I was coming from okhla to bhogal (Route no. 894, bus no. 5869) in 28/11/2016. I have taken the ticket for bhogal but the conductor have gave me the ticket to ashram not bhogal. The checking team have caught me at bhogal and mis behave with me also used vulgar word. They have charged me 200 rps. Their was not my fault then why have your delhi transit department charged me this amount ad misbehave. I have also take the snapshots of that moment which i am attaching. I will write this complaint on every social media with photo and slip. The have charged me 200 inr and collect it with gundagardi.

Allahabad Court ke DND Toll free karne ke baad, DTC buses me toll lena jaari hai, kuch kahne par conductor ka kahna hai ye MCD tax hai, Ab baat yah hai ki MCD tax hai to

1) DND par likha hona chahiye.
2) Yahi nahi ticket par bhi MCD tax nahi likha hai
3) Ye paise government ke paas naa jakar kahi aur ki jeb me ja raho ho.

I am employee of delhi police and posted in rasthpati bhawan. On dated 20/11/2016 at b 4.00 pm, i have been waiting 740 e bus. At around 4.22 pm, one 740e bus has been come near dr rml hospital bus stand. I has been given sign for stop the bus. But bus driver has been drives bus very fast and not stoping the bus. He was rash driving and about to commit accident. He was suddenly move the bus near me. When he saw that i noting his bus number. He stopped the bus and came to me. He was afraiding me that..., "ja jo karna hai kar le.. M kisi kanoon s nhai darta.. Mera koi which nhai bigad sakta"
Please kajriwal sir... Do something and take action against driver.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring in your kind Notice that as per the Schedule timings of DTC Route # 764, there are 3-4 buses from Nehru Place to Najafgarh after 10 Pm but daily we have to face too much problem as all drivers take out buses before 10 Pm and there was found no bus after 10 PM however at the timing counter bus timing shown wrong by them in the favor of drivers .Even we have informed Mr.Kakkar (Sr.Manager at Mayapuri Depot ) many times but there was no any action has initiated against them.Its our humble request if there is some schedule than it should be follow properly.Due to this we reached home by cab, who charged us double the fare .I hope you will look into the matter and resolve this problem.Thanks

I m ashok kumar from jonapur village, south delhi. i traveled from lado sarai to jonapur village in south delhi, by bus"route no 519 bus no dl1pc7873" fare rs.10/- on date 09/11/2016. bus conductor give me fake ticket and other passengers. i have talk to conductor but conductor told me ticket electronics machine not working. but after few minutes he give another passenger give electronics ticket. i have doubt. so i have told to conductor but not give me electronics ticket. i observe bus conductor not give ticket to many passenger after collect the money. same case regular basis. please check asap.

I have next morning complain this case to bus ticket checker's in gadaipur bus stand but his no any help and told me you have go to sindhiya house and complain case time i am not working my duty off on 2 pm. please suggest

Please take some needful action against these type of anti-social elements of society as well as against the dtc conductor, driver & bus guard who are involved in these activities.

Mera naam Atul sharma hai, aaj subah mai pass banwane DTC (Lajpat nagar) office me gaya, unhone mera paas nahi banaya kyonki mere paas 500 aur 1000 ki currency thi.

Koi result naa dekh kar aur gahnte bhar waste karne ke baad maine DTC ki bus pakdi aur apne office noida(sector 62) ko chal diya, conductor ko Rs. 500 diye aur kaha daily pass bana do, usne kaha change nahi hai fir mai wait karne laga ki nayee sawari baitegi change aa jayegi,

Mai telephone exchange pahuch chuka tha maine fir pass ke liye bola usne kaha change nahi aayi hai, itne me DTC ke checker chad gaye aur challan katne ko kaha, kafi bahs baji ke baad maine challan catwa liya.

Ab baat ye hai ki DTC ka paas office ne paise nahi liye, aur DTC ke checker ne 500 le liye, ek hi office me 2 rule kaise?

Mujhe apne paise refund chahiye.

Both incident police station ke paas huye, aur unke notice me hai.

The dtc bus driver was drove the bus in so much speed after red light near jagatpuri red light today that he broke my car's side mirror and rushed the bus back again although he noticed his mistake he still rushed, somehow managed to catch him thereafter asked for penality he denied . I am attaching his photograph and bus number . Take action against it as soon as possible.

