Hi my laptop is in extended NBD warranty but your executive and the vendor are not ready to help me on my issue regarding display. i had already attached my bill with this complaint kindly help me out otherwise i have to take legal action against you. and please take some action against the given vendor mention in the bill because he is not the person right for dell and he even frustrated from last one month that he solve my problem in a week but nothing is happens from a last one month .kindly update the status on my mobile no [protected] and my email id : [protected]@gmail.com

    I Have 1 dell inspiron 3542 laptop. some days back I noticed that it was not charging & the battery indicator shows battery not detected. when I phoned dell support at 7 pm on 9th april 2017 I was asked to contact in their working hours which was told by them to be between 9 am to 6 pm. next day i.e. on 10/04/2017 I contacted them with my complain no.[protected] & deputed one technical persons also to understand their instructions . According to them there was some problem in charging port. However after doing some juggling with bios etc. as per their instructions, finally the battery was detected & it began to charge. Now since My laptop is under warranty I want full time solution but was surprised to find 1 invoice from their sales division amounting to Rs.5000/= . On protesting I was told that since the battery is not completely down but the port is loose it is not covered under warranty which is beyond my imagination. Since my warranty is set to expire in this month itself I am feeling helpless & anguished over such unethical practices adopted by a reputed co. like dell india.       Dear sir,
      To day i had place order for purchase of battery of my laptop insp 7348 tag 6hmpd32 after making discussion from the official of banglore. But after making payment rs 3800.00 i wanted to know the expected delivery of battery at my address then he told me that it will take 7 to 10 days. Then again wanted to confirmed that whether as per the discussion service engineer will install the battery in my laptop then he replied that no, engineer will visit only charge basis and there is no service centre of dell at ranchi. Sir i had never expected this type of cheating type deal from a international brand company. The very funny is that the different person were replying different ways of a single query. I became afraid that the battery may also be not genuine. As discussed from the first person and approaching up to last person it was concluded that they are doing dirty joke with me and irresponsible behaviour. If suitable immediate action is not taken then i will highlight this matter and may proceed for legal proceeding.

        Dell is not resolving my issue although I have paid the heavy insurance charge. And my laptop is still under their coverage policy.
        Please help me regarding this.I called dell team several times but they did not respond.sometimes they say this is wrong department.sometimes they put on hold for long time. Very worst service.

          Recently I bought a laptop from a dell store in Jaipur and after 10 days from my purchase date I came to know that the laptop was already registered to some other user previously.

          I came to know about this product already registered by the ABSOLUTE LO JACK theft registration card which i got free with this laptop. And when i tried to register that card with my mail address i got an error of already registered. After that i called the dealer that the error is coming while registring reg code he told me to come to office with the laptop. Than i called the ABSOLUTE LO JACK Global Support Team, they told me that the registration code is already registered to the same laptop's service tag which i have purchased. Than I cross checked with dell warranty status at your dell India website and i found that the warranty start date is different there.

          After all this I found myself cheated from your dell store outlet. I even visited him (31 MARCH 2017 6:30 PM) and he didn't behaved properly. As soon as i told him that I am fishy and feeling that he cheated me, he was so loud with his tone as if I am wrong. He offered me with the new laptop too but I was not able to trust him again. It is his shop and don't know about his own selling stuffs.That made me more fishy. He totally denied and was so rude with his tone.

          That type of fraud happened to me may happen to others too.

          Please help me with this thing. I m attaching original bill and lo jack card.

              Dear Sir,

              Please be informed that my laptop is not working since ten days and

              I already complain to dell customer care as my system was under warranty.

              Dell executive visited my place and confirmed that this particular part i.e hingis are not covered on the warranty.

              I then asked by Dell to pay Rs 5000 for hinges and I promised to pay the same in spite of warranty as my urgent work has been suffering a lot.

              Unfortunately Dell executives blaming me that they tried to call but my entire numbers are not Reachable. However I provide them 4 Numbers but according to them none of them is reachable.

              Interestingly they said that don't call our helpline numbers as they personally call to me and even not provided any number to contact with them.

              Under they circumstances, they are deferring my case without any suitable reason. I don't know what else I can do for the same. I want my system to work immediately so that I can resume my most important job on my personal laptop.

                I have purchased a new Dell laptop from agrasen tower vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, from Dell exclusive showroom on 28.03.2017. At the time of sale the seller has made remarks regarding free printer, a bata voucher, extended warranty & cbse study CD etc on registering the product online, But even after getting it registered, I haven't got the same yet. I have also given feedback on Dell website & also have a chat with representative online but all in vain.

