This is to bring to your notice about the issue that I have been facing with Dell Laptop and Dell’s pathetic customer services and their co-operation in terms of getting the issues fixed for past 1 month even when the system is covered under NBD & Full Accidental Cover. The case is registered under SR[protected]. This case started on 01 Aug 2015 when my Inspiron 5523 15Z Laptop bearing tag F7DMXX1 went down with NO POST issue. I registered a complaint and I was asked to open up the laptop for the CSR to troubleshoot. I troubleshoot the issue for almost 35 mins as per the directions given to me over the phone by the Dell Technician. After the troubleshooting the case was registered and a dispatch was created. The first service was provided on 5th Aug 2015 and the motherboard was replaced by the engineer. After the service the system worked for 3-4 hours and then went down again. I re-registered the complaint on 6th Aug. Again the same process was followed like hardware troubleshooting for hours and the case was registered and the parts were dispatched. I got the second service on 8th August 2015 but it went in vain as the laptop didn't come up. I called up twice again to register the complaint and again all the processes were followed and after 45 mins of call again the dispatch was created. The third service was provided on 14th Aug 2015 by the most senior Dell engineer but he also couldn’t fix the issue and hence reported the same to dell while at site. I also spoke to the dell technician and I was assured of another service with one more motherboard replacement. I agreed to the fourth service but since I had some travel plans I updated my new address to dell representative and the engineer for the next service. I was assured the service by 18th Aug but I didn’t get any update on the service. Next I got a call on 19th Aug 2015 from Dell office stating that since the issue has not been fixed in 3 services (within a period of 15 days), Dell is offering the system replacement. I was told that I will be offered either the same configuration or a configuration higher than the current one and the entire process will take around 3 to 4 weeks. I agreed to the system replacement and the dell representative told me that I will get the update within one week about the configuration and the progress on the system replacement. All this time my system is not in a working condition even though I have NBD warranty with full cover from Dell. On 20th Aug I received a mail from Dell stating there is no update from the System Replacement Team but on 22nd Aug 2015 I received another mail update from Dell that the system replacement team has approved the replacement and I will be receiving the call within 24-48 hours to discuss the configuration of the system. I haven’t received any call or update from Dell for next 8 days and hence I asked for the update over the mail. No reply for next two days. On 1st September 2015 I received a call from Dell again stating that Dell cannot replace the system due to certain reasons. I asked the Dell representative to provide me the exact reasons but he couldn’t provide a single reason as to why the system replacement is denied. After 15 mins of discussion Dell representative said that he can only provide another service and cannot guarantee that the issue will be fixed. I agreed to the fourth service with a caveat that if the system is not fixed even after fourth service then I will be provided with the system replacement but the representative didn’t agree to it and said that one of his supervisor will call and discuss the same. I received the call in the evening and the supervisor by the name Varun tried to convince me that I should go for next service without the replacement. I again put the same caveat to him as presented to his subordinate but he didn’t agree and he said to escalate the case to the next level in Dell. Not sure if the case was really escalated as I have neither received the call nor any update for last 2 days. These are the few points that I would like to highlight again: 1. No working system for 1 month even though the original system was in Complete Cover Warranty with NBD cover. 2. No co-operation and commitment from Dell's side as I was once promised the system replacement and then denied after 10 days. 3. No SLA met as per the Warranty Terms & Conditions. 4. This seems to me more of a mental harassment rather than providing a resolution to the issue as per the Dell’s warranty policies. I had been suffering since 1 Aug 2015 and handling multiple calls from Dell, then services, then replacement with a dead items. I have extended all my co-operation to Dell at each and every step since past one month but still Dell doesn’t seem to care about customer position and frustration. I am left with a non-working system for past one month even though I have paid hefty amounts to dell to cover the system under NBD warranty with complete cover.     I purchased a laptop from Dell in 2009, a Studio 1555. It was a source of much consternation and trouble from the start. I had to get it serviced several times every year. Spending more money on extending the warranting TWICE was a foregone conclusion 'cuz the laptop just wouldn't function without problems. My warranty expired last year and the final service I received involved replacement of the motherboard. The issues I faced involved the laptop turning off without warning at unpredictable times. There was no way for me to test whether the issue had been fixed since the service was done on the last day of the warranty period. The laptop has been showing the same issue sporadically ever since. I have tried replacing the old battery with a genuine one but the problem persists. I have run 32 bit diagnostics and it shows no error but the Windows System Logs show several instances of the following ACPI bug - "The embedded controller (EC) did not respond within the specified timeout period. This may indicate that there is an error in the EC hardware or firmware or that the BIOS is accessing the EC incorrectly. You should check with your computer manufacturer for an upgraded BIOS. In some situations, this error may cause the computer to function incorrectly." So, in essence, Dell supplied me with a faulty motherboard. And the 11, 000 /- INR I had to pay to extend my warranty only bought me more trouble. I would like for this to be rectified as soon as possible. I am now in the market for a new laptop but if the level of service and competence has remained the same, Dell wouldn't be an option.           Address: 54 sikh colony, MB college Gurudwara.Udaipur I went to the dell exclusive store for getting my laptop repaired as it was not charging. They gave me the laptop repaired but when i checked my keyboard, most of the keys were not working so i told him to fix it and give but instead he asked me to pay for a new keyboard... I tried to contact dell customer care also. They dint respond... They told they will be paying 800 of the total 1200 of the keyboard and asked me to pay 400. That means they knew it was there mistake...

