whole instance which was very shameful. They even said that i am taking disadvantage being a lady which was disrespectful, insulting and very embarrassing as i didn't even call any other passenger to support me on this. I am myself a Doctor by profession, and work as a senior research fellow with CSIR - IGIB, sukhdev vihar, mathura road, new delhi. My husband is also an associate professor with chaudhry brahm prakash ayurveda charak sansthan, khera dabar hospital, new delhi.
I would request you to take serious note on this or else i will take this matter to the transport ministry new delhi.

I would like to say i am girl and 392 bus not coming at mamura mandi from sector 62 noida last 23 days u can inspection all bus comeing from mamura chowk to right then cut before labor chowk and meeting same route before so pls check immediately because bhut janta parsaan hai.

otherwise give us answer ki vaha par koi savari nahi milte and just mamura mand se age cut hai jo metro ne banya hai and bus comfotable terke se aa sakte hai phale ki thare

so pleas check on highly basic requirment

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Sonia Apartment and near Madina Masjid as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had succumed to an injury in my leg as I moved a step back when one such such dog was trying to jump on to me. While I moved a step backwards, there was a stone kept there as a result of which I slipped and the ankle of one of my legs twisted. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

Dear Sir,

I would like to give attention regarding that DTC Route number 8 which is plying from Noida Phase II to BadarPur. While going from Noida to BadarPur via Bhangel--Sector 37-- Mahamayafyover --Kalindi Kunj to BadarPur, it completely overloaded at starting from Phase II till sector 82. So there is no need to travel from Bhangel and Sector -37. No passenger is in between Bhangel till sec-37. As so many alternate option for passenger.

So why not you turn this route from sector 82 to express highway through Mahamay cut to kalindikunj. This saves your time as well as packed jam at Bhangel and Mahamaya flyover which takes min 1 ~ 2 hrs extra on daily basis at evening pick hour. You can run bus thru sec 82 to express highway only in the evening time from 6 to 8 PM. This saves your feul as well time which can lead your more turn around time of the buses for more revenue. You can ask your drivers in this route, he will explain the evening condition at 6 to 8 PM from Noida to Kaindi Kunj.

Sir/madam, i would like to draw your attention towards the locked & not using of bus terminals of dtc from several years.
Raja garden bus terminal, lado sarai bus terminal, karawal nagar bus terminal, vishwas nagar bus terminal (Cbd ground), chanakya puri bus terminal, central secretariat bus terminal, mayur vihar phase one. Govt has spent crore of rupees on these bus terminals & it seems that it was a wastage of such a huge amount on constructing bus terminals.
Surajmal vihar bus terminal (East delhi)& shakur pur bus terminal (West delhi) laying foundation was carried out in 2007 & 2013 respectively, but there is nothing work has been down till present.

Driver has driven very rashly on the route.
He was rude to the passengers.
He was driving very fast and dangerously making the passengers afraid
He was not stopping on the designated bus stops.
He was racing with other buses on the route and abusing other drivers on the road.
Time of incident : 9:00 am to 9:20 am

This is to inform you that there are many dogs in our area i.e. sai lok phase 2 G.M.S road dehradun. Many accidents are caused by these dogs as they run behind the motorcyclists. Not only the accidents are caused but also they causes disturbance by barking overnight.
So sir it's a humble request to you catch these dogs as soon as possible.
