I had purchased a laptop by the company called Dell and I had facing a problem from the day 20th with my laptop I had complaint many times for the costumer care people many times they send a engineer and replace many of the parts every time if one problem got solved another problem raises these are the major parts which they are replaced the replaced parts also not having quality at all they replaced all these parts Totally more than 20 times my laptop got repaired i.e 1st - Injus on both side 2nd - Top cover and bottom base 3rd - Lcd cover and Injus cap 4th - USB port 5th - Touch pad 6th - Injus on both sides 7th - Keyboard 8th - Lcd 9th - Cable form Lcd to Mother board 10th - Mother board 11th - Injus And I also asked costumer care people to replace the laptop with new one they said that it is not possible and then I ask them to replace the parts with the quality in spares with the assurance it will be in good condition and working condition is fine they said that we will never give any assurance if it get any problem we will work on it and we will repair it and they try to avoid warranty with delay in service. I was cheated by the company.

    I purchased a dell laptop configured with windows 8. But dell is not sending me the windows 8 cd. As my hard drive got crashed and now i couldn't install the original windows 8 software.I continue calling dell but they are not issuing me the cd.I am ready to give the shipping charges of the cd.Please look into the matter.

      Respected Sir, Mam i am a Dell Customer Since 2005 and have been using Dell since 2005 but i have never faced such a pool Services from you guys i had purchased a new Dell Battery Recently i am not writing a Complain regarding the Replacement Of the Batter i dont care about the Battery any More but what i Care about is What kind of People Answer the Call as A customer Care officers there job is to help Customers not to insult the Customers I called you guys on 08/07/2015 5 time and i was been told buy some 1 that they will check the case and will give me a call back i got a call at around 2 26 pm in evening and i told me to send me the documents again i asked him that can i speak to his Manager as i want to talk to him first he Denied and then passed the phone to some one els and he Stated that he is a Manager and i could hear them saying make him Go this is not what is a customer Care Services So please Notify me the Action taken

        Hello, I would like to inform you that i krishnendu sen resident of west apcar garden asansol dist-burdwan wb, bought a new dell laptop model no-dell inspiron 15 3542. on 24th june 2015 frm Muknik controls, sri ram complex, G.T road raha lane more, near bus stop, opp. Dukbunglow, asansol with full payment.But the dealer did not provide me the back pack given by dell company as it was out of stock & promised me to give it within 3 days.But 15 days over still now i have not received it & whenever i ask him for it he deny to give it & excuse me as it is still out of stock. Facing harrashment i complaint you against the dealer. Please take necessary action as early as possible. I also attached the invoice copy.

          Hello, This is really surprising and disappointing for me to have a shipment of a laptop was delivered to me without a Bluetooth Headset device. I was promised to be given a backpack and a Bluetooth headset (Byte Corseca Bluetooth Headset), but the same is missing from the shipment. Please do the needful. Regards -

            I Buy Dell Tab In snapdeal after using 1 week the tab is strucking and touch is not working i tried to complaint many times but i dont know how to do that so many problems are there in that tablet.               I have purchased dell vostro 3546 series laptop and it was come with ubantu. so i installed windows 7 in it but after two months its automatically shutoff. After checked found kernel power event error. I have taken diagnostic of hardware but but no issue found and checked all other things also. What should i do now?????????????

                I never expected such kind of response from a organisation like DELL. I should say pathetic response from a customer care executive. On 2nd July 2015 your customer care person starts the trouble shoot process ask me to get a Operating system DVD for processing troubleshoot which we stopped because of the unavailability of Operating system. I consider my urgency and bought a brand new operating system with my money and waited for the response call which the executive schedules on 2nd July 2015 between 02.00PM - 04.00PM. But he failed to come online and the same time he re scheduled the same on 03rd July 2015. Now i lost my money and my laptop is under problem.Do some needful at the earliest My Service request Number[protected] Aravind V IT Engineer, HCS, HLL Lifecare Limited, CHO, Trivandrum.

