Sir . I have purchased laptop model no 3460 latitude so no 5qsnc82 express no [protected] on 26th september, 2016. After 2-3 days it start hang up and automattically restart. Hang of laptop is in out look, word file and others like vedio. Today laptop restart more than 3 times in 45 min and hanged in 15-20 min. I have tried to call at customer care at 630 pm but it was closed. Kindly look into matter

Ur toll free no is saying my warranty has been finished first tell me that when did i get ur bloody warranty give me my warranty i want to repair my lappy
Laptop is within warranty and 4 parts of this laptop are damaged. We want new laptop aa replacement
When i switched off my laptop it was full charged but when i switched it on it was not starting. when i plug charger then my laptop started and it shows 0% battery.
i have purchased it last year and this problem exist since last 2 months.
When i called ur toll free no got to no that i didnot got a warranty for my lappy purchased on[protected] just coz S T computers dell exclusive store shopno 2-3 sukhmani tower kochar market ludhiana digested ol the money visted thrice he is saying company not extending warranty i have mailed them .blody hell chor sale bithaye huye tumne
Charger or the charging pin inside the laptop is not working properly. If we connect the pin to the laptop, it is charging at a very small power supply. The white light is not in on condition. Please do take this into serious consideration and solve it.

    I have Dell Inspiron 15 - 3000 series. This Laptop we bought in March 2015. From the beginning we have observed that this Laptop is very slow with Windows 8.1 and 10 as well. But the major problem is that it is not connecting with Wifi connectivity most of the time. At the same time my other laptop is able to connect Same WI FI connectivity.

    I am really disappointed with this laptop and i come to know that this series has a problem.

    Please solve my issue of replace my laptop.

    Laptop details are mentioned below.

    Just from experience I will tell you that Dell will not help you. First they may say, oh, I am sorry, blah, blah, you are having such an issue but no worry (worries) I will be able to assist you.

    You spend a lot of time conveying your problem to the person that is answering the phone for DELL but really has no clue and will just transfer you to another department. If that transfer is successful (because usually they will put you on hold until they either drop you or you give up) you will then have to tell your story again.

    They will tell you that your software is messed up or something of that nature -- they will not give you any assistance with what they deem a "software" issue because they just manufacture the unit itself.

    They will however try to transfer you (after spending much of your time explaining your problem to the 1st so-called customer service person) to the technical department. Unless of course you have already been told to go somewhere and have it fixed.

    If your laptop is out of warranty - which it obviously is, they will automatically try and get you to pay for support. I have to inform you that they really don't have a clue about what you are having an issue with.

    They also will save this small detail for the finale: I will transfer you to the escalated technical department... where you will most likely start all over again. That person will tell you -- no worry(ies) I will definitely be able to help you. They sound all concerned (if they have practiced) until the last sentence that will be heard by you: This will cost (the usual figure I always heard) 159.00.

    I do sound negative. If you have done any research -- and I have for over a year and still have not received what is expected from a company such as dell, you would be as well.

    So, what I will tell you about your connection is that you need to troubleshoot on your own. Do you know about your network? Are you familiar with how to reset your modem and all of the basic things? Have you made any changes on the laptop or have there been any damages (defects)? You see, I have had the same problem for the last week. The other thing is that this laptop, Inspiron 15, 5000 series, 5547 was manufactured with cheap parts and the right hinge broke (sent this laptop to them 4 times and had a tech at home one time) not once, but this is the 3rd time! In my case the damaged hinged sits directly on top of the WLAN card and when the hinge broke it damaged the card - therefore no connection to my home network.

    You really need to do some research - start with talking to your ISP. I have ATT/Uverse and they are Useless as well. I have learned everything on my own. Your problem could be a simple fix but you need to do some investigating. First of all, try connecting your laptop with an ethernet cable directly to the modem. If that works and you get connection, it is probably some type of setting or it could be one of hundreds of things. Do the basics. Call the internet provider first to see if they will help you. Wish you luck. This is a very big $ maker for them. It is sad that you cannot just call up and believe it when they say the (scripted) "oh, I am so sorry you are having this problem, I am sure I will be able to assist you" and actually get an answer instead of what could be what I have lived for about a year and a half in DELL HELL.

    I am sorry to sound so negative. Try to get answers doing searches on the net w/ the other computer. Trust me, there are a lot of people going through the same problem you are experiencing. I will hope for you to find a quick fix!

