Hi i purchase lapi dell pentium and just 3 month before i suffer problem form same month when i purchase i visit in customare service centre and they install window again but now i suffer same problem of hang when and i am not able to do any work this time its very useless for me i show u the images and vedio plz dont purchase dell i hate my first exp with dell and this is the last if anyone can solve this issue plz let me know bez how many time i will go customer care

I cant able to attach pic and vedio bez file size is big i[censored] provide mail id i will send there

I have purchased dell laptop[protected]. but now when 1 number key pressed this key not display in desktop. I went to purchase deler. they told that key board is to be changed.the key board amount is two thousand.
All in one pc its on but not showing display, please resolve this at urgent basis.

    I purchased laptop on 12/02/2017 but when i open my laptop on 13/02/2017 its screen light not working. i called to dell on 14/02/2017 he say your screen will be replace in 2 days. but he came to me on 18/02/2017. and when he replaced screen there is no change in my problem. he say other issue happen here. i found there is a petch missing in laptop. he unable to fixed my problem.
    I very disappointed with dell. This is my 3rd laptop from dell. Bad service ever i seen. contact for more information on [protected]

    Please find the attached invoice.
    I very disappointed with dell. I will never purchase any other product of dell in future and i will not suggest any one for buying dell product I want my laptop replace in a week. or refund my money. If you cant do it i will go for legal process. Please understand my problem .
    I brought my laptop on 12/02/2017 from croma, faridabad, HR. but when i trying to operate laptop on 13/02/2017 it is not perform well. barkath i was very satisfied with your wording. Please solved my problem in 2 or 3 days. Otherwise i will go for legal process with dell. I am using dell product from last 10 year. and this is my 3rd laptop from dell.
    Again I want to say i very disappointing with dell product. I think, i received a defective product. Please contact.

    When clilck on window start button it shut down the computer . its not update auto and some other softerware problems are faced last 30 days
    More than 3 months i am complaining against dell.my issue not resolved.its really poor service from the concerned authority.they are lagging the issue.am attaching the invoice and there customer mail details.

        I bought Dell Inspiron 5368 Laptop yesterday night 11th Feb 2017 from CROMA Store - Madhapur. As it was at 10pm in the night, I could not check the entire functionality and just the activation of MS Office was done by the store personnel. when I got the laptop at home and tried the touchscreen. Touchscreen of the laptop is not working. I am really very disappointed. I want my laptop problem to be addressed and would like to have a new laptop. How can Dell be so irresponsible for not checking the laptops which they are sending to retailers. I want this to be addressed at high priority.

            I purchased Dell laptop some time back.
            The charger was giving some issues, and some time back it sparked, and since then it hasnt been functioning.
            Despite promise of turn around time of 2-3 days of addressing complaint, its 2 weeks already.
            No one replies to my mail, and customer care gives all sorts of excuses- "all parts but charger of laptop are not available in India"

              I bought DELL Inspiron 15 5558 on January 1, 2016.
              Since the time i"ve bought it, it has many hardware issues.

              1. From the very first day the wifi doesn't work. However, contacted your team they resolved. The laptop is very slow and gets hanged from the very first day.

              2. Again Touchpad issues, they changed my touchpad.

              3. Suddenly speakers stopped, the guy who came for touchpad did something and it worked.

              4. Submitted to service center for slow functioning, they changed keyboard saying it as a reason.

              5. They re-installed the windows too.

              6. Now again the wifi doesn't work on February 3, 2017.

              Sir, it's been 13 months but i haven't used my system because of so many issues coming up daily. i"ve been only complaining and wasting my hours with your technical support team on an average of 5 days in a month. You guys have supplied me a [censored] piece of your manufacturing which gets bad daily without any of human effort. Request you to take up responsibility and help me in any possible way. As of now, I've warranty but what after warranty expires?
              Will i pay daily for fixing the everytime new error pop up?
              Please give me a solution.

                I just fed up with your company.i explained a lot of time my problems.if it a used product i can understand, but my product is new and its under global warranty.

                  Dear Team Dell,

                  I write, to bring to your notice, the unethical behavior of one of your retailers, whom I happened to have dealt with.

                  So we reached at one of the DELL's showroom outlets, and intended to purchase DELL Inspiron 7560. The salesman told us that at INR 69000 along with the the laptop we'll receive a kit of four products (which includes a mouse & headphones among others).
                  There, we committed a mistake by not having paid heed to what this kit of four products was, given that we were standing in the DELL showroom, it was an obvious assumption that they'll be DELL products which we could see in the showcase across. After we made the payment, substandard products (in the kit of four) were handed over to us.

                  This came as a shock, because if a customer is ready to part with 70k, why would s/he use such low quality products, they would instead spend a few more bucks, if needed.

