We have released the po (7542) on 16.06.2016 and payment is done on 22.06.2016 and inspite of follow ups for the spare parts for laptop, there is no response from you. payment details were mailed to you immediately after payment was made and now again we received the mail on 25.07.2016 asking about payment details and biiling & shipping details and today we received the mail informing us that spare parts are not available with us and will be coming from singapore and still it will take 3 -4 weeks more, which is not expectable, after taking payment, if still there is a delay then we need a proper clarification on this.
Please note that requirement is urgent. expect a quick response on this.

    I bought a laptop in 29july 2015. but my warranty end on 31 march 2016. i complint for this issue to dealer and he update my warranty to august. but my battery warranty end in 7th months ago. i call dell support and then they are said my product is very old to seal by dealer. so i totally shocked.
    i fell i am cheated.

    I complint an other problem in dell 2 months ago for my laptop battery drain out & laptop dead issue and they are not responce my complint. i complint this problem agin and again ... afterall responce 21july 2016. i face this problem two months becouse dell dont resive my complint two months ago.
    my dell laptop dont work perfectly and this product is very old.
    so my request is to replace my product . kindly take serious action on it.

    We have checked our stock details and we currently donot have a compatible Battery available for your system.We request you to check with local computer shop or online websites like www.compuindia.com for a compatible Battery .
    but dealer not listing my problem and he dont update my battery warrenty or dont replace my laptop battery
    my another problem is ------
    i go to dellsupport website and update my audio driver.
    but update my audio driver then my laptop sound is very very... slow

      My tablet dell venue 3741 service tag 4b21x22 has a problem of shutting down occasionally and i have to reboot it. I gave it to the service center in kolkata on 21.6.16. After their servicing, the problem stopped for some time but from yesterday it again started now and then and my important official job is being hampered.

      I would request if you replace the tablet.

        I bought a dell tab on 03/10/2015.I was also offered to but an insurance from the dealer where I was told that at any circumstances, if a damage is caused on the product within a year of purchase, then the insurance will take care.I contacted the dealer and then the insurance co.(appsdaily). appsdaily is trying to help me now what they need is a quotation for the repair of the damage.The damage that happened on my tab is screen is ok but the liquid got logged.I went to one of the dell auth serv cent., where I was told that it would cost me RS.5500 but refused to gv me any quotation.Now I am in need of a quotation to proceed further with appsdaily.I need your help.

        I purchased a brand new dell 7000 series 2 in 1. The touchscreen started giving problems within s few weeks. It stopped working completely in a month. I gave it for repair, it took a week for them just to order the required part. Apparently, the dell warehouse doesn't have enough spares.
        Disappointed with the service and the problem.

        You may try the following steps:
        Control Panel - Device Manager - Mice and Pointing Devices - Double Click onTouch Pad -
        2) Driver's Tab - Click Update Driver drivers,
        3) RIGHT CLICK on TouchPad and UNINSTALL.
        Then go to USB Controllers and UNINSTALL EVERYTHING except the category itself (all in it). REBOOT
        This will refresh the TouchPad Driver and the USB Stack.
        Hope it helps.
        The issue is not yet resolved. there is no call being made by dell.

          I bought a dell inspirion laptop from 'dell exclusive store, shop4. Durga vihar, s. P. Verma road, patna'on 7th of june 2016.
          After a week there was a horizontal line on the display screen and it was permanent. Also i am unable to insert earphone as the jack is having some issue. I went to the store for this issue they asked me to contact dell service center and gave me a contact number '[protected]'.

          I tried reaching customer care multiple times but the calls get disconnected before getting connected to any representative. After a week i again visited the 'dell exclusive store'. They called customer care and after talking with them for an hour or long, conducting test on call they said they will look into this issue. They said they will send a technician to fix this issue. I told them this is not a software issue as the laptop screen is faulty, after having a hour long discussion they said they will replace the laptop with a new one but it will take 30-40 days and i agreed for the same. I told them very clearly i do not want a technician fixing this issue and again going through the same.

          After a week they are saying they cannot replace the laptop and they will send a technician to fix it.

          How does this whole issue looks logical to them? I bought a laptop which started showing issues within a month and they are giving different solutions for the same. They agreed to replace the laptop but then they are changing it stating that we could not.

            Dear respected sir/madam/officer,

            Please refer my emails attached with this email.

            I was been conned by dell representative (Mr illiyas) from kandivali west store while making a payment of rs 76800.00

            I was given all false information.

            As per him there is a offer going on between dell and hdfc that if i buy a laptop from dell i can avail interest free emi for 6 months which came to rs 12797.95.

            I accepted the same.

            Now when i saw my credit card bill i was reflecting rs 12918.13

            Emi 11996.76
            Interest 801.21
            Service tax 112.16
            Cess 4.00
            Total 12918.13

            I was told by dell the its interest free emi of rs 12797.95 hence no service tax and cess as there is no interest zero interest.

