Why has the order been cancelled.
I had asked delivery boy to come weekend sunday, the next day.
On sunday, he himself chooses to come monday

Now i see cancelled.

Why was i not informed.

If i am being called and informed about courier coming,
I should be called and informed about the cancellation of the pick up too.

I did not get any call of cancellation.

We pay money before we receive the samples.
Least is, we must be informed timely of anything via call.

Same as done on order request, delivery request & etc.

Have sent emails on customer services : customer. [protected]@delhivery.com & on call centre too.
I get no proper response.

Despite delivery reputation. I need to rely on my experience.
I am forced to come on a public platform for solution & need visibility to who is accountable.

In regards to above, after speaking to customer care executives & manager now i get to know, there are no sunday deliveries.

Then why was the delivery boy not updated on it.

The purpose of online shopping is to save time,

If i take 1+ hour just to connect with the customer care people then get no response, excluding the time taken in emails & sop understanding.

I might as well buy it offline than online.

Also the bangalore delivery office is only 2 kms away from the pick up location & even then the negligence.

Shall await your revert for the listed.

Who is accountable.
(Pls advise is delivery or the online brand responsible for cancellation.)

Why should i pay 65 rs to any of the party at all

For reissuing the delivery.
When i was not at all informed on call of cancellation.

Not even an automated reply has come from the customer care service email.

The belt is very poor quality and this is not perfect for my size the edjesment belt locks in working good I was not chooses thi belt this is totally different you are showing the back support this is not working like that I don’t want this item from you this is very bad and useless

    I had ordered a product from clubfactory during the delivery time i was not at the town so i said to the excutive to give to the near shop so that after coming i can take it from them... But the shopkeeper told me that he doesn't receive any parcell so please solve my problem

      One of the worst company. Not even a single phone number working. No one will respond to the email or tickets we raise. Where is my parcel? Pathetic service & worst support.

      They provide a tracking number but if you track the order it will always show the status as in-transit mode. Their fancy toll-free numbers are just a joke. After waiting for one hour also in the call no one will pick up the call. What kind of service you are running guys? The basic sense of any company is to at least respond. You don't even bother the complaints. Shame on you guys.

        I want to return my product... The first reason is that the delivery is too late and also later found that this product is not needed for me... I found an alternative source for my order as well already... So i kindly request you to accept my return and refund back my money... Also i have placed the order by mistake as well but i couldn't be able to cancel the order... So i once again intimate you to collect the order back and refund me the amount that i had paid earlier on this order

          I had ordered some products from decathlon india on 2nd september, 2019. I was supposed to receive the products on 11th september. When i checked the tracking link provided to me on the day, i saw that the product had reached my city on 8th september and had been lying in a warehouse since then.

          On raising a complaint with decathlon india, i was told that i would receive the product within 48 hours, and put in a request to deliver it to me and not leave it at the empty security booth where anybody could pick up the parcel.

          The same evening the link updated saying - "customer refused to accept/order cancelled". I initially tried the helpline number on the delhivery website but nobody came to the line to help which is why i called decathlon - who were helpless still. I asked them to refund the money as this has turned into a familiar experience. Their customer care said that they would try one more time before returning my money.

          Today, i received another email from decathlon saying that they have requested delhivery to try delivering again only for the tracking link to be updated saying - "not attempted by delivery executive"; and, after being on hold with delhivery customer care for 15 mintues, one of their representatives finally said that they will look into it.

          I know the blowback of this complaint will be that their delivery representatives will never deliver any of my products after this - as has happened with an earlier complaint of mine against ecom express.

          I just hope they take notice, because this has been an utter waste of time and my patience.

          I received both my shipments - from two different web portals - on the same day, i.e., 17th September, 2019. It was only after emails and telephone calls to both Decathlon India and Delhivery, along with this complaint, that I received all of the parcels. Thank you to both Decathlon India and Delhivery for responding to this, but I do hope this does not happen again.

          Sorry to be pessimistic, but numerous emails and phone calls haven't solved this issue, and I do not expect this to solve it either. I would only like to put in a request that this does not happen again in the future, as sadly enough I am expecting a few other things to be delivered by your services.
          Please return or exchange my Saree please it's very poor saree. So return my money. Please colour is defrent in photo

            I think you should escalate and get this company closed. We ordered a blueray cd which not only got delivered extremely late but the product is fake. I must say that i have been cheated.
            This business and their associates must be stopped and their business be closed.

            I say it’s fake because we are users of blue ray cds and this product that we received is terribly bad. Quality of packing and cd when we watched is terrible.

                  We waited for two days for my order to be delivered. I was told that it would arrive by 8p. M on the friday - it did not. I was told by the executive that due to rain, he could not attempt the delivery. He said that it would be delivered the following morning - it wasn't!

                  After numerous calls, whatsapp messages, emails etc, i was told that it would definately arrive by 8pm on the saturday evening by 8pm. Needless to say, the order did not arrive!

                  I then received a message to say that the order could not be delivered as i had changed the delivery date!!

                  The employees of this company are both liars and incompetent!

                  Use them at your peril!!!

                    The courier company is utterly useless.

                    My location is mumbai - 03, a central location, near crawford market surrounded with logistics teams.

                      I booked realme 5 through realme online booking and they send my mobile through delhivery courier. The delivery person oof said courier went in wrong pincode even address written in parcel is correct address. I request them you deliver my mobile in correct address. They refuge and i contract with costomer care every time busy minimum half an hour taken for pick up call every time mis information given to me that realme given us wrong pincode and you contract with realme if you want the product. I contact realme they said we given correct addres.in same city product delivered after six days. It's worst courier service after regular followup in 5 days given mail and costomer care then i got my product it is below standard device to costomer

                        I ordered an item of my wish and i got a call from delhivery person yesterday but while i lift the call the delhivery boy cut the call. Then i tried to contact him but i cannot contact. What type of system it is you are runnning. Some people cannot lift the call during the delhivery time. But you cannot be contacted and you are untracable. Your area office phone numbers are not in working conditions.

