    in august 2014 i puchsed a laptop of dell .after one day its touchpad stop working .i tried calling dell customer then after 10 days they recieved my call.they on onlu with phone troubleshooting.then after one month grahics and window stopped working ...dell says they are not resonsible for it...there is some technical problem in laptop ...so either i want cash back or replace the laptop of same price value todat i.e 44, 500INR..plz seek into the matter

        I BROUGHT ONE LAPTOP FROM DELL. THE MODEL IS DELL VOSTRO 3445. WITH SERVICE TAG G7WS312. ITS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD. IT GOT SO MANY PROBLEMS AFTER BUYING. RECENTLY SPOT APPEARED ON SCREEN AND I HAVE GIVEN THE COMPLAINT. THEY CAME REPLACED IT. AFTER THAT WE NOTICED THET THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED. ALONG WITH THEIR SITE ENGINEER I CALLED THEM, THEY LISTEN EVERYTHING AND TELL IT IS MANUFACTURING PROBLEM THATS WHY YOUR SCREEN GETTING DAMAGED. SO THEN I ASK THEM TO RESOLVE IT. AFTER THAT THEY ARE JUST DISCONNECTING MY CALL. I CALLED THEM 6 TIMES THEY WILL LISTEN EVERYTHING AND PUT ME ON HOLD AND THEN DISCONNECT.

          I have been after my complaint from last 15 days. First two days no one even logged my complaint and kept on fooling me. And now they have to give me a service call. I have provided two numbers to Dell. Every evening they write an email to me saying We have attempted to call you back, regarding your service request:[protected], but were unsuccessful in reaching you. To continue further, we will call you again on the next business day as per the time discussed on the primary contact[protected]provided by you."" Both my numbers given to Dell are operational and the whole world is able to get in touch with me except them. Grow up My service number is Service Request Number :[protected]

                  Sir, I have a dell laptop and it is not starting right now. When I tried to start it, Windows repair was shown and I let it run the repair. When that finished, it said that repair could not repair the error. And I could not start my lap. I happened to cancel an update. Could that be the problem? I need answers fast.

                    Firstly dell dont care about customer data. I have purchased Dell 1tb external hard disk in 2013 with stops working in November 2014 with out any physical damage. Dell replaced 1tb external hard disk which too has stopped working in June 2015. After lot of fight dell customer care told me fact about dell external hard disk. Fact is that in replacement they provide hard disk which came for repairing in dell in simple way as replacement they give 2nd hard disk to customer. Also they dont provide any refund of it. I have lost 1tb data twice so pathetic service of dell. I never faced such service in my whole life. Therefore I suggest you not to purchase any of dell product as I suffered twice I dont want anyone to suffer what i suffered. they are simply fooling customers by giving 2nd hand repaired hard disk as replacement.

                      Hi sir this is ram Naveen and I just want to raise a complaint regarding with my battery back up.I just bought my laptop in last September butdue to iam in another city I didn't used it properly.But when I came back to laptop it has been running down its charging very quickly as it can.That too it has been happened in 4 months.So I had the warranty to m laptop also.So I need the immediate change of my battery for my future work.I will be remained as a very good customer of yours.Even my computer monitor is also the dell.Thank you sir.I will wait for your reply my contact NO:[protected]

                          I have a complaint against dell, Acer, and other co . They sold product at all over India but when we talk about their after sale service its almost nil. 7 months ago I purchase a tablet of dell from dells authorised dealer and after 1 month it start some problem and they said I have to go to Chandigarh for service .I visited to their center abut 12 times because the tablet shows problem again and again and for every repair I have to visit two times one visit for leave tablet for checkup or repair and one visit for pickup tablet . I paid almost paid 3000 rs on fright but problem still in tablet .and waste 12 days .and I also warn them many times but they think i am joking . they provide home service to laptop holders . i am not so rich and in India their are many students like me which lives in those cities which are too far from dells service center . I just want that you pass a bill against that companies which only want to sale their products but not believe in after sale service . Please include that conditions in it If they want to sell their product they should have to open at least one service center in every district if they cant do that than they cont sell product in that cities or district Please sir this is my humble request to you

                              Its amazing that Dell has been consistence in dropping their customer service. This is what I have experience before purchase and I can't even think about what would be the level of service after purchase. There is an offer on the website saying "Sennheiser ear plug". I went to chat with online customer service hopping to get help and asked for more detail. The representative just copy pasted the webpage and was actually happy that he provided service. Check the screenshot where he actually says "You are welcome sir" to my response "This service is ". Bye Bye Dell. You are OUT OF EVEN CONSIDERATION ZONE!                                 When the Technical Team changed over from one account to another account around 05/28/2015, the e-mail was not properly exported, therefore the e-mail was backup to a "ibk", and not 'cab" like I tried to explain to them, thus causing my Incredicmail to be lost from[protected] for good. I tried to notify Incredimail if there was any way we could get it back, but there was no way.There were many technicians that had their hands on in this situation and this might have been some of the problems, even mine. I feel that this was incompentence and lack o[censored]nderstanding on many people. the first technicians should have made sure that the e-mails were backed up properly and exported properly instead of going in and doing what they thought was right. They should have looked at Incredimail instructions. I lost a lot of important data that cost me time and money and account numbers that will never be founf again. I hope this never happens to me or anyone else again.

                                    i brought a dell venue7 3740 :sir i am contacting more than 5 times ...my problem is about my product i cant register my tab for more updation because i dont know the zip code (5 letter length)and state code (two letter length)according to dell customere care zip code is pin code and state code is KL (kerala) but typing this show the message that ...type a valuable code... please sir you discus with dell tecnical team and give me a positive replay otrherwise i am forced to return the item...realy i like this product...hoping a sufficent replay...                                       The system is automatic hang after 5 or 6 minutes. And i will geting a error code . The error code is[protected] Validation-114867. So i cannot install any opering system. I am a dealer and this is my stoke set.                                         I have purchased my Dell Inspiron 3521 Service Tag CT48QZ1 on 28/08/14. The laptop took around 15 mins to start. I gave the laptop to the kolkata service center for service. It was said to have an OS related issue, they reinstalled my OS. It worked properly for about a month and then again started giving problems like restarting on its own, it took several mins to switch on and off the pc and much more. I again visited the service center this time they said it had some OS, Motherboard, Battery problem. they took another 4 to 5 days to fix it. Now after 2 weeks of service it has again started to create a lot of problems.Its too slow, restarting battery getting drained out within an hour or two... if i purchase a laptop and have to give it for service every month then what is the use of it... i am seriously fed up with service i am getting from you end.
