    I ordered dell battery and they sent me charger from compuindia.com (Gng electronics)... Even after 10 days also they could not make any decision regarding this matter and no any one receiving call once u call to their customer care... Very sad experience... Its complete part of negligence and irresponsibility... I request dell immediately to cancel the license of gng to avoid such cheats... If you searched online they cheated many customers... So its my kind request to dell immediately cancel the affiliation or license of gng to avoid such cheats...

      Led monitor dell 19 inch
      I have purchase a dell 19 inch led monitor serial number
      CN-0657PN[protected]H-0S5B. purchase in june 2015 monitor got black patches automatically. I registered a complain with dell company regarding patches on September 12th 2016. I recieve an email from company regarding my complain number[protected]. Company asked me to send monitor front and back pannel images along with monitor serial number, purchase invoice copy. I sent all the required things 4 times now company sent me again an email regarding invoice bill of purchase in scanned image i sent scanned copy of purchase invoice. But now company's executive telling that your monitor is damaged and company will not give warranty of your product. So i will request to all of you if you are thinking to buy a monitor for your pc never buy of any dell monitor.

        Respected care, i had purchased the dell inspiron 15 3543 on 11th november 2015. Now its having some issue with display screen. When i go to dell service center they told me that warranty is already expired on 12 march 2016. I can not work properly because the display screen of my laptop is damaged. Please help me for correction in my laptop warranty period so that i can repair my laptop in dell service center.

          My Laptop's down arrow key has got some issue. Yesterday when I called Dell Support they said it wont be replaced even if it is under warranty. alter when my engineer called they said that customer said product has been damaged and that is why key got the issue, whereas I never said so that my product got damage. I mean how can they lie. This is not right. Customer buys the product pays so much for this kind of service or product??

            My 3xpress service code is [protected].I bought it in november 2014 under the warranty scheme 1+2 year warranty for which i paid 1200 to dealer.but now when i want to change my parts they said my warranty is for 1 year only till 2015 and it is lapsed.My retailer already send the mail to company from priya computers durg to upgarde the warranty but still its 20 days and no reply form dell company.

              Call to Dell Customer Care (Akansha Yadav) for reporting issue and trouble shooting on May 24, 2016.

              Payment for the required part (display panel) was on June 16, 2016.

              45 days after payment the part was not delivered and refund request forwarded. Negotiations for refund go on till another month.

              Today Septemeber 22, 2016. I have not received the refund yet.

                  Bought this laptop in january 2016 this year, and facing regular problems with battery issues as well hanging and wi-fi disconnection., leading to data loss as well .
                  when connected Dell customer care they reflected warranty over.and Dell vendor is leat concerned and not forwarding my complaint further.
                  when connected Dell Area sales manager Mr.Prakash Ranjan he is just giving sweet promises for last one month.

                    Hi, this is rishi jaiswal. i have taken dell inspiron 3542 (express service code is [protected]) 4 month back. within one month of purchasing my system started to get hang whenever i connected it with wifi and it hang for unlimited time period, some times it restart by itself and if you haven't save your work it will gone away. i complaint them and they were unable to solve my problem and finally i went to dell service center and they make it usable. but hanging problem was not solved properly but frequency is reduced. but again after one month speaker was not working. so i complaint them again and they did hardware checking and found there is no problem in hardware. then they suggested me to install updated version of drivers, i downloaded and updated but still there is no sound in the speaker, so they asked me to format my computer and install the windows again. so i followed the step suggested by them like i reset my computer and after 5 hrs of resetting i got there is no operating system was found. i called them back and they told me your windows is corrupted and you have to install it again. but till now they are unable to install it i followed what ever they said but everything was complete failure. now they are saying purchase go to dell service center which is very far from where i live and it will cost around 500 rs in travelling. they also asked me to purchase a new windows operating system. they are making us fool. worst customer care service i have ever faced. please dont buy any product of dell. please help me i don;t want this lappy and want my money refund. my number is [protected]

                    Hi rishijai24,

                    Try to run the Windows update troubleshooter and see if it fix the issue:
                    * Press Windows Key then type ‘troubleshoot’ and hit Enter
                    * Select “View all” on the left panel and run “Windows update” troubleshooter from the list
                    * Click Advanced, ensure to check Apply repairs automatically and also select Run as administrator
                    * Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting.
                    Once done, check if it allows you install Windows Updates without any errors.

