hello i purchased dell venue 7 on 5th jan 2105 my service tag no is 8ms3222 till the time i visited service center arround 7 time but every 15-20 day the same problem happens again i asked for replacement or refund then ur customer care team tells me that its a software problem.. but i bleave that there is some hardware issue.. when i am sending email to ur customer care guy name SOUMIK_DHAR his email address is [protected]@dell.com but he is not responding on email as well now enen reach them and cant do my wok as my phone is off for u all my phone is swithced off send me email what u wanna do

      Hi, On 6th feb 2015, I purchased a dell inspiron 5547 with i5 processor. After using it for a month i startted facing problems with my laptop. The charging slot had an issue because of which when i connect my charger it gives me an error msg saying that i need to connect a dell 65w charger and i also started facing problems with the touch pad. THE TOUCH PAD DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. After a few days it started giving me a blue screen error. While working on the laptop suddenly the laptop would make a very bad sound and would come up with a error saying that the System ran into an error and would automatically shut down my system. Since then i am calling dell to get tbia problem fixed. Firstly a technician told me that it is a software problem and took the access of my laptop ran some scans installed a dell fix up software to fix it. The day they raran the scan the same day i encountered the blue screen error twice. i called up dell spoke to the supervisor naming Manmeet he arranged a onsite technician for me. The technician came over on 20th June 2015 to replace the touch pad hardware and to fix the charger issue and to reinstall windows on the system. When i spoke to Manmeet he told me that when the technician will visit in case there would be a major hardware fault in the laptop like issue with the hard drive or motherboard then the system replacement would be possible. So the technician came and he checked the laptop and he told me that the harddrive is corrupt. So i told him that i have a replacement warrenty and will replace my laptop . He then called up dell in Mumbai and i spoke to a tech naming Wasim he told me that the system repĺacement would not be possible. I asked him to transfer the call to the manager but tge manager was not on the floor. So he arranged me a call back from the Manager on monday . On monday some agent called me up and told me the same thing that system replacement would not be possible. I asked him that in case i get my hard drive replaced from you guys and then again i encounter the same problem then what happens next ? He said i will again get my hard drive replace that would be the only solution for this. Now i need help from you guys because dell is not helping me anyways and its a 4 month old laptop and it is under complete warrenty so i need the complete syatem replacement. Dell is not ready to replace the system for me. I am going through a lot of mental stress as i have spend 50 thousand on this laptop and its just a 4 month old laptop and they are not ready to repalce this laptop for me .         I have purchased this tab on 18/01/2015 and have noticed that since the time I bought this tab is continuously giving issue. I have visited the service center in hyderabad on 13/06/2015 and they said that it was a software issue and resolved it and gave my tablet on 18/06/2015, but from the next day onwards the performance of the tablet was slow and the issue was not resolved. I had to visit the service center again to gave my tablet for repair. I have even called customer care but they are saying that there are no records of my complaint. Need help to replace the tab.

          As I switched on my laptop a multicolour spot is visible which is permanently their and is visible in every window. During performing any fast or any other operations automatically the screen gets fluctuate and gives a vibrating sound and because of that I have to restart the laptop . Button base of laptop get heated very quickly . Battery get emptied very quickly .As battery is fully charged at night and on next day as I switched it on it remains 40 to 50 percent.

            Hi, I have been a customer of dell for over 10 years. On 4/6/15 I purchased a inspiron 3541, 4 GB 500 ram from you Adyar, Chennai show room. Telephone no.[protected] at Rs.22000/ I was not given the lap top bag as part of the sale. Bill No:2964 dated 04/06/15 On 12/6/15 I purchased one more inspiron 3541 same configuration from Hyderabad Dell stores Bill No: s15 474 / 12/5/15 for Rs. 21650/ and I was given a bag by the dell store. Today 23/6/15 I spoke to your customer service and was informed by one Mr. Hari who attended my call that Dells policy is same all over India and that I was entitled to a bag for the purchase I made in Chennai. He asked me to talk the adyar stores which I did. However Adyar stores told me that customers service of Dell is not aware of the policies and that Chennai does not follow the dell policy of Hyderabad. The person there refused to listen to me when I told him that I was asked to speak to him which I was doing . He told me he cannot give me a bag which was due to me. My simple question is how can Dell allow such things to happen in their stores and why do they mislead customers. Instead of walking into any other shop we go to a Dell stores thinking that we would not be cheated. Please take this complaint seriously and ensure that you follow a policy common to whole of India. We have 5 dell computers at home and dont shake our faith in Dell. During the next week we would be buying computers for our office and you are making me think twice if I should buy Dell or other brand. Please ask your sales people to be more responsible and not mislead customers by stating that different states follow differen tpolicies. I look forward to hearing from you and direct your adyar stores to contact me and give me my bag which am entitled to.               I have purchased Dell Laptop Inspiron Dell Ins15 3542/i3/Win8 SL/4GB/500GB/Int. In it, Problem is of Battery available plugged in, not charging then your customer care executive taken complain and sending laptop battery when the battery put in laptop and charging the laptop same error is coming after that i called your customer care executive they told me sir your mother board problem so i told him within 9month having more problem in the laptop so i dont want laptop because its under warranty .

