I have purchased a laptop vestro 3560 on 31 oct 2014 from shradha computers gurgaon haryana via invoice no scp/14-15/1329, on that time there is a promotional offer of rs 3000.00 gift voucher as told by the shop .Number of tomes i contact to the shop as well as your customer support but no one has help so please do needful so that i have faith in dell for any future purchase .

    sir/madam Iam satyendra kumar verma.I have purchased a Dell laptop inspiron 3542 core i3, ubuntu based. from ghaziabad on 27/12/2014. service tag number is.1JXJB12 Express service code is [protected] i was having issues with the Display of the laptop regarding which i have first made a complaint to dell on 21/01/0215. Then on wards for three weeks a lot of troubleshooting has done but the problem remains unresolved. following parts have been replaced during troubleshooting process: 1) MOTHERBOARD 2) LCD cables both left and right side. 3) DAUGHTER BOARD 4) Right hand side USB portion but the problem still remains unresolved as my system is still having problems. now they are asking for HARD DISK replacement also. but now am not interested in this product anymore. its highly unreliable. i am asking for the complete replacement of the product or THE DELL SHOULD REFUND MY MONEY. kindly suggest what should be done now. thanking you satyendra kumar verma ph [protected] email: satyendra.[protected]@gmail.com

      Bad News 4m Dell Company, Fed up from Dell Laptop Service, Waiting since last 4 months. Must Read, Like and Share it Plz Don't Buy any Dell Laptop, Company has not parts availability to repair its products Buy any other brand laptop never Dell, Its Second Time i am facing problem with dell laptop and have given to service center in Nov 2014 till now i didn't receive it. Company said that mother board is not available so you have to wait or if it doesn't then we will refund your money. But my laptop is wastage if product is not avalable

        I have purchased Dell Venue 8 32 GB Tablet with Wifi today. The Product description on the box and while purchasing the the product stated that the product has 1 year Brand Warranty. On receipt of the product, I first opened it and checked on the website of Dell to check if it has valid warranty. However, to my surprise the product warranty shown on the Dell's website shows that the warranty for this product is mostly expired expect for carry in service warranty which is said to be valid only upto April 7, 2015. I have the invoice date as on 6/2/2015. Still I can't understand why the warranty is being wrongly shown. My service tag no. is BXPMJY1. Awaiting quick reinstatement of warranty from dell.           I had a warranty for my dell laptop till Feb-10-2015. For some reason the Warranty information was wrongly updated in the Dell website. I had mailed a customer care support personal after a very short call and he had committed in getting back in 2 days. even after 1 week and 3 reminder mails, i have no response and the warranty status is not updated in the dell website. Due to expiring warranty i am not able to extend the warranty as well now.           I think i made a mistake by providing my mobile number. I got a fake call who gave all wrong details about the amount that needs to be paid for Warranty and insisted on making payment immediately without sending the order quote which is not how Dell usually responds. Please beware of such elements (Call came from a mobile number which was suspicious and when i asked for a email ID to send attest mail confirmation the person hung up the call

            I purchased a DELL LAPTOP on 21/10/2014 on my name (PAWAN KUMAR TIWARI) with Invoice No. PSI/1415/02721, from DELL EXCLUSIVE STORE in Lucknow, wherin I was told that if I pay an additional Rs 1499/-, I would get a Validation Code & PIN for encashing a e-GiftVoucher of Rs 3000/- from designated stores of Peter England/Allen Solly/US Polo/Titan upto 4 months. Accordingly I paid Rs 1499/- online & thereafter received a Validation Code No [protected] & a PIN on 3/11/2014 via SMS on my Mobile Number. It was stated that the said eGiftVoucher (eGV) can be downloaded & redeemed anytime within 4 months i.e from date 3/11/2014 I can encash it from the designated outlets(PETER ENGLAND, ALLEN SOLLY, TITAN etc) within 03/03/2015. Accordingly, now I planned to purchase apparels from PETER ENGLAND outlet in Lucknow, But surprisingly when I attempted to download the eGV, it doesn't happen. Further, when I contacted the Gift site i.e. http://www.giftbig.com & on their Customer care No. [protected], they stated that you should have downloaded the eGV immediately on receiving the Validation Code & PIN and we will not honour your eGV. It is submitted that NOWHERE it is written in Terms & Condition that the Customer should download the eGV immediately after receiving the Validation Code & PIN. Hence it is improper to disallow the download & redemption of eGV, until I am redeeming it within the stipulated 4 months. Hence it is requested that, since I have already paid Rs 1499/- for the eGiftVoucher, the eGV of Rs 3000/- for redemption in PETER ENGLAND showroom may be allowed to me immediately & sent to my Email : [protected]@gmail.com at the earliest please.                 I have purchased a Dell laptop on 15/10/14. With an offer that when I pay Rs.1499/- they will give me extra two year warranty and Rs.3000/- worth E-voucher. So I paid Rs. 1499/- on 20/10/14 and got a two year warranty and E-voucher with four company options. My order id is [protected]. One week before I tried to utilize the e-voucher (Jabong) but it shows that the card was expired and I am not aware of it. Actually the e-voucher has four months validity from 20/10/14. And I was totally disappointed with expiry date. Kindly activate the validation code and pin. Kindly do the needful

                  Dear Sir, I purchase new dell tab . Charger of same becomes faulty .I meet regular local service station after meet them they stated only charger is faulty .But they stated to keep tablet also for getting replace charger for booking purpose only .I am submitted my tablet and faulty charger with them .After 3-4 days I requested to them return the tablet .But they stated that they do not return same till than replace charger . As charger is faulty and tablet is not necessary to replace charger .They stated that keep tablet and charger both unless you accept faulty charger and tablet both . They return tablet & faulty charger . I request them for return replace charger but they denies for same with direction that to keep tablet another 4 days . THIS KIND slow and unnessary harresed by service center, pls provde solution for same .

