Dell 3148 new 26 /6/2015 see screen was fixed slightly on wrong place (touch panel) complaint on 29 service centre guy come to change screen hi de attached screen with screw driver and make scratch on back panel and screen rotation not working (g sencer problem) again complaint second service guy come and broke mother board connector of touch and display then my touch panel right click was not working complaint from last 1 week service centre told mo they call me in 24 hours still no response(the tell me only hp is replacing laptop not dell) now i got error charger is not 45 watt request to change my laptop complete its request to others not to buy this model its having many issue Tariq khan [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com Pradesh today Networkadmin

    Purchased dell vostro laptop with service tag no.B08v712 from m/s.P.C.Guide, lamington road, dell's authorized dealer on 24/6/2015.Product sold with dell's three years warranty with mention on sell bill.But dell's web site shows warranty up to two years only.On contacting dell, there approach and response to subject issue is very painful.Feeling like cheated by multinational company.

It create so much difficulty for preparing my projects, files etc so please I am requesting you to repair this issue as soon as possible.

My claim for the student offer is still under process. . I have registered for students offer 2 weeks ago but nothing happend. . I also send a complain to the customer care through email but didnot received a reply yet. .

            Sir i have ordered for a laptop from a dealer in olx.com he told me it would be delivered by 1st august 2015 . And it still havent been delivered ther are always asking for extra money saying port charges, flight charges, landing charges and so on and i have paid the amount already but it still hasnt come . I have all the payment details n proof n also his contact no. With his sbi account details. They are still in contact but are asking formore money please solve this problem and ask them to return the money back or deliver the product without any more further payment. please do reply sir. thankyou.

              I purchased a dell laptop while the dell back to college offer was on on the 16th of July . They sent a message stating the offer was from 4th of July till 30th of June( they have added an extra day to the calendar ) while their site still shows it is from 4th of July till 30th of July. since then I've been calling the customer service dept. regarding this particular offer. The executives are always busy and the programmed voice states it has noted down my no. and will call back. I've not received a single call from them plus I tried to contact the general customer care executives they said they are not the right people to talk about in this matter and eventually they transferred my call to the same programmed voice and you know the rest of the drill. This is completely intolerable . The company cannot exploit and manipulate people. (My registration reference no. is[protected].

                    I have bought dell inspiron 3421 express service code - [protected] service tag no JV 193Z1 on 28 dec 14. I have lodged complaint vide complaint no - [protected] and again vide complaint no[protected]. 1)my complaint is still unresolved . 10 days back dell people have told me that they will be sending me damaged battery and damaged charger . Till day they have not send me charger and the damaged battery. They are not responding my mail too. secondly they have not undated my purchase date in there system, after talking to them for 48 mints and exchange of two mail i could warranty undated in their system.                         Purchased dell laptop in[protected] from kroma thane. Since then some otr the other problem is persisting. Towice they have chaned the motherboard ( once without even informing us), cchanged the battery and twice the hard drive. They also send the used hard drive in new pack as replacement. Requesting them to replace the faulty laptop they refuse. The service tag no 7KN0T02. The validation code is 70596. Please help.

                          I bought dell laptop 3542 15 inch, from the day one i had touch pad issue, touch pad is not working and always hang. I complaint so many time to dell site, they called me and told me to install this driver and many more. Till yet my problem is not solved. . . I am totally irritated with the service

                            Hi Team I just purchase the laptop on 19th of July 2015 From Tilak Nagar Advanced Info Distributors Pvt Ltd Address is D-118 Fateh Nagar Jail Road . and I have been informed by the sales guy name is Anupam sharma number is [protected] that the student offer ( back to College Offer ) is available and you can avail this offer after purchasing the laptop with in 7 days when I called to the Dell customer care they said that the offer is closed on 7th July Please tell me What should I do Now How can I avail that Student Offer what should I do that sales man miss guided me in that what should i do I want to avail that benefit. i'm a student so i can't pay one year extended warranty 6000.                               I am from patna, bihar .I had purchased dell xps l502x laptop in 2011.After 4 years the hard drive of my laptop has been crashed.Later I searched on internet regarding "dell service centre in Patna" and I found the link u"www.dellservicecentrepatna.in " address is "shop no.19, lochan enclave, doctors colony, kankarhbagh, Patna" which is an unauthorized service centre I came to know after 3 months of getting cheated by them . Even google locate its address and direction to reach there.The service centre is running In the name of dell service centre Patna and using its logo.However I went there they charges me for new hard drive and took my previous hard drive and they said " your previous hard drive will return back to company". They assured me that they will not mishandled my personal data and informations.But now I don't believe them after knowing their reality.

                              Kindly advice me to whome should I blame for that "GOOGLE who provide me the direction in the name of dell service centre" OR "DELL" OR "THAT UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE" .what should I suppose to do. Please suggest me.

                                I purchased a computer monitor (Model- Dell IN2030M 20" W HD MONITOR) of your renowned computer manufacturer on 28.05.13 from Vedant Computers Sales Pvt Ltd (Add- 26 G.C Avenue, kolkata-700013, W.B) vide tax invoice no. VCSPL/03739/1314.Now from 19.07.15 the monitor is not working.After switching on UPS the monitor is not getting switched on.Perhaps no power is getting transmitted to monitor. But display glass is not damaged .only Behind of the glass blue color 4 inch line will come . I had sent it to the Service center at Hyderabad TWICE and spent nearly one third of the amount paid for the tablet on just reaching the service center from my residence... yet no solution to the problem.
