I am abhimanyu singh sankhla one of dell customer, who is not satisfy with dell service. I purchased dell i3 laptop in your dell exclusive store (Siddh vinayak store, vidyadhar nagar, jaipur, rajasthan.) on 20 november 2015 (Billing name is nisha rawat), with service tag 5nbl632. Is not working properly from 2 months. The battery system not charge properly and charger system is creating problem and some problem genrate....

I got a replaced system from dell as in my previous they replaced my system and told me that I will get a new system but I got a used system. Second, On the second day when I was using my laptop the WIFI gets disconnected I called dell technical support for help. They logged my complaint on 15th April and after so many attempts they were not successful to resolve my problem. Then they forwarded the case to the Dell high level escalations...

I have purchase one dell laptop on 10/08/2014 and provided a cheque of rs1299/- for extra one year complete warantee under back to college offer, but when my laptop gone faulty, dell computers helpdesk is not supporting to resolve the harddisk problem and os not loading problem till date

I had buyed dell laptop inspiron 15 3000 series, express service code is [protected] on jan, 16, i had given the warranty for a year.Now my speaker is dead and the dell support is rejecting to provide warranty claim for speaker.They concluding that due to vlc usage it wont cover claim. I have already told them to come and check if they find vlc usage i wont take any warrenty cover.They are just transferring calls and are not coming to conclusion....

I got my dell 5558 touch screen replaced under the dell accidental damage. But after the repair work was done, later on from one side, the bottom part of the body broke where the hinges are fitted and that too in a normal use. I am facing problem with dell inspiron 3500series.
I make the full battery charged.Than i shut down the laptop.After 4-5 hours the low battery light blinks even in not on condition.
It seems to be automatic on condition.
& its processor side gets hot as in case of working condition.
I purchased it 15 days ago.
I want to replace it.
Company gave me the technically defective piece....
