New laptop purchased on 9th June. Found touchpad issue. Raised complaint on 9th June. Till date faulty laptop is not even picked. Sent more than 10 reminder email, escalated, called customer care.

      We ordered a laptop on 18thMay2021and the expected delivery date was 11th June. We were constantly traking the order and observed the laptop had arrived in Bangalore on 11th June . However their logistics partner has been holding it for many days. We call the customer support of Dell as well as the logistics partner on a daily basis just to hear some standard answers. However neither Dell nor their partner has been responsible yet to deliver the product nor they care to call you back even once. We are totally frustrated and curse the moment we placed the order. My recommendation to all the aspiring buyers of Dell would be that pls do not waste your time money and energy on them. Pls look for some alternative options.

        I have booked the Dell Vostro 5410 on 11 May. it shows the status as
        Shipped - 19 may
        Expected delivery- 15th June

        Its way past the delivery date nbot repsonse from Dell team. i am in dark about the status money already paid.

        Can i get the information on when it be delviered?
        Else how do i cancel the order if Dell is not capable of delivery before taking money from customer.

          Order is put on hold.

          Have called customer care multiple times since yesterday and call keeps transferring and finally it is hanged up.

            Hi Team,

            I am using my Dell Laptop for about an year now. I generally observe that my system often is not very responsive and the major cause is disk utilization which often hits 100% even after system reboot.

            Please help me to fix this problem and help me with the probable root cause which might appear due to hardware or software mal-functioning.

                I was using the laptop suddenly the laptop got turren off after it was turned off then i tried to open it but that laptop did not open. Shot out the trouble as soon as possible.

                  I have the honour to state that I have ordered a desktop on 20 may21(sales order no.[protected]. on 15 june2021, i received a call from Dell that due to shortage of spares not able to execute the order & suggest for other similar products via mail, i have opted proceed (yes) on 15 june2021. my new sales order no.[protected].there are some observations between old & new sales order -

                  1. you have to refund me rs3000/- as there is a difference between the price of new(rs41187.49) & old order(rs44189.0) for ur reference, i have attached the order copy.
                  2.my old delivery date is 28june but the new date is 19 july2021, why?
                  pl do the needful to refund my balance amount & deliver the product on or before 28 june2021.

                    I bought a dell g3 3500 from post one month of purchase the issue started arising starting with keyboard then system lag and finally, the system is now totally blank and not able to turn on the system we already contacted with the customer support and they are not responding properly for replacing the system

                      Bought a Dell Inspiron laptop less than a year. The laptop is hanging and the windows updates are not getti g updated properly. Contacted the seller. They keep the laptop for five days and say issue is fixed. Took it to them three times but issues not resolved. Pathetic response from the seller when talked about warranty. Not serving my purpose. But really not a happy customer of Dell anymore. Dealers and so called authorized service centers aren't customer centric. What should be done to get my laptop replaced?

                        Reference to the above subject I am sure you will be able to find the status of the issue I am about to highlight from the details mentioned. Kindly note that for almost one month now (from 21.05.2021) the wifi network on my laptop has been getting disconnected several times throughout the day, Complaints were raised and remote diagnostic measures and updates were done several times and the same procedure was repeated several times mainly because the online support executives work in shifts and each time a new executive took up the call I was made to repeat the procedure without them having checked out the history. This was nerve wracking and outright stressful and monotonous as I had to spend several hours repeating the same thing again and again.

                        Thereafter, the wifi card was replaced but the problem remained then the keyboard section was replaced but the problem remained and finally the motherboard was replaced today and the OS was reinstalled but the problem still persists.

                        Under the given situation I am facing professional hardship and discrimination as I am unable to complete my work on time.

                        Am I wrong to expect that I am entitled to be able to access all the functions provided by the system.

                        I would therefore request you to resolve the issue by doing all that is necessary so that I can use this machine without any hindrance. If you feel replacement of parts will solve the problem so be it or if you by now realise that probably all steps have been taken yet the issue remains unresolved and you have to replace the machine so be it.

                        I am prepared to cooperate with you to the extent possible from my side in resolving this crisis arising out of a diagnostic failure from your end.

                        Please also note that my entire family (3) have been using Dell laptops for the past several years (this is the ninth Dell laptop in the family) and as loyal customers of Dell I hope you will do what is required to retain my trust in your organization.

                          I have purchased Dell Latitude 3400 from dell. After getting delivery of the laptop i found that there has been issue with its keyboard, Mouse pad and speaker volume.

                          Dell couldn't provide any support for it. So just be aware while purchasing Dell laptop.

                          without giving any support they closed my case thru email. Email is attached with it.

