This is to inform that service staff including Branch Manager at DELL Authorized Service Centre at I-32,
Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi-110024 denied to provide service as my laptop was out of warranty. The first question was asked whether the laptop was within the warranty period. When it was informed to the service staff who was in the service desk, to whom i reached after taking a coupon at the entrance and after waiting for my turn he said that with his experience he thinks there is a problem in the mother board and it needs to be changed. For precisely identifying the problem a charge of around Rs 1364 will be levied and if there is any problem in the Motherboard(even a small problem like changing of an IC or whatever) the whole Motherboard has to be replaced as there is no concept of repair in DELL and the Motherboard would cost Rs 13000.
When the staff was asked to go ahead and i was ready to pay the charge of Rs 1364(approx) for identifying the problem and also Rs 13000 for the Motherboard he resisted by saying that there is no Motherboard available in the centre and it will take a long time to make it available as there is no supply from DELL. When i insisted that i rely only on authorized service centre and is willing to leave my laptop with them by paying the required amount and collect it when it is mended this man went to inform the Branch Manager.
The Branch Manager came after some time and said why i am unnecessarily wasting time by insisting to get my laptop mended over there. He advised me to go to Nehru Place instead and get it mended by some local shop over there with a much lesser price. He also said that i have a very wrong impression that i will get something very new and a good motherboard in the authorized centre as all such replacements are done by refurbished material and not a brand new one. Even when i insisted that i am new in town and i dont know any such reliable shop and have taken pains to find out the authorized centre by travelling a long distance and is also willing to wait for as much time required to mend the laptop, the Branch Manager refused to provide me any service regarding my DELL Laptop. At last he said that he has got a mail from the top not to receive any out of warranty product as company is unable to supply adequate parts for service.
Helplessly i had to leave the service station. This incident happened on 10th January, 2015 in the afternoon. Till date my laptop could not be mended much to the loss of my research works and i ardently request the company authorities to help me in this regard.

    NO STATUS TILL NOW AND I AM GETTING AN EMAIL SIMPLY FROM INDIVIDUAL. I purchased Dell Inspiron 3148 only bcoz its a cute mode, however its a poor **** the worst product. I waited for 10 days to get the product shipped against order and now I have not used this product for 2 days and it is defective. NO POWER - tried to reach SNAP DEAL they are smart enough and they are not sharing any phone number. They send a reply gently to contact Dell. I called dell and waiting for a replacement and it will arrive only after 30 business days. RETAILERS, MANUFACTURERS & OWNERS THOUGHT THAT CUSTOMERS ARE DUMB AND CAN DO BUSINESS. STEPPING ON INDIVIDUALS WILL NEVER FETCH ANY GOOD.

        i bought my new dell inspiron 14z ultrabook on 14 oct 2013 soon i realized that the product is defective one then i register my complain at dell online and toll free no. they help me but from then the system has regular problems and at last in month of august they help me by changing the motherboard of system for some days the laptop work fine but after a week its hard disk show errors and now they are not helping me in right sense. now i am out of warranty and i can say i have to take some losses on my educational levels due to this irregularities.

Till today i have not received any 5% cash back in my account. Kindly refund 5% in my account.

            my name mounica... i brought a new laptop on last month i.e December from that month on wards so many problems, i have faced with my laptop no software is installed, what they had given to me only them i am using i.e mcafee, paint, my computer every week i am going to showroom, and they are modifying again again still no use two times windows are corrupted so we contacted technical support they said problem is in system only so i asked in showroom to replace my laptop, but they are saying we will repair it what i have to do ????no use with that laptop, is that every one facing this type of problem i don't now...but i am facing this problem only 1month has done, with so many problems

                I bought my dell Inspiron 14 Service Tag: 58KKB12 | Express Service Code: [protected]. I had the offer to avail 2 year extended warranty and gift voucher of RS 3000 at the convenience charge of Rs 1499. But due to giftbig site or other issue i could not pay the convenience charge .I called the customer care but i didnot get any help.