The DTC buses didn't stop sometimes. Why they do, and the driver and conductor usually talk in abusing language. And they also drive very rashly and they used to drive at the speed of 70-80 kmph in Delhi as there is do many rush in this city. DTC should take some against them and also take some appropriate action. Please look this message as so many life is on the stake of DTC driver.

This is very unfortunate to writing that on mehrauli badarpur raod at sangam vihar bus stand while coming on road one of your green line bus, bus no dl1pc7051, rout no 34 (Lado sarai), has almost hit me. While coming toward khanpur the said above bus come from the back at tentative speed of 40km and stop the bus just 2ft behind me, it was so sudden that i was completely scarred. When i said the driver to pls drive carefully than he soughed and said "go, runaway". After that i follow the bus he is driving the bus very roughly from sangam vihar to khanpur extension, in between he has not stoped the bus at batra bus stand.

As a reputed brand of transportation and serving to the nation is seems to very shameful to having this kind of drivers in dtc

DTC Bus route no 392 to Noida 62 terminates at Noida 12/22 causing problems to commuters. Bus drivers refuse to complete their journey till Sec 62 at arround peak tym between 6pm to 8pm.

Daily 5 buses are found lined up in row near 12/22 in Noida. Attached 2 photo of Bus no. plates snap taken on Fri, 23 Sep 2016.

Enquiry is requested in this matter to restore the route of DTC no 392

I was going to rajouri garden from janak puri and near c2 block the drive of the above mentioned bus number took a sharp left turn and hit my car. When i came out of car to ask him why did he take such a turn he started beating me and abusing me badly. I would like to file a complaint against this act of sheer frustration and misbehaviour and request the authorities to take strict action against the driver. This incident happened on 22ndsep 2016 at around 3 pm. The driver was drunk and was very aggressive.

Hi this is neeta shahi staying in C-6/292, nangli vihar extn Baprola New Delhi yesterday 19.09.2016 i was travelling in bus no. 623 from aiims to mohammadpur. During the time someone stolen my purse which contained 700 Cash. my 7 Debit Card, 2 Credit Cards, 2 Reward Cards, My election I Card, PAN Card, Adhar Card and my college Admit Card and many things. i want to complaint about condoctor because of him i have lost my purse as he is the familiar of that theft( Chor). Please help me to get my Documents back.

Me kal saam ko mamura chowk se noida dtc bus no 392 m chadne ke liye mamura chowk red logth par gaadi bus ke driver se door open karne ke liye bola tho vo mere se batammiji se baath karne laga maine driver side ja kar bola tho vo mere se bola ki ja door open nahi kartha jo tere se hotha ho kar le. Sir bus vali mamura red light par agr light red ho rakhi hai thi door open karke savari ki chada or uttar dethe hai nahi tho fir vo red light open hone ke baath mamura chowk par nahi rokthe hai.
M dusre bus pakdkar sec - 62 depo pahucha. Vaha jakar maine depo time dene vale sir se baath kar hi raha tha ki bus driver, conductor or suraksa gard aa kar mere saath ladai karne lage. Conductor or suraksa gard gandi gandi gaali dene lage or bole ki jis se complaint karni hai kar le jo ukdvana hai ukdva le kisi se nahi darthe hai hum tho ese hi chalayege. Bus driver or conductor vardi bhi nahi pahni thi. Surksh gard kuch jayda hi gaaliya de raha tha ye baath date 9/9/2016 time 5.55 pm mamura chowk and time 6.10 pm bus depo sec -62 noida ki hai bus route -392 ac bus no (Dl-1pc 9449) ye hai. Sir maine aapke dtc helpline no par bhi complaint karai hai aaj. Sir pls take action.