                  I just want to convey, that belittling the customer or trying the cheat them in such a fashion is inappropriate. Had I not swiped the card, the chances of me purchasing from your retail shop were close to zero.

                  Here, it must be noted, one goes for offline shopping for a good experience and not to come home feeling cheated.

                  Of course, after understanding what was going on, we got a new invoice made without the substandard products.

                    I wish to inform you that I gave my Alienware m15x laptop for servicing since it was working erratically after windows 10 update. There was some issue with touch pad only but keyboard was working fine which reflects in remark colum of service sheet. When I went for collection they said that keyboard isnt working because it's short and you need to replace the same. Please look into the matter asap. Service bill for your reference

                      I had placed an order for a Dell S Series S22 16H Monitor with M/s.Dell India by online on 22-1.2017 paying an amount of Rs.9390 on line.M/s.Dell India has transferred this order to their online affiliate M/s.Compu India.com and they had emailed me a bill of M/s.GNG Electronics Pvt Ltd c/o YCH Logistics India Pvt Ltd No.67 Mathiravedu Village, Velappanchavadi, Chennai Tamil Nadu. They had send the consignment through speed post I had recieved the conginment on 27th evening . When I opened the package I am really schocked to see the Monitor I had received is a damged one the LED monitor screen is fully cracked .I had informed them the matter through email on 28th with supporting photographs and on 30th I had received another mail to share the photographs of the package. I had send that on the same day after that no reply from their part .Their Toll free customer care number[protected] says out of coverage area most of the time two times I talked to the customer care executive and got a vague reply that they will repalce the Monitor through courier. To my query regarding how to return the damaged product I am informed that they will update my order no word after that and the order has not been updated till 2.2.2017. Kindly help

                            I have purchased Dell laptop 2 months back and I also paid extra money to extend the warranty till 2019.
                            I am getting issue in laptop since it is running very slow thereafter some of the site stopped working on laptop.
                            Dell representative try to resolve the issue taking my laptop in remote but they are unable to resolve the issue.
                            I continuously following up since last 1 month but very poor support from from Dell customer care . All customer care executive just transferring the call from one department to other and I wasted my approximately 10 hours in these calls but no one ready to resolve the issue. All executive just doing time pass and transferring the call from one person to other.
                            Suddenly today I got a mail that I have to pay extra rs 3250 to resolve the issue.
                            When I asked them that product is under warranty executives are giving different reasons that either pay the money or contact Microsoft since problem is in software and not in laptop. They are repeatedly telling me to go to Microsoft office and they can't do any help.
                            I finally wrote a mail to director support of mail to intervene in matter but no response received.
                            Such type of response that either pay the money or contact Microsoft is really quite horrible by Dell customer care.
                            Requesting to Pl either rectify the laptop or replace the damaged product.
                            I have paid Rs 40000 just two months back for this laptop and people of Dell are more interested in making more money instead of helping a bit.
                            Really one of the worst after sales service I have seen in my life.
                            Pl help or replace the defective product.
                            I have paid the full money and will not give a single coin to Dell whatever effort they make at their end since product is under warranty.

                                    As I am a dell customer my PC have some problem like black strip at the bottom of desktop along with black lines horizontally and this suffers me while working on PC. I Have complaint about this to your local dealer, but i have not got response. so please do the needful in this matter an early as possible.

                                    The Laptop is working too slow and sometimes is not working even the cursor is also not working and sometimes the cursor is working but the laptop is not responding to clicks and after turning it off does not starts .i need to remove the battery to start it.

                                      I purchased a Dell Laptop (Model P64G )from Croma Stores, Marenahalli Road, JP Nagar, Bangalore on 1/1/2016. (Invoice no.SLF02A[protected] dated 1/1/2016)

                                      Just after one year, i.e, on 23/1/2017, the on/off switch in the laptop failed and the computer did not switch on.

                                      I got it checked and repaired at the authorized service centre of Dell (M/s. Laptop stores, 11th Main, 3rd block (E), Jayanagar, Bangalore 560011) and had to pay Rs. 1800 towards service charges for rectifying the switch.

                                      I am shocked to note that the switch failed just a year after purchase, which speaks of the quality of the product.

                                      As a sufferer, I request Dell to (1) rectify such production problems of the laptop switch in their product and (2) reimburse me the amount of Rs.1800/-.

                                      For info., the Laptop stores Invoice no. is LJ 12302 dated 24/1/2017.

                                      Both the purchase invoice and the service invoice can be scanned and mailed if needed.

                                      Looking forward to a fast resolution of my issue.

                                      Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I taken the extended warranty 1 yr of my laptop
                                      it is valid upto 31 jan 17 but they not resolving my hardware problem
                                      I pay 1000 rs for warranty extend
                                      and my warranty is not shown
                                      plz help
