when i by my new laptop of dell inspiron15 3000 series i get that it has 2 gm graphic card but when i install any game i get warning that there is no graphic card inside!!! I WANT MY GRAPHIC CARD dellllll

    Dear Sir, My sister Mousumi launched a complaint for my Dell Wireless Mouse (whose mouse pointer was not working)Complain no received from Dell online support team on dated 23/4/15. It's almost 10 days passed away but not received my wireless mouse as it was suppose to receive on Monday 27/4/15. I have tried to re launch a complain to Dell support but due to mobile network problem or technical problem with Dell finally it was not possible by me. So i request you to look into the matter to get the wireless mouse as early as possible.       My system is not working from day one. Ref.: Complaint lodged with Dell Technical Support Stag#9PMPD32 SR #[protected] . I purchased a new system (Code [protected]/ Tag 9PMD3), received last Fri. evening, 24/4/15, directly from DELL paying Rs.78.769/. Daily around 1-2 hrs is wasted in remote tests/ follow ups with Technical team but the system is still not working. I have paid for NBD, Next Business Day Warranty and it’s now going to be 10 days. I feel very harassed and frustrated since being CA my professional is suffering without system. Kindly help. Thanks CA RKumar

        I bought laptop of Dell inspiron i5 in August and opted for Back to college offer too by paying extra amount. After a month I received my earphones and a mail regarding the extended warranty. Also I got an SMS of the levis e-gift card of MyGyftr worth Rs.1500 with the details of my voucher which was valid till 31May, 2015. Today when I checked the e-gift card on the website of mygyftr, It said that the voucher has already been used on leviswebshop. I am shocked. This is ridiculous! I haven't used this voucher and was hoping to do so for some special occasion and i get toknow that the voucher wont work because somebody used it. I want the complete details of the voucher used, who used it and every other detail. I did not expect a company like Dell to be so unfair to its customers. Now I wonder if I will get the extended warranty benefits too. My coupon No. of levis is [protected]

        Yeah for me too it is showing that the voucher was purchased in a span of 12 hours from the time when I received my mail regarding the Back To College offer. The things quoted above applies to me also I need the full details of the transaction from where it was used and how. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour from Dell. My coupon code is : [protected]

        Dear Friends,

        I have purchased Dell Inspiron on 11th July 2015 from Dell Back to college scheme from Dell Exclusive store, Aundh, Pune.
        On purchase I was told about facilities / scheme of back to college & I was told to claim for getting scheme benefit within 7days after purchase on dell back to college site.

        I claimed on 12th July & was expecting to get claim approved from dell. As my claim status was showing pending even after 6th Day of claim date I started follow ups with Dell back to college site & store where I purchased my laptop.

        Only after starting follow up from my side dell replied me after 13 days that my claim was rejected as I entered wrong model number.

        My point is why the hell dell told me after 13 days that my claim is rejected???? They could have told me immediately & even I could have immediately corrected my claim & resent to get benefits.

        Its truth that after dell sells product they never provide proper services.
        Friends, purposefully Dell wasted my 13 days & replied me back after closure of the date of this scheme.

        I wont recommend Dell & all of you be also aware about such fraud schemes to attract customers.

        After sales, On request none of concern person / manager will respond you from Dell.

        I have attached my followup mail copy for all of your reference. Kindly go through it & beaware.

        I had purchased Dell laptop on 20/07/2015 from dealer EMART4U shop located at Sahid Nagar, Bhabaneshwar and also extended my warranty at the same time by paying extra amount under Dell Back to College offer valid at that time. under the offer, an extended warranty of 2 years would be given, i.e. 1 yr default warranty given by Dell company on all laptop purchases plus 2 yrs extended warranty, so it becomes a total of 3 yrs warranty period. Accordingly my warranty must expire on 20/07/2018. But on contacting dell customer care due to some issues i came to know that my warranty expired on September, 2017 only, I was like WTF is it. The CC people told me that my warranty status is not yet updated from the dealers end. Once it is updated it will be extended accordingly.
        Now on repeated follow ups (minimum 10 times) and on mailing them every bit of emails received by me from dell regarding my purchase and warranty detail on 5 email ids provided by EMART4u dealer, still those dumbos are doing nothing and telling only one thing that they haven't received any mail yet.
        Whose problem is this??? Who is responsible?? Neither the Dell people nor the dealer is solving the situation, who is affected...the purchaser only...why the hell do u offer suchthing when u dont have the capability to sustain it.

