This is a really pathetic service ever by any computer making company. That too a reputated company like Dell started by Mr Michael Dell. This is not the kind of things I have had expected. The laptop I had purchased it in February 2019. Since then it has been giving number of issues right from important parts such as the motherboard, hinges, camera and also some burning cables. Also the stupid onsite engineers which they send are the reason behind the degradation of this laptop. It was a VERY GOOD product intially. But all those stupid engineers destroyed it. I want never recommend Dell to any of my friends and relatives. It is a pathetic brand for laptops. Even after multiple service requests my laptop stays unrepaired. I have reached the pinnacle of my patience and can't really bare more. Requested for a refund they are asking me for a 2 year old invoice which I am not having as of now I am trying to retrieve it so that I will get the refund or replacement or and get out of this ###.

          Being you prestigious company in the world and I have purchased laptop dated[protected] from dell store named as Dev Satya Enterprise running by Mr.Mahesh patel at monalisha complex, sayajigunj, vadodara, India.
          Whose email account is dell.baroda.[protected]@gmail.com . Who has received 4250 for further period of warranty which covered the software as well as hardware and but no message regarding the warranty from your company and from the dealer till today you have not responded on my complaint dated 5-1-2021. If you fail to response the complaint I have to take legal action against your company as well as your distributor.
          Providing no service from you is service in deficiency.take action as early as possible and response to my complaint

I am Fed up with my DELL laptop. I think my old HP laptop is very good because it is still working very good condition.

              My Lap Top ( INSPIRON 3593) with a service tag of 7YG2B53 with a service warranty of 3 year. At first time its key board was damaged and second time it will run very slowly. The first complaint will rectified by the service technician from Green tech service center, Trivandrum. But the second complaint will still continued. the last week I found my Microsoft office will not be working I call the technician in the Green tech, Trivandrum. he will come install another OS in to my Laptop. Today I had seen The excel is not opening. No one from Green Tech Service center, Trivandrum will not attend my call. I am fed up from this laptop. please rectify my laptops complaint. other wise please taken back this lap top and give me my money back

                Since the day I bought that system I am facing the issue of "Hanging " of the system very badly .I told this problem to the dealer through which i bought it, but he never sorted my problem and always insisted me to install SSD card. Actually the problem of hang of the is so bad that sometime when i start my laptop it is not functionable for 15 -20 minutes .

                  My registration for the subject offer was validated and later after few weeks upon complaining a payment gateway was shared. But unfortunately upon login into the gateway, my ticket details show not found. It is very frustrating the way Dell India manages the offer. Please do immediately look into the matter.

                  Request you to smooth the process and also guide the customer with proper information.

                    25th October 2020- Ordered a Dell Vostro Laptop via Dell India Website.
                    31st Oct 2020 - Laptop was received by Courier
                    9th Nov 2020 - Informed Dell that all the Diagnostic tests were ok. But still there is no sound via speaker and headset even during epsa test. Dell confirmed that Motherboard needs to be replaced.
                    10th Nov 2020 - I have clearly informed the Dell team that I need complete refund as the laptop supplied is defective. Replacement is not an option and this will require a lot of time as per Dell policy. The technical team says contact customer care for refund, while customer care team says contact technical team. Had to spend a lot of time on coordination between the various Dell teams.
                    12th Nov 2020 - Dell finally confirmed that refund will be processed.
                    28th Nov 2020 – Laptop collected by Courier
                    8th Jan 2021: After a lot of follow-up, final refund received after almost 2 months

                    Poor Quality – No proper check of the Laptop, before dispatch to the Customer.
                    Worst Customer Service. Be prepared to spend a lot of time on the phone. You will be transferred to some many teams such a Technical Support, Customer Care, etc. No direct contact number will be provided. You will not receive response to your emails.

This is to bring to your kind notice that we are facing problem with motor cyclist and heavy motors in our street road which is very busy now a days. they are riding very fast in the street roads about 40-65 kmph being there is a school zone and residential area, non of the riders are riding within limits. We are worried about our kids who come out for social networking and gather for play. In this regard request you to kindly construct at least two speed breakers on the road so that we can avoid the vehicles coming fast and avoid accidents.

                            I purchase a laptop New Vostto 15 3500 series on 3 rd Jan at 8 pm through Dell.com site with the order number[protected] and internet receipt number IN[protected]. But when I reviewed the order I found that I have ordered a 256 GB SSD version rather than a 512GB SSD version because both the version are exactly the same and only have this difference of SSD and i immediately wrote to them at 9:30 pm that I have erroneously placed the order kindly change the configuration to 512 to 256GB SSD.

                            No contact happen till the morning as there is no way to contact them except creating a ticket which I created as [protected] and when 9am i called the customer care they said you can write to [protected]@dell.com and they said: "because it is just received and not gone into production so you can change the configuration, there will not be an issue".

                            I did that. But till afternoon when I didn't get any reply I called dell customer care again the Srinivas from the customer care said that he is writing a mail to sales then and there and that my problem will be solved as it is still not gone into production and I will be able to change the configuration as it is a very minute change.

                            He assured me that within 24 to 48 hours I will get a response from the sales team and it will solve my issue.