                      I purchased dell studio 1458 laptop, service tag - jftj6bs, express service code - [protected]. Any how it's screen got damage. Now i want to replace my screen. I went to dell service centre in hyderabad, they gave me phone number and asked to call, so they will come and fix the screen, right now screen is not available. I called to sales department they are saying that product production is stopped so no screen is there search in local market. I searched everywhere but didn't find. Again i called them now they are saying that we can't do anything. What is this? Whose responsibility is to provide the screen. Once customer purchased laptop now spare part is not available in market, so anyhow i have to suffer.
                      It's like wastage of 55 k.

                      Please suggest me what can i do. I need laptop screen, i can't purchase new laptop.

                        I am not satisfied for your poor service so that I am also not able to take any option which is given by you because if I choose any option and again my laptop will be dead after 1 month in that case what will I do.                             Hello sir i have bought dell inspiron 3542(service tag :4JF1582) in month of june and my system is not working properly. Just after 2-3 days i found right speaker of my system defected and there was heating problem in my system and system restart itself.I inform this to company and they replaced motherboard and speaker and fan, and they applied cooling paste 2 times but i am again facing same issues.And also there was battery drain problem.now i want refund from company but they are not ready to do so instead they are asking me to replace the motherboard again but i dont want to re-open (4th time) my system.i am totaly harrased by dell and disturbed by them. plzzzz help me sir i want refund or get my system replaced..

                              Your laptop is seriously the worst I've ever seen. I would like you to explain me how in the hell a DELL laptop with 16 gigabytes of RAM hang or deadlock so often just for a simple tasks like browsing, documentation and other stuffs like that. I never expected to see such a worse lap from DELL. No wonder my friends suggested me to buy HP or LENOVO instead of your stupid products. I can't believe I wasted 72000₹ on this cardboard box. I clearly should've gone for something else.

                                  I have purchaged the laptop Dell Vostro online. My laptop is not charging any more and Its LED inside the charger is not blinking / glowing any more.

                                  I am struggling to get a reasonable response from customer care but what I received is following: (My service Tag Number: 73NZL72; Express service code: [protected]

                                  1. The Lady on customer care is forcing to get the laptop checked from local shop and get back with all the details which were used for testing like number on the alternate charger used etc.

                                  2. She is using foul language and hard way of talking. Like, "app Jhuth bol rahe ho (you are lieing), Me service nahi bana sakti, appko laptop check karwana hi parega, etc.

                                  I wonder how the ordinary non technical people get support from the Dell.

                                    Hi AnuraPangam,

                                    Based on your post, it might be a drivers issue. As of now some of the drivers of old Windows may not work properly on latest Windows. For the meantime, I suggest you some basic troubleshooting steps that may help you to solve the issue.
                                    1. Open the Control Panel.
                                    2. Select Device Manager .
                                    3. In the Device Manager, expand Hardware Devices.
                                    4. Right click on your controller and select Properties.
                                    5. In the new Tab, click on the "Driver" tab and select "Update Driver". Then select "Search automatically".
                                    6. Restart your PC and try to access the device again.

                                    You may also try to install "Keyboard filter driver". You can download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website. Then you can install and reboot.

                                      I purchased this laptop on 6th July. After that there were problems of Power-on. Twice the technician visited. Last visit on 3rd Sept-16. Suddenly, again on 11th Sept, it stopped working. When I put it on charging, the LED glows On & Off but not continuous. I don't know what the technicians have done in two visits. This is causing me a severe set-back, disturbing my work, causing mental agony and embarrassment.
                                      I demand for a replacement against it.

                                        no service is provided, no status details or no information regarding the condition of the laptop provided since 1 month after depositing the laptop with dell kolkata authorised service centre and rs.1364... Very very dissappointed and extremely poor service provided, not expected from dell.
                                        Frustratred as cannot do any work for more than a month, don't know what to do ? still do not know when will i get back my laptop and in what condition it would be ? very poor, worst experience...
