I have problem my dell laptop bought in september, 2014 end. The laptop has accidental damage, complete care and next day onsite warranty for one year. I use it for educational purposes.Open it in morning once and close it in afternoon. Now you tell me how can there be any wear and tear with this new laptop. If my laptop would have been 2 years old then i would have agreed to it. But it was bought in september 2014. And now it is April 2015. And with my usage I think hardly any wear and tear comes to the laptop. Now when I complained about a sound coming from right sound of my laptop near the hinges and made a complaint and I am worried that those may break then why am I being told that It is not covered in my warranty. Please will you explain me about it. Because I know it and you know it as well that you have made claims "Everything hinges on it: We test Inspiron laptop hinges to ensure they still feel tight, even after opening and closing the lid 20, 000 times" so this should not happen to my laptop.     Hi, I have Dell Inspiron model which does have keyboard damaged and need to be repaired. I approached Dell Showroom and followed their service center to deal with the issues at Nehru place, New Delhi. I met the service engineer person and got very worse client handling or unprofessional experience by the service engineer. Will be sharing his details which he barked in louder conversation and heavy argument. Even he were not ready to listen and analyse the problem on prompt. I made a vocal complaint against him to Showroom manager . But not sure weather the service engineer would be lessoned or its been just voided. I recommend kindly take this note serious land take appropriate possible action against the deputed service engineer, because I believe such experience not impact only the further trust, do spoil brand value. The details which I have about service engineer are following : Name- Mukesh Pathak, Service Center address- #305, Bajaj House, Nehru Place, New Delhi. I am hoping the Dell brand concern will be taking appropriate action against to this person and make sure he shouldn't being dare to treat such a bad with any customer in future. Thank you!

        My Dell Inspiron 15R is troubling me a lot. First of all my PC is not going to 'sleep' mode rather it's shuting down. One USB port is not working. My bluetooth is not connecting with other devices and above all is that my PC is taking a lot of time to boot up(start). I am very Upset with the PC as I had already formated my PC only 8 months ago i.e. in the month of August. Again I am suffering with a lot of problems in my Dell Inspiron 15R. Please do something about it.

          I received a call from phone number [protected] Saying dey r speaking from the dell cellular company.. I palaced an order for a phone which dey basically explained... But when i received the parcel... It was total fraud and i received a hanuman locket.. When i try to reached them... Firstly they were not listening.. and dey have niw stopped answering to the calls... I said dem to take back dere parcel and handover my rupees 3500 to me.. But no response... I wajt a solution to it as fast as possible

                I bought a Dell inspiron laptop which was a defected piece which the Dell Store in Nehru Place Delhi had sold to me on 9/04/2015 and I started using it on the 17/04/2015 when I found out that it was defected. I visited the service center who said that the hardware is spoilt and it doesn't support some graphic software such as autocadd which the sale staff misinformed me about during purchase. And now I want my money refunded as I don't want the product anymore but the customer service people are not willing to help me out at all. I believe that while purchasing the laptop, the Dell Sales people lied to me since they told me on the very day of purchase that if my laptop has any issues under warranty I can get it to the showroom and get it fixed or replaced which they are so confidently denying it now when I took it with a problem. And they also misinformed me about the specs and also that the laptop can support heavy softwares. I have been running around regarding this problem and none of the customer service people are willing to give me a solution or even respond and willing to take up the responsibility. This is very irresponsible from Dells part to deny information which they had promised to a customer and also I suggest they keep people who are well informed about the computers in the show rooms and sell quality products rather than just selling it for the sake of selling products by fooling people.

                  I bought this Dell Tab on Snapdeal with service Tag 8PN2S02. Since its purchase in December 2014, it had spent most of the time at the Dell Service centre. They had a problem with the battery and then the motherboard. Dell service centre changed both of them in two different visits to Srvc Centre. When they returne it I had to re-install the softwares (Windows + MsOffc + Mcafee) spending lot of time with the software company customer services. The problem persisted with the SIM slot not recognizing the SIM card and there was some kind of loose contact which caused unstable environment (could see bubbles rising from bottom of screen and screen becomes unusable). Again they told me to bring it back to service centre with a solemn promise of rectifying all the issues. They took it on 30th March 2015 and till today no word of return. All they say is that the tab is under observation (may be they will watch till the end of warranty). Why they sold me such a defective piece and they refuse to replace the same (may be that we are disposable Indian customers and replacement comes only for customers from developed countries - Dell stinks). At the end of it I still do not have the tab with me and when it returns it is completely rebuilt with refurbished parts (as they promise in warranty small print) and denied use of a factory-fresh piece. Dell really stinks with their customer service policy in addition to their defective design. Never buy DELL and get a major problem in after-service

