Can you please help me , I got a call from yourselves to come to yourselves for my telephone services , and your representive says Phone , Line Rental and calls would be £17 something and my BT bill was £27 and I asked the representive if the £17something included everything including , caller display , answer machine,line rental .anytimeany call and she said yes , but all the bills I have received from you have been over £17 , I feel I have been extremely mislead , I have already called to complain and asked for a call-back , but no-one called me back . I also asked when my contract ended and they said October 2014 , which I was not told about either , normallty a contract is a 28 day rolling contract or 12 months or 18 months . I have also spoke to consumers direct regarding this and they are looking into it . When I previously called to make a complaint the lady says she would listen to the call and get back to me , which has never been done . Please I need get this sorted I am disabled and I need to get this sorted out asap as its stressing me , which I don't need and I worry when a letter comes through the door because I never know what my next bill will be .

Are DTC buses really for public service ??? I don't know whether this portal will take some action. But yes, I hope for good.
