I would like to inform you that i krishnendu sen resident of west apcar garden asansol dist-burdwan wb, bought a new dell laptop model no-dell inspiron 15 3542. on 24th june 2015 frm
Muknik controls, sri ram complex, G.T road raha lane more, near bus stop, opp. Dukbunglow, asansol with full payment.But the dealer did not provide me the back pack given by dell company as it was out of stock & promised me to give it within 3 days.But 15 days over still now i have not received it & whenever i ask him for it he deny to give it & excuse me as it is still out of stock.
Facing harrashment i complaint you against the dealer.
Please take necessary action as early as possible.
I also attached the invoice copy.
