I Drishti Saini, fed up of enquiring about getting my laptop repaired in the customer care centre of dell in SCO-99-100, 1st floor, sector-17 D, Chandigarh. It has been 2.5 weeks I gave it for hardware repair. Everytime I call they give me lame reasons. I am highly unsatisfied with the service. Please provide me with appropriate solution asap else I have to approach consumer court.

    I was travelling by the train on 18th July'2015 by 14236 Barely BSB Exp. from Lucknow to Varanasi in 3AC Coach - ABE Berth No- 15 And all the doors were locked of AC compartment, I went to toilet at 5:00 am on 19th July'2015 and my Laptop bag & other luggage was on my berth train was running very fast at that time, after 4-5 minutes I returned and saw that one door is open and my Laptop bag is missing. At that time train reached at Malipur Railway station.. And make a complain with TTE & did FIR at GRP Thana at Railway station Varanasi In my Laptop Bag items were - 1. Dell Vostro 2420 Laptop with Charger 2. One Reliance Net connect & One Airtel Net Connect 3. Samsung A5 mobile charger 4. Company Dairy 5.       Even after the payment the warranty is not extended and ear plugs are not delivered for my REF No. 170615-MZSUUSXEJL and service tag ST: H4TJF32
      I have been kept in cc with the concerned team but no response yet.

      Make sure the warranty is extended and ear plugs are delivered at proper address.

          I have purchase wireless mouse and keyboard (Serial No. is CN-02T0G[protected]B-0VXY-A00 and Model- SK-9065) two months back from laptop services, kankarbagh, Patna. mouse is not working properly, I have changed battery also. pl. change my mouse only. thanks

          The worst type of wireless Keyboard and Mouse used ever. It EATS Battery. Changed Batteries numerous times from the day I have purchased it, very short range. Its a bad product.

            I purchased dell inspiron 3542 laptop on[protected], got it registered for dellbacktocollege offer . got a mail to wait for 72 hours. But it has been 5 days since I registered. As per the rule, I have to get it registered within 7 days from the date of purchase and if I don't get my approval for the offer, I have to re - register it again, that too within 7 days after purchase. Today is 18th, I didn't get the approval . If my request gets rejected, can't apply again after 18 th. I seriously doubt is this offer true, is dell cheating people. I contacted them, contact number is busy everytime. Mailed them twice. But no reply. Want to know if anyone got the offer .

              I took a dell venue 7 3740 LTE tablet and after 2 months o[censored]se it started having problems with its Sim detection..my sim is detected by tab for only 4 minutes after that its doesn't shows signal and says no service...I researched for it and found that it is having problem with its imei number.imei number is detected when my sim card is detected I call on *#06# and its clearly shows imei number..but after 4 or 5 minutes my Sim card stops and then I dial *#06# and no imei shows...clearly a software defect..help me solve this

                  I am using Dell Inspiron, having Service Tag No BFM57BS. Since the day i have purchased it, it has become a headache for me. Every time it is giving me a trouble. I think it was a very bad decision to take DELL's laptop. I should have opted for some other reputed brand. I have got it repaired more than 20 times. DELL is supposed to be a very renowned brand. But it has proved to be a very pathetic brand. My work gets hampered each time it is going to service centre. Your mechanic has visited so many times to my place. Sometimes the mother board is defective, sometimes the web camera, and sometimes internet port is damaged. I don't understand when i have got the total warranty done for 3 yrs continuously two times, then why is it that my product not getting repaired properly. I have paid around Rs. 7000 first time and next Rs. 11000 another time for total accidental warranty. It is all CHEAT. DELL is a CHEATER. They just take public's money and don't provide good service.

                      Service tag no.B08v712.Date of purchase 24/june/2015 tax invoice no.726 dated 24/june/2015 purchased vostro 15-3546 from dell authorized re-seller m/s.P c guide, lamington road, mumbai, india on 24/june/2015 with tax invoice stating dell warranty of three years.But on dell website, warranty shows up to 27/oct/2017.Why so discrepancies in warranty period ? are we cheated by dell authorized re seller. We had paid more considering three years dell warranty. Dealer had also mentioned in writing on our tax invoice of three years warranty by dell.

                            I got dell inspiron from Pune in Aug 2014. Soon after 3-4months it became super slow( I have anti virus installed) and it kept on hanging. I had inspiron even before but i am really unhappy with this one. I am a designer and had to use heavy softwares and that was the reason I got dell inspiron. But now my laptop is not working and I have to give it for servicing for third time since I got it. I am unsatisfied with your service and product. I want you to take action or else I dont wish to use dell products anymore.

The details are as follows- Tax Invoice # BLR_WFLD[protected] Order ID: OD[protected] Order Date:[protected] Invoice Date:[protected] VAT/TIN: [protected] Service tax #: AAACW8725FSD001 My warranty is up to 28.11.2015 which includes Accidental Damage Service, parts replacement, tech support and everything. After just 6 months o[censored]sage my hard disk started giving problems which was replaced after followup. Now last week on 7.7.15 after listening to songs online on Gaana.com, my Laptop speakers and audio of the same has gone really bad and distortion started coming. It is sounding really bad now. Speakers are not working properly and hence Definitely needs to be changed for which I lodged a complaint on Dell customer website on 09.07.2015 and got a mail and call on 11.07.2015 on the phone that they are looking into the issue. Complaint number is – #[protected]# .Customer support told me to check with windows media player as well as with VLC player which I installed and checked . Then on 13.07.2015 I was told on phone that the speakers is a third party party part and hence cannot be replaced which is clearly wrong as I have laptop under full warranty.I have been asked to pay for the changing the speakers then what is the use of warranty. This is 3rd or 4th time I have used speakers directly, whereas generally I use headphones while listening to songs and I am deeply disturbed by Dell response.                                   till now i have purchased 2 dell laptops because of fabulous warranty they provided by giving perfect technical support but i call them today for a reason that my screen got crack and one side of the screen is not working then they said it was careless mistake and and this is not accident okk great dell technicians now i would say bye to you, now my mood also change i will not call you again neither extend my warranty that i have been looking for and nor i would like to prefer or refer anyone to buy dell laptops or desktops to be purchased in future because there technicians don't know the meaning of accident and i don't know why dell providing the accidental warranty while they don't know how to provide it, i purchased my 2nd dell laptop because i was happy with there tech. support but technicians don't even know the diff. b/w normal screen and touch screen, for your information touch screen is more delicate compared to normal screen, Sorry to say but SAMSUNG is better BYE DELL

                                    I, bought a Dell Vostro Laptop and availed the offer of 'Canon Printer MG2570' by making a payment of Rs 499/- and they sent me a mail telling that they will dispatch the said printer in 7-21 working days but it has been more than 2 months they do not reply to the mail and even there office number is always busy . PATHETIC and DOWNGRADED way 2 make money

                                      The dell Company is Not repairing my laptop as the LCD has got a liquid spill even though Covered under warranty and they say that the accident has happened due to Negligence.Accidents happen due to negligence.Now finally they say that there were different statements at different times so as to not to cover my System under warranty.I had to make regular follow up with dell team for approximately 2 months and then they denied to cover under warranty. (s/n): 8FB4HZ1 vostro 2420 this laptop is not functioning well from the day one and had a Flickering of screen and hanging problem & after several complaints, Dell changed some parts but it was still not working properly and now it is not been able to be switch on. I want it to be replaced.