                    Sir, I have purchased Dell i3, 4GB/500GB/DVDRw/15.6.display laptop SIN G5NX212 on 11.10.2014 at Agni Computers, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli Dt, , Tamilnadu.The laptop shows non genyine start on 24.01.2015 At once i give the laptop for service at the same place. They cleared. But when i start the laptop in my home the same problem also exists.So when i complaint to the same place they serviced on 26.01.15, but all the programmes are deleted.Within purchase of 4 months the laptop has several problems and it in service for half of the day. So i requuest you to take action against the dealer

                        Service Tag: 42LBTY1; Express Service Code: [protected]I I purchased my DELL XPS 12 from US through Amazon US on April 2014. Around Oct 2014 I started getting the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) with the message 'System Thread Exception not Handled'. The customer care personnel took my system on remote and installed and updated the drivers. Since the issue did not get resolved I was sent a USB for Windows re installation. Again the system was taken on remote access and the Windows was reinstalled. Since the re installation of Windows the touch screen has stopped working and the BSOD issue persisted. When I contacted the customer care I was told that maybe it is the screen issue and that DELL will arrange to get the screen replaced. An engineer visited and changed the screen, but the touch screen issue and the BSOD issue remained. This time after the replacement there was a new issue of camera not getting detected. In the meanwhile I was being told that since Amazon US has purchased the product from DELL on Nov 2013 my product is out of warranty. When I got it checked by authorised DELL service Centre, I was told that the HDI IC controller of the touch screen and the camera needs to be replaced, and the entire process will cost around INR 14000. The cause behind the BSOD is yet to be detected. The product is still under warranty. I started out with the BSOD issue, after numerous calls, expending energy and money, I am left with a defective touch screen and a defective camera and the original issue of BSOD nowhere near resolved.                             At the outset let me confess my perception about brand “DELL” was absolutely wrong. I perceived Dell is the best company to have a laptop from. I am having terrible experience with Dell retailer. Let me brief your about the reality which as a consumer of Dell I am facing at ground. I bought one laptop, Exp Service No. [protected] on 27thDecember 2014 from your retailer M/S Boss Computers Pvt. Ltd. (Add:- Sector 20 C, Chandigarh) and I was told I will get on Blue tooth speaker (which was part scheme) in next 10 days. Since the committed delivery date (6th Feb) I am continuously following your people to get it but all efforts went in vain. There was one person Mr.Arun Kohli who introduced himself as employee of Dell and insisted to buy the laptop from M/S Boss Computer (@ premium of INR 500/-) claiming being a direct employee from dell I should trust him and wait for 10 day to get speaker.In adjacent outlet I was getting the speaker on same day but I trusted this retailer and made the purchase from M/S Boss Computers Pvt. Ltd. (Invoice No. 5373). I am still waiting for the commitment to be fulfilled by Dell through its representative. When I call Mr. Arun Kohli to get the status of the delivery of the speaker, I was shocked to know he lied to me at the time of purchase he is not from Dell he is Dell Sales Affiliate. Secondly he lied that he and his team call me may a time for address verification (I have given my detailed address at the time of purchase) I did not get any call from them. Yesterday he committed someone will call me on 4th Feb Morning, but I did not receive any call. I want to know, who at Dell can help me to get the speaker and get me out of this.                               R/Sir, On the subject & Laptop cited above, I have purchased laptop from M/s Friends Telecome, Radaur on dated[protected]. After some time, this laptop started creating problem after two or three months, logined the complaint, repaired by you timely, but still it is creating problem, already complained, no response till date, So you are requested to please take this matter seriously and repair my laptop as soon as possible.                                 bought my Dell Inspiron 15 in August 2013. There was an offer going on where I got an "extended warranty for one year" where they said that I will have to pay for the replaced parts but not for the service for that extended warranty period. I took my dell for battery issues to the service center yesterday and those people tell me that my warranty expired in october 2014. How? If you cannot provide me with an extended warranty then don't even sell those stupid offers to me. My charger doesnt work my battery wont charge. I cant work on this laptop anymore. Dell provides the worst service ever.

                                    There is some picture tube problem in the DELL monitor bearing No.CN0638 cf 7426144M 2 VEL. Contacted your Bangalore Office and as per the advice of Mr. Suresh, the photo of the Monitorand other details are attached. The monitor is under warranty and I request you to kindly replace the present monitor.

                                      This is regarding the customer service provided by Yogesh was not appropriate how he did to my associate. I agree he was not carrying the receipt (information slip of my laptop) but he had his original Identity card which will be acceptable told by Javed. I understand this is your policy and I totally respect that as being in HR I also know the importance of security and policies but right message should be conveyed and the customer should be dealt in nice manner.

                                        Hi!

                                        I am writing to you from India on account of the manufacturing defect of my Dell Inspiron Laptop.

                                        I bought this system in 2013 and its warranty expired in 2014. Now i saw change in colour at the bottom of my display screen. In order to rectify i called the customer care centre in india and according to them, the display screen has gone and has to be replaced which would cost Rs. 7000/-( Rupees Seven thousand only).

                                        I feel this is a bad deal. Infact i am using a system from 2009 of Lenovo which is still going good as far as the hardware is concerned. I consider this defect purely as a case of of inferior parts and would like to raise this issue as a complaint which needs to be redressed at the earliest.

                                        I want either the display to be repaired or replaced and resolve this complaint or else i would be forced to approach suitable authorities for justice.
