I went to dell website for purchase of laptop. I completed all the formalities and paid even rs. 35300-00 online for purchase of dell 3958 inspiron laptop. But i was given email from compuindia that my order was placed to compuindia, dell service partner. My order id is[protected]. I did not receive any communication after this email. Dell has not given any contact no to which i contact and file complaint for cheating me in r/o vendor name. Compuindia toll free no. Is not accessible and always unanswered. When i sent an email to compuindia for knowing delivery date of laptop, they informed that the laptop is still under production and will be delivered in 4 weeks after the date of order. When i contacted dell on toll free no they refused to own the responsibiilty and asked me to contact compu india. I am helpless and will get laptop very late.

The attitude of both compuindia and Dell is arrogant .Dell india has nowhere shown its emailid for registering complaints. All its tollfree nos. are taking longtime for call to connect. when i talk about compuindia, they disconnect the call. Compuindia tollfree no. is only an eyewash.Only an email can sent to it.They no where mentioned that
1. Order will take 4 weeks.
2. Product is still under production
3. Product will be supplied by compuindia

Sir ! i bought a Dell laptop 3yrs back, since then i m making complaints as mouse pad is not working efficiently. after 2/3 complaints they upgraded software only but my problem is not sorted out. Please look into issue and sort out the problem.

    Laptop discharges very fast and gets switched off as soon as charger is connected. Sometimes if i am not using laptop just for 5 minutes it gets switched off. Sometimes a certain key remains pressed for a long time evenue though i have not touched the key. There is a problem with touch pad also sometimes the page gets stuck at the bottom. It does not moves to the top of the page.

        This is probably the 5th or 6th time i’m contacting dell for several recurring issues of my laptop just bought around 2 months back.

        I regret to tell that neither of my issues have been resolved. The system is still hanging, while i’m browsing through chrome & the touch pad remains unresponsive, after few minutes of inactiveness.

        After every call from their for the past 2 months, i was assured that no further problems will arise in my system; but it seems that dell doesn’t even know how faulty their product is.

        Also, please tell me honestly, after all this trouble i’m going through almost daily basis, will i be incorrect asking for a refund from the company for supplying me faulty product?

          I would like to inform you that i had purchased one dell mouse at your retailer m/s pranavam technologies pvt ltd, calicut on 6 months back and they said me 1 year warranty and after two months it was become non-operable after that i had visited the retailer (Pranavam technologies) and they are inform me that they will replace the same within 2 weeks and will contact you in mobile, but so far i am not received any call at their end i visited frequently at the office and not received any confirmation as of now, on today they said me that its not our job to clear the replacement and using some abusing word against me, so i

            Sir,
            After having raised my queries for hanging issues in my system, dell technical guys attended more than 5 times, doing only reset, complete factory reset and closed the issues.
            Today also, after completing factory reset yesterday, i am facing the same issue, dell technical guys took the issue remotely and said nothing is there.

            Physically i am facing the frequent lockup and hanging issue while opening any documents.

            Badly need replacement of my laptop with an immediate effect.

              I have buy a new laptop 3568 model from dell showroom at nehru place vendor name is LAPCOM PERIPHERALS PVT LTD, and they provide me some assoesries with laptop and also quote that mcafe antivirus for 4 users and packed all the things but when i unpackage the box wo do not found any antivirus keys or cd's into the box nor in bag provided with laptop, i have called to showroom but they hv losed their shop, next morning i hv again called and said them the things happened but the guy told me that we can not help you now bcz we hv provided u all the things. I requested him to provide me even a single user key but he denied, this is totally redicules services provided by dell after sale. Therefore i request kindly take necessary action against them. I dont want any keys or any antivirus from them but want that they have to support their customers even before and after sale. If they sale product to any one they hv to help if customer faceing any kind of issue related to them.

                Hi team,

                First time i bought something from dell (Haldwani uttrakhand) and lots of pain/inconvenience i went through. I actually bought a laptop inspiron 5m09k22 after few days start facing problems like the screen touch works in automation it gets minimize and maximize in the middle of any video. Took it to the same showroom where it was bought from.
                The employee of that showroom does not know how to deal with such customers who are going through the serious issue they are there just to sale and not for anything. The worst thing is engineers are not even confident enough to tell that i am an engineer.
                The head of that showroom name sumit yadav does not even have any skill of taking he was like ‘’bhai apko 2 customers ke beech ese baat nhi krni chahiye” hire some well-mannered people please, at least at the post of supervisor.

