Hi sir, this is varun, resident of najafgarh, delhi - 110096. I am a journalist. I use dtc bus for travelling home to office and vice versa. Dtc bus no. 578 is the bus from my home to office. Not only for me but also for many passengers. And this is the only bus for us to go to office. But this bus service is very poor. At morning office time from 6 am to 10 am this bus doesn't come daily. We have to wait for more than 1 hours waiting for the bus service and also the conditions of busses are very poor. They breakdown regularly. I want to share experience with you yesterday i left my office at 5 pm. I have to wait for 1 hour and i board a 578 bus at 6 pm. This bus took 2:30 hour to reach najafgarh. This is a very serious issue. I hope transport department and dtc department will take serious decsion to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hi sir, this is shivam aggarwal resident of new ashok nagar, delhi - 110096. I am a student of class 11 in jain senior secondary school in daryaganj. I use dtc bus for travelling home to school and vice versa. Dtc bus no. 347 is the bus from my home to dariyaganj. Not only for me but also for many students. And this is the only bus for us to go to school. But this bus service is very poor. At morning school time from 6 am to 8 am this bus doesn't come daily. Our school timing is from 8 am to 2 pm. And in noon also this bus doesn't come. We wait 2 hours i. E, 2 pm to 4 pm to get this bus. We have to suffer a lot.In morning we reach school by changing buses or by other buses by giving fair instead of dtc pass and sometimes we are late and get punished by teachers for being late. Same situation in noon we have to either change buses to go home or wait for two hours. And by this we are not able to study at home and attending tuitions and completeing school homework as all time being passed in changing buses or waiting.
I have a humble request from all o[censored]s please give us a bus of no. 347 so that we go to school on time and our problems will be solved.

Dear sir i would like to inform you that bus driver does not stop at 8;00 am from mothers int. School to vasantkunj c 9, there is reputed institute like fai, jnu gate, iimc, icssr, iuac ect the driver does not know the stops only shade on the 4 km streets, previous driver thin long driver was very well he picks all on this route, now very fat driver he does not wants to work or stop any where please change it as soon as possible, we are 150 families are staying at iuac and 50 families in nipgr we want to use this bus service but this driver does not stop here, only few buses are running this rouet

Dear sirs/madam,
This has reference to route no.965 starting bg5 paschim vihar at 08.30 am, which has been discontinued for no reason. This route has been serving senior citizens as well as regular office goers for the last more than 12 years but all of a sudden the bus diappeared whithout assigning any reason causing inconvenience to many office goers students as well senior citizen.
It is requested on behalf of all concerned to recoup the services for the covenience of commuters who are suffering.

I was going towards shakti nagar from azad market today at 8:00 am a red bus (Ac) dtc route no 131 first stop the bus in the middle of the road at pulbangash metro station just bcz one bus already standing there so the driver stop the bus not behind the existing bus but stop the bus in the middle of the road.. Some of bikers and cars got jammed for seconds then the driver start rashing the bus and not even giving side to pass the bus then at roshanara circle the bus driver make a new shortcut he just directly cross the circle without completing the round he just directly cross the road and then after he didn't stop the bus on stand which was near the circle but stop the bus in front of park gate... Then only i will able to pass the bus and then i told him that bhaiyaa sahi se bus chala lo.. Ese ni chlti bus"

He reply: bus to uhin chalegi tanne dikkat h koi?

And start making calls to someone and saying abi ruk dikhata hu kon hu m..

The bus conductor saying him that bhaiyaa chlti but the driver is in a good mood of fighting.. Then i take the pic of him and his bus

Here i didnt want any thing through my complaint

My complaint is just in favour of public..
1. As the first case when he stop the bus in the middle of the road one byker riding byk along with the bus and when driver breaked the bus suddenly he just got safe otherwise it will be serious accident between bus and byk...

2. When bus was stopped in the middle the passenger lifting or getting out may have a chance of serious accident because any transport just try to cross the bus from left side and passenger who are letting the bus may get seriously injured


3. When he was cross the circle directly no one knows that the bus can go from there even at that tym i not able to manage my byk...

4. When someone saying him.. He just start misbehaving that doesn't reflect his nature that reflects overall dtc department nature that impacts badly..

So i request you to kindly do the needful so that we can safely travel on road and don't hesitate to travel in dtc bus...