                          Dell suggested to use external speaker. Few days later they will say to carry external monitor as well.
                          when i have paid extra for 3 years complete warranty. So i personal advised not to waste money on dell products.

                            Recently, I buyed a Dell Inspiron 3505, before the laptop completed one month there were a few issues, like auto brightness adjustment, too much loud fan noise, and heating issues. I highlighted the issues to the Dell support; Initially they were handled over the phone. When they were unable to resolve the same, then finally on 5th May a case was registered for fan replacement. After 21 days on 26th May a technician arrived at my place and he replaced the fan. But the issues are not resolved. Hence, I request Dell to please replace the system, as it has a lot of issues. But they said first we need to replace the parts if we are unable then you can raise a request for unit replacement. After that, as suggested by the site technician, they replaced other parts, like Motherboard, HDD, Charging adapter, and again Fan. After that still they were unable to resolve the problem. A technician (Shashank) took my system on remote access, he tried everything. But he was also unable to fix the problem. I spent more than 3 hrs on the phone with support as the person took the remote control and ended up once again. After that again I request for a system replacement, as I highlighted the issues within one month. But now they are saying give us 12, 24, and 72 hrs time we will provide a solution. Everyday they used to ask the same thing and nobody gave me any solution. Today I also called the Dell technician again. They are saying please give us 12 hrs. We have escalated your concerns to the related team, and after 45-60 days you will get a solution. So, that means I have been struggling with the laptop for 3 months, and I have to struggle more 45-60 days. Now, I will not let the parts change because all major parts have been replaced. Now I want a new laptop; Otherwise you can refund my money.

                            I am NOT going to waste my hard-earned money. For the future I will never suggest anyone buy a Dell product. I never expect this for Dell or this will happen with me.

                              I purchased a Dell Laptop Vostro 3501 vide Inv No [protected], Customer no.[protected] Dell order no.[protected]. It was despatched on 22.05.2021 and received by me after 3-4 days. But due to some deaths in my family, I was not able to unpack the systems for approx 8-10 days, after which I opened the same and then after approx 3-4 days, I opened the same to start using. But the system was very slow in response. Each and everything was very very slow. On June 7, I sent a whatsapp message to Dell Technical Support as before that I was trying to figure out as to whom to contact.

                              On 9th June, I could talk to one Ms Riya Koley, Technical Support on phone and discussed with her for over 45 minutes, but nothing fruitful happened. She asked to do some routines on the system and then write to her, which I did, but have not received any response to my three emails.

                              I do get whatsapp messages at night ( which I see next day morning as I cannot keep awake the whole night to see when the message comes ) and then reply to them to take remote access by setting a time to rectifyt he problem. But the message is never responded and again some message comes at night asking if I can give the remote access. Do you expect me to keep awake whole night waiting as to when any message will come from DELL? It is height of testing the patience of a customer who has spent his hard earned money of a Dell laptop thinking that he will get a good system.

                              Now, I am totally frustrated and want nothing else but a total refund, alongwith interest, of my laptop.

                              Please let me have your confirmation within the next 24 hours else I will take further necessary action in the matter.

                                      I have bought my laptop in June 2020. from the starting its been slow. I thought it because of the updates that were in the settings but after I updated them there was no change. I request dell to please help me. Some simple apps like Chrome, Microsoft edge take at least 10 minutes to start.

                                        This is Jyotsna from Hyderabad and we have recently purchased Dell Inspiron3501 (i5-1135g7/8gb/1tb/Int/W10/15.6FHD) laptop on 7 March 2021 thinking this is the BEST of all but we are highly regret for buying DELL product now.

                                        Ever since we have bought this laptop issues started firstly the camera would get switch off on its own while using Zoom and Google Meet and it was very slow. We contacted the store person he referred some DELL engineer and we have spoken to him and he says there should be some X memory which is totally non sense. If camera works for Zoom and Google meet on mobile with less memory why can't it work on laptop. And recently some Dell Engineer has taken laptop and advised to get the SSD installed for getting the issues fixed. We said ok and paid 5500 INR for SSD and later laptop was fast and worked fine for a 5 days only . On 6th day again we had same issue camera gets switched off without any reason and after 2 days BATTERY DIED which is very strange and system throws a message regarding OS. Now without charging laptop doesn't get switched on. WE REQUEST FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE LAPTOP AND KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. AND I TELL YOU CUSTOMER CARE SUCKS, I HAVE CALLED TWICE NO ONE GETS IN CONTACT AND ONE GUY SAID THAT HE IS NOT RIGHT PERSON AND WILL CONNECT TO TECHNICAL GUY, NO ONE CONNECTED AND I WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES. MUST SAY I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH DELL SERVICES AND WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DELL.

                                        Kindly look into this matter immediately.
