The Delhivery tracking ID is:[protected]

I'm very angry on Delhivery as they have not delivered my package but still showing the package as delivered in tracking status. They didn't even call me once or reach near my address for delivering the parcel. Either the delivery boy or the company itself has stolen the package. It was out for delivery on 12th Nov and was showing delivered in tracking status few moments later but I never received the parcel.

The Delhivery customer service doesn't has a phone support and they're not replying to me on the e-mail support.

Please deliver my parcel as soon as possible. It is very important to me.

    I Booked a pickup and delivery service from Mumbai to Chennai through Delhivery direct online On the 19th of October 2021, I paid Rs. 356.0 for a package that was supposed to be picked up from my friend's house on the 20th of October 2021.

    After 24 days (13 November 2021), I received an email indicating that your delivery was Lost and that your refund was being processed.

    They sent the mail in an unethical manner & There are no more explanations or details On the missing product.

      I have ordered Boat 621 Airdropes in boat official website and paid the amount through online transaction. Using the order no & tracking, I found that the order has reached poonamalle hub on 11th & received in Nanmangalam Delhivery service on 12th morning 6.30pm. But even after getting last checkpoint they failed to deliver or inform me. After sending too many and raising too tickets, they didnt take action. The courier service gave deadline for delivery is 3.00pm of 13th, but they havent. And after 5.30pm just for name sake they transferred out for delivery. I don't know where the product is.

        Tracking number[protected].

        This medicine parcel has been lying in nashik warehouse from last 2 days and your company is least bothered about delivery of my medicine parcel. Today after visiting the nashik warehouse of your company they have initiated to get the medicine from their warehouse for delivery but still I haven't received the delivery. This is the worst service I have experienced from last 2-3 months everytime I have to visit your company warehouse and beg them to deliver my medicines parcel. Are we here to beg you people for delivery? Please organise amd work efficiently or else don't run the company close it as you are not in a position to run a courier business. Worst service would never advise anyone to contact you for their courier requirements.

          I have book my Royal Enfield classic 350 for delivery in Delhi from Bhopal through LR number[protected]. On 12.11.2021, i got message at 9:45 Am in my mobile number from DELHIVERY courior service in respect of my parcel, they informed that your parcel has been out for delivery and may arrive at your destination between 10 Am to 5 Pm. I have been waiting for my parcel eagerly and remained at home for all day. Now, it is embarrassing for me that the parcel not reached at my address and I could not call anyone ro know about the status of my parcel.

            AWB[protected] EDD was on 1st of Nov. it has been extended 7/8 times and now its extended to 20th November

            Excuses are :
            *delayed due to unforeseen circumstances
            * due to festival Season order have piled up in your final hub
            * it had been misrouted it will be rerouted
            *the matter is being explored give us 24 hrs
            * High volume at the courier location
            *Particular team have been informed its likely to get deliver tomorrow.
            *Package was delayed in transit.

            Today's fresh excuse is we have to crossed check your address to expedite the delivery.It had reached its final hub on 30th October.Stop coming up with scripted fake excuses and unsincere apology and please deliver my order.

                *delayed due to unforeseen circumstances

                EDD was 1st November, Delhivery had been tempered with it and change it to 5th of november then it was extended 5/6 Times (19th November) now its pushed back to 15th nov. with an obvious fake remark that it was misrouted.
                I also have this 2 order
                AWB[protected] and
                AWB[protected] thats being extended and EDD and status are being tempered with so that the blame does not become Delhivery's . So low.

                  There is a shipment "Tracking ID:[protected]" coming from Amazon and after it left on 10 November, it's been already 48 hours but there are no update on it.
                  When I try to track it on Delhivery website it shows invalid tracking number.

                    Rate them in minus as one star also too much for them, they delivered me my shipment with damaged stat. even no updates from them on my loss. as its internal service they are use to show finger on each other instead of solving customer issue and giving claim to them...Worst service in whole world. I will not recommend them to deliver single paper also. Pathetic

                            I ordered Tv in flipkart. But last month delhivery executive returned my tv to the seller without informed to us. Today I ordered dhosa tawa in flipkart. And the product is shipped using delhivery courier service. Today the executive called and told that I returned your product because I am not unable to come to your location. If they are not able to reach our location then why they take this place orders. It's a second time I faced this problem. Really I am very disappointed about their service. Please help us to resolve this.

                                My Shekhar Khosla and there is Barrel wine storage which i ordered and delihivery has the responsibility to deliver it via 3rd party vendor(Gigantiques) from starting 29th Oct'21 . its been already 14 days where maximum they committed to deliver in 12-15 days maximum.

                                yesterday on 10th Nov i got call from Vendor that Delhivery tried my contact and its not reachable but My MSISDN(Mobile number) is postpaid and work domestic and internally both and there is no call from their side at all. my number is 100% working and reachable.

                                Vendor requested gave me to call Delhivery Mobile number [protected] where i called 3 times even its not my responsibility but they didn't respond at all and by the end of 10th November they put the status "Order refused or cancelled by consignee".

                                Delivery played completely bluff where they neither called my mobile number nor watsapp call/text.

                                its completely Delivery playing with fake execution of call attempt and put customer into mess and criminal.

                                i highly request to share Screenshot of when they called my number [protected] as proof that they attempted my number and it was not reachable.

                                so irresponsible and pathetic way to deal the deliveries.

                                  First package arrived in town late (okay festival season, I understand), then no delivery but person is not calling the number I provided but just ignores my feedback, and posts "couldn't reach customer." Delivery is almost a week late now. Never had these issues with Blue Dart, Amazon etc.

                                  No contact number for delivery person. Customer care numbers for both Shiprocket and Delhivery are inactivated...
