Issue: after connect adapter & switch on the power, power don’t come in my laptop mean power & battery light don’t on in laptop and laptop don’t working. Contact to me soon to solve the issue.

Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
You may try the following steps:
Control Panel - Device Manager - Mice and Pointing Devices - Double Click onTouch Pad -
2) Driver's Tab - Click Update Driver drivers,
3) RIGHT CLICK on TouchPad and UNINSTALL.
Then go to USB Controllers and UNINSTALL EVERYTHING except the category itself (all in it). REBOOT
This will refresh the TouchPad Driver and the USB Stack.
