I have dell laptop and my laptop is in warranty. Outer hinges are broken so i need to get it replaced. Since a week i am customercare and thy to explain the problem but they are not ready to listen. Because of hinges issues i am not able to able to open the laptop flap still your customer care executive is needs to run dignosits on laptop. Very bad experience with dell sevice.
Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
From the date of purchase my system pend drive jack & power in not supporting properly. kindly resolved this problem ASAP.
On our mouse left key not work

    Even after having genuine windows 8.1 in my laptop i am facing regular problems regarding windows. First it was showing activate windows, which was being resolved just a few days ago. And now again, it is showing, your windows license will expire soon. I even had os recovery once. I even did not get the original windows key from the seller. So it's really frustrating.

      Respected sir,

      I gurjit singh toor states that my family have purchased many items of dell products. We never faced any difficulty in any repair. But today 09 sep 2017 i visited to your authorised dealer and service center which is located at the kochhar market ludhiana to defect in my dell laptop express service code [protected]. I purchased this laptop on 14 nov 2016 with one year warranty against my son jovanjeet singh toor from s t computers dell exclusive store shop no 2-3 sukhmani towers kochhar market ludhiana. Firstly we visit the dell store of kochhar market with this problem. The receptionist advised to go customer center sukhmani tower kochhar market to troubleshoot. When i visit the customer care, the work man of your center attend me after 15 minutes. There is no customer before my visit and the workman told me that the warranty period of your computer has been expired. I show my original bill of 14 nov 2016. He advised me you approach the dealer for updation of warranty. Then i approach to the dealer, she replied that the dealership has been changed so i have no solution of this problems.in my life time this is my firstly harassment of dell products. Then i approach to the customer help line number replied that the server is down condition so you contact tomorrow.in my visit of your customer care i meet many peoples. Who are saying that the workman of care center talking rudely everyone.

      So, you are advised to improve the behavior of your employees which are located there.. So that there is no inconvenience and harassment to the customer in the future. Dell products are most reliable and best in the market. So, you are humbly requested to solve my problems earliest.

      The Laptop does not power on when switched on and my calls to their Premium Support number only elicit a response "tools are down" and my problem cannot be attended to for some time. Meanwhile I cannot attend to some urgent work. The Laptop is only a few months old and is under warranty. I expect much better service!

        I gave my inspiron dell 5559 laptop to service centre in nehru place new delhi in working condition with physical damage(EXTERNAL).
        They informed me about hard disk is not present in system and they asked me to purchase one and also service centre delebrately mailed wrong system configuration.
        Employee of DELL service centre delebrately cheated & deceived me.

        please resolve the isssue ASAP or I'll go to consumer Forum against DELL india.

          Hi i m very depressive with dell service center andheri west mumbai. I went to service center on 12.08.2017 for not showing display. Mr. Yogesh told that you have to pay 999rs for service charge then we will check it will take 2-3 days. I said ok. Aftr 3days i deceived a call and said that laptop hard drive is damaged you have to change hard drive its cost 6500/- i said ok change it i paid on[protected] and took my laptop the display was getting some lines some times mr. Surendra rajeev (Not sure) because of hard drive it is showing it will be ok then after 1week i did not used my laptop again it is showing same problem then i went to same service center they are saying again you have to pay 1000 for service charge. What is this. If i pay this time also if same problem raised then i have to pay 1000 again... Is this service center or business center..

            Sir, i went to dell store rewa as my laptop inspiron 15 was not working without the power supply. The worker in the store told me that the battery of the laptop was not working and needs to be changed. So i bought a new battery (Which costed me rs 3200) from the same store and put into the laptop. Replacing the battery did not solve the problem, so i informed this to the worker in the store. She denied to solve my problem and asked me to go to some another shop. Also she disconnected my call while i was speaking and didn't pickup the call the next time i called her.

              Provided me false information after diagnosis (Cost 999rs). Diagnosis result was my power button was not working for which i had to replace the whole palm rest. I agreed to this and made payment to customer care and parts were sent (Cost of the part 5000rs). The engineer from the same servicing center comes and later tells that the motherboard has problems which they should have told me during the diagnosis (Asked me to pay additional 8000rs).

              I had gone to the servicing center as they had made mistake in diagnosis. After like about 5 min they brought my laptop and it was working perfectly without replacement of any part.

              They have falsified the information as my system was out of warranty, made me roam for about 1.5 months, and made me spend 6000rs for nothing.

                Sir, i have a complain against the service center of dell which is situated on chittranjan avenue, trust building, block a, kolkata.
                I submitted there because my screen is not working properly they told me that you will pay for it because your screen is damag but i received 3 messages and 3 calls by the dell company that your issue is resolved please vist service center and collect it but when i vist there i found my laptop is in same condition. And when i ask them taht a got a mail and phone call they are lying that i don't know about call if you want your laptop proper conditon then submit 8000 rupees.
                What's this. Company told me that your laptop is in warranty and another side center workers taking the money.
                They return my laptop in my same condition and told me that submit 8000 then i will repair it. Please tell me how i will complains against them.

                  This is venkataiah, flat no-206, gayathi apartment, ida jeedimetla, hyderabad., i was purchased dell vostro 3568 laptop on 23/12/2016 from orient business services (P) ltd. Chenoy trade centre, tax invoice-6352, tin no - [protected]. Hydreabad, telangana. My complaint is getting lines on the monitor screen while working on the laptop, i feel inconvenient while working the laptop. I have provided video slip as supporting to my complaint. I request you to look into seriously on my issue and send the technical engineer as early as possible.

