I have purchased Dell laptop(DELL INS 5566 CORE 7TH /8GB/1TB/W10) on 28/05/2017. However since then there has been continuous issue in windows 10. I have returned the laptop twice from it was purchased since it is in warranty period. I have the original invoice copy. However they have formated my dell laptop twice and returned it back. Still while operating the laptop there are instances when window 10 automatic goes into repair and whatever I was working on laptop goes on hold or laptop gets hanged. I am really fed up of such issue as giving back to the same shop again and again and they take time to repair which consumes couple of days. This has serious effect on my business. I am losing my patience day by day. It would be helpful if you can solve this matter

    I bought the DELL 3543 I3/4GB/1TB/WIN 10/1NN6982 on 10 september 2016. The laptop had issues with booting on 27 May 2017 ( A message " No bootable device" appears on screen). After a few hours the issue got resolved by it self. The service centers were unable to pin point the reason behind the issue. Since 24 June 2017, the laptop has completely stopped working. I am told the warranty has expired and I can try to renew my warranty. But till date I have not received a proper assistance from the company service centers in Kochi.

      Hi, my name is Joanna Remedios. I was advised about the dell insurance from a sales rep at Dell. I paid Rs.13, 000.00 on 03/06/15 (NEFT- REF NO:N[protected]) via HDFC bank. The said insurance was never applied to my laptop account. i have contacted the so called diligent customer care dept. However, all I’ve got is a xfer from dept. to dept. not the mention the false promised callbacks.
      On one occasion, i was holding the phone in my hand only to see that the call being made by dell was a ring and disconnect even before i answered, just like a missed call. Does Dell really call that a call back? Do they not have the money to call their customers? I wonder.

      A guy by the name of Mohammed Ansari, who happens to know the case extremely well has promised me a call back 3 mths ago. I guess he's still looking for the time or a phone to call me. Don’t know.

      I'm on the verge of proceeding to Consumer Court, if the matter isn't sorted soon.

        This is with regard to the issue persisting from nearly a two month now on a Dell Laptop Model - Z566110 INS15(5559) that i had purchased for my daughter Nidhi Agarwal.

        I had purchased the laptop make - Z566110 INS15(5559) SILVER MATTE, (SERVICE TAG NO.- 88GQDC2) from your Authorized Dell Store ISERVE SOLUTIONS & SERVICES PVT. LTD., KOLKATA, on 13th September 2016.

        In the month of November itself my daughter had started facing problem with her laptop screen (sudden blackouts & flickering) for which she had taken the technical assistance (CASE NO:[protected] from Dell via phone and the issue was resolved temporarily.

        However, again on 8th May 2017 same problem occurred. The laptop was not working properly and for which Nidhi had asked the Dell Service Provider to give onsite technical assistance since the warranty period was valid but they denied. She was asked to format the system by the Tech Department Executive named Pratik Umrania of Dell to resolve the screen flickering issue and the sudden hang/ blackouts issue (Service Request Number:[protected].

        After following all the troubleshooting steps that she was told to, the problem was still not resolved for which again she had to ring the technical support team over phone to solve my problem, but the personnel denied any onsite technician support since he claimed that their was no hardware issue and he further asked my daughter to visit nearest Dell Support Center or the Store from where I had purchased my laptop and reinstall the Operating System. When she went to the store on 24th May 2017 they said they couldn't re install and asked Nidhi to visit the Dell Service Centre Regenersis (India) Pvt Ltd located in Karunamoyee-Saltlake, Kolkata. Accordingly, Nidhi had visited the Service Center on the same day wherein the Technician named Partha Mondal looked at the laptop series and he said that this series is already having this common problem for which three components needs to be replaced and he asked her to submit my laptop for 5 days (Refer: Enclosed Customer Acknowledgement copy).
        On 29th May 2017 again, my daughter called the service center to enquire regarding the receipt of my Laptop and to my surprise she was informed that Dell Company (Head Office) has declined the request to replace the defective parts on the grounds that they couldn't match the PPID Number of the LCD screen.The same Technician named Partha Mondal said that he had received a mail from Head Office and they have denied the request for the defective product on the basis that the customer must have taken her laptop to local service center where the original LCD screen is being replaced and thereby was asked to recollect my laptop back from service center.

