I am an owner of DELL XPS L502 X laptop which i got customized in 2011. I am writing to you because you were of a great help last time when i got my laptop serviced. I really valued your support. Last week i had a malfunctioning of my system and my system crashed down, everything in hardware is fine as evident from Diagnostic run. So. I tried installing my O.S. From the original DVD which i kept in most pristine condition all this while and i also have the Certificate Of Authenticity well attached, but the DVD failed to run, i even tried running on other optical drives, but it simply fails to be read. I contacted Customer care, but they refused any help as my laptop is out of warranty and they rather advised me to go to a local shop and get my windows installed. But, just think sir, i went for the original windows purchase of Rs 8, 500 along with the laptop and now after preserving the original DVD for all this while, its of no use for me if i have to go for a pirated version or either spend that hefty amount again. Its a total loss for me.KindlY help as soon as possible.My brother is studying in IIM Bangalore, he is yet to buy a laptop, but if this is the support we get and the quality of DVDs we get, then why to go with Dell.

    Dell Service is unable to repair a product Dell Inspiron Laptop which has just completed its warranty. I brought the laptop with huge cost. After 3 months of time they say they are unable to repair the laptop. The worst service ever. Reply from Dell: This is to inform you that we won’t be able to provide replacement parts for billable services for your system. As per the part planning team the parts required for your system are End of Life and hence not available. We are closing this service request for now. Thank you for your understanding.

      Sir, I have bought a new laptop in September 2014 Dell Inspirion 3441 but from the date of purchase it is not wrking propely it is very slow to work it hang regularly i have complaints many time but they just say that everything is fine they also not able to understand why it is slow. if i open a file it will open in more than 5 minute. i am facing too much problem with that. If my complaint is not resolved i will go in a consumer court so please do some needfull my service tag number of lappy is 8T23312

        i had bought a alienware laptop from dell store and the offer that i was to receive for diwali was additional two years extended warranty and gift Coupons worth Rs:4000, Its has been 5 months since i bought the laptop and i still did not get the offer, the store says Head office is not Responding and where i am to complaint.? I want the need to be met as i bought a laptop worth 1:84 Lakhs and the company thinks i am a fool, i want the urgent need to be met to the earliest, worst service by dell and this is fraud and cheating people of india.           I', m writing this regarding the poor service support i had experienced with the dell india service centre. i had bought a dell inspiron 15 model no:5547 .The laptop that i bought came out to be defective and started showing trouble since the 2nd day i bought the laptop. I complained about it to the dell care india as soon as i experienced trouble in laptop and asked for the refund of the laptop since i was not satisfied with the product but instead of helping me out they offered me a lower series laptop (not the current series laptop which i have) which i don't want and then they offer me to refund my money and i accepted it. but now they have canceled both option without any reason. I had called to dell on 2nd day i bought the laptop. now they have been trying to fool me since that day.

            My Laptop S/N CPBQ812 purchase in oct.2014 is not working since beginning but on faith of distributor mr Ankit infotech udaipur i will sufferer . the said laptop i5, 8.1 window 2Gb graphic card handover to me is not working smoothly nor support most of the software not work in xl files very slow or hang in working, please short out my problem to save the customers faith against company .               i havent recieved my diwali vouchers yet.I made that 1499rs payment for warranty extension too.i was supposed to get my jabong e-vouchers after that payment. I am very dissapointed with the del services. Kindly stick to your words and keep some respect e-mail our gift voucher asap. I am expecting some professionalism from you people. billed in the name of

                I bought a laptop of rs42000 and when I called dell for technical support they have said that this laptop is not in warranty and they are asking me to get in touch with the merchant.merchant is asking me to gegetgeget in touch with dell.I don't know where should i talk.my 40000 is it a waste.plz help.

                    Sir, I have purchased an Inspiron Dell Laptop 3442 (13 4th/4/500/2gr/14/win8 on 25th July, 2014 from Forerun Computers and systems Pvt. Ltd. Ernakulam, Kerala, having a promotional offers, (1) Two years extended warranty (2) Rs. 1500/- gift voucher and (3) one free Head phone on sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 1299/- in favour Dell India Private Limited. I have sent all the documents along with the demand Draft to Dell India Limited on 29th July, 2014. But till this time I have not received any of the above item and no information regarding the delay in receiving the offers. So, I humbly request you to help in the said matter.                         Sir As we have lodged complaint of dell led 22'' many times. But nobody is responding for replacement. We have asked to your technical support at toll free number. But it has spent 10 days and our computer is not working due to fault in LED. They are delaying. Please advise how to work at computer without LED ?