            My laptop in warranty. and my lapy speakers are not working fully from last 1 week. today i spoke with technical support man he is mentioning that the speaker is not going to replace in warranty due to VLC software using..if i want to replace then i have to buy that one with 1250 rs. i want say to you that VLC is a one software and Speaker is a hardware. VLC just gives sound Waves to speakers to generate the sounds. and VLC if give 200% of volume is not mean that speaker would take 200% amplitude power. it take only up to certain its limit. and its not working with taking that limit power. finally we understanding that speaker hardware is not working within its power limit. so why You dell people not gives the warranty for speakers...and i want my speakers to replace..

                I have bought a TAB Dell venue 7 3741 on 13 june 2015 from rohini and within few days i have started facing issues in the product .I have visited the authorised service centre of the company 3-4 times where every time i was told that the issue has been resolved by them but nothing happened and the issue was still continued, after getting tired of visitng the service centre, i have called on the compalint/customer support no to register a complaint basis on which i have got the mail on 24th jul from the company that they will replace my TAB and they wanted me to submit my old TAB back first which i did (copy atatched for the same).Even after writing numerous mails and doing various call si was only getting the rely to wait for some more time with one or other reason, finalyy after more than even a month i have got the call from courier company that they have received the TAB from dell and inspite of delievering it at my address they have asked me to come and collect it from their office, i even did that post reaching there i have been told only TAB has been sent by the company even the charger was not sent however the old charger was returned by us any ways we accepted that even but within a day i have realised that the issue is still the same and even have a doubt that i have been given the same tab back as i am still facing the same issue for which i have lodged the complaint 1 and half month back. I am feeling cheated and harrassed by the company as my money is swallowed by them by providing a faulty product with fake resoltuions and committments. i have got a major setback as it was gifted by me to my sister and i have lost my goodwill due to this faulty product . I need my money back with a formal apology letter on on the letterhead failing which i will file a legal case against the company

                Service Request :[protected] was provided for my complaint, everytime company gives me fake assurance that the issue has been rectified however the same issue is continued since I have bought this tab, Dell staff has accepted this model has issues but still they are not ready to change the model or to refund my money and I am suffering a major loss due to these people. Please resolve my issue
                Ive bought the same tablet and it turns itself off, idk why
                Even after replacement the fault is not ratified and these people literally cheating the customers.

                  I have a Dell Venue 7 3000 Series Tablet ( model no : 3740, 16GB, WiFi, 3G, Voice calling ) Black, which had purchase on 09.02.2015 from amazon.in, my invoice no : HR-DEL[protected], suddenly it was highly heated then i have found the memory card was burn, & also the place of memory card was mould, & I have not use the tablet, when i trying to on it, then i get the tablet heat. then i contacted with Dell Authorized service Centre, of Central Avenue, Kolkata . but they are not co-operated with me, So I request you please give some solution regarding this matter.                     I bought a new peice of tab venue 7 3741 from an authorised dealer of dell here .On opening the packet the very same day i found that the tab is taking auto shut down and not switching on ..It was 8th of aug2015 which was a sat next day was off and i happened to be sick for 4 days on 14th aug when i approached the retailer he sent me to the service centre kolkata where they refused to replace the brand new set saying that i might have tampered with the set. They were willing to repair but not replace ..I had actually bought seeing the brand name only..Had i ever known the kind of service received i wd have bought a rather diffbrand ...I have given on 14th for servicing till date i hve just received an sms tht they hve recved my tab for serving thats all...Poorest of poor service...Request you to pls look into the matter...

                      I purchased A dell Laptop.Packet Contain Mcafee Multi device antivirus having 15 month subscription. then after i pay 1299 rs for an independence day offer this offer gave 1000 rs jabong voucher Mcafee antivirus 15 month 2 year warranty extend Logac software according to above information i got two antivirus product one from offer and one with the laptop. But company is not supporting me to install the antivirus that i got from the offer.