            I spoke to dell and they said this is (Rs 12797.95) how much i would/should be charged and not even a paisa more.

            They say check with bank.

            I spoke to bank and bank says check with merchant.

            Both of then not helping me out.

            Now i came to a decision to dispute the transition of emi.

            Just cancel the emi option and change me only principle amount of rs 76800.00 as i were to pay initially.

            Its not about the extra rs 120.00 i would pay for 6 months its about safe guarding customer”s interest from lies/false information from merchants.


            I have raised the issue at all fronts but no joy till now.

            Kindly assist me in this.

              Got dell laptop gifted from my friend a month ago. Completely poor the performance was. When i lift the laptop its getting switched off. Logged the complaint to customer care and complaint id is [protected]. Express service code:[protected]. Technician came and found that the problem is in mother board. He wants to open the system panel to check it. My question is why to open the brand new laptop in front of me and i asked for the replacement. I hardly used the laptop for just 2 times and i faced all these issues. And other 2 times have been handled by their engineers.

              Now as per their norm and policies they cannot replace the system where they can only replace the parts. Do you all think that i have my satisfactory usage further with the brand new laptop to repaired laptop? I am speaking to the concern escalation person named sachin who doesn't have proper convincing attribute. Straight the way he cant replace it as if he purchased the product and gifted me. Make sure you all satisfy the end consumer as they are giving business to you. Crap customer service.

              For all,

              Never go to the dell until they have proper customer service. You will be ruining the money and your happiness in using that. Such a poor product to my concern. Not at all recommended. Make sure not going to the dell until you have confident on the customer service.

                To whom this may concern,

                This is in reference to your dell service center in chandigarh, sector 17. I had given my laptop for repair on the 9th of april 2016 when my keyboard was giving me troubled and it was returned to me on the 18th of april. I made the request for my laptop to me functioning any which way for i would be travelling and unable to return to the service center.

                I checked my laptop at the service center where it seemed to be functioning fine but upon returning home it refused to boot beyond the (Dell) logo screen. This issue kept reoccurring every few days since then.

                Today, i returned to chandigarh and thus went to the service center where i asked to see "amit," the same man who had dealt with my laptop previously. On further investigation, i was told that my laptop would need to be formatted. I told "amit," that though the laptop needed to be formatted the least he could do is acknowledge his error and be a little more accomodating in his approach toward the problem of the customer.In retaliation he told me that i was being "argumentative" and i was only there to lay blame.

                Here's what i don't understand. It's my laptop. I'm the one who needs it fixed. Why would i come to your service center just for the sake of arguing? Secondly, this issue started to occur after you "fixed" my laptop the last time and i acknowledge that it's a little late for me to come to the service center with the problem but considering the fact that i'm not screaming at you for screwing my laptop up, "amit" still had the audacity to say that i was being dishonest when i asked for a more feasible solution to my problem.

                  This is to inform you that I had purchased a Monitor of your Brand Dell from M/s Electro Media, Kolkata vide Invoice No. EM/1031/13-14 dt. 05/09/2013.
                  The said mention case with it a 3 Years warranty which typically means I am entitled to a replacement / repair free of cost within 3 years of the purchases by me.

                  Previously I got upgrade replacement 2 or 3 times for Monitor damaged issue. last night my Monitor display turned to a White Screen.

                  My purchase is under warranty up to 04.09.2016 which i had spoken to your Dell Tech Support Executive over phone who has refused replacement under warranty & told warranty expired from manufacturing date.

                            I made a complaint as my laptop got burnt on the top left corner. My complaint number is[protected]. One executive named Sanchi Saxena asked me to send the photos of the laptop. As I don't have any option of sending photos, I made a call to customer care and executive named Yashaswini received my call. When I am explaining my problem, she is not at all helping with my query and moreover asked me to contact any electrician. To buy a laptop, should we have to use smartphone or need to have a nearby electrician?
                            Dell is a multi national company and should have proper customer service. I bought the laptop 4 months back and this is the third time I am facing the problem with this. Last time also they took 10 days for resolving the problem.

                              I have purchased two dell laptops from m/s. sysmantech, m. g road, ernakulam-682016, ph[protected] the complaint is as follows.

