i got my Dell Inspiron with the Pre installed Os. but i need to re install the OS now. but when i am asking you are saying product key injected in mother board from the factory itself. but my OS has crashed now. How can i re install? i am out of warranty also. but i paid money for windows also right. you have to give the CD. i need the proper response.

    1 - sir i am a purchase tablet 19 march 2015 but warrenty so in tablet 18 jan 2015. Please do this.
    2 - continually hanging pronblem in this tablet. Please do this.
    3 - new one problem 5 to 10 minute. Full battery charged and 5 to 10 minute. Battery discharge
    And tablet off. I am again sammit in dell service centure. (In i - 32, lajpat nagar new delhi - 110024) .

      I have purchased a Dell Inspiron 3542 (G77) laptop on 29/06/2015 from Dell Exclusive Store, M. P. Nagar Zone-II Bhopal.But after payment salesmen of store said that the original bill will be generated from Indore and you can collect it tomorrow, but till today 01/07/2015 till 9 pm salesmen told that the bill is not ready.         Under the back to college offer running on Dell Laptops for the month of June, I bought one inspiron series laptop from the Dell Store in Domlur. After not recieving the Shopping Voucher for nearly 3 weeks, I called to check the issue. Came to know that the registration for my laptop was not even done. And the customer service told me that the registration was not done during the offer time, so it would not be possible. The store has such uneducated staff and sales people, never would advise to go to this centre.

          I purchase dell ceneu 7 tablet in sep 14 . after few months it start showing some screen problem .after that I visit 8 time to their service center but problem is still in it . i spend alomost 2500 on fright and waste 8 days and I'm from patiala and there is no Dell's service center so I have to go to Chandigarh for service . this company only believe in sale not after sale service please pass a rule against them .if they want to sale everywhere they have to open at least one service center in every district . other wise they can sell their products in only those cities which have their service center .

            Service Tag No : GJRDH22 I first made a call to dell customer care on 25th June 2015 and yet no action has been taken. I was assured a speedy solution for my problem but nothing has been done till now. 1) 25th June - call to customer care. Person misbehaves and blames me for the problem without even understanding what the exact problem is and tries to force me to say that i did something wrong with my laptop 2) 26th June : Person calls me and asks for details and says he will call me after 2 hours. 3) 26th June: I call at the customer care and a lady tells me that the person responsible to solve my problem has left as it was 6 pm 4)26th june: She assures me that i will receive a call by 7pm informing me the status 5) 27th June: Person calls and asks for a pic of of my touchpad and says that he will do it as soon as I send the image. 6) 29th June: I have not heard from that person till now and I am without a laptop from a week long 7) 29th june: I called at customer care to hear that I should call tomorrow and she did not even tell me, even after asking repeatedly, about the progress or status of my grievance. PROBLEM 2: No reply of emails I received an email when i called at the customer care and was asked to revert back on it incase of any problem. I have sent 3 emails till date right from 27th june to no avail.

              i bought dell laptop inspiron 3537 on 4th june 2014 at Hamirpur (HP). After 12 months and 1 week later its battery permanently become unusable and shows replacement of battery. Now i am at patna (Bihar), and my dealer says that i have to contact dell. I just wanted that my laptop battery must be replaced. because i am disappointed that within 13 months battery of my laptop is unusable. and my warranty of laptop is over so i am also not able to replace it. so either it must be replaced or suggest any guidance to resolve my problem. for contact [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com.

                My self Anil Parmar. I have Dell Inspiration Laptop having Service Tag no. 85C0HW1. My laptop is not working since last 1 month. that's why I gone to the dell store at Shop No. 7, Saroj Plaza, 150 Ft. Rd, Near Maxus Mall, Bhayandar, 401105, . When I was submitted my laptop on dtd. 07.06.2015 that time my battery is working but when I collect my laptop on 11.06.2015 from gallery it was not working. I check my laptop infront of that Technician Mr. Sandip Gupta. He told me Charge 4 hours and after 4 hours it will work. but after 4 hours charging it was not working. only laptop started with charger. I call him Mr. Sandip Gupta he told me come back we check. but after submitting again my laptop they are help less. I told him at the time of submitting I given u working battery but after receiving you giving me not working battery, please co operate.

                  Sir I have purchased a laptop as on[protected]. But from the day one it has a problem in screen. The Problem is that a infant like mosquito has gone inside the screen. The company replace the LCD. But new LCD has create some problem. I requested the company to replace my system but company says dont replacement of system in their warrenty terms. But i found the defect in good from the day one. As per consumer protection act, if any defect is found in goods then seller replace the goods. But company didnt replace my system. I want to replace my system because i have purchased it last friday and it created problem from the day one.