                        Computer age, a dell authorized service center on mg road, mulund west, has the worst service. They commit to repair your laptop but don't return it. It hasthe worst staff, they don't start working before 1 noon and shout back when you remind them their commitment.
                        These authorized centers are ruining the reputation of dell along with their own reputation.
                        Worst customer service.

                          I buyed a dell inspiron 3542 laptop a 15 days ago and facing a touchpad problem from day one .i compaint many of time to custumer care with complaim no.[protected].they called me and asked me to install the drivers and windows again i fulfilled their requirments. but the problem is same now i feal that the problem of toucpad after the conteing the charger nd i told this to customer executiv and they asked me to chang my location . i also fulfill their request... but the pproblem is same .but now dell executive caleed me and said bring ur product t our service cente either gurgon or chandigarh.. is this is onsite wranty of dell ... kindalyy resolve my problem within short period of time else b ready to face in the consumer form sahil chawla [protected] sirsa, haryana

                            I have purchase a wire less keyboard and mouse off dell on 18th of nov 2014. now mouse creating some prob. and when i have contact with dell customer care. he said your product is out of warraty. we will provide the warranty with manufacturing date. even i have the invoice for the same product and purchased new box pack. but the cc person sayad said u have to check manf. date on the time of purchase. please suggest how can i get the warranty of my product.

                                Hi have purchased dell inspiron laptop from a shop. Its hard disc crashed 4 times within 9 months. Every time my my data got lost. they are also not providing me extended warranty. I called him so many times that plz replace my hard disc but they refused to do so. Please help me in resolving this problem ASAP as warrant of my laptop remained left for 3 months. from shami

                                  Against Repairing of Monitor

                                  I am Shashi Kant Prasad, purchased a Monitor which Model No. E1914H, Sr.No. CN-0X0T4K[protected]O- AL8M on dated 15th Jan 2015, Fusion No.32509193 & Case Id[protected], I visited Devika Tower at Nehru Place twice, they tell me that this monitor is Damaged so it is not repaired in warranty and they tell me that don't accept Monitor here for repairing, and they communicate with me rudely & tell me this monitor can be repaired outside of service...

                                  My laptop model no is DELL inspiron 3000 series...i am facing a very big problem with my laptop..it has a very bad sound quality...the sound is not audible anyway...even when the system volume is 100% the sound in not audible...even it has a lower sound than my mobile phone...the problem is from the very beginning when i purchased it...i want to know whether i need to install any driver software or not??

                                    To the concerned decision makers at Dell: Sir(s), I purchased an Inspiron 3542 last year through Flipkart, and the product is still under accidental warranty until December 2015. Here are the product details: SERVICE TAG NO: 2J73B12 EXPRESS SERVICE CODE: [protected] Day before yesterday, I faced an issue with my laptop. While taking out (disconnecting) the charger, part of the charger's connector port got stuck inside the laptop (PFA pics). Now, this is very much an accident and should come under the accidental warranty. However, Dell India's Customer Service is extremely troublesome, and they are absolutely denying me the accidental warranty. According to them, its my fault of handling the laptop that caused this. I'm presently in Hubli (Karnataka), and they can't even send a technician at my place to have a look at this. I called the Dell's number ([protected]) today morning and explained my issue to representative Gaurav regarding my issue. He flatly denied my request for service saying my issue doesn't come under warranty. Let me assure you, I've handled Toshibas and Asus the same way I've handled the Inspiron and they have lasted for years without such an issue, and with Inspiron, this happened just within 7 months of buying. The fact remains that you have used an inferior charging connector port in my Inspiron 3542. Now, whether or not I'll recommend any Dell product to my friends/colleagues will depend on whether or not you will provide me service or not. If you are still stuck on the line that its my fault that caused this issue, then you might be able to save a few bucks in the short-term by not sending your technician to my place, but will loose the long-term share in the Indian marketplace. The choice is yours!

                                      I have purchased dell inspirion 3542 laptop dated 16.07.2015 from ayushi computer, satna m.p. i have registered my product for back to college offer dated 18.07.2015, but after 4 -5 days any confirmation not recd. from dell back to college team i have call them he asked me your service tag was not registered with our site you call dell customer care for service tag updation i have call dell customer care no. and send them copy of invoice dated 27.07.2015( Support No.[protected] they told me next 24 to 48 hrs it can be updated but this was not update i call & email them regularly the told me till today evening it was updated but till now it was not updated.
