When i am turning on my system it is getting am empty explorer. Exe dialogue box on startup please give me a proper suggestion and one of my friend suggested to delete load file in regedit if i did it, any problem for my registration. Please respond for my complaint.

    Purchased dell laptop in[protected] from kroma thane. Since then some otr the other problem is persisting. Towice they have chaned the motherboard ( once without even informing us), cchanged the battery and twice the hard drive. They also send the used hard drive in new pack as replacement. Requesting them to replace the faulty laptop they refuse. The service tag no 7KN0T02. The validation code is 70596. Please help.

      I bought dell laptop 3542 15 inch, from the day one i had touch pad issue, touch pad is not working and always hang. I complaint so many time to dell site, they called me and told me to install this driver and many more. Till yet my problem is not solved. . . I am totally irritated with the service

        Hi Team I just purchase the laptop on 19th of July 2015 From Tilak Nagar Advanced Info Distributors Pvt Ltd Address is D-118 Fateh Nagar Jail Road . and I have been informed by the sales guy name is Anupam sharma number is [protected] that the student offer ( back to College Offer ) is available and you can avail this offer after purchasing the laptop with in 7 days when I called to the Dell customer care they said that the offer is closed on 7th July Please tell me What should I do Now How can I avail that Student Offer what should I do that sales man miss guided me in that what should i do I want to avail that benefit. i'm a student so i can't pay one year extended warranty 6000.           Hello,

          I am from patna, bihar .I had purchased dell xps l502x laptop in 2011.After 4 years the hard drive of my laptop has been crashed.Later I searched on internet regarding "dell service centre in Patna" and I found the link u"www.dellservicecentrepatna.in " address is "shop no.19, lochan enclave, doctors colony, kankarhbagh, Patna" which is an unauthorized service centre I came to know after 3 months of getting cheated by them . Even google locate its address and direction to reach there.The service centre is running In the name of dell service centre Patna and using its logo.However I went there they charges me for new hard drive and took my previous hard drive and they said " your previous hard drive will return back to company". They assured me that they will not mishandled my personal data and informations.But now I don't believe them after knowing their reality.

          Kindly advice me to whome should I blame for that "GOOGLE who provide me the direction in the name of dell service centre" OR "DELL" OR "THAT UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE" .what should I suppose to do. Please suggest me.

            I purchased a computer monitor (Model- Dell IN2030M 20" W HD MONITOR) of your renowned computer manufacturer on 28.05.13 from Vedant Computers Sales Pvt Ltd (Add- 26 G.C Avenue, kolkata-700013, W.B) vide tax invoice no. VCSPL/03739/1314.Now from 19.07.15 the monitor is not working.After switching on UPS the monitor is not getting switched on.Perhaps no power is getting transmitted to monitor.               I have bought one dell 21.5 led monitor from amazon.in, When I opened that comes 4 inch blue color line will appers. But display glass is not damaged .only Behind of the glass blue color 4 inch line will come . After I contact some one cutomer care person (Gawthami T Dell | Technical Support Specialist). they should give one (Incident ID: 7528409) . with their asked monitor invoices copy and cleared front and back covered packing monitor photo and Which contains the problem in part of monitor photo and monitor serial no and bar code photo and I had send to above copies their before two days.                 I have to use separate keyboards for normal work.
                I registered the complaint via toll free number for 6 times.
                But till date, no actions taken by the authority.

                I had purchased a Dell Tablet from Amazon Order Id[protected] dated 29/3/15. The tablet has recurring problem of not getting charged. I had sent it to the Service center at Hyderabad TWICE and spent nearly one third of the amount paid for the tablet on just reaching the service center from my residence... yet no solution to the problem. I am now frustrated... how is it that the service center claims changing the mother board also and the problem persists...                     I Drishti Saini, fed up of enquiring about getting my laptop repaired in the customer care centre of dell in SCO-99-100, 1st floor, sector-17 D, Chandigarh. It has been 2.5 weeks I gave it for hardware repair. Everytime I call they give me lame reasons. I am highly unsatisfied with the service. Please provide me with appropriate solution asap else I have to approach consumer court.

                      I was travelling by the train on 18th July'2015 by 14236 Barely BSB Exp. from Lucknow to Varanasi in 3AC Coach - ABE Berth No- 15 And all the doors were locked of AC compartment, I went to toilet at 5:00 am on 19th July'2015 and my Laptop bag & other luggage was on my berth train was running very fast at that time, after 4-5 minutes I returned and saw that one door is open and my Laptop bag is missing. At that time train reached at Malipur Railway station.. And make a complain with TTE & did FIR at GRP Thana at Railway station Varanasi In my Laptop Bag items were - 1. Dell Vostro 2420 Laptop with Charger 2. One Reliance Net connect & One Airtel Net Connect 3. Samsung A5 mobile charger 4. Company Dairy 5.                         I have been kept in cc with the concerned team but no response yet.

                        Make sure the warranty is extended and ear plugs are delivered at proper address.

                              I purchased dell inspiron 3542 laptop on[protected], got it registered for dellbacktocollege offer . got a mail to wait for 72 hours. But it has been 5 days since I registered. As per the rule, I have to get it registered within 7 days from the date of purchase and if I don't get my approval for the offer, I have to re - register it again, that too within 7 days after purchase. Today is 18th, I didn't get the approval . If my request gets rejected, can't apply again after 18 th. I seriously doubt is this offer true, is dell cheating people. I contacted them, contact number is busy everytime. Mailed them twice. But no reply. Want to know if anyone got the offer .

                                I took a dell venue 7 3740 LTE tablet and after 2 months o[censored]se it started having problems with its Sim detection..my sim is detected by tab for only 4 minutes after that its doesn't shows signal and says no service...I researched for it and found that it is having problem with its imei number.imei number is detected when my sim card is detected I call on *#06# and its clearly shows imei number..but after 4 or 5 minutes my Sim card stops and then I dial *#06# and no imei shows...clearly a software defect..help me solve this

                                    I am using Dell Inspiron, having Service Tag No BFM57BS. Since the day i have purchased it, it has become a headache for me. Every time it is giving me a trouble. I think it was a very bad decision to take DELL's laptop. I should have opted for some other reputed brand. I have got it repaired more than 20 times. DELL is supposed to be a very renowned brand. But it has proved to be a very pathetic brand. My work gets hampered each time it is going to service centre. Your mechanic has visited so many times to my place. Sometimes the mother board is defective, sometimes the web camera, and sometimes internet port is damaged. I don't understand when i have got the total warranty done for 3 yrs continuously two times, then why is it that my product not getting repaired properly. I have paid around Rs. 7000 first time and next Rs. 11000 another time for total accidental warranty. It is all CHEAT. DELL is a CHEATER. They just take public's money and don't provide good service.
