I bought dell laptop sometime back and frequently have issues with the system. Everytime dell resolve one issue something new comes up. It looks like dell have sold faulty system to me. Within a month time 4-5 complaint have registered by me and yet to get system completely repaired. I have requested dell to replace my system but dell prefer to keep on repairing it above its reputation.
These days dell system are becoming non-reliable. My work is getting seriously affected. It looks like customer satisfaction is last preference of dell.
Hope dell dosent become like nokia which failed to address customer demands/issues.

I took jio fi as part offer.

As per terms and conditions i should get 5 gb for 12 months. And 10 gb for 6 months extra data.

But dell is not obeyed this. Whenever i sent a mail to dell, they were answering some irrelevant offers

Never believe dell offers. It is absolute fake.

Chat call started at 1208 pm 9/27/2017) contacting dell basic warranty support. My name is deepali.) could be helped after not being able to get a straight answer. Was told the needed the order number. Tried for an hour to get an answer if there was a number they could use to cross reference it. Eventually was given a number (Custimer support number[protected] \[protected]. Spoke with john, who didn't listen to what was stated and spoke over me. Tried to transfer me to a different department when i asked to speak with his manager (Stated there were no managers in, in his department) received the inbox of the department he had transferred me to.

My laptop model dell vostro15-3568 's headphone jack is not working properly since the first day of purchase.
I already complaint for the same and the technical engineer reached me at gwalior and my service is swifted to agra due to certain situations.
Please get it repair soon as it is already in warranty and having inconvenience much!

The laptop is not charging when the charger is connected. The green signal light glows even when the power supply is off but still connected to laptop. The laptop shows a message that it is unable to recognize the charger.

Bought the laptop in april 2017 in mumbai.
From day one it sucks up all the wifi so no other instruments can be used and inspite of that cannot log into my email nor any browsing site.
Called customer care was shocked to learn they don't have service centre nor any service to resolve the problem.
They try to resolve the software problem by giving instructions over the phone and wasting your entire day.
Unfortunately till date the problem is not resolved and i have a dumb box which can be used only as a typewriter.

My laptop is inspiron 5567, my laptop couldn't work properly so i need a solution of my laptop. I think i bought 6 month only its not connected properly. So kindly give a solution as soon as possible

My laptop key board was complaint. My laptop warranty expired september 30. But before it we called dell customer care. But response was not good. They said me after some day call me. After we called dell customer care they said your laptop warranty was expired. Dell company was cheated us. Because we hope good response from dell company or we will go to consumer court.

I have buy a dell inspiron 5559 model laptop with accessories laptop bag but only after 4 days laptop bag are ripped so please support me and exchange the bag quickly. When i started use the laptop and laptop daily travel for go to college it start to rip and only under 3-4 days laptop are completely ripped it can't be use.. So please exchange it..

I purchased a dell inspiron 5559 laptop with service tag: 59bk662 on 14-8-17 from dell exclusive dealer paras computers at thillai nagar trichy. While purchasing, the sale consultant, informed that he would provide the dc and the invoice shall be sent by e-mail. Based on this assurance i have made full cash payment and received the above lap top. How ever, the invoice is yet to be received even after several follow up with the above person. Also the warranty status in the dell website indicates warranty coverage up to 22nd march 2018 only where as it should be up to 13th august 18. I raised this issue through online complaint to dell for which dell has not cared to respond.

I bought a dell new laptop 13 inspiron 13 5378 from dell india on 14th june, 2017 by paying rs66, 000. I also bought their comprehensive on site warranty & amc. From day one, i found the laptop is overheating to such an extent that i can not work by keeping the laptop on my lap. While charging the laptop, the over heating situation is still worse. The laptop charge back up is also very poor just 3 to 4 hours.
When i made a complaint, the dell service representative did talk to me over phone and tried to check it up by giving me instruction to do some trouble shooting. He spent 3 hours and finally could not resolve the issue.in fact he added two more issues to my lap top. He declared that temp of 80 degree c is ok. When i said i am also using hp, lenovo and acer lap top, but they are not having such heating issue which i requested him to come to my place and check, he ignored my complaint and said that i should not use the laptop on my lap and that i should keep this on a desk top. When i said i need to use it on my lap when i am travelling, it was just ignored.
I also complained to their director - technical services and requested for replacing the laptop with another one which don't get overheated. It was of no use. While their representatives did call me up several times only to pacify me, but finally my lap top was not replaced. I also found out from other dell laptop users that the latest series inspiron laptops have over heating issue which the company is not able to resolve.
Very bitter experience with dell product. Pathetic after sales service. My money gone down the drains.
Please avoid dell products especially the new inspiron series. There seems to be serious design issue

My child can touch the laptop and the laptop get problem of on/off of my laptop this incident is on 01/07/17. I gave my laptop to the company but the company could take repair it for 3months. But my laptop not-responding. If the engineer could not respond me i will go to the consumer court take decision of my laptop..

I purchased a laptop within 2years there is a issue with battery. And the battery cost is also so high.
May i know how the battery will washout this much fast with in a short span of 1year 5months and i did not do any wrong with my laptop.
I used it as per precautions. If we are buying the laptops with this much cost and getting repairs in very short time means how can we bear such extra costs.

I have dell laptop and my laptop is in warranty. Outer hinges are broken so i need to get it replaced. Since a week i am customercare and thy to explain the problem but they are not ready to listen. Because of hinges issues i am not able to able to open the laptop flap still your customer care executive is needs to run dignosits on laptop. Very bad experience with dell sevice.

Even after having genuine windows 8.1 in my laptop i am facing regular problems regarding windows. First it was showing activate windows, which was being resolved just a few days ago. And now again, it is showing, your windows license will expire soon. I even had os recovery once. I even did not get the original windows key from the seller. So it's really frustrating.

But today 09 sep 2017 i visited to your authorised dealer and service center which is located at the kochhar market ludhiana to defect in my dell laptop express service code [protected]. I purchased this laptop on 14 nov 2016 with one year warranty against my son jovanjeet singh toor from s t computers dell exclusive store shop no 2-3 sukhmani towers kochhar market ludhiana. Firstly we visit the dell store of kochhar market with this problem. The receptionist advised to go customer center sukhmani tower kochhar market to troubleshoot. When i visit the customer care, the work man of your center attend me after 15 minutes. There is no customer before my visit and the workman told me that the warranty period of your computer has been expired. I show my original bill of 14 nov 2016. He advised me you approach the dealer for updation of warranty. Then i approach to the dealer, she replied that the dealership has been changed so i have no solution of this problems.in my life time this is my firstly harassment of dell products. Then i approach to the customer help line number replied that the server is down condition so you contact tomorrow.in my visit of your customer care i meet many peoples. Who are saying that the workman of care center talking rudely everyone.

So, you are advised to improve the behavior of your employees which are located there.. So that there is no inconvenience and harassment to the customer in the future. Dell products are most reliable and best in the market. So, you are humbly requested to solve my problems earliest.

I gave my inspiron dell 5559 laptop to service centre in nehru place new delhi in working condition with physical damage(EXTERNAL).
They informed me about hard disk is not present in system and they asked me to purchase one and also service centre delebrately mailed wrong system configuration.
Employee of DELL service centre delebrately cheated & deceived me.

please resolve the isssue ASAP or I'll go to consumer Forum against DELL india.
