I had purchased dell vostro laptop through oline on 8/6/2015.from the begining the speakers are giving sound of radio when thunderstorm and lightening comes. i .thought that on line purchases has no service. recently i came to know it has 1 year warenty

    I had purchased an alienware fom compuindia.com in this month of November 2015. On receiving being the laptop I complained about its defect and in next one and a half month gota replaced product.
    The replaced product I received was also faulty. Ever since then I have been complaining about it and no solution was provided in 3 months. On requesting for a replacement I was told it's not possible as it is a replaced product. Its not that I complained after 3 months. From the very beginning I have been complaining about its failures.
    I was also told that if replaced I'll get a refurbished product. Why should i bafe the consequences of your organisation's incompetence in delivering a quality product.
    Now I need no more service. Either give me a replaced product, else refund my money. Otherwise I'll be bound to take legal actions for the mental harassment I've gone through because of your organisation.

      I purchased a dell laptop in snapdeal on 23.03.2016 and when i checked the product in dell webiste it said the warranty starts from 27.01.2016.Being worried i called so called Dell Customer care on 24.03.[protected]@ 11:11AM and then one guy picked up the cal and asked me for the service tag.I said boss i dont have laptop right now., he harshly said then why did you cal.I disconnected;got the servoce tag and called agian;this time the same guy picked up and said you just called me.I said yes but now i have the tag no..i asked him boss is it like i need to call only once to the customer care;this fellow started yelling and was asking me why i am i getting irritated and hanged up the call.This is the worst customer care i have seen in my life.I dont understand how they recruit these kind o[censored]seless fellows.If this is gonna happen again and again ;dells gonna lose business and these useless rogues are gonna be on the road.I am returning my Dell laptop and replacing it with HP.

          I have bought this laptop on 07/07/2015. it has not been a year and the software is not working properly and i want to reset my windows 8, but it is also not happening and i need my product key number which i am not having. so please sent me the product key number of this particular model so that i can further proceed my further procedure.
          and the shortcut key for WIFI is also not working on the keyboard even when used with the combination of function key.
          i have further talked to the customer care of dell but they are always in a hurry of disconnecting the call.
          so here i am writing this mail with a faith that my problem as far as of windows 8.1pro product key would be resolved.

                Yes, i would recommend this product
                Im not sure about the dell version but i bought the costco versian that had upgrade ram but other same specs. So far im in love with the 3d camera and windows hello. Some intel games you can download that work with it. Love the 6th gen i7 but they couldve taken advantaged of ddr4 ram supported by skylake. Touchscreen is a new expierience and besides the same feeling of a smudgy phone i cant go back. Love the wifi built in. We just got a new router that supports more then 54 mbps and i think im ...(Read more)

                My order number is[protected] placed on march 12th and recieved the product on march 17th around 3.40pm. As soon i opened boxed and started the pc, found there is no touch functionality.

                I contacted customer service immediately, and next day they wont pic phone later contacted again through another line, and they refuse to fix problem by providing alternate laptop even when i am ready to bear expense for the same.

                friends... say No to DELL laptop forever...

                O my good... such a big mistake in my life to purchase Dell Ins 5558/I75500/16GB/2TB/4GB/Win8. Within 3 months. it is having many issues identified during usage.
                The kind of issue coming in Machine in just 3 months is not accepted.
                following issues observed in machine.
                1. Hard disc corrupted.
                2. Card reader not working
                3. USB port not access.
                4. system becoming very heated ( cooling system not proper working).

                When asked from market vendors to creat backupdata from hard drive they are asking 5000 to10000 rs.
                who will pay the amount for data back up ????

                for next one and half year by anyhow i will manage with Warranty but after that what i will do, when there will be no warranty.

                the Escilation deptt. Contact Person Mr nitin From Gurgaon Is treating customer like no other choice only have to be serviced... laptop can not be replaceable...

                  With the effect to the previous complain logged against croma regarding dell laptop and its irrelevant service, i am facing very poor response from dell india as well.
                  With the new purchased laptop dell inspiron, on 15th march 2015, i suffered with lot of hardware ans software issues. Below are the key points,
                  - dell software issues (Operating system), which was provided like trail version earlier because of which i faced a hard disk crash within 6 months from date of purchase.
                  - from 1st month only, usb drivers are not working properly. I tried multiple installations and un-installations to find work around it.
                  - frequent laptop heating issues- it heats a lot and sometimes only works fine.
                  - headphones are detected few times and for lot of time it didn't work.
                  - touch pad is very poor in sensitivity. When started operating with it was slightly lose as well but i thought this is its structure. But this is not there in other laptops.
                  - main and important issues which i started facing into it and need to visit croma and dell both. Keyboard is not working. Its letter "p" not working (Pressed automatically and not able to get out of it) and hence nothing is working as i am not able to login into it.
                  - when approached regarding this, then the issue related to warranty came into picture. Dell believe on their database where warranty of laptop was expired six moths prior in november. They don't believe on any purchase receipt.
                  Here no one from dell was taking responsibility to check into it as the seller was croma.
                  - also, sometimes laptop gets shutdown automatically unnecessarily while working.
                  - the sound of laptop is not at all audible on max limit as well.