        After certain disagreement and quarrels Dell again considered the issue and agreed to replace the defective LCD and LVDS cable and then again when the the laptop was collected from service center it was found that the LCD contains DEAD PIXELS and some YELLOW PATCHES .Nidhi have to go back again to the service center located in karunamoyee and the engineer said he cannot fit the screen like it was originally factory fitted and the screen fitted is also a refurbished material and not a new product, so she have to have to take back the laptop .On 15th June Nidhi further went to Dell Service Center located in Chittaranjan Avenue to get her problem resolved wherein she was asked to deposit the laptop .The laptop was again fitted with new lcd screen as it appeared that the previous fitted screen was bleeding .But after using for two days my daughter found out the same old monitor flickering issue and the laptop was working very slow and with system hang issue was also faced .She did email the Dell technical department and again he asked her to telecommunications services to resolve the issue ( all the telecommunication service that my daughter have taken till date atleast took 45 mins time up to 2 hours )

        Given the fact that my daughter had never went to get her laptop serviced from any local store and the store from which i had purchased the laptop also seemed to be an Authorized Store claimed by dell, why am i being made the prey out of a miss-coordination between the Service Center & Head Office/Store Dealer.

        My daughter being a student is appearing for her final semester for which she needed her laptop to complete all her projects but couldn't use it because all the aforesaid issue.

        Now, after getting through the above trail one can make out the amount of harassment suffered on my part out of no reason after investing nearly Rs.60, 000 on a product.
        I would either take a replacement for the current laptop or would like to get total money refund.

        What is the use of buying such a high end branded laptop if my daughter couldn't use it for when it was most needed?Who is going to take the responsibility for the amount of loss she had suffered in her studies?

          I purchase a new dell laptopin which 1 year warranty provided service express no. [protected] from eurotech infosys (dell exclusive) nehru place.company tin [protected] 0n 17th june 2017 at the time of purchase. representative will not told us any thing that warranty updation will take time or days. now after purchase of 1 week my system doesn't turn on. so for support i called in dell they said your warranty is not updated. contact where you purchase the laptop. after contacting them they provide me a email n said i update the sale invoice in dell tally data on date of purchase. when i called 2nd time in dell support an ask them why my warranty is not updated they transfer my call from 1 department to another for 8-9 time and in last they cut the call. when again i call on dell support same they transfer the call to 9-10 department and in end their excutive said cut the call am not give solution

            I had purchased Dell monitor through Srishti Computer solutions vide invoice no.208 dated 12/02/2016. M/S Srishti Computer Solution Has purchased monitor of Dell bearing serial no.-S/N-CN-OMMK[protected]D-G2KB from M/S Sai Computerr vide its invoice no.-SC/RI/15-16/503 dated 12/02/2016 bearing VAT TIN [protected].
            About 2 months ago a thin black lining appeared across the screen.Then I reported to the seller who replied that he has placed a complaint to Dell technical staff who would contact you, but nothing could happen. Later on on 21/06/2017 I lodged my complaint on Toll Free no. and in response of which Mr. Praveen Kumar got my complaint registered as Dell Technical Support. SR:[protected]. As per email instruction of Praveen Kumar, I mailed Photo of front and back view of monitor affixing slip containing serial no. of complaint, name, date and time., scanned copy of invoice, complete address with PIN code.
            On 29/06/2017, Mr.Raghuraj A member of Technical support Team again demanded back view of the monitor and copy of invoice bearing VAT TIN. I again complied the requirements on 29/06/2017. But it could not satisfy the technical support and on 01/07/2017, Mr. Hari Kumar, again demand photo of back view of the monitor after removing cables and original copy of invoice bearing TIN. I again sent photo of back view as desired and copy of invoice bearing VAT TIN..Now I request that you please send a technical staff to my residence to examine the truth that the monitor purchased by me belongs to Dell and I am the right complainant. Kindly do not harass customers without whom no company can flourish in future. Now I am feeling harassed.

              This is one of the customer using your dell product, who was got pmyj unemployed scheme loan. He gave ordered the product of 4 system. It was ordered on last december 2015 for dell vostero slim tower 3800 desk top pc.
              But the dealer has supplied the dell inspiran 3647 model system. Only one system delivered.

