I have purchased a 60, 000 inr system in june 2016 from one the dealer in rajsamand, within one month the dell logo printed on led monitor got damaged. After trying to resolve this issue e found that dell doesn`t provide support/service for the system until system got crash in some accident. I leave it.

After two month machine start making noise on ever day whenever we start the system.
For we ave complaint against it,
After the complaint dell have sent some technical person who have make trial and and replace my new part with some used or another part in machine. But unluckily the problem was still there he was unable to solve the issue. Again dell send the second time different technician with different used part to replace with my new one, but still after replacing the part problem was there. So the service department doing this trial from past 7/11/2016 and in between they have almost all new parts came with the system purchase with the used or may be repaired part, last time they also did a magi, after replacing the some of remaining new part in my new machine when technician start the machine display only sows the dell logo and after that it show only a blank screen. Upon this when i asked to service guy he told me that mother board may have damaged (As i was sure that the last time they have replaced a used or repaired mother board).

Now from past 4 days my system is on dead mode, and un fortunately i have make the worthless dell machine as a main machine in my office which is affecting my whole office work and all workers.

I request you please be aware before buying the dell product as they have worst policies against warranty.

      Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I have called the following number of a dell exclusive store in kottayam several times during the working hours [protected].They haven't answered my phone calls. One time they picked my phone and i asked them about a specific laptop and they were not ready to answer me.
      My laptop did not show hard drive
      Facing problems with the network adapter. speed is very very slow. I have with different wifi's at different places but the speed is very slow. it takes nearly 2-3 minutes to load a simple google home page.
      please solve this issue by sending your service agent to check my laptop
      My dell pendrive which was purchased in August 2016 form CIP computers, Vellore. I thought Dell brand is reputed and will be trouble free.
      Now it is corrupted and not showing memory.
      It is indicated in the product that the product has 5 years guarantee. All my data got lost and I could not even format it for other use.

        Compuindia is the only authorized online dealer of dell laptops in India. Their customer service is pathetic. I had ordered a dell vostro laptop and they had received full payment via NEFT and booked the product. The next day they said the product I wanted was out of stock and I had to choose another. There was no other product I was interested in so I asked for a refund. They said the refund takes 12 working days to complete. This is ridiculous. Every other e commerce company does a refund within 3 to 4 working days and that too after the customer has received a product and sent it back. I have not even received the product. In fact it wasn't even shipped. They are simply keeping around 62k of my cash with them for 2 weeks!! I called dell customer care and they just finally redirected me to a compuindia representative. This person had no valid answer to the question why it takes 12 working days to refund money. He kept stating like a robot that it takes 10 to 12 days to do refund. And then I asked them how they come up with that number because in the first email I got from Compuindia it said 12 working days and then it said 12 -15 working days when I asked the question why in the form of a mail. Now this representative says yes yes it takes 15 days. What the hell are they doing? Playing around with dell customers? My impression of dell was so good that I was adamant about buying no other brand. And now seeing this pathetic and unfair dealing of compuindia its all gone down a notch. If just to get back my own money at no expenditure on dell's part I have to struggle this hard then imagine what would happen post buying a laptop if there is some serious hardware issue.

        I strongly feel dell should find a better online dealer than compuindia.

            Actually I made a payment for Dell laptop new inspiron 15 3558 on website www.compuindia.com with consulting with Dell india marketing sales team advisor whose name she tell to me is Ana.
            And contact number is [protected].
            But amount is deducted for same laptop Rs 28490, and still after some time I will not rcve any confirmation from dell, then I make a call to agent ANA and she denied that they can't rcve any payment.
            Please take action on it and give my money back to me or my laptop, otherwise I will file an FIR and also file a complaint in consumer form.

                I had purchased a dell laptop xps 12 9q33 convertible ultra book in united states through dell online, i have been relocated to india, from the day one i have an issue with the laptop (Shutdown) originally purchased on 6 june 2014, so i was trying to diagnose the issue with the authorized service center in chennai below address

                  Recently 1 month ago ..i purchase one laptop charger(Dell Genuine Original Laptop Adapter Charger 65w 19.5V 3.34A (New Pin 4.5*3.0mm) MGJN9 for Inspiron 15 5000 series) & also have a power cord...i am purchasing this charger from amazon online...my problem is that my charger is not working now...the green light of charger will also not glow...and my charger is in one year national warranty provided by dell...i also have a bill...i want to change my charger...

                    I have purchased the dell battery in mysore in august 22, 2016 for the model dell precision m4600.. After four months of purchase, the battery is not working. As the warranty period is one year from the date of purchase, i need to replace the same with a good one.

                        2 months before I purchased the laptop & it is in 3 years warranty period.Without using much I faced the problem while using it, while I press my start button it shows me DELL logo after that my screen gets off but my internal CPU is in working mode .When I press it from upper side of the hardware it blinking on & off screen .As I contacted to toll free no.they suggested me to give to the service center as I have submitted to them.But last 15 -18 days my laptop has not got any solution for that issue.Please If you contact to service center of solapur city then it may be more helpful for me to handover my laptop.

