    Hi This is Devendra Poonia, Mobile No.-+91-[protected] email ID- [protected]@gmail.com I had a external Hard disk of dell, that have some technical issue so that company changed that and delivered at "Global Institute of technology, Sitapura Jaipur" address but again it have some technical issues and company pick up it for change in December-2014 last week from "71-Bhuvneshwar Vatika Vistar-Jaipur" Address but didn't deliver till date. Unfortunately, I have only one document related to the hard drive that is purchasing invoice.

        Dell Studio 1555 with express code [protected] and service tag no 4HV54BS, Its not under warranty Laptop is not getting started showing 6 beeps if i leave it beeping continuously it is getting started but not for long time & again if i want to start the laptop i have to undergo the same procedure, but when i talked with your customer care executive regarding the same he told me about some policy of your company that since it is not under warranty and the product is too old that your company doesn't have part to fix it up, so he suggested me to repair it up in some local vendor shop. But i have already repaired it once in local vendor shop and after two month again it is giving the same problem. Even if it is not under warranty i am ready to purchase it. But your company has to provide the assistance. What sort of policy it is that you give a product and after some time if the warranty has lapsed you dont take the responsibility? Even if the product is closed the company should have the parts for the service. I am waiting for your concern.

            Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop dated "24-MAY-2014" from retailer 'CHOKHANI COMPUTERS PVT. LTD.' at RANCHI, JHARKHAND. I was assured with "1 Year Complete Cover Warranty". But when i contacted to 'DELL Customer Support' regarding malfunction in the laptop on 15-JAN-2015, they told me that 'product support warranty has been expired and you need to Purchase additional warranty support'. Its only 8th month after purchesing the laptop, whay they are not giving the service.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased dell laptop Inspirion 3537 laptop dated 27 Oct 2014. According to dell celebratedellse offer I will going to receives 3 years extended warranty after redemption of voucher on payment of Rs 1499. Than as per process I have redeemed the gift voucher on 13 Dec 2014 after I have mailed to concern person for warranty extension certificate on below mail ID’s [protected]@dell.com [protected]@giftbig.com [protected]@giftbig.com On making continuous follow up on the above mail ID, s they have assure me that the warranty extension will be send to your e mail id within a week period of time dated 20 Dec 2014. But I have not received the same on the date given by the company.After that I am continuously making call and make numerous mail to above mentioned mail ID’s but they are not responding.                         Dear Mr. Dell, I am a Senior Teacher & Head of Science at The Cathedral & John Connon School a premier educational institution of India, here in Mumbai. After more than 12 years of a wonderful experience with an Indian HCL desk top computer, I made the terrible mistake of buying a Dell Inspirion 660s in August 2013 with the hard disk crashing yesterday for which your jokers in Delhi say that this could happen to any electronic product, a standard reply expected of man in the street working in a 4th rate garage. Instead of helping resolve the problem, your people say that we would have to replace the hard disk at a cost of Rs.7000/- and I would just not be foolish or stupid to put my trust again in Dell by wasting another cent of money on a product which has proved to be of absolutely sub standard quality. I had put my faith in Dell thinking that it was the best brand with a good built and would give me years of trouble free pleasant service but I was duped into this belief through your advertisements and promotion which has misguided me into buying your product a decision that I shall always regret as I have never been let down by any of the multinational consumer products we own. As I feel cheated into buying a Dell product, I have no other alternative but to report this matter to the Consumer Guidance Society of India and the concerned federal authorities of the Government of India as well as potential domestic and international customers through the print and electronic media so that they are warned and alerted of the pathetic quality of your products. It astonishes and amazes me that you have personally staked your own name into poor quality products and your people don’t have the faintest clue or idea of your organization structure and I would suggest that you learn of customer service from some of the professionally managed IT hardware companies in India who seem to have far better values and ethics then your company. From my experience with DELL, I shall not be surprised if I do not receive a reply from you which would confirm my suspicion that your company is another fly by night operator who lives on gullible customers the world over with screw driver technology products masked with marketing gimmicks. I asked several times to my dealer to update the date of my purchase but in vain. The laptop has a problem in the keyboard. I am sending a photocopy of the bill. Please help me.

