Hi,
On my Laptop, all the keys on the left side of the key pad do not work most of the time. The behvious is uite uncceptble. I m hving uite difficult time in crrying out my work through out the dy. I need immedite help to fix this issue.
Keys: esc, ~, Tab, Caps Lock, left shift, left control, 1, q, a, z

Updated by Amitav Bhattacharjee Please re-open this complain and provide a solution ASAP.
You may try the following steps:
Control Panel - Device Manager - Mice and Pointing Devices - Double Click onTouch Pad -
2) Driver's Tab - Click Update Driver drivers,
3) RIGHT CLICK on TouchPad and UNINSTALL.
Then go to USB Controllers and UNINSTALL EVERYTHING except the category itself (all in it). REBOOT
This will refresh the TouchPad Driver and the USB Stack.
