This is very unexpected incident from such a reputed company like Dell. I had placed order for a Vostro Notebook 5402 on 24 April 21. Payment for same was made for an amount of Rs. 62, 188. On 26 Apr 21, dell sent an email asking for GST number and MSME certificate. It is pertinent to mention that it was not mentioned when the payment was made. Bought this laptop in december ... it is heavily lagging right from the booting and also while operating the system ...despite many complaints in the past no resolution has been provided...help asap or i wont have any option but leal action...thankyou...

I m not complaining .but i m asking that "dell inspiration 3505" with radeon 3 processor, radeon graphics 2.6 ghz and 4 gb ram is enough for playing farcry3 smoothly.

I was delivered the laptop on 15th April 2021. I was super excited which didn't last long as there was a problem with the touchpad and immediately I called Dell product support. They tried to trouble shoot which didn't work and then they asked me to go to the Service Center, in Bangalore. For the fault of buying this Dell laptop I took the same to service center risking myself to covid 19 pandemic....

What the hell is wrong with thus 4gb varaint, why i have purchased this laptop tell me ??? to get a ram pf 600 mb
it is so annoying to see lass than 1gb o[censored]sable memory

please tell me what to do now ?? it feels like throwing this thing
such a waste of money
4gm ram is just a bait to attract CUSTOMERs and the truth is only 700-800mb is usable ram is free to use

i would like my problem to be solved...

We buy a dell PC one week ago and it is updated. But now when we are trying to on it is in processing mode and not start from 3-4 days.

The laptop heats up and is very very hot to touch - is this normal?
I have referred this unit twice within a fortnight of buying for other startup issues. And had reported the heating too. The agency kept it for a 3 days for monitoring and returned it saying Dell has checked and corrected the problem.br...

2 Months back i have purchased a Dell D584004wINS-Vostro3500-Ci5(11G)-8-1-W10 from Dell Exclusive Store Chandigarh. From 1st day it is Starting very slow. Processing speed also very slow. Where as my other laptop of HP of lower generation working smoothly.

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1 a few months back.
I'm very much disappointed with its performance.
The laptop is convertible, yet every time it is changed to a tablet, it hangs and does not respond.
it even stops responding if a certain video is skipped too much in VLC media player.
I tried contacting the customer care, they don't really help much, and i took it to a service center, but the problems...

I Have purchased a Dell Laptop on 03/10/2020 with lifetime MS office validity. After a week use, it shows trial is ending and on reaching the dealer he reinstall the MS office and activate the MS office. Now, two ago i am receiving disclaimer while using MS office application that the product is non genuine.

I tried reaching the dealer on phone but his number is not reachable and he is not responding to the mails....

I bought a Dell Vostro[protected] series (8GB RAM 1TB HDD 2GB
Dedicated Graphics Card) Service Tag no.( 2CHK5Z2), the design of laptop is good.

But the air cooling system is not working properly, cause of the position of cooling fan( exhaust ) is at back side of laptop...
when I start/open the laptop the exhaust is close, screen is at 145 Degree then heat was pass...
otherwise the heat is not pass...

In my laptop inspiron 3493, dell mobile connect app not working,...