                    My laptop dell Inspiron 7420 is having faulty hinge for which I visited your service Center in February 2015. My express service code being [protected]. Since then I have been constantly trying to get the part replaced but the only answer I get is the part is not available. Today they asked me to get it done from other providers which is highly unprofessional on the part of a company which has agreed to providing support for three years. If such a reputed company can't provide their own accessories then it's really going to make us think twice before purchasing any other goods from this company in the future.

                      I have purchased dell inspiron 5537 laptop with i7 processor touch. from purchase day onwords laptop dosent give performance. After that daily am getting one by one issue and I used call to dell customer service daily. But problem was not cleared till now. And they are changed all parts in laptop except hard disk and outer casing. But still problem not solving. System working very poor speed compare to another i3 laptops. Meanwhile for name it as i7 but working i3 laptop.

                          Dear Dell, I recently purchased a Dell laptop, this is my second Dell laptop purchase in India (purchase number[protected]; with this laptop complementary 20 GB Drop box installer was given to me. But the installer is not functioning. I contacted Dell support some were rude and others kept on passing my call to different departments. The single reason I bought Dell is for its reputation to support customers. But I am wrong. If it is a kind of fun for your people to waste customers time doing this silly stuff, will be totally wrong.

                            Hello Sir, I Manish Khaladkar purchased DELL-3542 laptop on 25 October, 2014 from DELL Store Tilak Road, Pune -411030. That time as per you suggestion I have make my payment by SBI card. The offer is 5% cashback on total bill amount within 45 days. But still I don't get any money back. For same reason I have visited DELL store Tilak Road that time they gave me one contact and said I can get offer from that. But that number is not responsive means when I called they said this is not any DELL related.                               Dear support i ma facing some problem in my laptop first of we have facing issue in laptop keypad your engineer visit my site along with faulty keypad. Next time again come engineer in my site with keypad but showing same issue. Your engineer suggest me problem in laptop motherboard. After some day engineer visit again &amp; replace motherboard. Engineer replace laptop motherboard laptop working hardly 40 to 50 minute. Laptop is automatic shutdown. I have on laptop showing blue dump error &amp; laptop is shutdown again.I have daily 3 or 4 call in your call center regarding this issue but not given proper response me.                                   Hi, My dell laptop service tag: 4blxpy1 & express code: [protected] I purchased this laptop on 12-Jan-2014. and 4 times faced same issue. 1st time went to service center they replaced mother board 2nd time went to service center they told minor issue fixed 3rd time went to service center they told minor issue fixed Now, faced same issue again. Now they are telling its not in warranty status. so, i need to pay amount. Its a manufacturing problem.So, they can replace the laptop, but its not happening. Its very bad experience with this product.

                                        Paid 11k in advance towards service of my dell laptop around august 2014.they told it was a motherboard problem.I gave this below mail recently.. [protected] I had given my first complaint in the month of august 2014.your people came and diagnosed its a motherboard problem.they replaced it with another one which ceased working within two days.from then started our problems.dell executives came and serviced our laptop which is of no use.some executives dont know even the basics.there was a time when I got n number of calls regarding dispatching of parts which aren't dispatched.some times executives call and ask whether the parts are dispatched..your people call again and say that they will be dispatching the parts within 7 days.so many weeks so many weeks and months have passed but of no avail. It was already 7 months since I gave the complaint. Laptop is very urgent for me.this is the last mail I give to you and i request you to solve the issue as early as possible without which I will let you my course of action. I have sent the request for expediting the dispatch booked for your system. If you wish to contact us back during this interim, requesting to reply to this email with best time to reach you without changing the subject line and we shall get back to you within 24 to 48 working hours. Your patience is highly appreciated here. [protected] Since 4 months or so this person is not able to call me or reach me on my 3 mobiles i had given!!!this really shows how dell deals with customers who are in urgent need.i was not able to work from home since august because of this attitude of dell.I want u to respond.
