Irresponsible way of handling customer grievances

I bought a Dell inspiron laptop which was a defected piece which the Dell Store in Nehru Place Delhi had sold to me on 9/04/2015 and I started using it on the 17/04/2015 when I found out that it was defected. I visited the service center who said that the hardware is spoilt and it doesn't support some graphic software such as autocadd which the sale staff misinformed me about during purchase. I bought this Dell Tab on Snapdeal with service Tag 8PN2S02. Since its purchase in December 2014, it had spent most of the time at the Dell Service centre. They had a problem with the battery and then the motherboard. Dell service centre changed both of them in two different visits to Srvc Centre. When they returne it I had to re-install the softwares (Windows + MsOffc + Mcafee) spending lot of time with the software company customer services. The problem persisted with the SIM slot not recognizing the SIM card and there was some kind of loose contact which caused unstable environment (could see bubbles rising from bottom of screen and screen becomes unusable). Again they told me to bring it back to service centre with a solemn promise of rectifying all the issues. They took it on 30th March 2015 and till today no word of return. All they say is that the tab is under observation (may be they will watch till the end of warranty). Why they sold me such a defective piece and they refuse to replace the same (may be that we are disposable Indian customers and replacement comes only for customers from developed countries - Dell stinks). At the end of it I still do not have the tab with me and when it returns it is completely rebuilt with refurbished parts (as they promise in warranty small print) and denied use of a factory-fresh piece. Dell really stinks with their customer service policy in addition to their defective design. Never buy DELL and get a major problem in after-service

    My laptop dell Inspiron 7420 is having faulty hinge for which I visited your service Center in February 2015. My express service code being [protected]. Since then I have been constantly trying to get the part replaced but the only answer I get is the part is not available. Today they asked me to get it done from other providers which is highly unprofessional on the part of a company which has agreed to providing support for three years. If such a reputed company can't provide their own accessories then it's really going to make us think twice before purchasing any other goods from this company in the future.

      I have purchased dell inspiron 5537 laptop with i7 processor touch. from purchase day onwords laptop dosent give performance. After that daily am getting one by one issue and I used call to dell customer service daily. But problem was not cleared till now. And they are changed all parts in laptop except hard disk and outer casing. But still problem not solving. System working very poor speed compare to another i3 laptops. Meanwhile for name it as i7 but working i3 laptop.

          Dear Dell, I recently purchased a Dell laptop, this is my second Dell laptop purchase in India (purchase number[protected]; with this laptop complementary 20 GB Drop box installer was given to me. But the installer is not functioning. I contacted Dell support some were rude and others kept on passing my call to different departments. The single reason I bought Dell is for its reputation to support customers. But I am wrong. If it is a kind of fun for your people to waste customers time doing this silly stuff, will be totally wrong.

            Hello Sir, I Manish Khaladkar purchased DELL-3542 laptop on 25 October, 2014 from DELL Store Tilak Road, Pune -411030. That time as per you suggestion I have make my payment by SBI card. The offer is 5% cashback on total bill amount within 45 days. But still I don't get any money back. For same reason I have visited DELL store Tilak Road that time they gave me one contact and said I can get offer from that. But that number is not responsive means when I called they said this is not any DELL related.               Dear support i ma facing some problem in my laptop first of we have facing issue in laptop keypad your engineer visit my site along with faulty keypad. Next time again come engineer in my site with keypad but showing same issue. Your engineer suggest me problem in laptop motherboard. After some day engineer visit again &amp; replace motherboard. Engineer replace laptop motherboard laptop working hardly 40 to 50 minute. Laptop is automatic shutdown. I have on laptop showing blue dump error &amp; laptop is shutdown again.I have daily 3 or 4 call in your call center regarding this issue but not given proper response me.                   Hi, My dell laptop service tag: 4blxpy1 & express code: [protected] I purchased this laptop on 12-Jan-2014. and 4 times faced same issue. 1st time went to service center they replaced mother board 2nd time went to service center they told minor issue fixed 3rd time went to service center they told minor issue fixed Now, faced same issue again. Now they are telling its not in warranty status. so, i need to pay amount. Its a manufacturing problem.So, they can replace the laptop, but its not happening. Its very bad experience with this product.

