Soundcomeswhen I open and close the lid

I have problem my dell laptop bought in september, 2014 end. The laptop has accidental damage, complete care and next day onsite warranty for one year. I use it for educational purposes.Open it in morning once and close it in afternoon. Now you tell me how can there be any wear and tear with this new laptop. Unprofessional Service engineer in Dell Service Center!

Numerous Problems with my Dell Inspiron 15R.

My Dell Inspiron 15R is troubling me a lot. First of all my PC is not going to 'sleep' mode rather it's shuting down. One USB port is not working. My bluetooth is not connecting with other devices and above all is that my PC is taking a lot of time to boot up(start).