              The dealer name is eson international, kundrathur, chennai - 600069.

              That dealer was cheated, with out supplying ordered goods, since 2 years. What is the procedure to control the dealership. While supplying the materials he has not given any supporting instruments like activation key to open the system. So that we can not open like windows and excels.

              Is there any choices to open activation key from your side. My mobile number is [protected] & [protected], our mail id is [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Please reply us to open the activation key.

              For your reference we are attaching the xerox copy of quotation what order we are given actually.

              Also we had given legal action against with him.

                I bought this inspiron 5567 on 21st of this month and within a week i observed pixel flikering on my screen and blue dots everywhere when i updated my graphic amd card from the dell official site, moreover there is issue with the touchpad as it stop responding to clicks sometimes and brightness keys stop working too, i called customer care and they sent me some graphic drivers as soon as i installed them the lappy it showed me errors and went into reset mode, i let it reset completely and then windows wasnt perfectly installed or some issues due to which my lappy went too slow so i took it to the service center in andheri west, mumbai and there after they diagnosed they informed me as the software is working fine and hardware is having issues specifically the motherboard and as i called customer care he said if there is a hardware issue detected by the service center they shouldnt repair it and i should inform customer care again as they will replace my complete system in some days, as its a policy of 30 days after purchase please do the needful because its just been 8 days today and im not with my system which is quite a problem as i bought it in an urgency and now a faulty piece has ceased my work totally so i want dell to replace my system asap as its quite expensive and this is not what i expected from dell.

                  Hi,
                  I have a 3 yr old inspiron all in one computer and it's not working now.
                  I have tried their local service centre at kadavanthara kochi, but they denied the service.
                  Their call centre no is always busy and works only from 9 to 6

                  I am unable to contact any one in dell through email.
                  Pathetic service and i am thinking to go to consumer court now
                  Can any one suggest a better idea.

Lekin abhi tak compuindia ke pase delivery ki koy bhi information nahi he. 30 day's hogaye he lekin kuch bhi information delivery ki nahi he. Compuindia vale bs yahi answer de rahe he aajayega tab mail kare ge lekin kab. 30 day's hogaye he. Lead time aapne 3 week ka kahaa thaa.

                      I went to the above service center to service my dell inspiron model 4010. The charges collected are 1. Laptop keyboard rs1857.14 2. Laptop speaker rs1714.29 3. Service charges os reinstallation rs.500. Immediately with in 10 days the system was not switching on. But they have charged me an exorbitant charge of rs.3800.00 for laptop mother board service charges. Please confirm that all these charges are really correct and approved by you

                        Bsnl telecom factory alipore has recently procured 27 nos of dell desktop pcs through gem portal e-marketing system.

                        M/s hilson technlogies has supplied above mentioned desktop pcs. Out of which one desktop pc is giving trouble. Os is not operating.

                          Hello team,

                          I have purchased dell inspiron 15 5000 series (Intel)-5567 laptop on 21 nov 2016 from dell authorized store in us.

                          Configuration: 1tb, 16 gb ram, intel i7 processor, windos 10
                          Price:$944.93
                          From 1 year hardly i have used not more than 15 days. I have not even used 10% of storage. But laptop is very slow. When i open google crome it takes 1 min to open, when i try to open any photos it takes more time.
                          I have contacted couple of dell authorized centers and did some changes but no luck.

                          Finally dell performed some hardware testing and they all are fine. No issue with hard. Conact windows 10 tea.

                          I called to window 10 team counple of time and they checked, they did reset of the os. But no luck
                          Micro soft l1 team forwarded to l2 they checked they are telling no issue in window.

                          I am in full of confusion as well as i have been really frustrated by the dell service. Wasted mony almosyt 1000$.

                          I am looking for two options
                          1) to resolve my laptop issue
                          2) replace my laptop

                          Please help us.

                            Purchased Dell laptop on 6th July 2016 Model No- Dell Insp3558 Service tag no DK4MB82.
                            Within four months of purchase laptop was not rebooting after the service again now the same problem persists, now it is in service centre for repair.
                            Please find attached bill copy for your ref.
                            I am not satisfied with the product just within one year I am facing frequent problems not able to use it, all my data is getting lost.
                            I need a replacement for this product or need assurance that this problem does not accour again.
                            I am reaching you because of my frustration looking forward for a genuine resolution.