I hopped in bus 181e dl1p c8845, this bus conductor told us the bus fair is 10/- as it is caculated that the distance from nizamuddin to jln stadium.
I said to conductor that i hopped at bhogal not from nizamuddin.
They still saying that the fare is only from nizamuddin.
In 794 (Orange buses may be) bus they give electronic based tickets but this bus (Green buses) is not upgraded to give the electronic tickets by conductors. They are deciding on their own this much cost.

Yesterday, i boarded a dtc bus from britannia to rani bagh. Bus no dl 1p c8533 and route was 448a.. This bus belongs to rohini depot 3 (As per driver of bus).
When i boarded the bus, i told the conductor to give me a ticket to rani bagh (Which costs rs 5 from britannia). He gave me a ticket of rs 10. When i told him that the ticket amount is rs 5 from britannia, he starts mis behaving saying that it costs rs 10. Rs 5 ticket is upto mahendra park only. I told him that the ticket rate is rs 5 even from punjabi bagh, on this he told me that you have boarded the bus from punjabi bagh. I said no, i boared from britannia. Rs 10 fare is in ac bus not in normal bus but he kept on arguing with me and showed me a paper in which he had written few of the stops b/w the starting and ending point and britannia was not there and he claimed that there is no stop named britannia.

After that i stopped arguing with him as he was using bad language. Then i went to driver and confirmed from him n he also said that i was right and claimed that this conductor so this to many people.

The conductor even used abusive words for the driver and mis behaved with me.

Kindly take the proper action regarding this.

I have traviling route No. 954 (Bus No. DL1PC9705) from Delhi Sarai Rohilla to Delhi Secretariat with ticket No. 32580 at about 10:20 A.M. to 10.57 A.M. The driver of said bus negligance in his duty and not open the door at the all bus stop. The passenger waiting the said bus not board. The driver open the door only when any passenger travel in the bus reached the destination and request for open the door. When I reached the Rajdhat the driver go to wrong wrote and drop me Rajdhat bus stop instead of Delhi Secretariat. When I want the complaint book they are refused. I reached walked to reached the office from Rajghat to Delhi Secreatiat. When I Pay full fare why they droped me wrong stop. If they are hurry to reach their designation why not shown 'Rajghat' instead of Delhi Secretariat in the sign board. DTC officer may request to take stern action against the erring officials so that such type of incident not happened in future.

निवेदन इस प्रकार से ही कि बस रुट क्रमांक 984, जो क़ि रोहिणी अवंतिका सेक्टर-2 से बन कर लाजपत नगर तक जाती है, तथा जिससे कई विभाग के लोग सफर करते है कोई रक्षा मंत्रालय में कार्यरत है तो कोई डाक घर तो कोई स्वास्थय विभाग, कोई शिक्षा विभाग, तो कोई गैर सरकारी सस्थानों में कार्यरत हैं, तथा इस बस की सभी सवारियां स्थायी रूप से यात्रा करने वाले हैं इसके अलावा इस बस के मार्ग से कई अस्पताल, स्कूलें, कॉलेज, भी आतें हैं और बस से यात्रा करने वाले मरीज भी होतें हैं, विद्यार्थी भी होतें हैं, और नौकरी पेसे वाले भी होतें हैं, पहले इस 984 के मार्ग पर वातानुकूलित बसों की अच्छी सेवाएं थी और सभी यात्री खुश भी थे किसी को कोई दिक्कत भी नहीं थी, और इस मार्ग से सुबह के चक्कर मे राजस्व भी अच्छा आ रहा था, प्ररन्तु पिछले कुछ दिनों से समय में अनियमितता के कारण यात्रियों को डिपो में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई जिससे नाराज हो कर डिपो प्रंधक महोदय ने इस मार्ग की वातानुकूलित बसों का संचालन बंद कर के सभी वातानुकूलित बसें 966 के मार्ग पर स्थानांतरण कर दी और 984 के मार्ग हरी वाली बस का संचालन शुरू कर दिया और बसों के बीच का अंतराल भी लम्बा कर दिया जिससे मरीजों, विद्यार्थीयो, अध्यापकों और सभी प्रकार के यात्रियों को बहुत परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है और कई गैर सरकारी संस्थानों के कर्मचारियों को तो दिल्ली परिहवन निगम की अनियमितताओं की वजह से या अपने मालिक की डांट सुननी पड़ती है या अपनी नौकरी भी गवानी पड़ रही है, सभी यात्री दिल्ली परिहवन निगम से ये पूछना चाहती है की इस मार्ग से वातानुकूलित बसे क्यों हटाई गई यदि इसका कारण यात्रियों से नाराजगी है तो दिल्ली परिहवन निगम प्रबंधक को ये भी समज लेना चाहिए की बसें उनकी निजी सम्पति नहीं हैं, दी.प.नि का घाटे मे जाने का एक कारण ये भी है की बसों का अनियमिताएं और यात्रियों से गलत व्यवहार भी है, एक तरफ सरकार दिल्ली वासियों को प्रदुषण की मार और जाम से बचाने के लिए ऑड ईवन फॉर्मूला लागू करना चाहती है वहीं दूसरी ओर दि.प.नि की इस अनियमितता और मनमानी से दिल्लीवासी परेशान हैं इस रवैये के चलते ऑड ईवन फॉर्मूला कैसे सफल साबित होगा यह शिकायत केवल एक व्यक्ति विशेष की नहीं बल्कि हर उस व्यक्ति की है जो इस मार्ग की बस से यात्रा करने वाले हैं और उनके हस्ताक्षर और नाम, और फोन नंबर भी साथ सलग्न हैं!
अतः आप से निवेदन है कि इस शिकायत पर गंभीरता पूर्वक ध्यान दिया जाय इस मार्ग पर वातानुकूलित बसों का नियमित और सुचारु रूप से चलाया जाय

