I had bought an Inspiron 11 3000 series dell laptop on the day of Dhanterus on 21st Oct 2014 from Mahi Computers and Peripherals pvt. ltd., S P verma road Patna. I had paid in cash and got a gift voucher of online shopping sites of Rs 3000. I got registered for that and also to extend the warranty period for two more years. After being registered I got a message that within 7 working days I would be informed for the further procedure but when the time lapsed for that, I got a message that my Invoice picture was not clear so it becomes invalid. After that I am continuously approaching the dealer but they are not doing anything. I talked to Mr Chandan Singh, Area Manager, here several times and also send mails to him but every time got a false assurance and a false date to resolve this problem.I am really sorry to say that there is no one in this reputed co. to hear the complains of their customers. And charged Rs. 450 and noticed me that it is a minor software issue. Since I am a Paralyzed Patient, due to my medical compulsion and limited knowledge I paid the money and get the product. When I started it for my regular use it has the same problem. As like earlier you did some repair work and give back my product. Since I have minimum knowledge about the warranty and other related I could not able to fight it by legal regulations. When I started to use my regular work using the product I install my valuable Data on this product. But I faced the same problem on the third time also. On 18. 02 2014 I approach you with my product and asked a useable product or repay my money. Even though l last valuable data I did not ask any compensation. I was asked to wait for a weak to repair it. You told me that the product may be sent to the company and the matter may be settled in a ritual way. But you did not give the product up to21.4.2014. I found that all data were deleted. When I started it for my regular use it has the same problem. I approach you to give a solution for these issues. As per your direction I was advised to meat Kiruba computers and service centre, opp. Scott Christian College, Nagercoil. When I met him on 8.5.2014 with the product, I was asked to wait for five hours and the product was given back on the same day. But the Laptop has the same problem after a weak. I met you to your office on 17.July. 2014 with the product and asked you to give my money. But you compromised me and asked me to wait an hour. Due to my ill health, I could not do any other way. So I was waiting there for two hour and my product was given back. When I took in to my house I found that you changed the Window Eight to Window Seven. Since it is purchased for my daughter, She took it to China for her study on October 2014. When it was startedto use the labtop has the same problem. So she did not use it for her use. I met you during November 2014and discuss the same issue. After cheking the warenty you advised me that the product has the warranty up to 7 March 2015 and you can give back the product before7 March 2015. Since My daughter came back from china on Febury 2015, I approach you on 25.2.2015. and asked my money. You advised me to ask with the company. With your direction I phoned up with the company on 27.2. 2015. After one hour discussion, the manager asked me to wait for days and requested me that not to phone up and the company will settle the matter with in two days. I asked the compliant No. And give me that the compliant no is[protected]. Since the company was not responding I one more phone up to the same number, but no one was responding. It is clearly shows that you and Dell are cheating me in a planned manner. Utilizing my limited knowledge and my ill health you did it against the interest of the consumer. As Dell is a Company knowing the criminal code of India and the consumer protection, you purposefully cheating me. So kindly repay the Money with the usual interest rate stated by the court of Law and give reasonable compensation to the loss of Data and my mental agony.         i can not adjust the screen contrast and the buttons given do not work, except for the +, - for brightness control good afternoon the mouse battery clip is also is snapped. the present problem is the other buttons like menu button, back button, menu adjustment like contrast, etc could not be controlled. as the buttons are disabled. being such a reputed and international brand, how could this have happened? like non functional buttons, no brightness control within pc settings. pl tell me how do i adjust the contrast, of the screen. i have other AIOs with me, no such problem was ever seen in that. am sure this is a flaw with the AIO. pl help me on this. thanks

