Order# awb[protected], this was to be delivered on 23/5/2019, however still not delivered.
Contacted customer care thrice for status update, they promised it would be delivered today morning (27/5/2019) on priority. I repeatedly asked them to deliver before 2:00pm, however still not received it.
I am unsure if they actually have the order or they have misplaced it and they are just making an excuse.

E-mailed them many times, received no response.

Pathetic service.

I have ordered for sweater through club factory, this tracking showing that consignment delivered on 28.05.2019, but i am not yet received the consignment only .

    I had booked 'Apple Airpod' from a seller saw in google ad and and chosen the cash on delivery (COD) option. Subsequently I got confirmation call from
    mobile no. [protected].

    Finally I received the consignment from Delhivery on April 30, 2019. I paid 3000 rupees to the Delhivery delivery guy.

    Following are the details available on invoice:

    Invoice No:1494 dated[protected]
    AWS:[protected]
    seller address: [protected]@outlook.com, Delhi-16

    But the product which I received was i7S TWS Airpods and a set of playing cards. (not Apple Airpods)
    I immediately mailed seller using above mail address but there was no response.
    I complaint the delhivery about this, since it is cash on delivery order they could stop the payment to the seller or give some proper contact details of the seller.

    But they refused and it seems they are knowingly supporting the seller and hiding seller information.

      I have orderd a posution correction belt. Now when the product arraived it was of substandard quality, it doesnt look any similar to that shown in photo and some different colour.. I want to give it back and collect my money back.
      Money given was 900 for something that wont cost anything more than 100.

        I ordered a top of W for Woman from TCNS which received through Delhivery. Due to size issue I raise a return request. But without picking the top Delhivery shows that it was damaged. The top is unused and with all tags is still lying with me. I paid 950/- in cash.
        Beware of such fraud company and don't but anything from them.

          There is long delay in delivery of medlife medicines which I was supposed to get by 7th May 2019. Tracking ID[protected] &

            Clearly its a incomplete address, i emailed seller at above address regarding delivery of wrong product and return of money but has not received any response.

              The worst courier service. These guys are such a fraud. I had an order from flipkart to be delivered today and I recieved a message both from flipkart as well as from the courier partner that the shipment is out for delivery. But the next moment I recieved an sms stating that I have cancelled the order from my side wheras I havent done anything like that. He has not even contacted me and the provided number is unreachable. They are such useless courier providers. Kindly escalate this concern. I expect immediate response and delivery by today itself.

                I had ordered a laptop which was couried by delhivery (Awb no. :[protected]. There was absolutely no communication from your executive side for delivering laptop. My mobile is on and absolutely reachable. And address is also very simple and traceable.
                Comments updated in not delivered is that i was not reachable which is absolutely false. And i’m very serious to escalate this matter to customer forum and legal department as information put in comments is absolutely false. It is not acceptable. The consignee is available still your delivery executive is misguiding by putting incorrect information. There was no attempt of delivery on monday, 6th may 19 nor on tuesday, 7th may 19.
                We are not sure about delivery of this laptop is happening or not. Also company is unethical and unprofessional with no service attitude.

                Delhivery is tieing up with the fake product sellers nd they are not responding about product deliverd to the customer's...so...plz don't accept parcel by paying advance money...they are cheating us...

                  I placed an order with nykaa on 22nd april and on 23rd april it was shipped with delhivery. It was supposed to reach me on 27th april. Awb no[protected].
                  I have given calls to delhivery in regards with this and everytime they're telling it will reach me in 48 hours but its not happening. For over a week my shipment is at their bhiwandi branch. As per them they can not reach to bhiwandi branch because of some operational issues. 1st of all for pune to solapur shipment why they sent the product to bhiwandi and 2nd thing is how can you claim that you cant contact your own branch over any issue. It is not acceptable.

                  On 3rd May evening, they have printed a barcode for my shipment at Bhiwandi. Other than that nothing has happened. And yes at least they cared to update something on their website which they were not updating since 25th April.

                    Right after buying the realme 3 pro i got a
                    Notification saying i will get the product in 5 to 7 day and since i'm leaving town i called the delhivery to let them know that i need the product as fast as possible and that i'll even pick a up from their branch in pune,, so they said they will send asap, it's day 4 now i product is still in haryana it haven't even moved, this time they cut the call while i was on hold, really disappointed with this service, can't even give the product on time and doesn't care about the consumers needs i hope someone will see this complaint and take some actions this is truly irritating and i might never order from this service again

                      I had order a f&d speaker having price 5349 on dt - 19/04/2019 afrom flipkart and flipkart shown the delivery within dt 24/04/2019 but later on it was rescheduled to dt. 29/04/2019. But suddenly one message came from delhivery courrier that, your product has been delivered on dt 26/04/2019 at 11.13pm (Night) but actually the product was not delivered to me.. After that i repeated complaints made with flipkart and delhivery, delhiver customer care person told that yhe matter will be shut out in 24 hours but after 48 hrs matter not solved.. Then i again called to customer care and they told same time 24 hours again but then after a clled come from local delhivery office staff and told me to come and take your parcel.. They dont want to give parcel in home delivery... So kindly llok into this matter..