                            hi,

                            i have had the same problem. i ordered it through compuindia.com and the parcel (order no.[protected] was delivered on the 12th of January 2015. exactly the same problem...old magazines and no laptop. courier was again speedpost. this seems like some kind of issue in speedpost kolkata.

                              This is to inform that service staff including Branch Manager at DELL Authorized Service Centre at I-32,
                              Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi-110024 denied to provide service as my laptop was out of warranty. The first question was asked whether the laptop was within the warranty period. When it was informed to the service staff who was in the service desk, to whom i reached after taking a coupon at the entrance and after waiting for my turn he said that with his experience he thinks there is a problem in the mother board and it needs to be changed. For precisely identifying the problem a charge of around Rs 1364 will be levied and if there is any problem in the Motherboard(even a small problem like changing of an IC or whatever) the whole Motherboard has to be replaced as there is no concept of repair in DELL and the Motherboard would cost Rs 13000.
                              When the staff was asked to go ahead and i was ready to pay the charge of Rs 1364(approx) for identifying the problem and also Rs 13000 for the Motherboard he resisted by saying that there is no Motherboard available in the centre and it will take a long time to make it available as there is no supply from DELL. When i insisted that i rely only on authorized service centre and is willing to leave my laptop with them by paying the required amount and collect it when it is mended this man went to inform the Branch Manager.
                              The Branch Manager came after some time and said why i am unnecessarily wasting time by insisting to get my laptop mended over there. He advised me to go to Nehru Place instead and get it mended by some local shop over there with a much lesser price. He also said that i have a very wrong impression that i will get something very new and a good motherboard in the authorized centre as all such replacements are done by refurbished material and not a brand new one. Even when i insisted that i am new in town and i dont know any such reliable shop and have taken pains to find out the authorized centre by travelling a long distance and is also willing to wait for as much time required to mend the laptop, the Branch Manager refused to provide me any service regarding my DELL Laptop. At last he said that he has got a mail from the top not to receive any out of warranty product as company is unable to supply adequate parts for service.
                              Helplessly i had to leave the service station. This incident happened on 10th January, 2015 in the afternoon. Till date my laptop could not be mended much to the loss of my research works and i ardently request the company authorities to help me in this regard.

                                NO STATUS TILL NOW AND I AM GETTING AN EMAIL SIMPLY FROM INDIVIDUAL. I purchased Dell Inspiron 3148 only bcoz its a cute mode, however its a poor **** the worst product. I waited for 10 days to get the product shipped against order and now I have not used this product for 2 days and it is defective. NO POWER - tried to reach SNAP DEAL they are smart enough and they are not sharing any phone number. They send a reply gently to contact Dell. I called dell and waiting for a replacement and it will arrive only after 30 business days. RETAILERS, MANUFACTURERS & OWNERS THOUGHT THAT CUSTOMERS ARE DUMB AND CAN DO BUSINESS. STEPPING ON INDIVIDUALS WILL NEVER FETCH ANY GOOD.

                                    i bought my new dell inspiron 14z ultrabook on 14 oct 2013 soon i realized that the product is defective one then i register my complain at dell online and toll free no. they help me but from then the system has regular problems and at last in month of august they help me by changing the motherboard of system for some days the laptop work fine but after a week its hard disk show errors and now they are not helping me in right sense. now i am out of warranty and i can say i have to take some losses on my educational levels due to this irregularities.

                                      Dear sir, I have purchase dell laptop 3542 I3/4gb/1tb/ STN: 63YHB12 Invoice No.DIS/13-14/0882 dated 18-oct-2014 from dell exclusive store, digital info solutions, raipur chhattisgarh Service Tag No.: 63YHB12 I was payment through sbi debit card. Till today i have not received any 5% cash back in my account. Kindly refund 5% in my account.

                                        my name mounica... i brought a new laptop on last month i.e December from that month on wards so many problems, i have faced with my laptop no software is installed, what they had given to me only them i am using i.e mcafee, paint, my computer every week i am going to showroom, and they are modifying again again still no use two times windows are corrupted so we contacted technical support they said problem is in system only so i asked in showroom to replace my laptop, but they are saying we will repair it what i have to do ????no use with that laptop, is that every one facing this type of problem i don't now...but i am facing this problem only 1month has done, with so many problems
