If any of DTC employee read this complaint then I want to inform them that today on[protected] bus conducter of low floor green bus over charged me just because of his own attitude. I bring the bus from Fatehpur Beri Bus Stand for going to Nanda Colony Bus Stand. And I asked him to give me the ticket for Nanda Colony Bus Stand, he given me the ticket against Rs.10 but actual fare for Harswaroop Colony to Nanda Colony is Rs.5. As for Upto 4 km for adults chrges in low floor bus is Rs. 5 and after 4-10 km it is Rs. 10. I asked him that why he charged me more 5 rupees as I am daily passenger and all days I pay Rs.5 for this distance. But he started shouting on me and said once I charged that is final and also he said he charged correct amount. Driver was also asked me to leave the bus if I ask my money back. Bus no. Is DL1PC8566. Conducter revealed his name to me. Please use any disciplinary and needful action so passengers not be misbehaved and overcharged by DTC drivers and conductors.

My name is Alankrita. I take OMS outer mudroom express daily from Modi Mill bus stop to Moti Bagh, I have been told the frequency of the bus is half n hour however most of the time the bus does not come even after waiting for 1hour. Please ensure the bus is frequent.

This is regarding bus service from Delhi airport to ISBT Kashmiri Gate, we were traveling through this bus after landing to the airport. Bus condition was not so well, even AC was not working and on asking from conductor this behavior was not so well and he was not in his uniform either. It was middle of the night around 12:30 pm and the bus stopped in middle of road. There was one guy foreigner (non Indian) people from India are use to of all such thing but at least for people coming from other countries we should provide proper local services. So I request to replace that bus at least for the route from airport so that people coming from other countries not face any inconvenience.

Hope you will take needful actions. As this what we are showing to other(Incredible India)

Please change the Bus route of 447. because every day no more case collection of passager. so change the route Bhalashwa Dairy Via to Mukandpurt, Ajadpur, Mall road, kasmirigate bus adda, Rajghat, ITO, Kalekhan, Ashram, Garhi Modimil, Nehruplace, If the Running 447 of this route get a more collection case every Day.

There is no frequency of buses in route no.534 from Mehrauli Terminal after 5.40 am till 6.30 am. No proper reply is given by the Time office. Customers are suffering to reach office on time. Four or five buses (534) are standing in terminal and the driver and conductor were gossiping in tea shop without response. Please take necessary steps.

I would like to bring in notice about the route no 192, 912, 185, 162, 143, 105 there are lot of sufficient buses appointed for the covenience of public . But as soon as schools open all buses disapears .. and people have to face a lot of problem for this .since the odd even period i have seen alot of dtc buses along with private buses appointed .. but now a days all of these buses completing their duties from the bbm deopot mukherjee nagar ... but actually their duty starts from nathu pura or keshav nagar ... as u know peak time for transport is from6 am to 10 am and 4 pm to 8 pm but they run buses in opposite directions when there is no public or people to use the service . Like residencial area is from keshav nagar, nathu pura .. to mosly bengali colony but these dtc come from isbt to nathu pura ... wasting the fuel wasting the public money ...
This is my extreem request to focus on this matter ..
We all students, of school and colleges and office goers have to suffer a lot because of this ignorence of their duties ... kindly help all o[censored]s we will be very greatful to you thanks .

DTC Bus no - DLIPC9972 TIME - between 8:40AM - 9:00AM DATE - 23 DECEMBER 2015 Bus route no - 982 i am Mohit tayal i am a student, bus conductor of this above mentioned DTC bus no is very ill-mannered and uncivil i am daily travels from Jalabi chowk(Sultanpuri) to Pritampura and the fare of the AC-BUS is 15 rupees but he is charging 20 rupees . when i told him the fare is 15 rupees he start shouting at me the fare is 20 rupees i said another conductor of the same bus route (982) told me that the fare is 15 rupees, he start shouting and miss behaved with me, So i decide make video of that guy he said that " IS PHONE KO RKHLE ANDER VERNA TUJE BTAO ABHI " and and after 5 min he phoned TO his friends and said "AK LDKA HAI ISKO UTARNA HAI BUS SE AAGE MIL ME BUS RUKVATA HU AND HE GOES TO THE DRIVER AND SAID KE BUS KO BICHME ROK DIYO JHA ME KHU " and when he come back i again ask him to give me the ticket He Start THREATENING me " USNE BOLA KE BETA RUKJA JO VIDEO BNA KE MUJE DIKHA RHA HAI NA TERE KAAN PE BHI MAARUNGA AOR TERA PHONE BHI TODUNGA RUKJA" means in the bus he start threatening me in front of 60 people, i am a student and he behaved unmannerly i want to know can authority take actions against that such kind of CONDUCTORS who have no manneres how to talk even they ready to call his boys for beaten me ... i am also attaching the photo of that bus conductor. please sir, take the actions against him and pls reply me by mail if you can please sir...

