Hi, I ordered a adidas floaters(order id :[protected] from tata cliq and initiated a return request for the same.
The Delhivery's delivery guy (Showkath #6033, phone: [protected]) picked the item saying that you will get a message for return initiation and item picked up but i did not get that.
It's been more than 7 days now and I am getting again and again from Delhivery guys that we could not pick up the item due to your unavailability and started scheduling the picking time again.

You can see there are two items in the same orders as I ordered both in the same order but out of the two orders one got successfully returned but this one is creating problem even if I already returned the item to dehlivery guys.

I am totally frustrated and not sure what should I do here.

      I've ordered boat xtend smart watch from boat official site and prepaid the amount which is supposed to be delivered by Delhivery logistics by 17/11/2021.But I didn't receive it instead got a message that it was delivered.I didn't receive any call from the delivery boy.Please Delhivery look into the issue and deliver my order which is very important.

              Really very poor services of delhivery kindly return our courier as soon as you can now it been very long the courier in in the hub but why it will take a very long to product get delivered???????

              Take this query on very high priority.

              Not received any update from their end, from last 1 month I have been waiting for my product to get delivered, but on their portal last update was made on[protected], and today is[protected], so it means they are at all conscious about their customer's satisfaction.

              I want the immediate delivery for my product as the initiated the rto on[protected], and 21 days are more than enough to get the product delivered.

              Very poor service of delhivery, very irresponsible behavior of the team.

              Take this matter on priority.

                I am very unhappy with your courier service the delivery guy is not delivering my product at my registered address saying he is going to far off places since I hve provided with the delivery charges it's your sole duty to deliver my shippment at my doorstep and he is denying saying I am giving him the wrong otp where as I provided him2161 is your delivery code for mritika khati (Planter Stand), AWB ([protected]).Share with agent ONLY when he is at your premises-DELHIVERY kindly look int the matter at earliest

                  I shipped my product through delivery and they took days to update the status. They finally updated status to “damaged in transit” and initiated a “return to origin” shipment. It has been 15 Days and my product has not come back to me.

                    Hi team,
                    I gave a package to delhivery for shipping an asset to Bangalore. Not only the team failed to deliver it, but they haven't yet returned the package back to me
                    Even after multiple follow-ups, the team has not taken the issue seriously and haven't returned the package even after the package has returned the nearest hub back in Nov 4th.
                    The delhivery team has even removed this order linked with my phone number because of which I am not able to raise any complaints to them.

                                  I received an email claiming that your shipment was lost after 24 days after booking. There are no explanations.

                                  I have a suspicion my stuff was stolen by this inept courier service.

                                  I want a detailed explanation as to how it was lost & what was the steps taken to find it & I want them to return my package as it was deliberately stolen by Delhivery Direct.

                                        I am ordering a product from shopee application and waiting for it. But after a day they marked my product delivered but I didn't get it. I am trying to reach at delhivery customer care but this site have not any contact number but I send a too much emails to the delhivery but they don't even reply to my email. they do this with my three orders.