                All the stupid people sitting in the team of dell, you all people from dell think that i am stupid for past 7 months after collecting my money you keep on sending me such mails full of and doing nothing . you bloody could not replace my hard disk for so many months. It has never happened that i switch off my mobile if one call is missed you can call for second time every time i get a mail that you tried contacting me and i did not recv the call bull . i want my system replaced by the team of dell if they dont have the hard disk for 7 months and you take the money in advance I WANT MY PC TO BE REPLACED NOW WITHOUT AND DELAY AND WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED WITH INTEREST how can you collect the money for warranty in advance and not provide the product forget the warranty since warranty is for the product and i dont have the product if all these people at world class level see then see how dell works and sort it out as to why and how has this happened my contact no [protected] my alternate residence no is [protected] my address is -FLAT NO 266 C, GANGA APARTMENT, SECTOR 29, NOIDA, GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR, INDIA I hope someone at least someone can contact me and please see for long my complaint is pending and what all losses i have faced because of this this is my tracking no provided by dell team ------ Please do not remove your unique tracking number! ------ with all regards and loving wishes for the hopeless team of dell vandana

                      I wish to inform that i have purchased two Dell Vostro 3653 Desktops from Aashirwad Computers on 24/03/2016 and registered for the Canon Pixma Offer.

                      The ticket number registered for the same are below:

                      The serial numbers of the Desktops are 82HM6C2 & 82HT6C2.

                      I have received a mail from kestone stating that the registration is rejected that too after repeated calls and arguments with them was made by me. I do not understand why the offer is rejected when the sales manger from Dell had himself said that the model was eligible for this offer(Copy of the Extract of Mail pasted below for reference)

                      I have purchased this high end model thinking that this offer was true, but now i feel that a company like DELL is misleading customers with such offers and later rejecting the same giving some or other reasons just to increase their sales.

                      I also would like to bring to the notice of the company (DELL) that the agency that has been given the responsibility to take of the offer i.e (KESTONE) does not respond to customers quires at all. Their staff with whom I had been interacting Mr.Gopi, does not respond to Email's/ phone calls/ messages. The whole team who are handling the process of the offer are irresponsible and always say that the concerned persons are not available to take my call.

                      After much arguments i received a mail of rejection of my offer today by mail i.e almost more than 1 month of my registration.

                      I request that a company (DELL) look into this matter and resolve my issue.

                        i have some rinches problem the open close became loose, my lap is in warrenty, i made 5 call to toll free they said to send a mail but the mail is not yet come, rinches is not my fault, why i have to pay, then why are you giving 1 year warrenty, no one response to my complaint. i want free service other wise i will go to consumer, i want a quick response from you. my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.in my cell no is [protected]