Respected sir On 3rd Dec we were on our Car coming from Azadpur and a bus driver was driving wrong side and driving dangerously.When i'll stop him and tell about there mistake then speak abuse language with me in front of my family.I really manage to save three times because the driver continuously driving right side of the road and also very fast.I'll attach the video of the bus and bus no and route number also. महोद्य, मैं आपका ध्यान उन सभी D.T.C एवम RED लाइन के सभी चालकोंएवम साहचालकों की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ. जो स्कूल के विद्यार्थीयों को देखते ही या तो उनके बस स्टॅंड पर बस रोकते नही हैं. या फिर बहुत ही तीबर गति से बस को भगा देते हैं. 1 या 2 buese की बात मैं यहाँ पर नही कर रहा हूँ. ज़्यद्दातार रूट पर यह देखने को मिलता है. यह एक बहुत ही ग़लत व्यवहार आजकल देल्ही की सड़कों पर देखने को मिलता है. कृपया आप जब बचों की छूटी होती है तो उस समय इन बातों का निरीक्षण करके अगर देखेंगे तो शायद आप इस समस्या को समझ सके. हो सकता है की कुछ बचे बस में टिकेट नही लेते हों लेकिन उन पर उशी तरह की कार्यवाही की जानी चाहिए ना की बस स्टॉप पर बस ना रोककर या फिर तेज भगाकर आप या तो किसी को बस से कुचल भी सकते हैं और जिस बचे के लिए मा बाप ने अपने सपने संजोए है वह किसी दुर्घटना का शिकार हो जाए. कृपया इन बातों पर ध्यान देकर ऐसे चालकों एवम सहचालकों पर लगाम कसी जाए.

Respected Sir, Hereby, I would like to state that the bus driver of bus No. DL 1PC 1480, ROUTE NO. 623, TIME SLOT - 6.30 pm, has been observed breaking traffic rules NEAR R K PURAM. (6.30 pm) The driver left the lane defined for buses, came without even observing that other vehicles are coming behind. The lane was changed twice not once. It is requested to stop this type of overtaking in wrong lane. In view of safety of delhiites the matter may be considered as very serious and appropriate n.a may be taken. Hello All, Yesterday, I boarded the bus route no. 181 from Jehangirpuri to Wazirpur J.J around 6.30 pm. Colony. Bus number was DL1PC 5810. It was International Women's day and we were not aware about this.Hence, we took a ticket of Rs 10/- each for our destination. However, when we got to know about the fact, my mother asked conductor to return the money. He was reluctant and abused my mother. Finally, he had thrown money on my mother's face. Initially, when my mother purchased ticket from him, he did not issue ticket at the first place. He gave the ticket when my mother asked. I also would like to mention your kind attention that bus conductor did not issue ticket in the evening especially of Rs 5/- and hence kept that money in his pocket. Also, I could see one helpline no. 181 which was written in the bus. However, that number is not working for a quiet long. I believe this no. was there for women when in need. Why it was stopped? I would like authorities to look into this matter on a very serious note. We talk about women safety. By facing this incident, I am sure that women is not safe in Delhi. Our CM had mentioned in his agenda during election that he would keep a police/guard in every bus. When will that be going to fulfill? We talk about women empowerment everywhere but no one actually cares about it.

More than 10 street dogs are present in my area which is making problems to the public while walking in street. Dogs are even entering into the house and dirtying the compound house. bus cunductor misbehaved with ladies when asked to switch on a/c bus no. dl1pc8979 route 604 and ticket no. 57790, 57789. and asked for the complaint book but he refused to give and was saying do whatever you can do tell any one.
other commuters was also complaining about his misbehavior. my no. is [protected] date 18/09/15.time 2:40 pm.

