I had purchased dell inspiron 15- 3555 windows 10 laptop on 14 june 2016.
From beginning software problem, slow bootup, shutdown, overheating, freezing happened.
I took it to service center twice, but they checked it and said there is nothing wrong in it,.. Finally i submitted my laptop on 17 august for full checkup. They did put default software again by formatting, and i was assured that it will not give problem afterwards. But again i am experiencing same hanging problem. Why wud i accept a faulty laptop.. I have receipt of last service details and now i will complain in consumer forum against it..
Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i have purchased it last year and this problem exist since last 2 months.