                  IN Bangalore Dolphin system technologies Un certified people doing service.

                  I went there for laptop testing and analyzing. the damaged that Motherboard and they can't able to find that exact problem but they advertise their engineers are DELL Certified. but they don't know how to close properly. And they damaged Keyboard cable also.First they asked me 4000 for repair.that guys told motherboard having some problem so we repaired but exact problem was LCD cable. they candle the motherboards without ESD. They cheated customers then how you give the certificate for that company

                      Whether I buy a laptop at dell exclusive store at embassy gold links and other dell store. . .
                      The policies should be stable as well as the offers. .
                      The Dell store at Egl is offering the laptop at 80, 990/-
                      Along with a bag and mouse. .
                      Since I stay at rajajinagar, I brought it from Dell store near rajajinagar but the same laptop here is for 81, 000/- but what I receive is only a bag and the shopkeeper disagrees on giving me a mouse . .

                      I am not satisfied with the variation of offers across the store. . . This has to be standard. .

                        I purchased Dell Inspiron series laptop on 07 Apr 2016 and its warranty on support.dell.com is not updated. It's showing expired in Jan 2017. Kindly update the warranty because the dealer ( an authorised dealer of Dell- Abacus Infotech, Allahabad, UP) isn't helping me with it.                           My laptop screen is cracked from the top and need to get it fixed under the Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) which is valid til May 3rd 2017 along with the warranty.

                          Now it was fixed once last year in June 2016, hence cannot be fixed untill june.

                          Now when i asked them how should i go about it. I got a very vague and bad response from them. They mentioned that they cannot fix it under ADP. By that time you would be eligible to get it fixed under ADP, the warranty will be over hence you need to get it inspected to extend the warranty.

                          I am not sure what shall i do now ?

                          So I got a call from Dell today and got to hear the same story :

                          - I cannot avail the Accidental Damage Policy twice in a year.
                          - The warranty can only be extended when the hardware is free from the existing issues.

                          So in clear terms they mentioned, that i need to pay for the cracked screen and then extend the warranty and cannot leverage the existing policy. Clever much !!!
                          I bought a wireless keyboard which has a pendrive type thing which is not working now due to broken it's chip. I need to either change my keyboard or to repair it's pendrive which connects keyboard to laptop. That is why we are having problem to connect my keyboard to laptop. That is all.

                                Sir my laptop(DELLLT 3543 CI3) charging last for very few minutes .. somewhat like for 45 min .. and i just purchased it 10 months later.. so i just had a small conversation with dell customer care some months later .. he was speaking rubbbish .. .. so i request you to just check it out my problem. the same happened with my friends laptop . but his brand was HP . and the service of HP is really awesome... they sent a person personally for him and he had his laptop checked .. and its really working awesome .. so i wantt you to have a check at my laptop.. please sirr..

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    After repeated attempts in filling tag transfer form and having no reply, with so many calls to dell customer service with no proper solution, I regret buying dell laptop. Out of my 1 year warrranty, 3 months have already passed with no solution to my issue. My screen has some issues and i have been told that without the tag transfer I will not be attended. There is no physical form to fill for the same. This online system is not supportive and not enough. I have already filled the form twice with no reply to the submission.
                                    Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Our dell computer not showing power and not start. i think SMPS not working, this computer is under warranty period. pl. depute your technician

                                    I have got a new laptop which got a heating issue..on contacting dell tech support they not only blamed us but also closed the complaint without our knowledge telling that product is good ...got tired with this rediculus response ..going to complain in consumer court today.

                                      I have bought a laptop from USA with bill and TAX. then I will submit ownership request on 1st march 2015 Dell website. As per dell service, it take to 15 days for international transfers., But till now the transfer has not happened, then w I called the customer care, he said to me, i have arrange call back for this issue. i am ready for this . Call did not come from dell but i got a mail, He has written " I am unable to reach because your mobile is switch off, while my no 24hours On. Please resolve this Issue ASAP.

                                        I have purchased a dell laptop model INS 5567 on[protected] from DELL exclusive store Sadashivanagar Bangalore560003. It is having OS windows 10. This laptop is very slow. On enquiry from the store, the guy said this model works very slow, they can't help. You can't imagine it is slower than the laptop which I purchased 12 years back. Kindly help me