                              01. the first laptop (sl. no. 2qdh732, dell 3442) purchased on 26.1.2016 (invoice no. smtr/39462015/2016) and complaint noticed in the keyboard and informed the shop. they directed to the dell service center at ernakulam. according to service people, the warranty expired in june 2016. actually the warranty is one year from the date of purchase. the service center directed me to the shop again to update the data by the dealer. but the shop manager asked me to call dell toll free. the toll free man advised to visit the shop again to solve the issue. now i am very much depressed with this faulty laptop and i will never purchase dell products and will never recommend to any one in my life. also the m/s. sysmantech is cheating me by giving a faulty and outdated laptop. i need to replace the laptop at the earliest; otherwise i will initiate legal action against dell and m/s. sysmantech.
                              02. the second laptop (sl. no. 9cvx432, dell 3546) purchased on 29.3.2016 (invoice no. smte/1767/2015/2016) and complaint noticed in sleep function, sometimes works even it is shut down etc. and informed the shop. they directed to the dell service center at ernakulam. according to service people, the warranty expired in feb 2016, i. e before i purchased the laptop!!!. actually the warranty is one year from the date of purchase. the service center directed me to the shop again to update the data by the dealer. they said the problem may be with os and not the hard ware. the shop technician re - installed the os, but no use. then the shop manager asked me to call dell toll free. the toll free man advised to visit the shop again to solve the issue. now i am very much depressed with this faulty laptop and i will never purchase dell products and will never recommend to any one dell products in my life. also the m/s. sysmantech is cheating me by giving a faulty and outdated laptop. i need to replace the laptop at the earliest; otherwise i will initiate legal action against dell and m/s. sysmantech.

                                  I would like to bring in to the viewers of this complaint that beware of buying a laptop or a PC or any other products from the official website of Dell India.
                                  I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 3558 Laptop on 23rd June 2016 for which the order number is :[protected]. While buying the laptop I had cross checked the price with other E-Commerce websites wherein I found the price a little expensive on the Dell website where as other websites are selling it on a cheaper price, then too I thought that if I'm buying it through their own website then the chances of being cheated will be lesser as compared to others but I was wrong and I have been cheated by them. First of all there was an ongoing offer with the laptop which is "Back To College" for which the last date of registration was 15th July 2016 but unfortunately I missed out the terms & conditions where in there was a turn around time of 7 days after the date of purchase. I humbly requested them to consider me as an exception because this is the first time I have ever bought a laptop in my life span but the company straight away denied that since I have missed out the turn so they cannot help me in anyways which is Okay because it was my mistake and the company is not responsible or liable for the same although they could have considered. Now coming to the point how they cheated me is while buying the laptop the configurations mentioned were okay wherein I was getting a OS windows 10, McAfee subscription etc so I was quite happy with the pricing and offers but later I found that a few software's were not configured in the laptop for which I called upon their customer care number where their executives apologized for the inconvenience caused but at the same time they said that they can't help me for the same. That was not just enough, when I tried to escalate the matter they asked me to speak to a senior person as a manager or floor manager and he transferred the line to the floor manager. While talking to him I explained that how I am facing the problem to which he too apologized and said that they will take the matter to the senior level so that other customers don't face the same problem and at the same time he will not be able to help me. Not just that, he was instead acting smart and trying to convince me for paid service of approx Rs. 3500 to Rs. 4000 which I have already paid to the company while buying the laptop. And that wasn't enough, In-fact he told me " You bought it in an good price naa so it is your problem and you need to either contact Microsoft or else I can transfer the line to our paid service" which means they are selling their packages in the name of customer service. Add on to it when I was asking him the reason why they can't help me he just hung up in the middle of the conversation.
                                  I would like to bring in to the notice to all the buyers that please Dell India although being such a big brand, has these loop holes and are cheating buyers. Please beware and think almost 100 times while making such a investment because 34500/- is not a small amount.
                                  Totally disappointed by their attitude and kind of service they are providing to the customers, although they are very polite while talking but at the end they are cheating us.
                                  It is my humble request to all the buyers that please check for other brands before buying one from Dell as they are charging us a higher price with minimum benefits just because they are a brand like Dell.

                                    In 10 days, it stopped working... Goes into auto shutdown freqently... Was given to dell service... Still..In 2 days... It stopped working... Today again a service fellow from dell attended the service... Now he says the motherboard is gone... Touch pad is gone... Battery compartment is gone... I spent 97500/- for this defective piece... Still the dell service guys don't even care.. They say they will send another service guy next week.. They will not replace with a new piece... I feel cheated by dell. Just bought it on may 16, 2016 online from compuindia. It is so frustrating... Now what do i do... Pl advice

                                      Hi pravinabhishek,

                                      I’d like to help you, I am going to list down the possible causes:
                                      1)Not enough power
                                      2) You also might have a faulty graphics card.
                                      3) BIOS/UEFI errors( BIOS hardware incompatibility)
                                      4) Improperly installed components

                                      To resolve the above causes you might need to do some troubleshooting.

                                      Make sure your graphics card is properly seated.

                                      Make sure the power supply is enough.

                                      Next, check your BIOS/UEFI(preboot environment) for errors.

                                      Finally, test the graphic card with other device.

                                        I am chandan, i have but laptop may 2016 but still i am facing lot of problem. Nehru place (New delhi) support team has ordered for new motherboard but still they have not received because, motherboard will come in september 2016. How is possible, i am really disappoint your service.