I used to travel with my father every morning using dtc bus after deboarding the metro. My father has handicapped pass and according to that one escort is allowed and his ticket is half in ac/non ac and orange bus. But conductors won't give and don't carry it. They argue and harass us. I m akhilesh sharma from okhla phase -2, I m 20year old young student Me abhi padhai kar raha hu Engineering ki Pusha Polytechnic se...aaj mujhe bahut bura laga jab mene bus li Lagpat Nagar mode stand se ticket 5 rupee ki or jab me kalka ji depot par utra to mere pas ticket cheker aaye unhone kaha ticket khatm ho gai. ...ye ticket maharani bagh se govind puri metro tak h jabki me to Lagpat Nagar mode se betha or kalka ji tak jana tha...or ve log mujhse 200/- mangne lage jo ki mere pas nahi the to un tickets checker ne mera color pakad mere sath batmizi karne lage itna hi nahi unhone mujhe mujhe gali bhi di...un logo ne meri ticket bhi phad di. ...aaj me bahut dukhi hu delhi govt se.. Mujhe believe nahi ho raha ki Delhi Govt itne gande logo ko job deti h jinhe baat karne ki tamiz tak nahi h...aaj me bahut roya...un ticket chekers ke behavior se... Ek choti si request he Delhi govt se ...agar mere pas ticket nahi h to atleast un checkers ko itna to hak nahi h ki vo log mujhe ya kisi ko bhi gaali de...

19 July2015 ko mera accident hua mere hath me haddi me chot aai thi. jiska treatment mene esi dispensary factory road me liya. Last time mene doctor se 3 August ko check up karaya aaj10 August ko mere hath me kafi dard or sujan hai. or doctor ne kaha aap daily chale aate hai. Or bola jaao yahan se. Doctor ke khilaf karwahi kare.

I have sent a courier for artificial jewellery from rohini to gurgaon on 27 july with cn no: Z61796699. It was packed in brown paper and then later on was packed in dtdc envelope. I don't know what is the checking procedure for dtdc firstly they should scan the parcel not tear it up secondly if they did so ot was purely their responsiblity to seal that properly. They just teared up both the envelopes from bottom to check that and instead of placing my jewllery back to the parcel they kept it with themselves only. And packed that empty brown envelope in that dtdc envelope. N their safety is just their DTDC tape. They just put that tape on the bottom part. I don't know who stole that jewellery may be the checking deppt or the delievery boy as tape can be easily removed by anyone. The parcel was handed empty to the person. I do have destroyed envelope pictures with me as a proof. I always thought dtdc is a big company there will be no trust issues bt i was totally wrong. I will never ever trust their services again. N i am going to claim the amount for my jewellry thougt it is a small amount but my position was shown negative due to dtdc behavior which can not be tolerated. I need my claim for it and will surely never courier back with this company n don't let my friends and family do that even. I would rate this company 1/10. What the use of you guys if our parcel cannot be reached safely. Totally disappointed.

I am regular commutator of DTC Services as a common man as i work in Muradnagar and regularly travel from my native place Sant Nagar Burari, Delhi 110084. My daily routine of travelling in Kashmeeri Gate - Meerut bus service maintained by Delhi Transport Corporation is average and manageable service. Today i faced a bit more problem as the conductor refused for the ticket of Muradnagar and argued rudely saying that he don't know how the passenger of Muradnagar will travel. They only took the passengers for Meerut and they will not stop bus at any other place. After a long argument he provide the tickets for Muradnagar. My office is near to ITS Dental College in Muradnagar and various other students travelling from Delhi to various engineering college in the route including ITS Dental College students faced problem when bus is not stopped at college even after saying again and again, and driver also misbehaves with them. We would like to ask from Honorable Cabinet Minster's Sh. Gopal Rai (Transportation) how the students will reach their college on time, Sh. Manish Sisodia (Education) how can you help student's of various college's in the route who travels from Delhi to gain their rights, and our very Dear & Honorable Chief Minister Delhi Sh. Arvind Kejrival to help all o[censored]s. I also request Sh. Shivakant Ojha (Cabinet Minister - Technical Education) to look the matter as colleges are in U.P and do the needful in favor of students.

Please note that there are 13 dogs (8 puppies) around my house no. B 190, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. It has become difficult to reach our own home and they have already bitten no. of people visiting this area. Request your attention and needful action to ensure safety of people living in the area.

Today i boarded a DTC orange bus from Rao Tula Ram College (Bus No:764 Plate no: DL 1PD 0060) at 12 noon (approx). I had to get off at Subroto Park Bus Stop. I gave the conductor 5 rs to avail the ticket. The conductor took the money and kept quite. I asked him to give the ticket but he refused and said its alright i'll take care of it if somebody asks. I asked him again i want the ticket no matter what but he kept quite again. As Subroto Park bus stand was just 2 stand away from where i boarded, i had to get off the bus. The conductor kept the money for himself. Its really sickening to see corruption at this scale and that too for 5 rs. Most people wouldn't care to launch a complain and i too have hesitated for a long time. This wasn't the first incident when the conductor of DTC bus did not give the ticket.