                          I have ordered a one plus 6 t in exchange for realme 3 pro and with 8000 rupees that i have to pay and i got my delivery i got a itel a44 air instead which is not even worth 8000 and i have paid and the staff of delivery said it will resolve it no time but it's taking to long and they are not responding me now so i would like to get refunded or get the right product as soon as possible

                            Dear consumer complaints,

                            This is with regards to the previous complaint lodged. Id 2429831.

                            The courier company has stopped calling.. But now they are cancelling and returning all my parcels even without informing me. They are calling me once - a missed call... Any time they want. If by mistake i do not answer, they are cancelling my parcels and not receiving my calls.

                            What should i do now?! All my paid or unpaid parcels are getting cancelled without my knowledge.

                            I received a call with regards to awb #[protected]. No information about the package is provided so i even get to know what it is. My packages are being marked delivered. I have no idea if someone else is receiving them on my behalf!

                              Hello,

                              This is with regards to the extremely bad experience with the courier company "delhivery.com". It has been going for a month now and these people are still calling and disturbing me! It started with an order i returned through the company "bluestone" - order #b3w212t8, for which i was refused an acknowledgement receipt. I was later continuously called by this courier firm... Who shouted at me and argued. They finally provided me with the receipt through whatsapp! Since then they have been calling me almost everyday and taking ownership of all my parcels that earlier used to arrive through other courier companies as well!

                              A furniture from flipkart was delivered broken. Order # od[protected] purchased by user "ambika naha".

                              I had requested them to reschedule the delivery of this order, as it was past 6pm and i live in an army campus, where no civilian is allowed especially after that time! Not only did they delay the delivery of the order, but also delivered it broken!

                              A parcel from united polo associtation - nnnnow, was cancelled, even without my permission! Even if i send someone with money to collect a parcel, the courier refuses to deliver it! They arrive any odd time to deliver - sometimes they call at 8pm! Since its not possible for me to go to the gate and receive it at all times, i send some help.in fact, even cancelling this parcel, they are going on calling me!

                              Every call is strange... The person calls from multiple numbers... Till i pickup.. And then he shouts and argues or talks in a sarcastic manner! I have provided delhivery complaints with most of the phone numbers but this has not yet stopped! One person's name is jivan - he gave the name when my husband, who is out of town now for work, called him to find out whats going on!

                              I was compelled to cancel all my orders - or reorder them so they could come through another courier. All these courier firms refuse to take customers signatures... If you ask them.. They say not required. However, none of the firms have misbehaved with me this way! There is no other way for me to receive parcels.

                              On top of that, their website doesnt display updated information about returns or where our item is. If you call them, they block a customers number and in emails they address us as "naha"... The last name! Even after i stopped purchasing parcels.. They are going on calling... I have no idea what to do now!

                              Incorrect messages are sent - they ask a customer to arrive at a spot to collect the parcel... When they have not yet arrived for the delivery! Sometimes they just send any message... Irrelevant! Would request you to do something about this... As all my parcels are waiting to be delivered or suspended... Because of what they are doing. I dont know what the issue is... I have no idea why companies are also supporting this instead o[censored]sing other couriers.

                              I had placed an order with lifestyle which was supposed to be delivered by 19th August but parcel status is transit in Hyderabad from past 3 days. I have contacted delhivery support numerous times but no one responded. Neither calls nor mails. I am going out of Hyderabad tomorrow evening. I won't need my parcel after that.

                                Delhivery tracking number[protected]

                                This item has not been moving according to the tracking information since 7th of August. I have called their customer support many times but have not received a satisfactory response either. I am very very frustrated with Delhivery. This order was placed from MoviesKart, and according to their website they promise to ship the CD the very next day. However, clearly someone is lying about this promise and it is very sad.

                                What can be done??

                                  I had to get a shipment through delhivery with awb no[protected] & the courier guy who attempted the delivery was very rude & arrogant he didn't even know the roads of delhi he didnt made any efforts to find the address & submitted the shipment back to delhivery office. I have escalated the issue support team and they are even lazy to address it

                                  Please i m from air force station hindon karehera calony. Its my humble request for you to change my phone and refund my money . This delivery is fake and yiu cheat me . you have one option is change my product and and refund my money and this horrible you cheat everyone .. i have one option i complaint against you in police station .
                                  Other products have been sent instead of the product I ordered.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I'm very disappointed that my order from medlife has been returned without any intimidation or confirmation.
                                    My order id=or0955pt-008a
                                    Tracking id=[protected] was ordered on 06.08.19. I straight away received a message on 10.08.19 asking me to collect the order from the courier at nayabazar, jorethang, sikkim without any calls. When i went there they rudely sent me back saying that they would deliver at our address.
                                    Unfortunately, found my order returned on 14.08.19 without any intimidation or confirmation when i tracked down my order.
                                    The order consists of medicines of my 80 year old father, and now he is facing some genuine problem.
                                    Your counter part at nayabazar, jorethang, sikkim has to undergo some correctional measures. You can enquire on other cases also for confirmation.

                                      I have ordered a product from club factory and these people. Are so careless that they are not uploading anh information on the website. I cannot track. The same information is been shown again ans again
                                      Such rubbish service. I'll call consumer complaint people to punish you for these. You people are disgusting. Tell me where my order is. You are not recieving my calls as well. I have called on delhivery customer care number 100 times but they haven't attended my call.
