My dell laptop is suddenly not able to working. I don't know what's reason but my leptop can't start.
Every time when i try to on it sounded bling bling bling 3-4 times then no response. I try to cal dell customer care no. 24x7 which shows in internet. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],
But all the no. Last line said ourservices where off in after 6pm. Try to contact 9am to 6pm.
This is my last date of leptop warranty.

1.Try disconnecting any external displays including projectors and monitors to make sure they're not stopping your laptop from booting into Windows.
Even if there is any external device like printer or moue.

2. Sometimes the screen can be faulty so make sure the screen is working fine and its not the display issue.

    I purchases as Dell Laptop -Inspiron 7548 with International warranty on the 22 Aug 2015 for my son Sahej Aggarwal.
    The service tag of the invoice & laptop is - 7RBRJ42
    The hard disc of the laptop crashed on Thursday 26 May 2016 in Canterbury, UK.
    When we contacted the Dell service center there:
    1. Firstly they did not recognize the service tag, and only did so after getting a copy of the invoice.
    WHY?
    2. Secondly they said that their working hours were over by the time they recognized the warranty (4.30 pm on Friday) and we have to get back to them on Monday.
    WHY?? - IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A 24X7 SERVICE
    3. When contacted again they claim that the Laptop International Warranty expires in February.
    HOW COME???
    4. When contacted the dealers and Dell service in India, they say that International Warranty is still valid and service should be done.
    WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE??

      It is hanging since i bought it. whenever i phone it takes off my one hour time atleast during your online repairing. so i pull out the battery and refix it to start my laptop after hanging. I requested your people to return back my laptop and give me another laptop of successful model which do not have hanging problem. there must be some manufacturing defect which cannot be sorted out. |Because three times your engineers repaired over phone but the problem comes again after few days. I am fed up with it. Because it is very slow. whoever tries on it, everybody gives the same remark of being slow.

        I, preeti jain purchased dell inspiron 15-3542 laptop from world of laptops adderess: shop no. 14/15, nr. Tilak hotel,, indira chambers, lokmanya bal gangadhar tilak rd, sadashiv peth, pune, maharashtra 411030 (Phone: [protected]). This owner has issued 3 years service warranty in sys-tech computers. I am facing sudden shutdown without warning problem with this laptop.In this regard, i went two times to the same supplier (Date: 26.05.2016) and both the time they had not solved the problem and again they lied to solve the problem. I want strict action against the service provider and please provide me possible solution of my problem.

          I bought a dell adapter from dell store in pimple saudagar, pune. It is a 65 w adapter for my dell laptop n4010, they charged me 1400 for it. But on checking on your site i found its cost is 790. It is just an adapter with no power cable too. Its no. Is cn-06tm1c[protected]h-5095-a04. On contacting them again and questioning about the price difference they said that they provided a warranty of 1 year whereas dell provides only for 3 months. On further questioning they argued that this is pure bargaining we donot sell products at which the company dell sells. There is always a price difference, you should have checked it yourself and then bought. Can a store sell a product at the double cost. I being, an old customer of dell had preferred to buy a charger from an authentic dell store so that i get the original product at the right price. But i was cheated at this dell store today. I am highly disappointed about how they tricked me and even when they were caught they did not provide me the refunds. I have the bill that they had given me. I expect atleast some satisfying response here. Please let me know if you need any further details from me. Otherwise i would be forced to go the consumer forum for justice. This seems all the more important

              I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 from an authorised Dell retailer on 29 July 2015. Aspire Communications (Kolkata). 10 months later when the machine is not working, the service centre is saying that the machine is out of warranty. I am told that this is because the retailer sold an European machine and did not update the warranty date.

              Right now the Dell retailer (Aspire Communications) has closed shop and Dell operation processes seems to have only one solution which is for me to get their authorised retailer to update the warranty. To put the blame on me their customer support kept telling me about some purchase in Dubai.

              It seems that not only did I get con-ed by Dell through their authorised retailer. But apparently now I am getting con-ed again by their service and support team. As long as I have this Dell machine, I will keep getting con-ed by their worthless business process.

