While switch ON the PC, The PC flickering like On for 5sec after that it will OFF automatically. The same sequence repeat until switch OFF the supply power.and we assume that SMPS may problem for this incident. Pls response as soon as possible.

    I am Dell vostro 14 customer.
    My laptop is out of warranty. I upgraded my windows from 8.1 to 10 .
    I lost my driver's like touch pad etc.
    I searched for the Dell service center in vellore, Tamil nadu. I got [protected] this number as the dell service center.
    I some how managed to go there. I confiremed if it is a dell service center becuase in vellore we have dell storw also. He said it is the dell service center. In dell store the servicing is nog done. I asked that my laptop is out of warranty period .. And i have lost my drivers .. Will it chargw something., he said for software he wont charge anything. I was happy and told him to install the drivers. Finally I got my driver's but now he asked for the money. He said it is not the Dell service center. And. He started shoutung on me.. And. Then I gave 200 to him for just installing the drivers. I asked for the bill he said. No Dell bill. And shooed us from his shop.
    I HAVE A COMPALINT NOW... HOW THE HELLLLL HIS NUMBER WAS ON THE MAIN DELL SERVICE CENTER. HOW THE HELL DELL, SUCH A RENOWNED CONPANY GIVES ITS DEALWESHIP TO SUCH PEOPLE. I WILL FILE A CONSUMER CASE.
    I DIDNT EXPECT SUCH PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR FROM SOMEONE SELLING DELL PRODUCTS. WHAT THE HELLLL.

      I am deeply disturbed by the pathetic and unprofessional practices of dell customer care services.Buying a dell laptop was the biggest mistake of my life.If Dell doesn't have capability to fix faulty laptop, it should stop selling laptops and cheating the customers.It seems like whole the service team and engineers of Dell are fraud and irresponsible.

      I had bought dell inspiron 3148 laptop 3 months ago. I had issues with the LCD of the laptop, mousepad was not responsive, power button of the laptop did't work when charger was connected and there were some more small issues
      . For the first time Dell engineer visited my place on 14/01/16 to replace lcd, while replacing LCD he damaged motherboard.My laptop became dead.
      On 25/01/16 another engineer from dell visited my place and replaced Motherboard, Mousepad, LCD back cover. Since from then the LCD touchscreen is not working and there is a gap between LCD cover and LCD. On 30/01/16 one of dell engineer revisited my place to review this problem and assured me that they will replace whole the LCD assembly, Palmrest, Mousepad, Exaust fan and ac adapter and it will fix the problem.
      On 8/02/16 another Engineer from came to my place and replaced Palmrest, Exaust Fan and Ac adapter. He told me that "Dell has sent only LCD and LCD Cover, not the other cables of the LCD assembly, so he will hold LCD and LCD cover with him and request other cables. Once the edp cables will be received by him, he will replace the whole LCD assembly and it will fix the LCD problems."
      But on 15/0216 one of engineer from dell came only with LCD cables. He didn't had LCD and LCD cover with him. His manager talked to me and told that she will ask Previous about the LCD and LCD cover, and call me after 5 minutes. I didnt received any call from them
      When I contacted Dell tech support, they sent the same engineer next day with same parts to replace. But it didn't resolve the issue.
      The dell team assured me that they will send all the necessary parts and a very good engineer next time to resolve the issue.

      But next time again for the 7th time they sent some illiterate kind of engineer who replaced LCD again but could not resolve the issue.

      Dell escalation team talked to me and told me to give laptop to their service centre and assured me that they will resolve the issue in 4-5 days, and return me the laptop.

      Following their suggestion I gave my laptop to service centre. It has been 15 days now, each time I call them they tell me it will take 4-5 days more.


      it seems like my voice is going in deaf ears.It has been almost 2 months but still Dell could not resolve the issues. Each time dell guys are making fake promises and cheating me.Dell is only wasting my time, money and energy. I bought the laptop for using it and not for keeping it as a show piece or throwing it in your service centre.

      I'm literally tired and disappointed by their service facility. I am feeling like being cheated and harassed.

        I Have DELL LATITUDE E5510, After the purchase warranty expired I bought extended warranty for another 2 more years, My bad luck my laptop wasn't given any issues during the warranty and extended warranty period. Since there was no issues i have not extended the warranty after 3 years

        Now I have a problem in my display for this I had called up Technical support team and logged in the issue on January 21st 2016, I received a mail from DELL team on February 3rd stating is this for Personal or commercial use, and I replied for that.. As of now March 04, 2016 no reply from anyone after calling more than 20 times and sent more than 10 mails asking the status of the Service request.

        What kind of lethargic service. which tends me not to suggest DELL products to nay one of my friends.