                  I am krishanu mondal. I bought a brand new dell laptop inspiron 3542, service tag no. 69b8912 from authorized dealer. The seller told me that it comes with preinstalled windows 8.1. Later i found the seller installed windows 8.1 32 bit original version and charged 4900 rupees additional for it. My laptop touch pad is not working since i purchased it. Now they are asking me for 5000 rs extra to install windows 8.1 64 bit version to fix my problem.

                    hi, my laptop used to recognise the windows partitions when i tried to install Linux earlier but i suddenly stopped recognise the partitions and showing the whole hard disk as free space.                         Sir, I bought Dell Inspiron 3537 laptop in march 2014. Since then I am facing many problems with my laptop. I am facing problems with its graphics 5 times since I bought it. Whenever I call to technical support they always tell me to reinstall it. Its lcd screen is also not working properly. Now its HDD also has been corrupted.                           I had purchased Dell Laptop Ins 3542 I5 (4th) vide invoice no.Dcpl/Del retail/14-15/3087 dated21.10.14. Voucher of Rs.3000/- was offered for redeemption along with warranty. I had paid Rs.1499/- on 29.11.14 and dealer informed me the offer will be valid for 3 months. Inspite of my try since payment I am unable to redeem my voucher worth Rs.3000/-. Yesterday, on 31.12.14 I also approached to dealer at Sarojani market in New Delhi but he failed to help me as he was unable to get the redeem button against my order. kindly arrange to get me redeem of my voucher of Rs.3000/- and warranty papers for which i have paid Dell Rs.1499/-. i am not Computer savy i have not been able to redeem hence please arrange to sent voucher at my postal address which is already with you.                               I purchased dell vostro laptop during diwali. To avail dell vostro diwali offer I made a payment of Rs 699 on[protected] to buy a 64 GB pen drive and a dell wireless mouse as mentioned during purchase. I have not received these items. When I call support center, They tell me that we have sent you courier 2 weeks back. When I ask them courier details, they say that we are sending you in 1 hour. But their 1 hour has not completed yet. I have made 7-8 call in last 10 days. Daily I get reply that we will send you details via email today only. But nothing yet. Such a behaviour is never expected from a company who has very strong reputation in market. If the courier part is really done, please send me the details and If not, send me my products which are ready with you (as told to me).

                                  Dear Sir, I had given my Dell Inspiron N5010 Laptop to your authorised service center at Near Nitin Compound, Thane for repair and paid Rs 1365 as service charge for Checking & Diagonising the problems. You authorised persons had indicated that the complete mother board needs to be changed and it will cost around Rs 13000/-. I had informed / questioned them that the mother board was changed 1 year back only by paying Rs 11000/- then why again the same needs to be changed & no convincing answers. I am surprised that your Dell Service Centre is hopeless and also Dell is illegally charging customers without doing any proper inspection and diagonisis, which is a clear case to close Dell Company. On my own after the above incident, observed / noted noted & realised that 8 beep sounds coming from laptop is related to LCD connection problem and connected the laptop with my TV using HDMI cable and found Laptop was working without any problem. Further, their was a problem of 6-7 key of keyboard not working and replaced the same buy online purchasing Keyboard for Rs 770/-. Further, I had called my Friend who is an expert in Laptop Service to check who had indicated that the LCD Screen cable was not connected. Now my laptop is working well from which I am sending this message In view of the above, I want Dell to pay me the following; 1) Rs. 1365 Refund for Flase Diagonisis 2) Compensation of Rs 50 Lakhs for my mental torchure and fighting against Dells team for taking me and many of similar customers for raid illlegally.                                     Hi, My name is Sudesh. This is to bring into your notice that I need your guidance/ help so that I can escalate a matter to Consumer Forum/ Court. I purchased a Laptop- Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series and has the description as NB Dell INSP 3542 4G 13 4/1TB/WIN8/Blue for INR35, 990.00 on 17th October' 2014. I paid the complete amount on the same day via my HDFC Credit Card. I also, registered myself on www.celebratedellse.com to get the extended security for the system for two years and INR3, 000.00 free- of- cost vouchers from different- different companies. I got the validation code; however, when I try to register it on http://dell.giftbig.com/convenience-charge.html, it shows me to enter the validation code. When I enter it, the website automatically routes me to http://dell.giftbig.com/ and is asking me to pay INR1, 500.00. Now, the concern is that I sent the email to the email id.- "GiftBig.com Support"<[protected]@giftbig.com> as mentioned when I purchased the laptop(if I will not get the desired results). The email was sent on 01st November' 2014; however, till this date, I have note yet received even a single acknowledgement. Please guide me through what needs to be done. I GET AN ISSUE ''disk read error occured, press ALT, CTRL, DEL to restart''. it is the issue for past several days. i called THE TECH SUPPORT AND SPEND HOURS many times ...DID ALL THE STEPS AND THE ISSUE STILL PERSISTS.