                          This is regarding the DELL order id with details as follows: Order ID: [protected] Dated: 01 Nov 2014 Billed To : Devasheesh Roy 414/105, Sarai Mali Khan, Chowk, lucknow Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226003 India T: [protected] During Diwali offers Dell advertised for extra payment of Rs 1499 to extend the validity period by two years as well as provide a gift voucher worth Rs. 3000 which was supposed to be claimed from the date of order received. The voucher coupon worth Rs 3000 details was mailed to me a day later, with details o[censored]sing it within a time period of 4 months . However when I tried to avail the coupon in the month of January it asked for the pin-code and pin number, which when entered was declared as invalid. When contacted with the giftBig team no justified response was received from their end and I was told to contact dell team. On contacting the Dell Team I was told to send a mail to Dellpromos.com . I have been sending mails and calling on the helpline centre since 24 Jan but till date no team took the responsibility and give a proper explanation. On making a call to the GiftBig it has been told that Dell will be responsible for providing a expired pin code number and that the card received was expired. This is a serious matter of forgery.The Company is advertising luring offers to increase the sale of the product and not providing a valid coupon.If an offer has been offered then the consumer has the right to use it within the given time period. The company is also not taking up any responsibility to come forward with an explanation for the same.

                            Sir, myself Saransh Saigal, student of Bachelors of Architecture. I am facing problem in my dell inspiron 3537, purchased on 3rd Jan 2014, specs- 1TB, 6GB RAM, 2GB GRAPHICS AMD RADEON 8670M. Whenever i used to do work on any graphical and 3D application the task is not performed smoothly on my laptop even if I play game on it. When the laptop is in battery mode i see lag (the application seems to be hang) not work smoothly and as soon as i connect the power source the laptop performs normally with issue all tasks goes on smoothly. I checked my whole laptop and done the whole diagnostics of my laptop it shows no hardware issue and i also run the system recovery if it can happen due to some driver issue and also reinstall the driver still i face the same problem... Dell is a brand name and i called many a times to the customer care they showed me no response for this, this is how you deal with your customers and make your product. I am a student and i purchased my machine for Rs.50000/- it means me a lot. I want an answer to my query with the proper solution otherwise I'll be taking a strict action towards the whole dell manufacturing. I am not able to work properly on my laptop and i am suffering due to this issue I kindly request you please help me with this issue or give me a new machine because there is no use of it when i am unable to perform my task for which i purchased. The other thing is when i updated my laptop to windows 8.1 the graphics drivers are running they are showing error and cannot start the application i reset the laptop by changing the PC settings and now i am using windows 8 again. This such issue is not found in any such laptops of HP, Lenovo and brand like Asus.. You all make such machine and charge a lot also and still not give any satisfaction. If this is really a Dell laptop then please do not make your brand worst. I want solution for this till this month ends.                               sir, dell is not replacing my laptop. i have bought a new dell laptop of 48, 900. but there is problem of pixel and heating problem in it. This problem is occuring from 2nd day of buying date. so dell said to me that they could replace . but they couldn't replace my same laptop model 5547. they are offering me another laptop of low cost. and also they are not refund my full money.

                                Dear sir, I am a retired Professor from Anna University, Chennai. I purchased a DELL'S VOSTRO lap tap IN EARLY 2013.( With 3 yrs. extented warranty ). Within a span of 2 years the lap top started giving problems, For instance If I type my name Balasuramanian, , it would appear as balamaniansubra. on the screen. The internal speakers don't work. The service centers are awfully bad though I have taken AMC. ( very Poor after sale service for Dell in chennai ). I would be grateful to you if you could send some one from your service center .                                     i have brought dell inspiron 15 3521 in[protected] at 12:00 Hrs. with 1 year complete cover warranty. Its seems to function good till 1 and half years and after the warranty period i got some booting problem. when i went for service they notify me this model is an inbuilt processor with the motherboard and it need to be total replacement. is that the worth for Rs. 35, 600. please rectify this problem and my number is [protected]

                                        my monitor was in problem so i logged a complain with complain id[protected].it had replaced on7th February at 5.55 p.m i received the monitor but the replaced monitor had no serial no in its back side so next i log a complain dell customer gave me the same complain id that is[protected] and told me that your problem would resolve after verifying our back end depertment it would take 24 to 48 hours and you will get a mail from our back end depertment .but i am not yet getting any mail from your side i am now being frustrated because the replaced monitor is also 2 years old from my problem monitor that i had sent i shall be highly obliged if you take an immediate action otherwise i will go to consumer forum.