                They asked to wait without any reason cause they guys did not even know the issue somehow after 2 hours they said leave the laptop for a day we will format it and check. After doing this again faced the same issue.

                Pathetic customer service from call centre people too really fed up with this brand will not even purchase anything in my entire life same suggest on social sights as well. Hope will get the call log facility and get this checked.

                  An Online complaint was lodged with Dell India for my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series for which Service charges were paid online in advance for Rs. 1359/=.

                  Despite me taking a proactive approach in contacting the Dell representatives for necessary repairs telephonically the Dell people have not yet resolved my problem and neither have they bothered to contact me further for resolving the problem. I have also informed their officials by reply email that the drivers sent by them by email for reinstallation cannot be installed due to reasons unknown to me and hence the webpage connectivity issue still persists. However, no company personal has contacted me any further to advice me on the issue.

When we call them to take some information about any laptop they provide you with wrong Information and they don't even give u a #### once down payment is done neither they care o[censored]r delivery .                       I had an issue with my dell laptop. I went to dell exclusive store at mgf megacity mall, gurgaon (Haryana). I thought that dell store is most trustful to repair my laptop. Firstly the attendant, he charge me 300rs to identify the laptop issue. After service, he told me that your motherboard ic is defected which need to be changed and it will cost me 2300. He told me that everything else is working okay on my laptop, problem is just with ic. At the time of payment firstly he denied to take card even he has a card machine. Earlier he had taken my card to identify the problem but this time he forced me to go and bring cash which was the very inappropriate behaviour of him. After repairing, he gave my laptop by saying that there is no any further problem and you can take your laptop at home. At the same day when i checked my laptop at home some particular keys of keyboards were not working. Day, after i went again, to told him that earlier all keys were working but now some of the keys are not working. He started arguing with me that it's not his fault and responsibility so i said firstly you charge me for full servicing to identify the issues specially for which i paid you including the other issue charges and now if any problem is occurring then that mean it is from your end which you need to resolve it. Anyhow after a long discussion, he took my laptop and after few days when i called him to asked about laptop then he said that which keys you told were not working is now working but other few keys are stopped working and if you want to repair them you have to pay more. Now, what should i do as my keys were working before even i gave my laptop first for problem identification then he did not tell about any keyboard issue and also assured me before giving my laptop that everything else is okay. Now, he did something that some other keys are not working which is a fault from their end. So, please take action and make my laptop repaired fully as soon as possible. Hence, i need a proper support from your side to resolve this matter asap.

                          I had spoken to the customer service on the date: 13th july 2017 about issue regarding my laptop regarding its display. I immediately the very same day got the quotation of 8, 000/- rupees and i was told that i'd be getting a call back once i make my payment.
                          I made the payment of rs. 8000/- on the date of 15th july 2017 for which i did not receive any acknowledgement call. I then called back dell customer service to confirm about my payment and also sent them the screenshot of my payment. I got an invoice mail with the estimated delivery date as 28th july 2017. Few days before the eta i got an email stating your payment is not reflecting in our finance department and that your order has been cancelled. I soon sent them the screenshots and account details of all my payment after which my eta got delayed.

                          On 2/08/2017 i got an email stating the engineering will be calling and visiting on 3/08/2017 4:45pm. The engineer did not turn up to which i had to call them back again and new eta was scheduled on 4/08/2017.
                          The engineer came to the doorstep at 9:00 pm in the night after hours of struggling and fixing the laptop only to find out that the new lcd screen installed is faulty.
                          Numerous customer calls and multiple delay in the service and product delivery. It has been a nightmare.

                          Requesting you to take the action asap.