          I bought a laptop from dell and applied for dell back to college offer. I submitted every detail as needed by them as well as the extra amount asked for to receive gifts from Dell which included earphones, extended warranty and an e-gift voucher of Levi's which was valid till May31, 2015. I received the earphones by courier, and the extended warranty confirmation on my email. I also received the voucher detail for levis on my phone. It was an e-gift card of mygyftr with the voucher number and the PIN. But now when I checked the website it says that I have already consumed the e-voucher on the levis web shop on 24th Sep, 2014 which is not true. Its a fraud. They promise a giftcard and it seems they used it on their own!! I did not expect this to happen from a company like Dell. I thought itg is a genuine offer when I rceived my earphones and the mail of warranty . Now I seriously dont know that will they extend the warranty of my laptop on that basis of the mail or not or I just wasted my money to opt for the offer.

              i have bought dell 3542 laptop from dell showroom(dell exclusive store) in nehru place(delhi)...i purchase this only 1 month ago...nd i faced lot of problems...this system very slow...this is a waste of money. dell 3542 touchscreen notebook is worst laptop which ever i seen in my life.This laptop touchpad, keyboard is very cheap... sound quality is also very low and cheap ... i bought this from dell in Rs. 45, 500..my all money is wasted because this is very cheap quality of laptop, bad hardware, bad performance..etc..it slows if we install the 2-3 softwares on this laptop it performs very slow...everything is delay... i feel very guilty why i bought this laptop which built with cheap quality of materials...i face a problem day to day on this laptop, so frend's don't buy this laptop..i[censored] want save ur money... dell laptop is not good than the before..they not built the good hardware, looks and materials. This laptop is very expensive too. when i see my laptop my tears is come why i brought this laptop. Dell Technician is also not able to help me...

                DELL NOT PROVIDING SERVICE FOR A “IN WARRANTY” LAPTOP :- I have a Dell Inspiron 3521 Laptop with active Home Replacement & Accidental Warranty. But I think that it was the worst purchase of my life, because two of its parts (DVD Writer & LCD Screen) has already faulted. Well on these first two times, dell replaced the part easily, but now again there are problems with my system & dell does not want to replace them & is denying me service by all unfair means. It has been nine days since I created a Service Request No.[protected] for my Dell Inspiron 3521 Laptop (S/N: BHHC102) by calling to the dell technical support. In the last nine days, my system was checked two times through the diagnostics (bios utility) by the different representatives (First time by Mr Sumeet & Second time by Mr Harvinder) of dell technical support. Both of them verified the error code given by diagnostic utility & were ready to replace the faulty parts. But they said when they tried to create the replacement request, they were not able to create the request, because my service tag no. BHHC102 has been blocked & they need my purchase bill for unblocking it. Although they did not give any reason for the blocking of my service. I provided the computerised vat bill for my laptop on 21st April via mail, but till then my service request no.[protected] was closed by technical support without informing me. I also mailed them to contact me for giving me the service & providing the reason for closing my service request without informing me, but nobody from dell called me. Then on the 22nd April, I called again to dell technical support & told my problem all over again to Mrs Navneet & finally she verified my bill & told me that she has successfully made a request for replacing the faulty parts of my laptop. This request was also seen by me on the “Support Request Details Dell India Web page” & I have also attached this page in form of html file. Finally I was thinking that all is done & now I will receive my service, but that satisfaction does not last longer & after 10 minutes their representative Mr Sunil from Mumbai called me & told me that I can’t get the replacement because my Service Tag has been fully blocked. When I asked the reason for this, he first told me that, “I am a dealer & in one of my previous service the faulty parts were found duplicated”. Then he told another false reason for denying me the service by saying that, “I, as a dealer, declined the service of the technician at my place & technician returned without performing the service. He also asked me that if I have other dell products (Desktops & Laptops) & may be I have ordered the service for these products in past, which have created all this problem. At this moment I also want all the people to know that how a dell representative given me various false reasons at the same time for persuading me that it was all my fault. But when I told him that I am not a dealer but a final consumer & none of the above that he said is true. I provided him the name & ID (Manoj Kapoor, 978561) of that engineer who performed the previous service (Replacement of faulty dvd writer) at my home. I have also attached the “Repair Order Form” for the replacement of faulty DVD Writer & LCD Screen, which clearly mentions that no such issue was found in my previous service. I have also the call recordings of all the talks with dell representatives, thanks to Automatic Call Recorder Android App. Then he verified my saying by checking some details on his system & told me that all I said to him seems to be true & he will forward the request for unblocking my service tag to next level & all of this may be a big mistake from their side. Well I waited for his reply for many hours, but I got no email or call from him or any other dell representative, then finally I escalated my service request no. [protected] on dell support portal the same day. But I think this also does not works in dell. Then on 23rd April at evening time, a representative from dell called me & told me that we have forwarded the matter on upper level & we are waiting for a reply from their side. Then on 24th April also the same thing happened, but I was very angry at this behaviour & I told him to transfer my call to his manager. Then I talked to his floor manager Mr Sachin (Dell, Mumbai) & told him that how the service is being denied to me by giving false reasons. He told me that he agrees to me fully & the first time an authorised dell representative agreed that all this issue is a confusion/mistake from their side & he also seek apology for all the problems. He asked me for more three days by saying that they have already forwarded the issue & by 27th April, my problem will be resolved. I called on 27th April at evening for knowing the status of my service request & I came to know that the matter is still the same as it was. When I said to this person that I am very much disappointed with the dell technical support & I will escalate the matter with outside authorities, it is then he finally transferred my case to the escalation team. On 28th April, a person Mr Pawan from dell escalation team called me & asked me again that what is my problem? Then I told him all the problem (created by dell technical team) once again. He asked for some time to investigate the case & called me after some hours & told me that he will forward the request for unblocking my service tag & that my service tag will be unblocked(repeated answer from all dell persons) either in one day or maximum two days & he further added that he will add the days from 19th April to 28th April (i.e time lost due to delay in service) to my system warranty period. Here I want to ask dell that is it sufficient that only the time which is wasted by you is added to my warranty time? What will dell do for that time, which I wasted calling & talking to dell team for hours? What will dell do for time my system remains unusable due to dell mistake? After all this mess is all created due to dell person mistake. He last called me on 29th April repeating the same answer that he is still working on my case & it will take some more time for unblocking my service tag. He said he will not disappoint me. Today is 1st may & my problem is still not solved & I know for sure that dell not does not want to solve this problem. I think they enjoy harassing their customers like this. Dell escalation team also did not called after 29th May. So on today I feel helpless & that’s why I am telling all the above on public forum, so that the other people see this & think twice before buying a dell product. I also want to ask some questions from dell that, “Is there any level of respect for customers in Dell or you are also like other companies who want to harass their customers??? “Are you harassing me only because you simply don’t want to give me the service & want to pass out time so that my warranty time expires???” If the answer to the above question is yes, then just tell me simply, so that I don’t waste my time waiting for the service & I will also not call again to any dell person. Because it has been five days since I escalated the issue but nobody from Dell Escalation team tried to contact me or resolve the issues. Now I have lost every hope on dell & I just want to say that given the above experience, I will think over 100000 times before buying a dell product & also asks the others to do so. FINAL WORDS:- DON’T BUY DELL PRODUCTS.