                          I have a Dell monitor which has developed a line on the screen. On complaining to the Dell customer care they asked to send pictures of the monitor which was sent to them. However due to an overhead light falling on the sticker on the back of the monitor the company has denied repairing/replacement of the monitor stating that the sticker has been tampered with.

                          No amount of explanation is getting into their head. I am being tossed between the dealer and the company. This is really pathetic service from a reputed global MNC. I am not buying any Dell product in the future.

                            This refers to my complaint regarding dell laptop. Please note that I have followed every step mentioned in the e-mails sent by Dell to solve the problem. But their mail contain certain sentences which are not correct and to which I am in disagreement with (given below):


                            We tried contacting you through email and over the phone but without any success.

                            We request you to revert us with the results and observations of the troubleshooting which was sent in previous email. So, that we can help you further with the issue accordingly.

                            Please note that it is failure on part of Dell to resolve my problem and not my fault in following exactly your trouble shooting procedure.

                            Again, following is written in the mail:

                            In case I do not hear from your again, it was a pleasure assisting you.

                            Please note that each and every mail of Dell was replied within 12 hours of its receipt.

                            It is really pathetic to find out that the methodology adopted by Dell in resolving my problem is not successful and hence fault is being imposed on the customer.

                            It is requested that problem of my laptop may be escalated to a higher level.

                              We rate DELL as good brand and hence procured higher configuration Laptop DELL INSPIRION 3158 for our CFO on 22/10/16 .

                              Problem start coming in after 7-10 days and we started chasing local vendor (from whom this Laptop was procured) later on his advice, we logged the complaint with DELL service on 14/11.

                              After so many number of formalities, DELL agreed to take the delivery from us for replacement and this actually happened on 5/12/16.
                              Today on 16/12, we are not aware by when we will get the new Laptop as replacement.

                              Shall we ask our CFO, not to work for 1 month as the replacement is due and will get whenever DELL feels like.

                              Once the problem is established by DELL service support, faulty part should be replaced immediately.

                              Infact, I am planning to send my issue to DELL CEO as well as consumer forum in Delhi.

                              In short my viewpoint is, BAD SERVICE SUPPORT, DON’T BUY DELL PRODUCTS.

                                1. I have a dell inspiron 23

                                3. Dell persuaded me to pay extra and purchase an extended three year warranty, which expires in jan 2018.
                                4. Now my computer is not working and has shut down totally.
                                5. When i called dell tech support a certain mr. Ali asgar spoke to me and told me that dell would not send a technician despite the computer being under warranty.
                                6. Further, i was told that most customers resolve these problems on their own and hence i should learn trouble-shooting myself and not call dell.
                                I am still waiting for a dell technician.

                                  I purchased a Dell laptop i7 processor with 2TB harddisk, 16GB RAm.. for 80, 000 RS and this laptop doesnt show the performance of an i7 processor.. my laptop is getting hang from the day i buy it.. i have installed Antivirus and scanned the whole system thougth it happened of virus.. and there shows no error threat detected.. its getting only 1 month that i have bought this laptop..

                                    I am disappointed and hopeless with dell pro support.

                                    I am going to consumer court for replace the laptop.

                                    I want to replace the laptop .

                                    Some major parts of laptop changed as following:-

                                    2-3 times motherboard changed.
                                    WiFi card changed
                                    Webcam and wire changed
                                    Top cover changed
                                    Adaptor changed

                                    But problem is persistent now currently facing webcam and top cover heating issue and LCD blinking.

                                    If you are not able to replace the new laptop then I will go to legal procedure.

                                    This is final mail, I don't want any service except new laptop.

                                    I am also sent letter to dell mail room, Bangalore.

                                    Kindly do the needful.

                                      I have brought Dell Laptop in Feb 2016 since then i am facing issues like hang, taking more time to open any applications, very slow processing hence i visited twice to dell store but found no solution except basic cleaning of temp files, then i connected Dell on line support & told me problems are due to windows not installed properly & to reinstall some charges have to pay to dell. My question is that i got official Windows with this Dell laptop then why should i pay for reinstalling? Its fault of Dell or Dell dealer. Please help get my problem resolved. But i wont pay any amount.

                                        I purchased Dell Laptop Service Tag-6655HC2 Express Service code: [protected] from Bhawal Appliances Mumbai-12, Date 24/10/2016 within 40 days the above said laptop getting problem.
                                        I complained 05/ 12/2016 Compaint No[protected]. Next day 06/ 12/2016 your Engg. Afroz Alam visit our office & he said i have no recovery tool, can't do anything.

                                        Next day 07/ 12/2016 he said problem in mother board, and after the next day 08/12/2016 installed another Mother Board but can't solved the again He said problem in RAM, then Next day 09/12/2016 installed another RAM not yet solved, again He said problem in LED & LED cable, the After I got Headache from your services .

                                        I request you please send another same config petty pack new laptop. If you r not agree. I will Complain in Customer Court. Because whole laptops parts are fualty
                                        I totally lost my working 7days with 20000 Rs.Income.
                                        So please do carefull & send petty pack Laptop.