    As they say, "knowledge is power".

    I have spent over a thousand hours on the phone and have over 300 e-mails just from all of the defective machines they are producing with bad parts. To save money they had all of the manufacturing done - well, you know the history -- as well as customer service call centers instead of properly trained DELL employees. Oh yes, if you decide to do an online chat session, they also do not work for dell and you can write til the end of time just to have them tell you - CONTACT ... because they don't know anything at all about computers!

    Well, I should stop depressing you - honestly, nothing I have told you is untrue. Watch out for anyone asking for $! Take care and good luck.

    I have more research to do on my court case!

      Dear sir,
      I purchased dell laptop model insp5558 vide bright sun computer, cohin invoice no. 2348 dated 2348 on 24 dec 2015. Follwoing are submitted.
      (1) after five months of the operation systems's lcd was replaced by dell there was lining in the centre.
      (2) in sep 16 its hard disk and power swithc was not working properly and was replaced.
      (3) in sep 16 after again os of the system was corrupted.
      Am seeking for the system replacement. Since it is a electronic device. System get breakdown. But i think there is inbuilt fault in the system. Am seeking system replacement it is only 09 months and lot of

        I had a very bad experience at the dell service centre in guwahati (m/s delight solutions) when i visited to get my dell inspiron 13 7349 repaired. there was some problem with one of my usb ports due to which the port was not detecting any device. the person in charge, after examining my laptop, told me that i should get my motherboard replaced, and that it would take 4-5 days to get it done. since i had some important work, i did not submit my laptop.
        I had doubt on this solution given to me so i visited another computer service centre which is quite well-known in our city for their reliable services. the person checked my laptop and told that there was some local problem in the port and he repaired it in half an hour.
        I really want to put forward this issue because if the problem could have been solved in just a short span of time, then why was it asked to me by dell service centre to get the laptop motherboard changed. my laptop was in warranty period and i neednt pay for the new hardware but it is a big harrassment to get things done when not required at all.
        Please look into the matter as i sense malpractice in this particular dell service centre.

          I had purchased dell inspiron 15- 3555 windows 10 laptop on 14 june 2016.
          From beginning software problem, slow bootup, shutdown, overheating, freezing happened.
          I took it to service center twice, but they checked it and said there is nothing wrong in it,.. Finally i submitted my laptop on 17 august for full checkup. They did put default software again by formatting, and i was assured that it will not give problem afterwards. But again i am experiencing same hanging problem. Why wud i accept a faulty laptop.. I have receipt of last service details and now i will complain in consumer forum against it..

            We have purchased dell laptop from m/s yantra infotech, bhopal on[protected]. it was told product has 1 year warranty which should end on[protected]. but on checking it online warranty has ended on 05th june 2016 and 05th sept 2016 respectively.

            Dec'16 and I have checked the same on the website and found the start date 31 March 2016 and end date is 29 June 2017 which is wrongly updated.
            The Seller has also submitted invoice to dell two months ago still, they haven't got any response.

                  I had purchased the above laptop (Code [protected]) from Siliguri vide Bill No. Slg/Retail/00085/16-17 dated 09.05.2016 from Technocrat Infotech Private limited. Right from the date of purchase, the laptop is running extremely slow.It takes around 15 minutes to open. I have made several complain with your customer care center. They have attended to my request but the my laptop is still not alright. I have missed a lot of my classes and job works due to the the above problem. I think that the laptop needs to be replaced at your end. I bought Dell only because my friends recommended the same to me. Now I an in a fix and your technical staffs at Siliguri is not above to fix the problem in laptop. I hope the quality team will sincerely listen to my complain and provide relief to me.

                    Still delivery date was not committed

                    every time same reply within next `2 days' it will be delivered

                    Also they quote Cauvery water dispute and Tamilnadu vehicles not able to come to Gujarat

                    This was a bluff because we are on business too and we know what is happening in these states on our day to day need materials

                    I have enquired customer care of ecom express (logistics partner) they updated 24thSep onwards no issue on their services due to Cauvery water.

                    Particular airwaybill number[protected] is not handed over at all to them

                    I request your support. Entire information what all Dell representatives (Ms.Meena.[protected]@dell.com & team attending customer services from Bangalore) update so far is not trust worthy.

                    My submission to the grievance office is

                    1. As a fully paid customer I deserve an update on delivery date
                    2. Built trust by sharing facts... I’m in no urge for product. But hurt by your heap of lies

                    pls respond to customer with DATE.

