Service tag no.B08v712.Date of purchase 24/june/2015 tax invoice no.726 dated 24/june/2015 purchased vostro 15-3546 from dell authorized re-seller m/s.P c guide, lamington road, mumbai, india on 24/june/2015 with tax invoice stating dell warranty of three years.But on dell website, warranty shows up to 27/oct/2017.Why so discrepancies in warranty period ? are we cheated by dell authorized re seller. We had paid more considering three years dell warranty. Dealer had also mentioned in writing on our tax invoice of three years warranty by dell.

        I got dell inspiron from Pune in Aug 2014. Soon after 3-4months it became super slow( I have anti virus installed) and it kept on hanging. I had inspiron even before but i am really unhappy with this one. I am a designer and had to use heavy softwares and that was the reason I got dell inspiron. But now my laptop is not working and I have to give it for servicing for third time since I got it. I am unsatisfied with your service and product. I want you to take action or else I dont wish to use dell products anymore.

The details are as follows- Tax Invoice # BLR_WFLD[protected] Order ID: OD[protected] Order Date:[protected] Invoice Date:[protected] VAT/TIN: [protected] Service tax #: AAACW8725FSD001 My warranty is up to 28.11.2015 which includes Accidental Damage Service, parts replacement, tech support and everything. After just 6 months o[censored]sage my hard disk started giving problems which was replaced after followup. Now last week on 7.7.15 after listening to songs online on Gaana.com, my Laptop speakers and audio of the same has gone really bad and distortion started coming. It is sounding really bad now. Speakers are not working properly and hence Definitely needs to be changed for which I lodged a complaint on Dell customer website on 09.07.2015 and got a mail and call on 11.07.2015 on the phone that they are looking into the issue. Complaint number is – #[protected]# .Customer support told me to check with windows media player as well as with VLC player which I installed and checked . Then on 13.07.2015 I was told on phone that the speakers is a third party party part and hence cannot be replaced which is clearly wrong as I have laptop under full warranty.I have been asked to pay for the changing the speakers then what is the use of warranty. This is 3rd or 4th time I have used speakers directly, whereas generally I use headphones while listening to songs and I am deeply disturbed by Dell response.               till now i have purchased 2 dell laptops because of fabulous warranty they provided by giving perfect technical support but i call them today for a reason that my screen got crack and one side of the screen is not working then they said it was careless mistake and and this is not accident okk great dell technicians now i would say bye to you, now my mood also change i will not call you again neither extend my warranty that i have been looking for and nor i would like to prefer or refer anyone to buy dell laptops or desktops to be purchased in future because there technicians don't know the meaning of accident and i don't know why dell providing the accidental warranty while they don't know how to provide it, i purchased my 2nd dell laptop because i was happy with there tech. support but technicians don't even know the diff. b/w normal screen and touch screen, for your information touch screen is more delicate compared to normal screen, Sorry to say but SAMSUNG is better BYE DELL

                I, bought a Dell Vostro Laptop and availed the offer of 'Canon Printer MG2570' by making a payment of Rs 499/- and they sent me a mail telling that they will dispatch the said printer in 7-21 working days but it has been more than 2 months they do not reply to the mail and even there office number is always busy . PATHETIC and DOWNGRADED way 2 make money

                  The dell Company is Not repairing my laptop as the LCD has got a liquid spill even though Covered under warranty and they say that the accident has happened due to Negligence.Accidents happen due to negligence.Now finally they say that there were different statements at different times so as to not to cover my System under warranty.I had to make regular follow up with dell team for approximately 2 months and then they denied to cover under warranty. (s/n): 8FB4HZ1 vostro 2420 this laptop is not functioning well from the day one and had a Flickering of screen and hanging problem & after several complaints, Dell changed some parts but it was still not working properly and now it is not been able to be switch on.                       I had purchased a laptop by the company called Dell and I had facing a problem from the day 20th with my laptop I had complaint many times for the costumer care people many times they send a engineer and replace many of the parts every time if one problem got solved another problem raises these are the major parts which they are replaced the replaced parts also not having quality at all they replaced all these parts Totally more than 20 times my laptop got repaired i.e 1st - Injus on both side 2nd - Top cover and bottom base 3rd - Lcd cover and Injus cap 4th - USB port 5th - Touch pad 6th - Injus on both sides 7th - Keyboard 8th - Lcd 9th - Cable form Lcd to Mother board 10th - Mother board 11th - Injus And I also asked costumer care people to replace the laptop with new one they said that it is not possible and then I ask them to replace the parts with the quality in spares with the assurance it will be in good condition and working condition is fine they said that we will never give any assurance if it get any problem we will work on it and we will repair it and they try to avoid warranty with delay in service. I was cheated by the company.

                            Hello, I would like to inform you that i krishnendu sen resident of west apcar garden asansol dist-burdwan wb, bought a new dell laptop model no-dell inspiron 15 3542. on 24th june 2015 frm Muknik controls, sri ram complex, G.T road raha lane more, near bus stop, opp. Dukbunglow, asansol with full payment.But the dealer did not provide me the back pack given by dell company as it was out of stock & promised me to give it within 3 days.But 15 days over still now i have not received it & whenever i ask him for it he deny to give it & excuse me as it is still out of stock. Facing harrashment i complaint you against the dealer. Please take necessary action as early as possible. I also attached the invoice copy.

                                    I never expected such kind of response from a organisation like DELL. I should say pathetic response from a customer care executive. On 2nd July 2015 your customer care person starts the trouble shoot process ask me to get a Operating system DVD for processing troubleshoot which we stopped because of the unavailability of Operating system. I consider my urgency and bought a brand new operating system with my money and waited for the response call which the executive schedules on 2nd July 2015 between 02.00PM - 04.00PM. But he failed to come online and the same time he re scheduled the same on 03rd July 2015.                                       I purchased on 30.June 2015 one Dell Insp 3148 . 4G 13 4/500win 8 TCH one no. @ Rs 37133, 33 +vat widows 8.1 is seen on my Computer But on visiting Del Website Warranty end on March 2016 Is it right. I am unable to get Windows 8.1 updates, It get failed I want to know how you are going to correct this.                                         On 15 step 14 I purchase a dell veneu 7 tablet from dell authorised dealer in Patiala.service tag no is J0CBJZ1. AFTER one month it showing some problem like screen flash out and auto shutdown. Then i send it two times to service center in Chandigarh thought dealer. Both time they kept my tablet for almost two month but the still showing. Then I visited 4 times to service center Chandigarh again and again .but problem is still in tablet.I send many emails to Dell customer care in company also and told them to replace but they refuse to replace it with new one I visit 8 time to Chandigarh one to gave tablet and one for received it and I spend almost 2500 on fright and done some other petty expenses .I also gave 200 to dealer as courier changes. And waste 8 days in journey I want refund my tablet amount with expenses and compensation also. Tablet purchasing amount is 12500, fright exp 2500, and petty exp around 600 .