                  I purchased on 30.June 2015 one Dell Insp 3148 . 4G 13 4/500win 8 TCH one no. @ Rs 37133, 33 +vat widows 8.1 is seen on my Computer But on visiting Del Website Warranty end on March 2016 Is it right. I am unable to get Windows 8.1 updates, It get failed I want to know how you are going to correct this. I am 85 years old and hard of hearing Can you do this rectification online or will you send some one to do it. Service Tag 4RM2732

                    On 15 step 14 I purchase a dell veneu 7 tablet from dell authorised dealer in Patiala.service tag no is J0CBJZ1. AFTER one month it showing some problem like screen flash out and auto shutdown. Then i send it two times to service center in Chandigarh thought dealer. Both time they kept my tablet for almost two month but the still showing. Then I visited 4 times to service center Chandigarh again and again .but problem is still in tablet.I send many emails to Dell customer care in company also and told them to replace but they refuse to replace it with new one I visit 8 time to Chandigarh one to gave tablet and one for received it and I spend almost 2500 on fright and done some other petty expenses .I also gave 200 to dealer as courier changes. And waste 8 days in journey I want refund my tablet amount with expenses and compensation also. Tablet purchasing amount is 12500, fright exp 2500, and petty exp around 600 . I want full compensation of 30000 from dell company.please sir help me to get my refund

                      i got my Dell Inspiron with the Pre installed Os. but i need to re install the OS now. but when i am asking you are saying product key injected in mother board from the factory itself. but my OS has crashed now. How can i re install? i am out of warranty also. but i paid money for windows also right. you have to give the CD. i need the proper response.

                        1 - sir i am a purchase tablet 19 march 2015 but warrenty so in tablet 18 jan 2015. Please do this.
                        2 - continually hanging pronblem in this tablet. Please do this.
                        3 - new one problem 5 to 10 minute. Full battery charged and 5 to 10 minute. Battery discharge

                          I have purchased a Dell Inspiron 3542 (G77) laptop on 29/06/2015 from Dell Exclusive Store, M. P. Nagar Zone-II Bhopal.But after payment salesmen of store said that the original bill will be generated from Indore and you can collect it tomorrow, but till today 01/07/2015 till 9 pm salesmen told that the bill is not ready.                             Under the back to college offer running on Dell Laptops for the month of June, I bought one inspiron series laptop from the Dell Store in Domlur. After not recieving the Shopping Voucher for nearly 3 weeks, I called to check the issue. Came to know that the registration for my laptop was not even done. And the customer service told me that the registration was not done during the offer time, so it would not be possible. The store has such uneducated staff and sales people, never would advise to go to this centre.

                              I purchase dell ceneu 7 tablet in sep 14 . after few months it start showing some screen problem .after that I visit 8 time to their service center but problem is still in it . i spend alomost 2500 on fright and waste 8 days and I'm from patiala and there is no Dell's service center so I have to go to Chandigarh for service . this company only believe in sale not after sale service please pass a rule against them .if they want to sale everywhere they have to open at least one service center in every district . other wise they can sell their products in only those cities which have their service center .

                                Service Tag No : GJRDH22 I first made a call to dell customer care on 25th June 2015 and yet no action has been taken. I was assured a speedy solution for my problem but nothing has been done till now. 1) 25th June - call to customer care. Person misbehaves and blames me for the problem without even understanding what the exact problem is and tries to force me to say that i did something wrong with my laptop 2) 26th June : Person calls me and asks for details and says he will call me after 2 hours. 3) 26th June: I call at the customer care and a lady tells me that the person responsible to solve my problem has left as it was 6 pm 4)26th june: She assures me that i will receive a call by 7pm informing me the status 5) 27th June: Person calls and asks for a pic of of my touchpad and says that he will do it as soon as I send the image. 6) 29th June: I have not heard from that person till now and I am without a laptop from a week long 7) 29th june: I called at customer care to hear that I should call tomorrow and she did not even tell me, even after asking repeatedly, about the progress or status of my grievance. PROBLEM 2: No reply of emails I received an email when i called at the customer care and was asked to revert back on it incase of any problem. I have sent 3 emails till date right from 27th june to no avail.