                          My dell laptop is not switching on since morning. I made a complaint to dell support but they refuse to help me out as it is not on my name. I have already send them the original scan copy of invoice but they refuse to provide any support. Service Tag - 6QZVFY1 Invoice Number - [protected] Customer Number[protected] Invoice Date - 02-Aug-2013 As per terms and condition my laptop is still valid for on site warranty. They even told me that multiple visits has already been made for repair of concern laptop and they will not provide anymore on site warranty. I am really fed up with all this follow ups to get my laptop repaired every time.                             I bought a dell inspiron 7537 laptop on 18th April, 2015. The screen has a small green spot and the battery sometimes drains quickly.I contacted the dell customer care immediately and they didn't help me that time.I registered my complaint but dell has been unable to solve my problem. I wanted to have the parts replaced first but after seeing their treatment towards their customers i don't want to have their product now. I was told that they can't change the lcd screen but for me they will make an exception and will replace the part. The green spot on the screen is a manufacturing defect and it isn't that noticeable otherwise i would have never taken the laptop. The shop i bought the laptop from they filed my request for the system replacement but dell doesn't want to replace the system. They don't even want to refund the money i spent for their defected product. The spot on the screen is irritating and every time someone is watching a movie or something the spot annoys with it's presence. Even after their constant mails and calls i really don't think these guys are going to help me. When i complained about the product they were ready to replace the part but now i was told that lcd replacement is not a part of the policy. After all i have been through, i asked for a system replacement or a full refund which they are unable to provide. Even the employees lied to me.

                                This is regarding purchase of New new Dell Inspiron Laptop Model details as mentioned below: Model: Inspiron 5548 X560557IN9 5Gi550U/8GB/1TB8GB/AMD4GB/W8.1SL/15.6T/3D SERVICE TAG: 8JYKW32 I have purchased the above mentioned DELL Inspiron laptop from DELL store at Jabalpur The Invoiced dated 13/06/2015 and delivered on 15/06/2015 at home address. (Rajesh Sabharwal, ACC Colony, Banglow No - 4, Kymore, Dist Katni, 483880) But during delivery the SEAL of the Laptop box was UNSEAL (already open) and during operation it was found that one of the tab key is not functioning properly. Moreover, we have finalized the product at the mentioned below shop of DELL store after checking the demo product at the store on 11/06/2015 and received the product on 15/06/2015 but as clear from the screen shot the software was loaded on the system on 11/06/2015 i.e. 02 days back of our shop visit and finalization also in the login history its showing that the 1st login was on 26/05/2015. The store owner committed for supply/delivery of fresh and sealed product of above mentioned Model as the same was not available with him at that instance. Considering the situation and on faith we made the payment of Rs 68500/- through credit card on 13/06/2015.                                 This is regarding purchase of New new Dell Inspiron Laptop Model details as mentioned below:
                                Model: Inspiron 5548 X560557IN9 5Gi550U/8GB/1TB8GB/AMD4GB/W8.1SL/15.6T/3D SERVICE TAG: 8JYKW32
                                I have purchased the above mentioned DELL Inspiron laptop from DELL store at Jabalpur The Invoiced dated 13/06/2015 and delivered on 15/06/2015 at home address. (Rajesh Sabharwal, ACC Colony, Banglow No - 4, Kymore, Dist Katni, 483880) But during delivery the SEAL of the Laptop box was UNSEAL (already open) and during operation it was found that one of the tab key is not functioning properly.
                                Moreover, we have finalized the product at the mentioned below shop of DELL store after checking the demo product at the store on 11/06/2015 and received the product on 15/06/2015 but as clear from the screen shot the software was loaded on the system on 11/06/2015 i.e. 02 days back of our shop visit and finalization also in the login history its showing that the 1st login was on 26/05/2015.
                                The store owner committed for supply/delivery of fresh and sealed product of above mentioned Model as the same was not available with him at that instance. Considering the situation and on faith we made the payment of Rs 68500/- through credit card on 13/06/2015. But the product we received on 15/06/2015 was the same piece demo which we have checked at DELL store on 11/06/2015 at Jabalpur DELL store.

                                  My under warranty Dell laptop got some physical damage. I was given a quotation for the repair (as supposedly I was not insured against physical damage) including the cost of part and labour and an Acknowledgement Order after payment of the quoted amount (deposited in their account as per details given by them) with a date specified. To my utter surprise, two days after somebody called me to say that the laptop will be repaired within 2-3 days, I again receive a call to be told that my order has been cancelled as they could not trace my payment details and they will re-process the case, again giving me the same no. of days' to wait. There is nobody to listen and I have no choice but to wait. The most deficient service you can expect from a company like Dell.

                                      in august 2014 i puchsed a laptop of dell .after one day its touchpad stop working .i tried calling dell customer then after 10 days they recieved my call.they on onlu with phone troubleshooting.then after one month grahics and window stopped working ...dell says they are not resonsible for it...there is some technical problem in laptop ...so either i want cash back or replace the laptop of same price value todat i.e 44, 500INR..plz seek into the matter