I am a student of paramount coaching, noida. It is situated in noida sector 2. But i live in noida sector 61. So i prefer dtc bus no 392 for travelling and for my savings. While coming back from my classes i take this bus from rajnigandha chowk. But most of the drivers do not stop the, instead of having stop there. So one day i opt private bus because of that and the driver of that bus misbehaved with me (I am a girl). If the dtc bus driver had stopped the bus then atleast i did not have to face that thing.
So i request you to please take action against the drivers of dtc bus no. 392 for not stopping the bus on stop and let me also know about this.

I anoop gupta from noida sector-22, was travelling through atta market sector- 18 to sector- 22, the bus conductor was consuming extra fare it was 8RS but he is asking to take of rs12 and doing misbehavior and arguments. and drop me at middle road with my wife and son. it could be accident in middle road. so i want justice and need to take some serious action of this bus conductor. I want action asap or i'll do complaint higher department. It was approx 9.30PM- 8 june 2016.

I am a daily passenger in Delhi Buses from Sadiq Nagar New Delhi to Old Delhi Railway Station, as I am working in a CA firm in Fatehpuri, near Novelty Cinema. There was bus stops in Sadiq Nagar before the BRT starts, after the BRT the stop was made in Andrews Ganj Extn, near Central School.Now the BRT is demolished and there is no stopage on BRT, . There is a stop in Central Scool, DTC Bus stand is made there and a Bus Board is there, but no buses running in the Route Nos. 419 & 423 are stopping there, many times we ask them to stop and runs after them and sometimes we in between the road, but the drivers run the bus in there side and raise the bus. When the stop is made there and DTC put Board there and the BRT is also demolished, then we the daily passengers of Sadiq Nagar and near about areas are in very much troble as the buses are not stopping in Central School Bus Stop.There is only 425 from Hardard to old Delhi, the service is not good in that route, so we are suffering ver much. Hence it is requested to kindly do the needful to stop the Bus Nos.419 & 423 in Central School Bus Stop and make this stop as the Oficial stop after Siri Fort Road Stop. Before this I made a Telephonic Complaint to the DTC Compalint Cell 41400400 on 22/3/2016 at 11:36 A.M, my complaint No.894, but till today nothing happen and I didn't know what action they are taken on my complaint.

This complaint is being sent to you because of private rto mini bus. They don't treat well behaviour with any passenger. They talk very rough language and speak rudely. They have alot of attitude because the route najafgarh to kapasera border via bijwasan, over this route there are few dtc bus runs everyday. Private bus doesn't think about passenger. They keep passenger out of limit in mini bus. They drive roughly. Once they pick the fare from passenger they start their attitude, rough language and they start talk rudely. Please do something against it.
I would like to request you please start dtc bus more over this route. At least after every 30 minutes a dtc bus should be over there najafgarh to kapasera border via bijwasan.
You know what, najafgarh to uttam nagar route via shiva ji marg all private rto bus behaviour is fine. They never show attitude. They never talk roughly or rudely. They treat passenger fine because the reason is that private bus conductors or drivers know very well. Alot of dtc or dimts bus runs togther with private bus.
Please again requesting you. Take appropriate action against it.

I would like to your kind attention that i am a regular passenger of this route.

This is very sorry to say that today(19.04.16) bus no.Dl 1pc 3253 driver don't stop the bus on red fort stop at 08:48 am when i take indication on stop and stop the bus on red light where i run and take the bus.