                                  i bought dell laptop inspiron 3537 on 4th june 2014 at Hamirpur (HP). After 12 months and 1 week later its battery permanently become unusable and shows replacement of battery. Now i am at patna (Bihar), and my dealer says that i have to contact dell. I just wanted that my laptop battery must be replaced. because i am disappointed that within 13 months battery of my laptop is unusable. and my warranty of laptop is over so i am also not able to replace it. so either it must be replaced or suggest any guidance to resolve my problem. for contact [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    My self Anil Parmar. I have Dell Inspiration Laptop having Service Tag no. 85C0HW1. My laptop is not working since last 1 month. that's why I gone to the dell store at Shop No. 7, Saroj Plaza, 150 Ft. Rd, Near Maxus Mall, Bhayandar, 401105, . When I was submitted my laptop on dtd. 07.06.2015 that time my battery is working but when I collect my laptop on 11.06.2015 from gallery it was not working. I check my laptop infront of that Technician Mr. Sandip Gupta. He told me Charge 4 hours and after 4 hours it will work. but after 4 hours charging it was not working. only laptop started with charger. I call him Mr. Sandip Gupta he told me come back we check. but after submitting again my laptop they are help less. I told him at the time of submitting I given u working battery but after receiving you giving me not working battery, please co operate.

                                      Sir I have purchased a laptop as on[protected]. But from the day one it has a problem in screen. The Problem is that a infant like mosquito has gone inside the screen. The company replace the LCD. But new LCD has create some problem. I requested the company to replace my system but company says dont replacement of system in their warrenty terms. But i found the defect in good from the day one. As per consumer protection act, if any defect is found in goods then seller replace the goods. But company didnt replace my system. I want to replace my system because i have purchased it last friday and it created problem from the day one.

                                        I ordered for a Dell Ultrasharp U2414H Monitor online from CompuIndia.com (Dell India Store, Order No.[protected] on 19-June-2015 by paying the full amount in advance. I received this item on 22nd. From the day I received it I was facing too many problems with that. The purpose of purchasing the new monitor was to connect to my Acer Laptop (Aspire E1-572) which has VGA & HDMI ports to connect to external monitor. As the monitor has only got HDMI & Display ports as input and they don't provide HDMI cables alongh with the monitor, I had to purchase HDMI cable for making it to work the first day. I was using it as a multi-monitor and the strange problem appeared to start. The monitor was going blank and coming into normal state in 2-3 seconds in infrequent delays several times (5-10 times) in an Hour. I checked all the cable connection and detached all other connection other than power cable and HDMI cable and it was the same scenario again. I re-installed OS in my system and updated all the drivers only to see the problem was still there. I thought it might be due to some fault in HDMI cable which I purchased from local shop. So I kept the monitor aside and ordered for a new HDMI cable online which I received 25-June-2015. I replaced my old HDMI cable with the newly purchased one. The monitor was still showing the same problem but was happening infrequently till noon when I noticed the monitor started to flicker and display was going blank and coming back very rapidly. I switched off my laptop and detached all the cables other than power cable of the monitor and tested again and could see the same thing is happening again. I plugged the monitor on to different power outlets to confirm if this was anything to do with power source problem but was not that case. I recorded the photos and video of this strange behavior using my mobile camera and the zip file containing the same was sent to CompuIndia support team explaining the problems the same day. As I didn't get any response from them I contacted them today (26-June). The CompuIndia representative told me to contact Dell support. Contacting Dell support was really painful although they listed too many contact numbers on their website. I was put on hold several times and got disconnected. After trying for 2-3 Hours in the morning at last I was able to explain all my problem to a person name Sunil HM who gave me the complaint No.[protected]. After verifying online about all the problems and trying all the possible solutions, my monitor was still showing the same complaint. So he told me that they can have an Tech person visit my place and replace my monitor with a refurbished one. I was not willing to accept the refurbished monitor as replacement because it was showing the problem from the day 1 I received and It was only just 4 days passed so I have the right to get it replaced with a new one. So he advised me to contact CompuIndia again to get a replacement with a brand new monitor. I contacted a person at CompuIndia again and explained everything who assured me that he would contact me shortly. As I didn't get any call or email from them I contacted them several times but every time they said would get back to me but I was never contacted by them. I contacted them in the evening again and they said would reply to my email in 2 minutes. Now the person (didn't provide his name) at CompuIndia says they didn't get response from Technical Team and only after that he would email me. Now this is reaching no where. I'm really frustrated re: the service they provide. I feel like I shouldn't have purchased Dell monitor. I wasted my time and money.