          Hi Sir,

          I have given my laptop for service to the below service center after explaining my fault I not able type anything on my keyboard and they said that I need change my keyboard. Since my warranty as been expired they ask me to pay 1200 for it. After paying the amount they said that I will be receiving a call within 2 to 3 days once they had received keyboard then I can replace it. After waiting for nearly 2 weeks I have not received any calls from them. Then I itself call them now they ask me when did I booked after giving all the details they ask me to wait nearly 15 mins and then they said that I can come an replace it. After replacing my keyboard they said keyboard as a warranty for 3 months and I have ask for the bill they it will mailed to address but I have not received any bill and Within 2 months of time Now again I am facing the same issue when I take my laptop to that service center now they are now saying that problem might be with in O.S. they need to check on that after that only they will replace the keyboard for that they ask me to pay 1350 and told them to do the factory restore setting s then check the fault is with keyboard or not. They are asking me to pay 1350 even to do factory settings with O.S and check
          Please help me to sort out this issue .I cant able to waste my money any more

            I bought laptop and after a week of purchase start getting different issues. When I report problem, every time so called "skilled employees" restore the system without debugging the issue. Warranty term says in case of major failure within 30 days only parts can be replaced but they never identify the root cause and keeps on doing some small thing and ask to watch system performance for next week. And once due date passes and somehow I managed to identify the root cause then the senior immature guys just read out warranty without considering the facts and you won't get the system replacement. I have used Dell laptops, but this would be my last and will make sure it would be last for everyone. I'll not suggest this laptop to any one. There is lot better options available outside with better price and better customer service agents, who listens and rectify the problems. DELL IS CHEATER... BE AWARE

              On my desktop screens black area started from one small to big BLACK AREA in the Monitor Display.

              I starting pointing it was small dot then gradually it increased and became big black area on the screen, hence not able to see the contents of any file or page at that particular area.

                    I bought Dell venue tablet and after 1 month it is continuously hanging and thrice I have taken it to get serviced. Various times I have lost data and it's only seven months. Getting crashed up is a ritual for it and after warranty I cannot afford to get motherboard replaced so often.My complete money has been wasted.For extending warranty they are asking money. Firstly they send such bad products and want money for services.

                      i purchase a laptop of dell company and they told me that there is a one year on site warranty but now when i complaint against my ;laptop then they are saying that we are not able to give you on site warranty first you need to troubleshoot if i will do it my self then what is on site warranty meaning and uses.

                            I have purchased dell laptop Inspiron 3148. Service Tag: FKQKH52 in the last week of November from croma store in delhi. but since then i have been facing problems. I feel like i have done blunder by purchasing dell laptop.

                            1. Letter '' I "" key is coming out.
                            2. Charger is not working properly . it show same error msg every time.

                            when i called customer service team, they said they cant help me with the Key problem, but will fix the charger issue, then he updated BIOS and said this will take care of that problem but that hasn't done anything both the problems are there. I went to Service center Nehru Place they ask me to leave the laptop there for 3 days & then they will check it. why i have to wait & also they said they cant do anything for this.

                            I am looking forward for help or else i will walk up to Consumer Court.

                                This is regarding my Dell XPS 13 laptop bearing service tag no. HX7FDT1 which was under 3 year warranty with accidental damage cover. On 30th Dec 2015, the screen of my laptop was broken accidentally, subsequently on the same date it was reported to dell under case no.[protected] . After that they sent me a new screen for the replacement, their engineer visited my office and fixed the same and it didn't functioned, the same was reported by the engineer to the company. After that day till date almost 4-5 times dell is again and again sending different faulty parts such as faulty screens and motherboards. i have been repeatedly requesting dell for a replacement of the laptop since i am a businessman and have to travel a lot and my works hamper without a laptop. i have to give presentations and have certain works which cannot be done without a laptop. Dell has been harassing me since almost 2 months now and the way they are dealing a customer who had bought a laptop nearing 80k is very astonishing. I am enclosing all the relevant. I am again requesting for a REPLACEMENT of the laptop so that my problems can be solved

                                  I buy Dell 3558 model 1 month ago. All thing is good but there was graphic problem when I use window 7 OS . Picture quality not good . I want know it not support window 7.

                                    The Worst customer service provider, Bought brand new DEll Inspiron 5548 on 25 Dec 2015, from the purchase date wifi was not working, to resolve wife issue dell support engineer has changed the screen now the screen touch not working, and now he is suggesting to change back-panel, its jus one month and i have not used the laptop since the date of purchase as wifi was not working such a terrible service by dell, Dell sells the faulty products at Low cost, its always preferable to choose costly laptops than going for cheap faulty dell, which has given me a headache and not ready for the replacement What low quality engineers, you hav appointed, it was wifi issue instead of solving wifi he has created touch and camera issue, he replaced screen instead of repairing wifi, If DELL is looting customer with selling faulty product then at-least appoint a good technicians to repair the ****, its one and half month, laptop is completely useless to me now.
