I have a Dell Vostro V3446, And it is worthless, Did I give you Rs. 30000 for this cheap piece of plastic? I'll tell you what happened, I was using my laptop, and the screen was not adjusted to my proper view, so i put my index finger on the top right corner and placed my right hand thumb on the screen to push it backward, and the screen cracked!! Seriously? Such poor quality? That i touched the screen and it broke? Did i pay you money to buy this worthless piece of plastic? Do you even care about your customers, after taking money from them? I want a full return of this laptop or a repair, cause i am not gonna pay a single penny to get it fixed, it wasn't my fault, it was yours, accept it!! And, I am gonna spread this all over the social media, facebook timeline, on twitter, on instagram, till the time i don't get justice!

    I had purchased one laptop (Dell Ins15 15 4210U 4GB 1TB 2GB W8 CC Blue ) through Vidur & Co Pvt Ltd Laxmi Nagar New Delhi on 24.10.2014 vide invoice no- VCPL/LN/1203/14-15. Supplier reference no- 1203. But sorry to point out that laptop charging is not working, blue tooth not working and more problems.       I purchased a dell inspiron laptop model 4209 C on 24 jul 15.The touch screen had some issues since day 1of purchase.But due to my busy schedule I complained about it to dell on 26 Aug15.They mailed me that I will get support in 1 day which I got in the form of e mail after one week.And then they initially told me that its a software issue and they took remote access and reinstalled some softwares.but to no solution.Then after repeated requests they sent an engineer on 24 th September and he reinstalled the windows and all the drivers and changed the touch screen but it did not work.The company is asking me to reinstall all the softwares again on my own and is not ready for onsite support as they say its not a software issue.But the softwares which I am using come preinstalled by dell and they say that they provide onsite warranty for hardware and they are not providing support for a non working touch screen which is a hardware.

        I had submitted my dell tablet service tag BXTKHZ1 in dell service center in Nehru place New Delhi on 14/09/2015. As per him I ll get my tablet in one week but its now 3 week but havent received any call for same and no one is picking up the call what they had mentioned. This is one of yhe third class service what we are facing from Dell, I need immediate solution from Dell side.

          It is chiranjib user of a dell 500 series.i have been facing problems with my newly purchased laptop since one month.I have been to service centre twice and launched many complaints in customer care office but there has no action been taken being a student I cant go always to servicing centre missing my lectures. I[censored] DO NOT TAKE ANY ACTIONS I HAVE TO FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT WITH NO OPTIONS LEFT

            It's been a week that I registered the complaint with the company that my laptop is not functioning properly. They promised the visit on 30th sept., but it's 2nd oct and no one visited to repair the same. And the dealing hand at customer care don't even bother to reply to the mail. Pathetic customer service

              Sir, i had purchased an tablet of dell and after a week it starts getting hanged than i contact cut. care they told to and cordinate in formating i formated it as per the guidance than again after 3 days it again started getting hanged i again contacted care after 1 week of formatting they told me to bing it to nagpur i am living in betul madhya pradesh and i manage to go to their care there he format it and make udate there a feeling of aggression rose in my mind that this can be told on phone by customer care there i ignored my feelings but after 2-3 weeks it again started getting hanged and now when i m calling they are talking little rude and again telling to go to care sir i m from middle class family and cant afford to go many times to nagpur now i want that the company must replace this product or make a guaranteed solution and i had puchase an dell harddisk before tablet and due to any error it get hanged and corrupted and after contacting to customer care there mans came to my home take my harddisk and after a week they send a new one through courrier by impressing by thier service (harddisk replacement) i decid to buy a DELL tablet and now they are telling that they have defferent services fo defferent product please help me/guide me/suggest/ what to do

                  Dear Sir/Madam, Few months before i purchased Dell Monitor E1914Hf from Mumbai, for my home use. But within 3 months it shows lines on screen. I was connect it on another pc of my friend, there also lines shows on Screen. My friend's Desktop does not show any lines but mine. Conclude that My Desktop is faulty. I was tried to complaint on dell but they ask service tag or express service code. I dont have it. I have Date of Mfg which is Jan 2015 and Serial Number CN-0X0T4K[protected]U-FY2B Dell Model E1914Hf. What To do??? How to solve this Problem??                     I had got my laptop from Kuwait and now its not working, when taken to service center they told me to transfer the ownership as its not an Indian product so we had filled the transfer ownership details and till date the ownership hasn't taken place. Its been month and no reply I have called the service center and also mailed to few people from dell for the same but no reply from there end. Its really getting frustrating now. Please look into this im a student and all my notes were saved in my laptop and my exams are coming near i really need my laptop working. Hope this might help. Waiting for a reply.