                Sir, i have submitted my laptop to your authorized service center on 29th of April and still i have not got the product back.
                according to the service center that have told me that my laptop's screen have been replaced 3 times but all the 3 times my screen was defective and they have replaced the mother board also 2 times, and are still not able to find a working screen for my laptop,

                I have visited the service center more than 7 to 8 times and called your toll free number also so many times but i have still not got any response from there side, on toll free customer support teams is telling me that it is not our department and service center people are telling me that we are getting defective parts from the dell, we cant do anything we are just a service provider and told me to call on toll free number.

                sir you tell me what should i do? i m frustrated with your services, you have repaired my laptop more than 6 times and while it is in your service center and still it is not repaired and on the top of that i cant even find a single person from your service center or from your toll free customer support team who has told me that it is our department and we can help you.

                Sir, you are not leaving me with any choice other than to file a suit against dell in consumer forum because this is the limit from your side of holding my laptop and still you are not giving me and harnessing me in every possible way.. Now i do not want to use your dell product i request you to please refund my amount along with the necessary compensation from my troubles. otherwise i will have to find justice with the medium of consumer forum,

                  This is the second time getting complaint for motherboard. Already motherboard is replace for the same issue when the laptop was it weren't period. It has been only 1.5 years since new mother board is replaced.. Again mother board complaint. Need compensation for this. I cannot replace mother board once in a year of 15k ruppees

                      Display problem in dell monitor

                      Date of purchase - 20 feb 2016

                      Lower right of the screen became dim as compared to rest of the screen, it happened while i was using the monitor. No external physical damage has happened. Even i restarted the monitor in order to get the problem fixed, it did not work.

                          I bought a dell inspiron 15 model laptop from dubai. I want to use this laptop in India. This product shows some issues in its first usage. The actual problem is in the boot screen itself. It's service ta code is 30R5K72 and express service code is [protected].

                          I contacted the customer service in india. They told to transfer the ownership to India. I have done it as per their request. But i didn't get any acknowledgment for my request and also i am not able to contact the customer service since they are telling like they cant find the express service code.

                            Display is not working properly. Technician has already checked the issue. Its been two months that i have been calling dell customer care which takes about 30 mins to connects the call and issue a complaint/request.

                            Still have not got the display panel which is requested due to unavailability of parts. If not resolved in 2 days the complaint will be lodged to the consumer grievances department of govt. Of india.

                              Dear sir/madam
                              Last year, i purchased dell tablet (Venue 7 3740 lte calling). Service tag of dell tablet is b8g8222.
                              From 17/05/2016 my tablet is unable to detect simcard. So i went to dell authorized service center at patna, icon computer kadam kuan patna - 03 on 18/05/2016.
                              At dell service center patna, first they checked my dell tablet warranty status and also checked any damage, scratches of tablet. They (Dell service center patna) received my tablet under dell warranty and provide dell sdar report (Customer acknowledgement) with dsp reference no -'enq/rq_fr_patna2/16-17/0000030'.
                              They have already mentioned at the time of receiving in dell sdar report that no damage/scratches found on tablet.

                              But after two day, they told me dell has denied to give you warranty becsuse there is small scratches on simcard insert kit. Thats why your tablet is unable to detect sim card. I told him, i didnt do. But they told me "simcard jis motherboard kit pe insert hota hai, wahan pe 3 thin blade hota hai, jisme se ek tut gya hai, bahut patla blade hota hai, galti se kavi simcard fasa ho, ya simcard nikalne pe thin blade kat gya ho".. I told him no..
                              Again and again service center told me, dell has denied to give you warranty. This service will be cost you 5000. So,

                              I called up dell customer number on [protected].. I told everything to dell customer care, dell customer care told me 'your tablet is still under dell india warranty including accidental damage warranty up to 25july 2016.
                              Dell customer care told me to tell this to the dell service center to replace that kit under dell warranty or dell accidental warranty.
                              Again, i told this to dell service center, but dell service center is saying we also contact to dell india by email, and dell has denied to give you warranty.

