31st Oct 2020 - Laptop was received by Courier
9th Nov 2020 - Informed Dell that all the Diagnostic tests were ok. But still there is no sound via speaker and headset even during epsa test. Dell confirmed that Motherboard needs to be replaced.
10th Nov 2020 - I have clearly informed the Dell team that I need complete refund as the laptop supplied...

I have bought the dell inspiron 5502 11th gen laptop recently about a week ago. though its a new new laptop it is hanging. poor performance from dell....

This is to bring to your kind notice that we are facing problem with motor cyclist and heavy motors in our street road which is very busy now a days. they are riding very fast in the street roads about 40-65 kmph being there is a school zone and residential area, non of the riders are riding within limits. We are worried about our kids who come out for social networking...

I purchase a laptop New Vostto 15 3500 series on 3 rd Jan at 8 pm through Dell.com site with the order number[protected] and internet receipt number IN[protected]. But when I reviewed the order I found that I have ordered a 256 GB SSD version rather than a 512GB SSD version because both the version are exactly the same and only have this difference of SSD and i immediately wrote to them at 9:30 pm that I have erroneously placed the order...

Some keypad buttons like "esc(escape)", "7(seven)" and "right arrow" are not working from 27th december, 2020. these three keys got loosened and slowing stopped working. I think there must be some problem with these keys on the keypad so I kindly request you to repair these 3 keys on my keyboard....

The undersigned had brought a Inspiron 3501 Notebook ( Item Description - D560398WIN9B, i5 1135G7/4GB/1 TB+256/Int/W10/15.6 FHD ) from Sadhvi Computers (Dell Exclusive Store) on 26/12/2020.

Dell exclusive store additionally provided a Kaspersky Antivirus along with this laptop.
An addition amount of Rs 1200.00 was charged for the antivirus.

I have received a new Dell Vostro 3491 in mid Nov 2020 and have been facing problem of display flickering, blanking out and blurring. The tech support and onsite repairs have not been able to resolve the issue and the company representatives have stopped responding.
I have asked for a product replacement but have not received a response. Its really poor service and no help....

I purchased dell laptop in Sep 2020 tag no FWNR203 and it is not working good from first day and technical team also not sort out the issue and after that I replaced it but now dell team not providing me laptop...

I gave my laptop to authorised service center for repair and dell rejected my parts replacement.dell is saying that the motherboard serial number does not match with my laptop id.and it belong to another laptop.i asked them to check the serial number of motherboard so they can find where it is sold and can identify what really happened.they said they dont do anything like that and repeated they cant give me warranty replacement.i asked them...

I am a government employee and had to purchase a laptop as per company policy. But for reimbursement I need dell exclusive authorisation certificate. At the time of purchase they provide me an expired authorisation certificate and misguided me. Kindly provide me current year certificate so that I can submit in my company for reimbursement.

My laptop speaker is torn...

I bought a Dell Inspiron laptop 7570 on 9th Jun 2019 from Croma. in less than one and a half year the hinge has broken twice. apparently when the hinge breaks the screen and the entire keyboard needs to be replaced. and this has happened without my fault.
This is a faulty production issue. The first time it happened the dell service providers tried very hard to convince me that it was my fault and I had to really fight to get it fixed....
