on 9th august 2014 i purchased a laptop of dell, after one its touch pad stops working, it took me one month to register complaint in dell because their website and numbers for complaints were not working, they in turn jst give a troubleshoot on phone...laptop is not any window or driver since last 8 months, dell is saying its not their responsibility, i m astonished that how could they say that...after all laptop is manufactured by dell...nd it is having some manufacturing defect...its colour also start fading after one month i purchased it...dell is not undertaking it under warranty...i want this defected laptop to return back to ...and want my money refunded back...as the defect in laptop is from the begining...please seek into the matter as early as possible

    Hi Sir/ Ma'am I am Adil from India have bought my Dell laptop from Dell store in Dubai.I had created recovery DVD of windows, but when i tried to use it did'nt work and I have lost windows from my laptop. now i need to get genuine windows key, I have been requesting Dell support for last 6 months but i have not got any proper response from Dell.So kindly help in solving this issue.

        I purchased Dell N/B 5447 INS 0627 Ci7 Red on March 01, 2015 at Lulu Hypermarket LLC, Muscat, Oman for my daughter Ramya Narasimhan. My daughter immediately registered the product and received a confirmation. My daughter is an intern at Kastuba Medical College Hospital, Manipal, Karnataka and started using the laptop there. The system crashed more than once in March end and when she contacted Dell support she was informed that the warranty expired on April 16, 2015. When I purchased the laptop in Muscat, Oman I was assured of international warranty of one year which is stamped on the invoice. I am quite disappointed with Dell support.             Dear sir / madam, I am Esakki Pandi.P had purchased a new dell I 3543 Touch laptop on 21.04.2015 from BITMAP INFOMATIC DES shop in Jamnagar Gujarat. I had noticed that the seal is broken and another seal is placed on above it. I had asked the reason the dealer he told that it is done by dell company for installing software.                   DELL VOSTRO 3546 NOTEBOOK - NOT CONNECTING TO MY 42 " PLASMA TV - EXPRESS SERVICE CODE [protected] - I am complaining since many months but to no avail. Your support team has failed to solve my problem. All the other company laptops and also my old ACER laptop are supportive. They are also cheaper ones compared to my present DELL Laptop. Last time I had complained twice but still my problem is not solved. If you cannot get the problem solved, please refund me my amount so that I can buy a different company laptop which is compatible with my TV. This is my last request. I have already written to this address as final notice giving one month time for filing consumer complaint but still no reply:M/s Dell International Services Ltd., No.12/2-A, 13/1-A, Divyashree Greens, Inner Ring Road, Challaghatta, Varthur, Hobli, Domlur, Bangalore – 560071 and WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd., No.42/1 & 43, Kacherakanahalli Village, Jadigenahalli Hobli, Hoskote Tq, Bangalore 67.(sellers). The major problems are that 1. LAPTOP not connecting to PLASMA 43" TV through VGA cable 2. LAPTOP is not supportive for some MEMORY CARDS. 3. Software problems such as screen not getting auto-off, search engine not funcioning etc etc.

                      I have problem my dell laptop bought in september, 2014 end. The laptop has accidental damage, complete care and next day onsite warranty for one year. I use it for educational purposes.Open it in morning once and close it in afternoon. Now you tell me how can there be any wear and tear with this new laptop. If my laptop would have been 2 years old then i would have agreed to it. But it was bought in september 2014. And now it is April 2015. And with my usage I think hardly any wear and tear comes to the laptop. Now when I complained about a sound coming from right sound of my laptop near the hinges and made a complaint and I am worried that those may break then why am I being told that It is not covered in my warranty. Please will you explain me about it. Because I know it and you know it as well that you have made claims "Everything hinges on it: We test Inspiron laptop hinges to ensure they still feel tight, even after opening and closing the lid 20, 000 times" so this should not happen to my laptop.                         Hi, I have Dell Inspiron model which does have keyboard damaged and need to be repaired. I approached Dell Showroom and followed their service center to deal with the issues at Nehru place, New Delhi. I met the service engineer person and got very worse client handling or unprofessional experience by the service engineer. Will be sharing his details which he barked in louder conversation and heavy argument. Even he were not ready to listen and analyse the problem on prompt. I made a vocal complaint against him to Showroom manager . But not sure weather the service engineer would be lessoned or its been just voided. I recommend kindly take this note serious land take appropriate possible action against the deputed service engineer, because I believe such experience not impact only the further trust, do spoil brand value. The details which I have about service engineer are following : Name- Mukesh Pathak, Service Center address- #305, Bajaj House, Nehru Place, New Delhi. I am hoping the Dell brand concern will be taking appropriate action against to this person and make sure he shouldn't being dare to treat such a bad with any customer in future. Thank you!

                            My Dell Inspiron 15R is troubling me a lot. First of all my PC is not going to 'sleep' mode rather it's shuting down. One USB port is not working. My bluetooth is not connecting with other devices and above all is that my PC is taking a lot of time to boot up(start). I am very Upset with the PC as I had already formated my PC only 8 months ago i.e. in the month of August. Again I am suffering with a lot of problems in my Dell Inspiron 15R. Please do something about it.

                              I received a call from phone number [protected] Saying dey r speaking from the dell cellular company.. I palaced an order for a phone which dey basically explained... But when i received the parcel... It was total fraud and i received a hanuman locket.. When i try to reached them... Firstly they were not listening.. and dey have niw stopped answering to the calls... I said dem to take back dere parcel and handover my rupees 3500 to me.. But no response... I wajt a solution to it as fast as possible

                                    Irresponsible way of handling customer grievances

                                    I bought this Dell Tab on Snapdeal with service Tag 8PN2S02. Since its purchase in December 2014, it had spent most of the time at the Dell Service centre. They had a problem with the battery and then the motherboard. Dell service centre changed both of them in two different visits to Srvc Centre. When they returne it I had to re-install the softwares (Windows + MsOffc + Mcafee) spending lot of time with the software company customer services. The problem persisted with the SIM slot not recognizing the SIM card and there was some kind of loose contact which caused unstable environment (could see bubbles rising from bottom of screen and screen becomes unusable). Again they told me to bring it back to service centre with a solemn promise of rectifying all the issues. They took it on 30th March 2015 and till today no word of return. All they say is that the tab is under observation (may be they will watch till the end of warranty). Why they sold me such a defective piece and they refuse to replace the same (may be that we are disposable Indian customers and replacement comes only for customers from developed countries - Dell stinks). At the end of it I still do not have the tab with me and when it returns it is completely rebuilt with refurbished parts (as they promise in warranty small print) and denied use of a factory-fresh piece. Dell really stinks with their customer service policy in addition to their defective design. Never buy DELL and get a major problem in after-service

                                      My laptop dell Inspiron 7420 is having faulty hinge for which I visited your service Center in February 2015. My express service code being [protected]. Since then I have been constantly trying to get the part replaced but the only answer I get is the part is not available. Today they asked me to get it done from other providers which is highly unprofessional on the part of a company which has agreed to providing support for three years. If such a reputed company can't provide their own accessories then it's really going to make us think twice before purchasing any other goods from this company in the future.