                    I ordered for a Dell Ultrasharp U2414H Monitor online from CompuIndia.com (Dell India Store, Order No.[protected] on 19-June-2015 by paying the full amount in advance. I received this item on 22nd. From the day I received it I was facing too many problems with that. The purpose of purchasing the new monitor was to connect to my Acer Laptop (Aspire E1-572) which has VGA & HDMI ports to connect to external monitor. As the monitor has only got HDMI & Display ports as input and they don't provide HDMI cables alongh with the monitor, I had to purchase HDMI cable for making it to work the first day. I was using it as a multi-monitor and the strange problem appeared to start. The monitor was going blank and coming into normal state in 2-3 seconds in infrequent delays several times (5-10 times) in an Hour. I checked all the cable connection and detached all other connection other than power cable and HDMI cable and it was the same scenario again. I re-installed OS in my system and updated all the drivers only to see the problem was still there. I thought it might be due to some fault in HDMI cable which I purchased from local shop. So I kept the monitor aside and ordered for a new HDMI cable online which I received 25-June-2015. I replaced my old HDMI cable with the newly purchased one. The monitor was still showing the same problem but was happening infrequently till noon when I noticed the monitor started to flicker and display was going blank and coming back very rapidly. I switched off my laptop and detached all the cables other than power cable of the monitor and tested again and could see the same thing is happening again. I plugged the monitor on to different power outlets to confirm if this was anything to do with power source problem but was not that case. I recorded the photos and video of this strange behavior using my mobile camera and the zip file containing the same was sent to CompuIndia support team explaining the problems the same day. As I didn't get any response from them I contacted them today (26-June). The CompuIndia representative told me to contact Dell support. Contacting Dell support was really painful although they listed too many contact numbers on their website. I was put on hold several times and got disconnected. After trying for 2-3 Hours in the morning at last I was able to explain all my problem to a person name Sunil HM who gave me the complaint No.[protected]. After verifying online about all the problems and trying all the possible solutions, my monitor was still showing the same complaint. So he told me that they can have an Tech person visit my place and replace my monitor with a refurbished one. I was not willing to accept the refurbished monitor as replacement because it was showing the problem from the day 1 I received and It was only just 4 days passed so I have the right to get it replaced with a new one. So he advised me to contact CompuIndia again to get a replacement with a brand new monitor. I contacted a person at CompuIndia again and explained everything who assured me that he would contact me shortly. As I didn't get any call or email from them I contacted them several times but every time they said would get back to me but I was never contacted by them. I contacted them in the evening again and they said would reply to my email in 2 minutes. Now the person (didn't provide his name) at CompuIndia says they didn't get response from Technical Team and only after that he would email me. Now this is reaching no where. I'm really frustrated re: the service they provide. I feel like I shouldn't have purchased Dell monitor. I wasted my time and money.

                      hello i purchased dell venue 7 on 5th jan 2105 my service tag no is 8ms3222 till the time i visited service center arround 7 time but every 15-20 day the same problem happens again i asked for replacement or refund then ur customer care team tells me that its a software problem.. but i bleave that there is some hardware issue.. when i am sending email to ur customer care guy name SOUMIK_DHAR his email address is [protected]@dell.com but he is not responding on email as well now enen reach them and cant do my wok as my phone is off for u all my phone is swithced off send me email what u wanna do