          I purchased my Dell Laptop (service tag - 8HYXGZ1) on 23rd May 2014 from the authorized dealer in Nehru Place (Delhi), Vidur & Co Pvt Ltd. I was facing some problem with my system hence I called up the customer care, they informed me that the warranty of my laptop lapsed in December, further I was informed that this could be the date when the dealer purchased the system from Dell. However the dealer should have updated Dell about my purchase and hence should have updated the warranty to till 23rd May 2015, as a result I was not helped on my issue by dell customer care suggesting that my system was out of warranty. Due to the negligence on the part of dealer I had to face this issue and had to call an engineer (not from Dell) to help me resolve the issue. I was not liable to pay to an engineer for an issue which should have been covered under warranty, this is clearly the mistake of the dealer due to which I had to suffer and this is not acceptance. I request you to please look into the matter and provide me with a resolution.

            Hi, I purchased Dell i3 laptop from Croma mall at baroda on on second day it was shut down directly and touch was not working which we show at croma Shop in Baroda after few days they told us there is some driver issue and mfg. defect. In new laptop there is issue so why we suffer ?

              Hi, I am divya from Bangalore. I purchased Dell Venue Tablet 3 months back which has got the warranty also. I was very frustrated with the tablet. When I try to open a window it was taking too much time to open. When I get the call it was taking time to attend the call. So, I want to return it as soon as possible.

I gave my Laptop Dell Inspiron N4110 in LAPTOP STORE, Shop No s14c, 2nd Floor, Phase-1, Spencer Plaza, Anna salai, Chennai-600002 on 19/12/2014 for servicing. Because they said that they are Authorized Service center of DELL. And they said that they will be calling me within one or two days and they will be saying the estimation cost. If you OK for that they will be proceeding or else you can get my Laptop by paying the diagnosing cost of Rs.300. They called me on next day as they said and they said, we have to replace the Mother Board, it will costs around 11500. Then I replied them that please don't proceed I don't have that much money in my hand right now. So I will get it replaced after one or two months when I am having money in my hand. Then I received my laptop back on 22/12/2014 after giving diagnosing cost of Rs.300. So, on 28/03/2015 I gave my laptop in GBS Systems & Services Private Ltd, which is Authorized Dell Service Center in Chennai to get Mother Board replaced. Within in one hour I get a call from GBS Systems, A technical person was talking and he said that we have to change Processor also because before this you gave your laptop in some other service center it seems they removed some IC's from motherboard and also they replaced an 1st Gen i5 defective processor with broken pins instead of your 2nd Gen i5 Processor in your motherboard. After that I was contacting LAPTOP STORE but, I didn't get any proper response from them.                     DELL computer monitor model number IN1930S Serial number CN-OWW-PYS 72872. This monitor is not functioning for the last six month and the customer contacted the authorised service center. Technicians came and they took this monitor and went up to their vehichle then came back and told the customer that the problem was physical damage. But the monitor doesn't have any kind of physical damage. Again customer contacted the service center but they didn't mind to the calls and hesitated to answer properly for the questions.