                        I ordered dell battery and they sent me charger from compuindia.com (Gng electronics)... Even after 10 days also they could not make any decision regarding this matter and no any one receiving call once u call to their customer care... Very sad experience... Its complete part of negligence and irresponsibility... I request dell immediately to cancel the license of gng to avoid such cheats... If you searched online they cheated many customers... So its my kind request to dell immediately cancel the affiliation or license of gng to avoid such cheats...

                          I have purchase a dell 19 inch led monitor serial number
                          CN-0657PN[protected]H-0S5B. purchase in june 2015 monitor got black patches automatically. I registered a complain with dell company regarding patches on September 12th 2016. I recieve an email from company regarding my complain number[protected]. Company asked me to send monitor front and back pannel images along with monitor serial number, purchase invoice copy. I sent all the required things 4 times now company sent me again an email regarding invoice bill of purchase in scanned image i sent scanned copy of purchase invoice. But now company's executive telling that your monitor is damaged and company will not give warranty of your product. So i will request to all of you if you are thinking to buy a monitor for your pc never buy of any dell monitor.

                              My Laptop's down arrow key has got some issue. Yesterday when I called Dell Support they said it wont be replaced even if it is under warranty. alter when my engineer called they said that customer said product has been damaged and that is why key got the issue, whereas I never said so that my product got damage. I mean how can they lie. This is not right. Customer buys the product pays so much for this kind of service or product??

                                My 3xpress service code is [protected].I bought it in november 2014 under the warranty scheme 1+2 year warranty for which i paid 1200 to dealer.but now when i want to change my parts they said my warranty is for 1 year only till 2015 and it is lapsed.My retailer already send the mail to company from priya computers durg to upgarde the warranty but still its 20 days and no reply form dell company.

                                  Call to Dell Customer Care (Akansha Yadav) for reporting issue and trouble shooting on May 24, 2016.

                                  Payment for the required part (display panel) was on June 16, 2016.

                                  45 days after payment the part was not delivered and refund request forwarded. Negotiations for refund go on till another month.

                                  Today Septemeber 22, 2016. I have not received the refund yet.

                                      Bought this laptop in january 2016 this year, and facing regular problems with battery issues as well hanging and wi-fi disconnection., leading to data loss as well .
                                      when connected Dell customer care they reflected warranty over.and Dell vendor is leat concerned and not forwarding my complaint further.
                                      when connected Dell Area sales manager Mr.Prakash Ranjan he is just giving sweet promises for last one month.

                                        Hi, this is rishi jaiswal. i have taken dell inspiron 3542 (express service code is [protected]) 4 month back. within one month of purchasing my system started to get hang whenever i connected it with wifi and it hang for unlimited time period, some times it restart by itself and if you haven't save your work it will gone away. i complaint them and they were unable to solve my problem and finally i went to dell service center and they make it usable. but hanging problem was not solved properly but frequency is reduced. but again after one month speaker was not working. so i complaint them again and they did hardware checking and found there is no problem in hardware. then they suggested me to install updated version of drivers, i downloaded and updated but still there is no sound in the speaker, so they asked me to format my computer and install the windows again. so i followed the step suggested by them like i reset my computer and after 5 hrs of resetting i got there is no operating system was found. i called them back and they told me your windows is corrupted and you have to install it again. but till now they are unable to install it i followed what ever they said but everything was complete failure. now they are saying purchase go to dell service center which is very far from where i live and it will cost around 500 rs in travelling. they also asked me to purchase a new windows operating system. they are making us fool. worst customer care service i have ever faced. please dont buy any product of dell. please help me i don;t want this lappy and want my money refund. my number is [protected]

                                        Hi rishijai24,

                                        Try to run the Windows update troubleshooter and see if it fix the issue:
                                        * Press Windows Key then type ‘troubleshoot’ and hit Enter
                                        * Select “View all” on the left panel and run “Windows update” troubleshooter from the list
                                        * Click Advanced, ensure to check Apply repairs automatically and also select Run as administrator
                                        * Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting.
                                        Once done, check if it allows you install Windows Updates without any errors.

                                        Bhai log, I am going to Dell service centre to solve my problem and I don't have time to follow your instruction on daily basis. You people are useles, only waste time of customer and make them fool. I am not going to suggest anyone to take any product of Dell. Bye bye