                      I had bought a Dell Alienware 17 laptop on august 28, 2013. My battery has stopped working and i called dell to purchase a new one. But they said that they have stopped manufacturing this battery and they simply cant do anything about it. They expected to me throw a Rs.1, 30, 000 laptop just because of there incompetence. Further, the person on customer care person tells me that "its not our responsibility since it is out of warranty", So basically i can understand that it is just a bi SCAM which they are trying to pull off by luring customers to buy there high end laptops, keeping the life span of the laptop not more than 2 years.and very conveniently discontinuing one of the parts of the laptop so the person has to go ahead and purchase an entirely new laptop; and since they have crossed there one year "benchmark" that they had set for the laptop, they are in the clear of anyone suspecting this

                          I called DEEL Support a few moments ago, requesting for my Product Key.The person that took the call, one Akash Solomon, was of no help. He simply kept parrotting that Product Key is embedded in the laptop; that DELL does not have it; that I should approach Microsoft.

                          Then I asked him, since I bought the laptop through DELL who sold me the item with OS installed, is it not the responsibility of DELL to get it for me, either from their records or through Microsoft?

                          He agreed that point and further agreed to take my complaint. But he just closed the call!!!
                          I feel it is total intransigence on the part of the employee and DELL.

                          I demand that DELL investigate the matter, and also get me the product key.

                              Brand: dell model : inspiron 5520 in my laptop after upgrading windows10 it has not supported display driver, inbuilt amd graphic card, network driver and wifi off. No driver available on site for os win 10 of this model. I also contact company but don't get any response about driver.

                                I have purchased A Dell Laptop in March 2014. Inspiron 15 Service Tag No: 572P332 Since last three months there is no internet access available in it. Even the lan cable is not blinking (showing light). So the system administrator at my place is not able to correct it. Kindly help and respond as soon as possible.

                                  We had ordered the battery on the 19th of this month after we could not get in some other store. We could get it from that store the next day but we thought would get it from Dell showroom.the shopkeeper ensured us to give it on 21st September but on that day it didn't come so we excused them. The next day, they said they had sent it but it was damaged thus didn't give it that day. Even in the next day they said it would reach our home by 5pm but still it didn't come. This kind of behaviour would force us to take much more serious steps.

                                    Laptop model: Dell Vastro 2520 Service Tag: 5S45HZ1 I have been using Dell Vastro laptop since last one and half year. Recently I faced some technical problem while charging the laptop. I contacted Dell Support[protected] and the resolution given to me by Dell Support was replacement of MotherBoard for my laptop. I was given in mail price quotation for change as Rs 20000/- I inquired about motherboard replacement coast at local Dell Service Center in my City(Address: Dell Service Centre, Tilak Road, Besides Cosmos Bank, Pune) and I was told the cost of replacement of motherboard would be Rs 13500/- Both quotation provided by same company entities for the same product but has huge difference (Rs 6500/-) in quotes. When I called Dell Technical Support again regarding this, I was given answer that "Since its a technical support department we do not know the reason for difference in pricing. You need to connect Sales department." I was provided with different number[protected]. When ever I called this number the executive on the call informs me that "Call has been routed to Dell Insiron out of warranty support and your laptop is Vastro Series hence we need to route it to same department." However, whenever call got routed to Vastro Series it disconnected by not receiving by any one. It happened around 4 time exausting 5 hours. It seems that company has no intention to answer basic queries about pricing of spare parts.

                                      Respected sir/madam i have purchased a dell monitor on[protected]. and i was told that 3 years on sight warranty is given on this product. last month i was facing problem with my monitor so i called dell customer care. i was told that dell will arrange a pick up of my monitor from my house. on 5-9-2015 dell sent a pick up boy from DHL to pick my monitor. and i was given a receipt for submission of my dell monitor. 15 days have gone but i have not returned my monitor back. i have called customer care 4 times but every time they say that a request mail is sent to the concerned Department. but still i did not get my monitor back or any information regarding the same. so i request you to take the necessary step as soon as possible.

                                        I have Purchase a Venue 8 Tablet from National Radio Products vide their Invoice No.10504 Dt.: 29/8/15. But unfortunately it got some problems. So, I visited to the shop for complain and rectification of the Tab. But he send me to the Dell service center in Trust House, Kolkata. There I have explained the problem in the Tab and then deposited The Tab with Dell authorised service center on 3/8/15. But till date they neither returning back the Tab after rectification nor giving me the fresh piece. They also cannot give me the time that how long I have to wait for my Tab to return. So, I want to ask that "Have I paid the money to keep the product in the service center?" So, please help me in getting back my Tab.