While asking to conductor & driver they did not acknowledge there mistake and use rough language with me instead of say sorry to me and also blame me that you are not standing on bus stop.When i asking why you open the bus on red fort red light the driver say meri jahan merji hogi me waha pe bus kholunga.

Further when i asking driver / conductor name and complaint book they reply we don't have any complaint book and don't disclose there names.

I request you to take immediate action on this and punished the driver and conductor, to set an example for misbehaving with passengers.

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you a bad experience I had faced while travelling in DTC Bus. It's my request that you should read this matter and take serious action against this old man (bus conductor).

On 13/04/2016, around 5:20 PM, I boarded a DTC bus Route No 578 bearing Regt No. DL1P B6363 from Vasant Gaon to travel till Shankar Vihar (Iron Bridge) a distance of less than 2 KM. I gave Rs 10 asking a ticket for £5.00, he said he didn't have a change, I waited for a minute and another passenger gave Rs 5.00 for a ticket to the conductor, seeing this, I gave my Rs 10 for Rs 5.00 ticket, he denied. Then, I said to him, you have Rs 5.00 now, so please give me a ticket for Rs 5.00. He then denied and saying it is Rs.10 from Vasant Gaon to Shankar Vihar. He refuses to give me a ticket start shouting and stopped the bus in the mid road asking me to get down from the bus. I denied and then he threatened to beat me and thrown out of the bus, insulting and harassing me in-front of other passengers. I don't want to quarrel with such a stupid rough old man. So I gave him Rs. 10 for a distance of less than 2 KM and get down at Shankar Vihar.

1. He charged double fare (actual fare is Rs 5.00, but charged Rs 10.00).
2. He is rude and don't know how to talk.
3. He was not in uniform, (though that is not my concern).


Please trace out this rough old man (who is a conductor for DTC bus Route No 578 bearing Regt No. DL1P B6363 on 13/04/2016, around 5:00 PM) and take strict action against him for charging double fare and he should be penalised for making DTC a corrupted company). So others can learn a lesson.

It's my humble request that all DTC Bus conductors should be taught how to talk, how to behave with passengers and to charge correct fare as per distance.

Morning 8:30 near nehru place fly over coming towards gk, one dtc bus changed the lane without indicator & without waiting & hitted my ford eco star side mirror. My car side mirror is damaged & rough estimate is 8500 rs.I bought this car just 3 weeks back & got this damage, it's really bad.
When i stopped dtc bus: driver acknowledged his mistake & told some taxi stopped in front of him. But my argument is he does not have break...What is in hurry off...Can not he wait until i cross & was driving in parallel.

Dtc should act on it & pay my money. As well as insure some education to bus driver to wait in these situations & fine him to avoid such situation in future. It could have been big accident.

If any of DTC employee read this complaint then I want to inform them that today on[protected] bus conducter of low floor green bus over charged me just because of his own attitude. I bring the bus from Fatehpur Beri Bus Stand for going to Nanda Colony Bus Stand. And I asked him to give me the ticket for Nanda Colony Bus Stand, he given me the ticket against Rs.10 but actual fare for Harswaroop Colony to Nanda Colony is Rs.5. As for Upto 4 km for adults chrges in low floor bus is Rs. 5 and after 4-10 km it is Rs. 10. I asked him that why he charged me more 5 rupees as I am daily passenger and all days I pay Rs.5 for this distance. But he started shouting on me and said once I charged that is final and also he said he charged correct amount. Driver was also asked me to leave the bus if I ask my money back. Bus no. Is DL1PC8566. Conducter revealed his name to me. Please use any disciplinary and needful action so passengers not be misbehaved and overcharged by DTC drivers and conductors.

My name is Alankrita. I take OMS outer mudroom express daily from Modi Mill bus stop to Moti Bagh, I have been told the frequency of the bus is half n hour however most of the time the bus does not come even after waiting for 1hour. Please ensure the bus is frequent.

This is regarding bus service from Delhi airport to ISBT Kashmiri Gate, we were traveling through this bus after landing to the airport. Bus condition was not so well, even AC was not working and on asking from conductor this behavior was not so well and he was not in his uniform either. It was middle of the night around 12:30 pm and the bus stopped in middle of road. There was one guy foreigner (non Indian) people from India are use to of all such thing but at least for people coming from other countries we should provide proper local services. So I request to replace that bus at least for the route from airport so that people coming from other countries not face any inconvenience.

Hope you will take needful actions. As this what we are showing to other(Incredible India)