                  Dell response to all these issues is just to check and modify the hardware parts.
                  The last one year use was headache for me rather than a proper support.
                  I did not installed any single major software (Ms office was only installed)
                  Still it gives issue like loaded laptop.
                  This service which is used by others as well, and not working properly with me which is not expected from dell.
                  I am paying my money and time for all such issues within warranty period with the laptop amount of rs 34602/-

                  I am demanding for the replacement of the laptop as it won't work in future as well looking at its current situation and condition since last 1 year, but dell is not providing such support.

                  I expect an action to be taken to replace laptop which is mental stress for me.

                        I reinstalled my OS accordance with Dell technical team but I didn't get any benefit as like before my laptop work now .

                        I already told to Dell technical team, my webcam and sound is not properly work and its not problem of software but it's problem of hardware, so plz send any technician to my home and change my laptop"s webcam and sound., otherwise I'll registered a complaint against Dell technical team.

                        Since from last 1 week, i told to dell technician team, but they alwz told me first we have to check then i'll send to any technician team .
                        Its not possible alwz carry my laptop every where so how they consider
                        in working day or time .

                                  I am facing an intermittent issue with the touch pad. Where the movement of the pointer becomes erratic and the driver stops working. This has been reported to dell on Jan 28th and today is march 10 and still they are looking into this issue. with out a resolution. I have done every thing they asked me. I even submitted the laptop at the service centre. They kept it with them for a week and formatted the system and gave it back. The service request number for this is[protected].

                                      I am Dell vostro 14 customer.
                                      My laptop is out of warranty. I upgraded my windows from 8.1 to 10 .
                                      I lost my driver's like touch pad etc.
                                      I searched for the Dell service center in vellore, Tamil nadu. I got [protected] this number as the dell service center.
                                      I some how managed to go there. I confiremed if it is a dell service center becuase in vellore we have dell storw also. He said it is the dell service center. In dell store the servicing is nog done. I asked that my laptop is out of warranty period .. And i have lost my drivers .. Will it chargw something., he said for software he wont charge anything. I was happy and told him to install the drivers. Finally I got my driver's but now he asked for the money. He said it is not the Dell service center. And. He started shoutung on me.. And. Then I gave 200 to him for just installing the drivers. I asked for the bill he said. No Dell bill. And shooed us from his shop.
                                      I HAVE A COMPALINT NOW... HOW THE HELLLLL HIS NUMBER WAS ON THE MAIN DELL SERVICE CENTER. HOW THE HELL DELL, SUCH A RENOWNED CONPANY GIVES ITS DEALWESHIP TO SUCH PEOPLE. I WILL FILE A CONSUMER CASE.
                                      I DIDNT EXPECT SUCH PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR FROM SOMEONE SELLING DELL PRODUCTS. WHAT THE HELLLL.

                                        I am deeply disturbed by the pathetic and unprofessional practices of dell customer care services.Buying a dell laptop was the biggest mistake of my life.If Dell doesn't have capability to fix faulty laptop, it should stop selling laptops and cheating the customers.It seems like whole the service team and engineers of Dell are fraud and irresponsible.

                                        I had bought dell inspiron 3148 laptop 3 months ago. I had issues with the LCD of the laptop, mousepad was not responsive, power button of the laptop did't work when charger was connected and there were some more small issues
                                        . For the first time Dell engineer visited my place on 14/01/16 to replace lcd, while replacing LCD he damaged motherboard.My laptop became dead.
                                        On 25/01/16 another engineer from dell visited my place and replaced Motherboard, Mousepad, LCD back cover. Since from then the LCD touchscreen is not working and there is a gap between LCD cover and LCD. On 30/01/16 one of dell engineer revisited my place to review this problem and assured me that they will replace whole the LCD assembly, Palmrest, Mousepad, Exaust fan and ac adapter and it will fix the problem.
                                        On 8/02/16 another Engineer from came to my place and replaced Palmrest, Exaust Fan and Ac adapter. He told me that "Dell has sent only LCD and LCD Cover, not the other cables of the LCD assembly, so he will hold LCD and LCD cover with him and request other cables. Once the edp cables will be received by him, he will replace the whole LCD assembly and it will fix the LCD problems."
                                        But on 15/0216 one of engineer from dell came only with LCD cables. He didn't had LCD and LCD cover with him. His manager talked to me and told that she will ask Previous about the LCD and LCD cover, and call me after 5 minutes. I didnt received any call from them
                                        When I contacted Dell tech support, they sent the same engineer next day with same parts to replace. But it didn't resolve the issue.
                                        The dell team assured me that they will send all the necessary parts and a very good engineer next time to resolve the issue.

                                        But next time again for the 7th time they sent some illiterate kind of engineer who replaced LCD again but could not resolve the issue.

                                        Dell escalation team talked to me and told me to give laptop to their service centre and assured me that they will resolve the issue in 4-5 days, and return me the laptop.

                                        Following their suggestion I gave my laptop to service centre. It has been 15 days now, each time I call them they tell me it will take 4-5 days more.


                                        it seems like my voice is going in deaf ears.It has been almost 2 months but still Dell could not resolve the issues. Each time dell guys are making fake promises and cheating me.Dell is only wasting my time, money and energy. I bought the laptop for using it and not for keeping it as a show piece or throwing it in your service centre.

                                        I'm literally tired and disappointed by their service facility. I am feeling like being cheated and harassed.
                                        Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
