Dell Inspiron 11th Gen I5 3501 1TB+256SSD

There are so many problems from starting
1.Power button was not working got replaced by engineer .
2.Touchpad is not working intermittently
3.Speaker stopped working once
4.1TB hard disc is not there in system
5. and now i discovered that one USB port is not working
all these problems in just 2months from purchase ..so i am not even able to use laptop properly.
still dell customer service...

Hi, I had ordered a new Dell laptop from their website and the same got delivered to me on 5thAug'21. This was bought as a gift for my daughter for her online classes and for home requirements. When we started the Laptop it was very disappointing to realize that no clicks were working from the Touchpad. Refund not received.

I placed an order of Inspiron 15 laptop from dell website online on July 4th 2021.It was in production for so many days and I was getting mails that my order has been delayed and they changed the delivery date more than 4 times.When I contacted the customer care they told me that it was due to part shortage.Then I decided to cancel the order as I know that I wont be getting the laptop.
I contacted the customer care on July 26th 2021...

Dell Inspiron Brand New Laptop is not working

I have purchased new laptop from Dell on July 2021. Now there is some issues and The Customer Support says I have to Pay to get the support for this junk. I have already spent 61K for this laptop and now I have to pay extra to get this fixed which is not at all acceptable. I barely use this laptop and was a mistake to purchase from the brand Dell.
I need a resolution for this. Please do the needful asap....

Dell INSPIRON laptop 2 in 1 8 GGP93

I purchased this laptop and on 2nd day of purchased it was hang in my online classes. i taken it to seller he updated windows and told me to make it always updated. i believed on him and tried using it but it still keep on hanging. i reached many times to seller and Dell online supports and dell WhatsApp support many times but no use . i did according to them but after 1 day it again repeatedly keeps on hanging.

Issue with touchpad and sound/ voice

I purchased Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 on August 10, 2020 and the touchpad is non-functional within 1 year and the voice / sound on web calls is also of poor quality. Could you send some technical person to check into the matter and fix the problem.

It's service tag number is 2NFFHT2

The product has been under safe use and no physical damage has happened to laptop...

Poor servicing at dell service center

I submitted my dell laptop with its charger to the dell service center for fixing some problem in my laptop, I got the message that it got repaired after almost 15 days and when I went to the center to receive my laptop, they refused that they do not have my charger. We asked to show us the CCTV footage, they denied that too....

Keyboard and mouse is not working properly

I have bought a keyboard and one mouse in nov 2020.
Now it is july 2021.
But mouse's right click is not working properly.
and keyboard function key and symbol numeric key is not working properly....

I have purchased this laptop last year in July till now 3 times part change and 2 times software issues occur. Recently I am facing microphone issues and slow speed. My case no 11801715 and issue still not resolved after many time remote access taken and lot of time spend by technician . I am very disappointed with your service and product.

Since I have purchased this laptop it has not worked properly even a single time, support...

Offer not received on latest purchased laptop model

Hi Dell Team,
We purchase DEll inspiron Laptop on May 7th this year. There were 2 offers on the laptop at that time. One for Headset & another for Amazon voucher. While claimining offer i got only Headset one and not other. For the same i followed with Dell Offers team and i got response at you will get it shortly. I received my headset after multiple followups in 1.5 months nearly and still received the wait response on Amazon voucher...

Critical Overheating and Battery Draining

The 100% Battery is Draining within 1 Hour and the laptop is overheating in 5 minutes after opening.
Both the problems is happening from starting but I thought it was happen to every laptop but it is not.
The temperature of this laptop is 98 degrees.
Please solve this problem within 2 days....