                        Paid 11k in advance towards service of my dell laptop around august 2014.they told it was a motherboard problem.I gave this below mail recently.. [protected] I had given my first complaint in the month of august 2014.your people came and diagnosed its a motherboard problem.they replaced it with another one which ceased working within two days.from then started our problems.dell executives came and serviced our laptop which is of no use.some executives dont know even the basics.there was a time when I got n number of calls regarding dispatching of parts which aren't dispatched.some times executives call and ask whether the parts are dispatched..your people call again and say that they will be dispatching the parts within 7 days.so many weeks so many weeks and months have passed but of no avail. It was already 7 months since I gave the complaint. Laptop is very urgent for me.this is the last mail I give to you and i request you to solve the issue as early as possible without which I will let you my course of action.                           I had bought an Inspiron 11 3000 series dell laptop on the day of Dhanterus on 21st Oct 2014 from Mahi Computers and Peripherals pvt. ltd., S P verma road Patna. I had paid in cash and got a gift voucher of online shopping sites of Rs 3000. I got registered for that and also to extend the warranty period for two more years. After being registered I got a message that within 7 working days I would be informed for the further procedure but when the time lapsed for that, I got a message that my Invoice picture was not clear so it becomes invalid. After that I am continuously approaching the dealer but they are not doing anything. I talked to Mr Chandan Singh, Area Manager, here several times and also send mails to him but every time got a false assurance and a false date to resolve this problem.I am really sorry to say that there is no one in this reputed co. to hear the complains of their customers. I found that all data were deleted. When I started it for my regular use it has the same problem. I approach you to give a solution for these issues. As per your direction I was advised to meat Kiruba computers and service centre, opp. Scott Christian College, Nagercoil. When I met him on 8.5.2014 with the product, I was asked to wait for five hours and the product was given back on the same day. But the Laptop has the same problem after a weak. I met you to your office on 17.July. 2014 with the product and asked you to give my money. But you compromised me and asked me to wait an hour. Due to my ill health, I could not do any other way. So I was waiting there for two hour and my product was given back. When I took in to my house I found that you changed the Window Eight to Window Seven. Since it is purchased for my daughter, She took it to China for her study on October 2014. When it was startedto use the labtop has the same problem. So she did not use it for her use. I met you during November 2014and discuss the same issue. After cheking the warenty you advised me that the product has the warranty up to 7 March 2015 and you can give back the product before7 March 2015. Since My daughter came back from china on Febury 2015, I approach you on 25.2.2015. and asked my money. You advised me to ask with the company. With your direction I phoned up with the company on 27.2. 2015. After one hour discussion, the manager asked me to wait for days and requested me that not to phone up and the company will settle the matter with in two days. I asked the compliant No. And give me that the compliant no is[protected]. Since the company was not responding I one more phone up to the same number, but no one was responding. It is clearly shows that you and Dell are cheating me in a planned manner. Utilizing my limited knowledge and my ill health you did it against the interest of the consumer. As Dell is a Company knowing the criminal code of India and the consumer protection, you purposefully cheating me. So kindly repay the Money with the usual interest rate stated by the court of Law and give reasonable compensation to the loss of Data and my mental agony.                                 i can not adjust the screen contrast and the buttons given do not work, except for the +, - for brightness control good afternoon the mouse battery clip is also is snapped. the present problem is the other buttons like menu button, back button, menu adjustment like contrast, etc could not be controlled. as the buttons are disabled. being such a reputed and international brand, how could this have happened? like non functional buttons, no brightness control within pc settings. pl tell me how do i adjust the contrast, of the screen. i have other AIOs with me, no such problem was ever seen in that. am sure this is a flaw with the AIO. pl help me on this. thanks

                                  I purchased my Dell Laptop (service tag - 8HYXGZ1) on 23rd May 2014 from the authorized dealer in Nehru Place (Delhi), Vidur & Co Pvt Ltd. I was facing some problem with my system hence I called up the customer care, they informed me that the warranty of my laptop lapsed in December, further I was informed that this could be the date when the dealer purchased the system from Dell. However the dealer should have updated Dell about my purchase and hence should have updated the warranty to till 23rd May 2015, as a result I was not helped on my issue by dell customer care suggesting that my system was out of warranty. Due to the negligence on the part of dealer I had to face this issue and had to call an engineer (not from Dell) to help me resolve the issue. I was not liable to pay to an engineer for an issue which should have been covered under warranty, this is clearly the mistake of the dealer due to which I had to suffer and this is not acceptance. I request you to please look into the matter and provide me with a resolution.

                                    Hi, I purchased Dell i3 laptop from Croma mall at baroda on on second day it was shut down directly and touch was not working which we show at croma Shop in Baroda after few days they told us there is some driver issue and mfg. defect. In new laptop there is issue so why we suffer ?

                                      Hi, I am divya from Bangalore. I purchased Dell Venue Tablet 3 months back which has got the warranty also. I was very frustrated with the tablet. When I try to open a window it was taking too much time to open. When I get the call it was taking time to attend the call. So, I want to return it as soon as possible.