                  My laptop is not charging, raised a compliant on 29th April 2015, As per warranty agreement my parts should be replaced the very next day. Customer service persons are just making excuses to delay the repair. They agreed to attend on 6th day, ie on 4th of April.

                    I have submitted my Laptop on Dell Service center, Jaipur (India) before 20 days ago, and they found problem in Motherboard and asked to replace that, but my Laptop is out of warranty, so first they need to confirm the parts(Motherboard) availability from DELL and if it will be confirmed from DELL then they will proceed further. But still not confirmed from DELL to Service center from last 20 days, this small process taking more then 20 days in DELL. Means something wrong with Management in DELL support. Also there is no complain contact information regarding Service center. I am very much frustrated with DELL Support.

                      on 9th august 2014 i purchased a laptop of dell, after one its touch pad stops working, it took me one month to register complaint in dell because their website and numbers for complaints were not working, they in turn jst give a troubleshoot on phone...laptop is not any window or driver since last 8 months, dell is saying its not their responsibility, i m astonished that how could they say that...after all laptop is manufactured by dell...nd it is having some manufacturing defect...its colour also start fading after one month i purchased it...dell is not undertaking it under warranty...i want this defected laptop to return back to ...and want my money refunded back...as the defect in laptop is from the begining...please seek into the matter as early as possible

                            I purchased Dell N/B 5447 INS 0627 Ci7 Red on March 01, 2015 at Lulu Hypermarket LLC, Muscat, Oman for my daughter Ramya Narasimhan. My daughter immediately registered the product and received a confirmation. My daughter is an intern at Kastuba Medical College Hospital, Manipal, Karnataka and started using the laptop there. The system crashed more than once in March end and when she contacted Dell support she was informed that the warranty expired on April 16, 2015. When I purchased the laptop in Muscat, Oman I was assured of international warranty of one year which is stamped on the invoice. I am quite disappointed with Dell support.                                 Dear sir / madam, I am Esakki Pandi.P had purchased a new dell I 3543 Touch laptop on 21.04.2015 from BITMAP INFOMATIC DES shop in Jamnagar Gujarat. I had noticed that the seal is broken and another seal is placed on above it. I had asked the reason the dealer he told that it is done by dell company for installing software.                                       DELL VOSTRO 3546 NOTEBOOK - NOT CONNECTING TO MY 42 " PLASMA TV - EXPRESS SERVICE CODE [protected] - I am complaining since many months but to no avail. Your support team has failed to solve my problem. All the other company laptops and also my old ACER laptop are supportive. They are also cheaper ones compared to my present DELL Laptop. Last time I had complained twice but still my problem is not solved. If you cannot get the problem solved, please refund me my amount so that I can buy a different company laptop which is compatible with my TV. This is my last request. I have already written to this address as final notice giving one month time for filing consumer complaint but still no reply:M/s Dell International Services Ltd., No.12/2-A, 13/1-A, Divyashree Greens, Inner Ring Road, Challaghatta, Varthur, Hobli, Domlur, Bangalore – 560071 and WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd., No.42/1 & 43, Kacherakanahalli Village, Jadigenahalli Hobli, Hoskote Tq, Bangalore 67.(sellers). The major problems are that 1. LAPTOP not connecting to PLASMA 43" TV through VGA cable 2. LAPTOP is not supportive for some MEMORY CARDS. 3. Software problems such as screen not getting auto-off, search engine not funcioning etc etc.