Sir with due respact i want to inform you that... Dtc orange bus driver do not stop bus on the stand... Distric centre, janak puri.. I am working in the vikas puri and it is a daily problem... Bus number... Dl1p c0017 (Azadpur to mangla puri).. Sir it is a problem of every night... I m working lady.. So sir you know that in the nights for security reason it is also not good... Sir they do not stop on the more stands like... Jivan park... Sometimes sir vo rastey me bhi utar dete h... Or dusri bus me bhi ni bethate h sir or na hi helpline number milta h to sir plss do somthing about that

We are residing at s149a pandav nagar.near rajendra ashram New Delhi-110092. We are facing problems from stray dogs who are heavily infected and do not move from the stairs of our building thus causing lot of nuisance. They have already bitten few people in the locality.There is always bad smell emanates from them thus making difficult to live. As the dengue, chickenguinia and viral fever is on increase for the last few days, we are afraid that we may also become victim of such vulnerable disease as all our efforts to put them out of the premises have failed.

We request MCD to take urgent steps in removing the stray dogs from stairs of our building so that we can live peacefully.

I was returning home to Vasant Kunj, on Aruna Asaf Ali Road this evening. A red color air conditioned DTC bus number DL 1P C 8979 swerved dangerously jumping the red light and almost hit me on the right side of my car. I intercepted the bus at Kishangarh Village entrance & asked him why did he not stop at the red light. The driver said everyone did it, so i wasn't the only one.No one else jumped the red light except this DTC bus, knowing fully well the intimidating size of his vehicle. The driver then abused me in choicest of Haryanvi language and told me I can do nothing to him...I cannot harm him at all and I can go to hell (he used a language worse than this ..)

I then got out of the car and took the attached photograph of the Bus

These days days lesser mortals like private cars and taxis are traffic rule abiding, and it is the Govt vehicles with GOVT OF INDIA written on their car and DTC buses (especially Yellow and Red) which violates traffic rules with impunity. Traffic Police don't even look at them and turn a blind eye. As a result we ordinary, tax paying mortals are at their mercy.

Mai roz ki tarah bhikaji cama place se bus leti hu office jaane k liye jiska number 610 hai jo race course hokar jaati hai or shyam k time mai wahi se usi number ki bus leti hu but meri complaint ye hai ki pehle dtc buses bahut thik se saaf hoti thi or well balanced bhi lekin ab kuch buses ka haal aisa hai ki ab ume safar karne mai bhi dar lagta hai becuse kuch buses mai chadne waali jagah itni zayada down ho gyi hai ki wo road ko toch krti hai aisa lagta hai jaise puri ki puri bus hi palat jayegi or hum sab injured ho jayenge sir is to dangerous please is buses service par dhyan dijiye nhi to koi bada hadsa humare saath or aise hi bus mai safar karne walo k saath ho skta hai is baat ignore mat kijiyega sir ye meri apse haat jod request hai or humari 610 ka timing bhi thik nhi hai sir kabhi kabhi office hum late ho jaate hai to 7 baj jaate hai lekin 610 to 6 baje k baad to jaise block hi ho jaati hai fir wo hume 8 ya 8:30 baje milti hai jisse hum ghar k liye late ho jaate hai aise mai road sunsaan ho jata hai to girls k kaise safe hai sir aap hi bataiye please 610 ki evening timing ya uski service ko badaiye nhi to hume apni naukri se haath dhona padega or baaki maintance par bhi jo kabhi bhi road par palat skti hai.

Sub : Complain of corruption

Sir,
May I draw your kind attention to few lines of my complain about the corruption of conductor with the regular user of esteemed DTC Buses.
On the date 27 August 2016 at 5:45 PM, bus registration No. is DL-1P D -0993, the bus route is Tuda Mandi to New Delhi Railway station gate no.2
i have taken the bus from Dhaula Kuan and requested the conductor to give me ticket of Karol bagh (gurgaon stand) but he took Rs 10 rupees from me and also from other passengers who are going to Karol bagh but he didn't gave ticket to anybody.
when i requested and insisted him to give me proper ticket, he denied to give it and gave the fake reason of ticket machine problem..!
later he told me that if you want ticket you should get down from the bus and have the ticket from DTC bus which is coming behind.
He make me get down from bus.this is the big insult of a civilian.
after experiencing such a corruption from a conductor i feel very ashamed over the conductor and ultimately feel angry about the working of DTC .please look into the matter and make the conductor punished for his cheap and immoral act of crime .
The conductor is there at bus DL-1p D-0993 traveling from Tuda Mandi to New Delhi RS Gate no2 at 5.45 pm on 27august 2016.

I will highly obliged if I get proper response and action against this complain to retain my faith with DTC and their Staff.
