I chose Delhivery as my online partner for delivering shoes I sell, I have been following up with the Delhivery team members Tanvi Vij, kevin.[protected]@delhivery.com,
laxmi.[protected]@delhivery.com, [protected]@delhivery.com for last 2 months, below is the details of the communication.
I did not received the payment for delivered product way bill no. 1002, reference no. [protected]
Also would like to bring into notice reference no. [protected], waybill no. 1003 returned by the customer so when your delivery boy came with the return parcel it was a slipper where I sent the shoe to the customer so I didn't accept the return.
till date I haven't received my payment & return goods, it is unfortunate that in spite of having many conversation I didn't get anything and they have closed my complaint as well, Complaint Ticket ID: 25445331
