Your service at soreng, west sikkim india is not delivering any product at given address and he ask everyone to come at his office and receive... Please if you cant deliver order then dont take them.. Other couriers have good delivery system then yours. We dont pay delivery charges just to go and recieve our parcel by ourself. tobi travel steamer

Hi, i have ordered a tobi travel steamer. When i was using it the water was spilling over cloths and even after keeping it empty the water comes out and it is not functioning properly as the sides of the steamer iron is not properly closed. Delhivery sending it to wrong address. Again it come back to hub. Again they send. This process goes on continues for 6 days. Today is 28th december.
I must have said to the seller to deliver it through speed post india. I have never seen this much of worst delivery service by any company. Delhivery you spoiling...

I have returned a clubfactory product through delhivery on 20 november 2018 and today is 06 december 2018 but they have not delivered it till now. From last 10 days i am calling delhivery customer care and they say sir it will be delivered within 24 hours. Delivery boy is forcing me again and again to cancel the order, he is so rude and talks very badly, he don't have manners to talk, he said to me that i came to your house but he didn't. Is that the way you people treat your customers? If possible please deliver my order but with another delivery boy, if it's not possible then please cancel the order.

This incident happened on 21st october 2018. Myself rajesh, had ordered a tv from the paytm on 15th october 2018. And received the tv from the paytm, after receiving the product, i have verified that the tv which was delivered to me was damaged.