                          Hi, On 6th feb 2015, I purchased a dell inspiron 5547 with i5 processor. After using it for a month i startted facing problems with my laptop. The charging slot had an issue because of which when i connect my charger it gives me an error msg saying that i need to connect a dell 65w charger and i also started facing problems with the touch pad. THE TOUCH PAD DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. After a few days it started giving me a blue screen error. While working on the laptop suddenly the laptop would make a very bad sound and would come up with a error saying that the System ran into an error and would automatically shut down my system. Since then i am calling dell to get tbia problem fixed. Firstly a technician told me that it is a software problem and took the access of my laptop ran some scans installed a dell fix up software to fix it. The day they raran the scan the same day i encountered the blue screen error twice. i called up dell spoke to the supervisor naming Manmeet he arranged a onsite technician for me. The technician came over on 20th June 2015 to replace the touch pad hardware and to fix the charger issue and to reinstall windows on the system. When i spoke to Manmeet he told me that when the technician will visit in case there would be a major hardware fault in the laptop like issue with the hard drive or motherboard then the system replacement would be possible. So the technician came and he checked the laptop and he told me that the harddrive is corrupt. So i told him that i have a replacement warrenty and will replace my laptop . He then called up dell in Mumbai and i spoke to a tech naming Wasim he told me that the system repĺacement would not be possible. I asked him to transfer the call to the manager but tge manager was not on the floor. So he arranged me a call back from the Manager on monday . On monday some agent called me up and told me the same thing that system replacement would not be possible. I asked him that in case i get my hard drive replaced from you guys and then again i encounter the same problem then what happens next ? He said i will again get my hard drive replace that would be the only solution for this. Now i need help from you guys because dell is not helping me anyways and its a 4 month old laptop and it is under complete warrenty so i need the complete syatem replacement. Dell is not ready to replace the system for me. I am going through a lot of mental stress as i have spend 50 thousand on this laptop and its just a 4 month old laptop and they are not ready to repalce this laptop for me .                             I have purchased this tab on 18/01/2015 and have noticed that since the time I bought this tab is continuously giving issue. I have visited the service center in hyderabad on 13/06/2015 and they said that it was a software issue and resolved it and gave my tablet on 18/06/2015, but from the next day onwards the performance of the tablet was slow and the issue was not resolved. I had to visit the service center again to gave my tablet for repair. I have even called customer care but they are saying that there are no records of my complaint. Need help to replace the tab.

                              As I switched on my laptop a multicolour spot is visible which is permanently their and is visible in every window. During performing any fast or any other operations automatically the screen gets fluctuate and gives a vibrating sound and because of that I have to restart the laptop . Button base of laptop get heated very quickly . Battery get emptied very quickly .As battery is fully charged at night and on next day as I switched it on it remains 40 to 50 percent.

                                Hi, I have been a customer of dell for over 10 years. On 4/6/15 I purchased a inspiron 3541, 4 GB 500 ram from you Adyar, Chennai show room. Telephone no.[protected] at Rs.22000/ I was not given the lap top bag as part of the sale. Bill No:2964 dated 04/06/15 On 12/6/15 I purchased one more inspiron 3541 same configuration from Hyderabad Dell stores Bill No: s15 474 / 12/5/15 for Rs. 21650/ and I was given a bag by the dell store. Today 23/6/15 I spoke to your customer service and was informed by one Mr. Hari who attended my call that Dells policy is same all over India and that I was entitled to a bag for the purchase I made in Chennai. He asked me to talk the adyar stores which I did. However Adyar stores told me that customers service of Dell is not aware of the policies and that Chennai does not follow the dell policy of Hyderabad. The person there refused to listen to me when I told him that I was asked to speak to him which I was doing . He told me he cannot give me a bag which was due to me. My simple question is how can Dell allow such things to happen in their stores and why do they mislead customers. Instead of walking into any other shop we go to a Dell stores thinking that we would not be cheated. Please take this complaint seriously and ensure that you follow a policy common to whole of India. We have 5 dell computers at home and dont shake our faith in Dell. During the next week we would be buying computers for our office and you are making me think twice if I should buy Dell or other brand. Please ask your sales people to be more responsible and not mislead customers by stating that different states follow differen tpolicies. I look forward to hearing from you and direct your adyar stores to contact me and give me my bag which am entitled to. In it, Problem is of Battery available plugged in, not charging then your customer care executive taken complain and sending laptop battery when the battery put in laptop and charging the laptop same error is coming after that i called your customer care executive they told me sir your mother board problem so i told him within 9month having more problem in the laptop so i dont want laptop because its under warranty .

                                    All the stupid people sitting in the team of dell, you all people from dell think that i am stupid for past 7 months after collecting my money you keep on sending me such mails full of and doing nothing . you bloody could not replace my hard disk for so many months. It has never happened that i switch off my mobile if one call is missed you can call for second time every time i get a mail that you tried contacting me and i did not recv the call bull . i want my system replaced by the team of dell if they dont have the hard disk for 7 months and you take the money in advance I WANT MY PC TO BE REPLACED NOW WITHOUT AND DELAY AND WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED WITH INTEREST how can you collect the money for warranty in advance and not provide the product forget the warranty since warranty is for the product and i dont have the product if all these people at world class level see then see how dell works and sort it out as to why and how has this happened my contact no [protected] my alternate residence no is [protected] my address is -FLAT NO 266 C, GANGA APARTMENT, SECTOR 29, NOIDA, GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR, INDIA I hope someone at least someone can contact me and please see for long my complaint is pending and what all losses i have faced because of this this is my tracking no provided by dell team ------ Please do not remove your unique tracking number! ------ with all regards and loving wishes for the hopeless team of dell vandana