                              I purches a dell laptop with windows8.1 lincence copy and i when i want to reinstall again windows8.1 they does provide any link or they does not provide product key and when i call to dell customer hi does not provide proper sevice hi tells i[censored] want windows 8.1 you then you pay for it but i dont understand why im pay for it becouse i allready pay 8000 for licence copy..
                              He say download windows 8.1 from microsoft site single language but you can download all other copy which is not a lincence copy only link which is to download is not open these link gives every time error when i call to dell care he says me i can help u to downlaod link but u want to pay for it...

                                  I placed an order for dell ultrasharp u2415 24" monitor on 22nd may 2017. Although i did the search on the dell website, it routed me to compuindia.com website instead at the time of purchase. I made the online payment and in the order successful page, it said that product will be up for delivery on the 23rd may (That made me happy & took a screenshot). But when i didn't receive any further details on shipment, i contacted compuindia.com's support via email. They said that this product has a lead time of 3 weeks (Which means i must receive my delivery within 3 weeks). So i mailed them again asking them about my order status - since i have prepaid the order, i have the right to know at what point is my order stuck at the moment. As expected, these people couldn't tell me that and reminded me that it has a lead time of 3 weeks.

                                  So, i waited until 3 weeks pass and then contacted them again and to my surprise, compuindia's staffs didn't have a hint when my product will be delivered. They started passing the blame on dell (Which i believe is true). But they also reminded me that they are just a shipping partner for dell and nothing else. Well played! Good way to cheat customers and keep them waiting. Now the customer has no clue who is the real culprit and if they wish to take action, to whom they should hold responsible. Is it dell or compuidia? If you ask me, this is a big scam run by dell and compuindia.com together.

                                  I have got enough reason to sense a fowl play here. So, i will be taking legal action against dell and comuindia.com and ask for a huge compensation unless they apologize for their malpractice and keeping customers in the dark. This complaint is for the rest of the world to know how dell and it's partners work in india. Complete cheats!!!

                                    My ps2 mouse is not working. Pls call me [protected] if any requir more detail.
                                    We have complain befor 2 month but still it;'s not resolve and not replace my mouse by dell team. Pls clear on imidiate basis

                                    I purchased laptop from your prestigious
                                    company before few months. it is under warranty . model number inspiron 3555. phone no. [protected]. but now it is Not working properly, window icon left side lower part of laptop not working, search and mcfee removed on its own
                                    We have installed Windows 8.1 in our Dell system, it was working nicely for an year but now it's not at all booting and prompting me with diognazing your PC and even after diagnosis system is not booting to Windows.Please resolve this at the earliest as our official work getting disturbed due to this

                                      Hi my self dilpreet singh. I have dell ultrasharp monitor (Dell u2413) but now a days i am facing no display problem in monitor. It is totally black.
                                      I bought this monitor in september 2013 with 3 yrs warranty with the cost of around rs/- 28, 000. But no warranty is expire and i called to dell for register a complaint but dell is deny to register for complaint they told me we don't register complaint after warranty void but i told i am agree to paid service.
                                      You visit and repair the problem and i will give you charge for the same.
                                      But dell is not agree with this.
                                      But i have all brands equipment so all brands give service after warranty void but dell is deny for the service.
                                      I faced very bad experience with dell.
                                      I will never purchase any item of dell in future.
                                      Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Myself alok kumar went to dell service center at andheri (W) on 10 jun 2017 at about 1500 hrs with express service code [protected]. After getting tocken no 21, i handed over my laptop to mr. Rajkumar yadav (Dell personnel) for check up. After 10 min he gave me back the same. When i tried to log in but it was failed & found that the keypad not working where as it was working properly before 10 min. Before resolving my problem, he kept my laptop aside and called other customers to submit their articles. Then i ask him to resolve my issue first, but he denied telling me that it will take 4-5 days to solve the issued. I am very upset after facing such a rudly behavior person.

                                        Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against him and revert me.

                                        My dell laptop model no 3558 touch pad is not working properly from last 10 months . i was reguraly visiting my purchased shop but not able to give proper resolution my problem .
                                        plz consider as soon as possible.