                        I have one reverse pickup airway bill no.[protected] which has been against my shipment of lifestyle. Pick boy gave wrong information and collect my another product of myntra. I have called in customer care they are very irresponsible people. They dont wish to help whereas product is even not reached at branch they told me to collect my product at their branch.                           Last three days i'm contacting the delhivery customer care for one of my package not got deliver to me by delivery boy. Tracking number:[protected]

                          The courier boy called me and informed on 17th-april-2019 afternoon about he have total number of 80 packages in his hand and he will not able to delivery at this time may be in evening.

                          But suddenly i received sms about the courier will be deliver to you only after 3 days after 20-april-2019 as per customer request.

                          I haven't informed him about to do delay delivery. But he and hist delhivery team have taking decision on their own. Really frustrated by the delhivery guys.

                          I have called customer support daily and asked for update every time they have telling wait for 24 hours and we will call back you. But really no call back and no more progress.

                          Guys i really telling don't use this courier service its one of the worst courier server i have ever seen.

                              I had ordered Boss bluetooth headphones with the order number 6196371, but the order I received was a local product. It was completely different from the one which I had ordered. The product which I ordered was a good company product worth rs. 3000. But the one which I received was a china local product which was only worth rs 200-300. This is a fraud website. I am very unhappy with the product. I want to return the product as soon as possible.

                                [protected]...this is my AWB no...before this time they used to call me or send message from delhivery courier Khatla, but from Delivery DINTHAR never call me..

                                  Despite of my all the emails to Amazon I was told to contact Delhivery who was responsible to deliver this subject order. I wrote to Delhivery and they also stats making me fool saying that please contact with amazon as they delivered the package. why they cannot provide me the receipt in which they have receiver signature when they deliver the package but they do not have as they didn't deliver the package yet and ate the money. they cannot fool peoples to grab money and do their business in this way. hey have to stop this as where would innocent peoples go once they got cheated. they believe in consumer court and this is the only way they can explain their full story. if these companies cannot take the responsibility I urge you to take a legal actions against these companies and stop them to cheat common peoples. these kind of things is destroying Indian reputation in front of other nationality. I bought that package for one of my expat friend and got insulted when this package was not even delivered and nor I received the money refunded. they want me to chase each other but no one is taking responsibility to check with their own staff who stole the package. they just want to make peoples fool and grab the money like this. this is the way they will grown in our country and loose peoples trust. I would humbly request you to teach them a lesson and stop them to do this usually everyday with others. please take this on high priority as I am too much disappointed and feeling insult. I want to file a case against being disrespected as well.

                                    I had sent a package from dubai on 20th march through aramex courier for delivery to kolkata. The shipment is lying with delhivery since 22nd march and not delivered till now to addressee. I called up their customer service today i. E. 03.04.2019 only to be informed that the issue was bad / incomplete address, whereas awb from aramex shows the full address. I was told that only aramex can provide the full address and that they would liaise with aramex but it will require them 24- 48 hours for providing a resolution.

                                    It is totally unacceptable as i feel that they have not taken any steps in the interim 12 days (From 22nd march till date) to liaise with aramex and now due to my telephonic complaint, they have started to look into the matter. I have already lodged a complaint through their website and claimed demurrage / financial loss of inr 30, 000. My request / demand is for the delivery of the parcel to the addressee asap. I have attached the aramex awb as a proof of my claim that full address was provided at the time of booking the shipment.

                                    I was very surprised about the item but it was very cheap and ur price is very high and quality also not satisfied I want to return and money back please tell me the procedure. And please don't do this with any other customers will get Upsetted and how we should get money back please explain

                                      This is concerning the order i had placed on the dt.14.03.2019 for my project purpose with the company named, pyrax international who did sent my order through delhivery courier service. The estimated delivery date was set for dt.20.03.2019, the courier service never showed or contacted then i had to call up and inquire about it where i was informed that it was delayed due to some reason. It will be sent for escalation and the order will reach within 24 hours. After this it had been over 48 hours and there is no one to attend calls and regardless a multiple calls was placed.
                                      With a sincere and all due respect, this really needs to be held valid issue as it delayed customer valued time and personally had already caused me my project ratings.

                                        The above company address s-350, extension, new delhi - 110092. Invoiced for rs 2999.00 saying the packet contained "bose sound sport free truly wireless sport headphones (Midnight blue/citron). On taking cod delivery and opening it was not the product mentioned, but a chinese cheap item named i7s with full chinese literature.

                                        There is no way to get in touch with the company and courier says he not taking back.

                                        These companies are cheating public and i request the cyberpolice help in nabbing them.

                                        Please let me know what should be done for it.