                              Hi There,
                              I bought a Dell Laptop through Amazon and we have the invoice. It was sold on the website that I have 1 year warranty if there is fault. We bought on 17/12/2016. Invoice number[protected]. With in 3 months we noticed some lines appearing on the screen. Took it to Dell service centre at Pinnacle Prestige Building, Near Cosmos Bank, Tilak Road, Sashiv Petu, Pune. They said that screen need to be replced and it will cost 5000 rupees. Also, there is no warranty for the laptop. We were shocked and felt cheated. We contacted amazon and they asked to contact Dell- Service request number[protected], support- [protected]. But we havent received any reply even after contacting the again and again, also through Amazon.
                              I like to lodge a complaint about this poor service and selling the products with wrong information on both Dell India and Amazon.
                              Please look into this matter on urgent basis as I am concerned that these companies are going keep cheating the customers again and again. Also, I would like to have my warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase so that I could replace the screen.

                              Here in hyderabad one of the dell service steals my original parts as im thinking that because before giving to dell free service my laptop wasin good condition after giving then my mousepad was not confortable now.
                              i mailed them and i gave feedback to them that i didn't satisfied youre service, they simply ignored my feedback and mail complaint

                                Respected sir/madam,

                                I bought a dell monitor (Model - s2216h) form eastern logica infoway ltd at[protected]. My monitor is coming under the dell warranty coverage. I am getting issue regarding monitor display. I have swap my dell monitor with another pc (Cpu) & monitor. The other monitor is working fine with my pc (Cpu) but my dell monitor is not working with other pc. I have also change the vga cable, but same problem was persist. I have called dell customer service support team but they were unable to solve the issue. The service request no is:[protected]. I have asked the customer care executive to send engineer for support but they denied and they are also denying to replace the monitor.
                                I am requesting you to take action as soon as possible. I have attached all the require documents along with complaint.

                                I had purchased a laptop on 16 August 2016 with 1 year warranty when i check it online it show till june 2016 only 7 month. For more detail please see attached image I had called Capital Electronics many times but no response. Capital Electronics 14/4, Gariahat Road, Kolkata 19. I hope here i can resolve my complaint.                                   I had gone for a dell inspiron 7000 series 7560 with 1 year warranty &1 year accidental damage warranty for cost of rs70, 000 from your authorized showroom avoiding my father's advice to go for hp of same configuration. I was sold a defective one with mis-alignment on its display hinge, within a short period of time i found the defect when searching for express service code, though i couldn't find it at the time of purchase now which was acknowledged by your service team that there is a mis-alignment. After paying 70000 for the cost of laptop putting aside my fathers word of going for a hp is it my fate that i have to use a defective dell branded laptop? It is highly shameful on the part of reputed company like yours not giving replacement for a defective on its hinge (Bezeless display) one which i had purchased within its warranty.

                                    I had issue with my dell laptop. I went to dell exclusive store at bhiwandi. I thought that it is a exclusive store as well as authorized service station. However, owner did not corrected me and proceeded with the servicing. I also found that they were also servicing lenovo laptop in the store. I am not aware that whether it is allowed to service laptops of other brands in the exclusive store. But i believe that this should not happen and if it is not allowed, please take corrective action. Also, after checking my laptop, they gave me estimated charges which was not acceptable by me. So, i asked to return my laptop as it is. However, they started asking diagnostic charges for checking the laptop. When i refused, they started behaving rudely and started arguing unnecessarily. So, i have 2 complaints
                                    1. Servicing laptops of various brands in dell exclusive store
                                    2. Inappropriate behaviour

                                        The warranty of my desktop (Inspiron 660s, service tag 8zwhbx1, express service tag [protected]) is going to expire on 22 august, 2017. A request was made on july12 for the extension of the same in the support link provided. The next day, i received an automated reply from a person (Akshay. [protected]@dell.com) without any body text in the mail and without any indication about what action has been taken.

                                        After waiting for 6 days, i sent a reminder on july19 with copy to the warranty renewal team but no response has yet been obtained even after 19 days! Is this the kind of service your company provides the customers?

                                        Please note that i shall be out of station from august 10 for about 10 days. If you decide to respond, the whole process (Receiving a quotation, making payment and acknowledgment of warranty extension from your side) must be completed before i leave, otherwise it will not be possible for me to keep track of it at a later stage.

                                        I had experience of such lack of promptness from the warranty team on an earlier occasion also.
                                        Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