                    Dear team,

                    This is complaint regarding re-boot it solution (Dell authorize service centre) based on gurgaon, haryana. I have given my laptop (Dell inspiron) for repair on 3/06/2017. It was having power issue. As solutio, they change the vga chip and charge inr 3000 for it and gave 3 month warrenty. After 1 week it got same problem then i again take the laptop to the service centre. They again did something and resolve the issue. After nearly 2 month again charging problem with the beep sound was coming. Then again i took the laptop to the service centre and this time they keep the laptop for 10 days saying that need to change the vga chip again and its taking time beacuse vga chip is not availble in the market. Finally they return back the laptop saying issue cant be solved and need to change the motherboard now. On the same day i take the laptop into local shop and found that there is no any vga chip aaplicable for the dell laptop and found that 6-7 components are missing including i/o chip. So i want to file a complaint for it and need explanatiom for it. Such kind of malpractices are happening in such kind of dell service centre.. Please lodge the complaint.

                        My dell laptop service code is:[protected] i had bought it around six months back. It is still under warranty. There is an issue with the speakers. I have been calling dell customer care for more than ten days. Most of the times they told me their tools are updating and i may call later. Each time i called they took around 15 minutes to understand the whole issue and then finally said their tools are updating and i may call later. 3-4 times half way through the conversation they disconnected my call. I am facing great trouble with my laptop. And i am not able to use it. The service of dell is extremely poor and unsatisfactory. Kindly help me in resolving the issue. My mobile no. Is [protected].

                          I had purchased dell laptop insprion series about 2 months back. From the very beginning system appeared a bit slow but i tried to manage. But gradually the system became very slow and difficult to run. I contacted the technical support team and they were very intelligent to diagnose it as software problem and advised for windows reboot.in the process, as advised by # i lost my 2 tb important medical data as no one told it would erase data from hard drive.
                          Even then the system was very slow, thanks to their robotic mind and they advised to take to service centre
                          I asked about on site warranty with laptop but i was told it was only for hardware problem and their robotic minds had diagnosed it as software problem.
                          I took the laptop to service centre and believe me at least carry a bottle of water, snacks as waiting time can go as high as 1- 2 hrs. Patience is the key to submit your laptop with this premiere services. After two days, i got a call that laptop has hardware issues and hard disc will be replaced.. See the smartness and so called on site warranty!
                          I got a call after 3 days to take back laptop.. I took the laptop back home and new windows has been installed due to new hard drive. When i installed quick heal security system, it has detected at least 200 threat's or virus.
                          The system is working fine but don't know till how long.. I don't know exactly the implications of virus or threat but one of the worst experiences with their services.

                            I have buy a dell vostro 3568 model laptop with accessories laptop bag but only after 4 days laptop bag are ripped so please support me and exchange the bag quickly. When i started use the laptop and laptop daily travel for go to office it stat to rip and only under 3-4 days laptop are completely ripped it can't be use.. So please help me and fast resolve my problem and exchng it quickly

                              I bought a brand new dell laptop for rs 90 k . and the laptop wasn't working properly, then i contacted the coustomer care telling about the issue, and they told that the technician will come and solve the issue but its been days after the registeration of complaint . their has been no development about solving my issue .actually they telling that they will solve the issue with in 2-3 working days and the days are going on forever . and with development i cant claim my laptop warrenty

                                Pathetic customer service. Very rude and uneducated staff. They way they talk to clients is as if they are doing a favor by taking our call. Incase they pick call, the call gets disconnected in between without even registering the complains.
                                Ms. Harjinder, ms. Rashi... Very poor communication.
                                Mr. Vikrant, mr. Amit... Very poor service.

                                Really pathetic will never recommend it to any one.
                                Would definitely sue.

                                  I purchased my laptop from lucknow from mr vikas of "alex enterprises". He provided me the laptop of dell with the quotation of genuine windows but provided me the laptop with pirated windows and then denied for the same.in march i got notification on my laptop for activation of windows then i realized the same, when i got transferred to another state (Hyderabad). I called on dell and they too confirmed that it is a pirated version. After so many days of following up he agreed to provide me the key of genuine window and he kept on postponing this from last 4 months.

                                  Details of laptop: dell vostro 15 3000 series. Sr no. : 92nnk72.
                                  I have already done complaint against your subdealer in jago grahak jago (Complaint docket no.396674), he isn't taking action even now. He have provided me pirated version when i payed full money and asked for the original version.

                                    I had purchased my laptop from a dell exclusive store in april 2017. However, since i had purchased the laptop, i was facing problems due to the devuce not functioning properly. When i had contacted the store, they conveniently blamed it on a windows update for the poor disk performance. However, recently my hard drive crashed. I know what you're wondering, that how does a brand new laptop with absolutely neglible amount of data can have a hard disk failure. Well, the reason is simple, the technician who just repaired my laptop informed me that the dell exclusive store in noida had given me a laptop with a fault hard drive. This only tantamounts to the fact that i have been horribly cheated by the authorised sale support team of dell. I have had a horrible experience so far.. And i hope i dont face any issue henceforth. But i want to make a formal complaint against dell exclusive store in noida sector 18 in atta market for having fraudulently cheated and misled me in purchasing a brand new laptop with so many defects.

                                        Sir i purchassed this laptop on 14 aug 2017. The are two issues in this laptop (1) the speaker of device not working properly. The voice of speaker not clear. The sound quality in songs playing is breakage and extra sound is hearing with the main audio sonds. Please remove this problems at the earlist. The warranty is not still extended whereas i make payment.