So I booked and pay to compuindia for my new laptop on 26th jan-2015 and transaction also success full. At that time said that warranty details also send to mail or address. But till date i several time docket to dell support and also compuindia, but none give me answer for my question and no warranty details not send to my email or address.                         i had purchased dell laptop in 2010 after one year renewed the warranty for complete cover warranty but that time also the warranty which dell people renewed was some hardware warranty and i was informed it is a complete cover warranty. then in 2013 i again renewed it for two years it was also been said that its a complete cover warranty but they have renewed again this hardware warranty. i have even mailed this issue to the woman who has renewed it in 2013 and also to the manager 4 days back and till now no reply. at the time of warranty renewal the dell people contacted me and informed me that if i will not renew the warranty the complete cover warranty will be expired and can never be renewed ever again if once expired. the second renewal also was done before the warranty expired as informed at the first time.n now i want certain parts of my computer to be changed as broken but now they are telling me hardware warranty etc. email sent to dell: [protected]----- Subject:: Highly Annoyed Customer : Warranty Related ISSUES Mar 23 at 7:22 PM To snehal.[protected]@sutherlandglobal.com CC zouheb.[protected]@sutherlandglobal.com Hi Snehal, I am a very disappointed customer. Then for the first time I got it renewed on 21st May 2012 (for complete cover again) with order No.[protected], post this renewal whenever I had CONCERNS I Always had a Big time with you guys*(Dell), which converted me to an annoyed customer. Then for the second time I got it renewed on 26th Aug 2013 (for complete cover again) with order No.[protected], and last but not at all the least post this renewal whenever I had ISSUES I have to Kill my Time with you guys*(Dell) like anything to make you understand that which kind of warranty I am carrying for my product, and now what you have got is an Unhappy, Highly Fumed up customer who wants to know why the Hell she is being paying such a bulky amount if she is NOT GETTING the SERVICES for COMPLETE COVER. In short I have been told that since the first renewal I am not getting a complete cover on my laptop though I have been told that I am getting it. Please FIX this ASAP !!!                               Hello, I am Sudeep Vundurty, using Dell Latitude 3540 with service tag: 9W19RY1 and express service code: [protected]. My Laptop's LCD screen was broken. I raised the complaint two weeks back, later on I got the quotation but from then there's of no response. I am completely waxed with you service. I don't know how do you run this big organization without having proper ethics. This is the worst consumer service I ever experienced in my life. Every time when I call you people I have to hang on the call for atleast one hour then what? It's of no use, I'm being left with my problem unresolved. Because of your negligence I am suffering. Your customer phone service, it really sucks. I want my product repaired right now. You could atleast provide the service in Dell service centers but to make it worst there is no service for latitude series in service centers. What is the use of services centers? When you are not able to resolve one simple issue atleast outsource our service to third parties, they could better service then you people.                                       i bought a brand new inspiron dell aio DELL Inspiron 20 Model 3043 online from dell site,
                                      even after talking with the technical experts from dell and downloading suggested softwares, the brightness of the screen could not be reduced.the buttons dont work.
                                      when the cursor is taken on the brightness button on pc settings, it shows "windows can't adjust the brightness on this display"
                                      the menu button with 9 squares dont work, when pressed it just gets the screen blank
                                      brightness of the screen is very high and not suited for reading.
                                      the problem is not yet resolved.
                                      pl help urgenlty.
                                      lot of my important work is getting hampered.

                                      You can reduce the screen brightness by using the physical buttons next to the power button, behind the display. See manual: http://mans.io/files/viewer/3418/4

                                      Windows is unaware of the brightness change, and you won't see anything on the screen as you push the buttons, but push them enough times and the screen will, in fact, dim.

                                      The screen and computer are not "well integrated" in the Dell Inspiron 20 model 3043, it's as if you bought a monitor and computer separately but connected to the same power button.

                                      My 3043 cost $249 on sale and came with a wireless keyboard and mouse. The touch screen is not resistive, it's a cheaper capacitive model. The wireless card is terrible, the CPU is slow (it's not an i3) but the HDD was easily replaced with a faster SSD. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, for the price.

                                      Note: it looks like a tablet, but there's no battery -- so moving it too much might detach the power cord, causing the computer to immediately lose power and die. Also, no TPM chip inside, so it's unlikely to ship with Windows 10 as-is. It is Windows 10 compatible, however.

                                        I have submitted my tablet to get my damaged screen display replaced and it's about to be a month and still no action has been taken. I gave my tablet in one of the authorized service centers in Gujarat (Rajkot) and The name of the place is ASHU INFOTECH. I gave my tablet on 25/02/2015 and I have been calling the customer care department of dell regularly and also the service center person but no satisfactory answers have been given. I have also made the required payment since it was an damage case. I need my tablet I can't wait for so long I was told the issue will be fixed in 10 days max. now It's going to be a month. I either need a replacement or an compensation for keeping me wait for so long and for not giving a good after sales service. My tablets info numbers ST: CJST7Z1 and EX [protected]