                              Sir, i dont know what to do now. Dell india should call service center, but no.
                              My tablet is still in the dell service center.
                              Here, i have attached 3 supporting document.
                              1) screen shot of my dell tablet warranty status which i captured from dell website.

                              2) dell service center customer acknowledgemnt, where they have mentioned no damage/ scratches found at the time of receiving.

                              3) screen shot of my pre - instaled dell app waranty status.

                              Dell india website show my tablet warranty status like this..
                              Dell warranty expire - 25/07/2016.
                              Accidental damage warranty - 25/07/2016.

                                I have purchased a laptop - Dell NB 3537 i3/4/500/1/15"/W8 - Serial:DK8RRZ1 on 31.08.2014.
                                I strongly believe that I have been supplied with a faulty laptop.
                                Immediately after purchase, the laptop showed lots of problems. On contacting Dell service they informed that motherboard and harddisk are to be changed.Since it was under warranty period they have changed mother board and
                                harddisk. Immediately after that the display of the laptop failed. Since by that time, warranty period is over I have paid Rs 6000 for rectifying the display issue. (Invoice No. INV-EXCSPL-DELLCIS COCHIN[protected] dated 22.02.2016.They have also provided 3 months warranty for the new monitor.

                                Within 3 months again the display of the laptop failed. The Dell Service refused to rectify the issue free of cost even though it was within the warranty period.(On 14.05.2016)

                                In this context I wish to inform you that primarily the laptop purchased by me is defective. Within a span of two years I Harddisk, otherboard, monitor etc was damaged. Now you have again demanded an amt of Rs 6000 for rectifying the display issue.
                                It is my earnest request to you to replace the defective Laptop with a new one.

                                      Hi, Recently i bought a new dell laptop but i didnt get the windows bootable cd, i need that because in case of any inconsistency i required to reinstall my laptop for recovery purpose. Thanks.

                                      Hi radhakrishnab,
                                      Based on your post, it may be a driver issue. I’d suggest you some basic troubleshooting steps. It may help you to solve the issue..
                                      If the HDD appear with yellow circle with an exclamation mark in device manager. So please follow the below steps to update the drivers.

                                      -Open the Control Panel.
                                      -Select Device Manager .warr
                                      -In the Device Manager, expand "Universal Serial bus controllers".
                                      -Right click on your controller and select Properties.
                                      -In the new Tab, click on the "Driver" tab and select "Update Driver". Then select "Search automatically".
                                      -Restart your PC and try to access the HDD again.

                                      You may try the following steps:
                                      Control Panel - Device Manager - Mice and Pointing Devices - Double Click onTouch Pad -
                                      2) Driver's Tab - Click Update Driver drivers,
                                      3) RIGHT CLICK on TouchPad and UNINSTALL.
                                      Then go to USB Controllers and UNINSTALL EVERYTHING except the category itself (all in it). REBOOT
                                      This will refresh the TouchPad Driver and the USB Stack.

                                      You may try the following steps:
                                      1. Press Windows + R to run Regedit
                                      2. Follow the address: [HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWindows]
                                      3. You will see the string called Load, and its value is something like this: [...]LOCALS~1Tempmsuwflvuc.exe
                                      --> That's the root of the issue.
                                      4. Make sure you have permission to edit the key, by clicking menu Edit > Permissions..., then tick the box Full Control in the Allow column > OK.
                                      5. Just delete the string Load you've seen in step 3.

                                        I have Dell Inspiron N5110 laptop.
                                        I have an issue with laptop display which shows white screen only.
                                        My system is out of warranty now but as per the Dell's policy I can get the replacement support for my system's part if it falls under 90 days replacement policy.

                                        Which means if Some of my system's part is changed and if it gets faulty I can get a replacement for it in 90 days even if the warranty is over.

                                        As I'd got this part after 9th March 2016
                                        I can get the support for the same which is also confirmed by Dell Support.
                                        But now they are denying to support saying Sir system tools are down, they are under maintainance, they are saying me the same from last 10 days
                                        And sometimes they disconnect my call by giving reason of transfering call to senior.

                                        I hope to get the resolution ASAP.
                                        Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