                            But a couple of hours later the sales team has called and said that they can't do anything in it and if I want to change the configuration which is from 256 to 512GB I have to pay a restocking fee and there is no option of change.

                            So this is my first experience with dell customer service which is so unfriendly that they will not listen to customer requests and neither they give any solution. This is a very minute change in the configuration in the same product and timely information is sent to them but still, they refuse to entertain that request and forced us to buy the product or give the penalty as a restocking fee.

                            SO I HIGHLY CONDEMN THIS BEHAVIOUR OF DELL CUSTOMER CARE AND WANT MY REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT I CAN GET OUT OF DELL'S RELATION.

                            I have decided to break all my ties with dell and decided to cancel the order even if it means it's a battle to recover my money..

                            But I will not recommend anyone to buy from dell directly as they have pathetic customer service and they never listen to customers and find a solution.

                              Some keypad buttons like "esc(escape)", "7(seven)" and "right arrow" are not working from 27th december, 2020. these three keys got loosened and slowing stopped working. I think there must be some problem with these keys on the keypad so I kindly request you to repair these 3 keys on my keyboard.

                                    The short timeline is as follows
                                    1. Online order by me 02 Dec
                                    2. Confirmation email and Invoice from Dell received - 05 Dec
                                    3. E-mail from Dell regarding change of invoice - 08 Dec and confirmation of GST and address
                                    4. Reply to the mail - 08 Dec
                                    Explained that there is no error in the GST or the addresses given at the time of ordering and as reflected in the invoice dated 05 Dec. Requested to deliver product earliest.

                                    STILL NO COMMUNICATION OR QUERY FROM DELL. ALSO THE PRODUCT DELIVERY DATE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL 21 DEC.

                                    NO ACTION TAKEN BY DELL FOR 15 DAYS UNTIL I LODGE A COMPLAINT ON CUSTOMER CARE NO.

                                    5. I write a e-mail again reiterating that there is no change - 21 Dec
                                    in the input details as given during placing order and as mentioned in the invoice already generated
                                    6. Email from Dell again stating fresh invoice will be generated and take more time.-22 Dec
                                    7. I AGAIN write Mail to Dell to expedite - 22 Dec

                                    STILL NO ACTION TAKEN ON ISSUE UNTIL 28 DEC WHEN I AGAIN WRITE A MAIL TO CHECK ON STATUS OF ORDER.

                                    8. Mail from Dell again stating Invoice will be urgently generated and take two to three working days. --28 Dec

                                    AND I AM YET TO GET ANY DETAILS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY AS OF 01 JAN 2021.

                                    THIS IS MOST AMAZING DEALING THAT I HAVE WITNESSED BY A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE YOURS.

                                    KINDLY APPRISE ME ON THE FOLLOWING ISSUES
                                    1. WHY WAS THE MAIL GENERATED FOR CHANGE/ERROR OF ADDRESS/ GST ON 08 DEC AFTER RAISING THE INVOICE ON 05 DEC ?

                                    2. WHAT ACTION WAS TAKEN/ NO ACTION TAKEN TO PROCESS THE ORDER FROM 08 TO 21 DEC20.
                                    3. WHY AFTER NUMEROUS CLARIFICATIONS THE COMPANY MAILS STILL TALK OF RAISING A FRESH INVOICE ON 22 DEC ???? 4. IN SPITE OF CONSTANT PERSUASION AND REQUEST WHY IS MY ORDER STILL NOT PROCESSED AS OF 01 JAN21 A DELAY OF ONE FULL COMPLETE MONTH SINCE 02 DEC 20.

                                    Needless to say that such careless attitude or irresponsible handling of the issue by your company has caused tremendous amount of harassment and loss of face (This was meant to be a gift for the festive season), time and financial opportunity.

                                    I am tired of following up and requesting you to kindly expedite delivery of product as well as compensate for the aggravance caused.

                                    Any further excuses or delays would compel me to cancel my order and lodge claims at suitable forum/authorities.

                                      Dear Sir /Madam,

                                      The undersigned had brought a Inspiron 3501 Notebook ( Item Description - D560398WIN9B, i5 1135G7/4GB/1 TB+256/Int/W10/15.6 FHD ) from Sadhvi Computers (Dell Exclusive Store) on 26/12/2020.

                                      Dell exclusive store additionally provided a Kaspersky Antivirus along with this laptop.
                                      An addition amount of Rs 1200.00 was charged for the antivirus.
                                      The details of the Antivirus provided is Antivirus Total Security 1 user 1 year Kaspersky .
                                      After verification of price of the same product it is evident that Dell sold the product at an abnormally high escalated price.
                                      Please find attached documents for ready reference.
                                      I) Tax Invoice from DELL Exclusive Store Chandannagar for Antivirus T/S 1 User 1 year Kaspersky.
                                      II) Screenshot of online price of the identical product from the Official website of Kaspersky.
                                      III) Screenshot of the Dell Store installed Antivirus as mentioned above.

                                      This is a form of cheating and a suitable compensation or money back for the fraud committed should be given to the undernamed person.
                                      This kind of trade practices adopted by Sadhvi Computer Spoils the Goodwill of DELL.
                                      If no prompt satisfactory grievance redressal is provided from Dell's end the undernamed can move to suitable consumer forum.
