    Sir, I bought Dell Inspiron 3537 laptop in march 2014. Since then I am facing many problems with my laptop. I am facing problems with its graphics 5 times since I bought it. Whenever I call to technical support they always tell me to reinstall it. Its lcd screen is also not working properly. Now its HDD also has been corrupted. Now they are telling that motherboard has to be changed. Sir I am very much disappointed with this problem. I want them to replace my product. They are telling that they will not replace my laptop. Sir there is a good will of Dell. I hope I will get a

      I had purchased Dell Laptop Ins 3542 I5 (4th) vide invoice no.Dcpl/Del retail/14-15/3087 dated21.10.14. Voucher of Rs.3000/- was offered for redeemption along with warranty. I had paid Rs.1499/- on 29.11.14 and dealer informed me the offer will be valid for 3 months. Inspite of my try since payment I am unable to redeem my voucher worth Rs.3000/-. Yesterday, on 31.12.14 I also approached to dealer at Sarojani market in New Delhi but he failed to help me as he was unable to get the redeem button against my order. kindly arrange to get me redeem of my voucher of Rs.3000/- and warranty papers for which i have paid Dell Rs.1499/-. i am not Computer savy i have not been able to redeem hence please arrange to sent voucher at my postal address which is already with you.         I have purchased an inspiron dell pc on 26/10/2014. My invoice no. is VC/14-15/3541 and service tag no. is GCXK622. I have paid Rs.1499 as convenience charges(my order ID is [protected]) for E-gift vouchers of Rs. 3000 and two years warranty extension. I have received E-gift vouchers of Rs. 3000 but I did not receive any confirmation regarding warranty extension of my dell pc.So please help me. Thanking you.

          I purchased dell vostro laptop during diwali. To avail dell vostro diwali offer I made a payment of Rs 699 on[protected] to buy a 64 GB pen drive and a dell wireless mouse as mentioned during purchase. I have not received these items. When I call support center, They tell me that we have sent you courier 2 weeks back. When I ask them courier details, they say that we are sending you in 1 hour. But their 1 hour has not completed yet. I have made 7-8 call in last 10 days. Daily I get reply that we will send you details via email today only. But nothing yet. Such a behaviour is never expected from a company who has very strong reputation in market. If the courier part is really done, please send me the details and If not, send me my products which are ready with you (as told to me).

          i recently buy dell vostro 3558 and avail the offer of canon printer . then i got the mail that my documents are verified and printer will deploy within 7-21 working days. but its more than a month they are not replying the mails nor answer calls . my service tag no. "BJM4F72".

            Dear sir, i used DELL 3521 I3/4GB/500/15.6/dos, D9R2QX1 Last two months i face trouble to my laptop, Compliants are given below 1. Switch on to laptop screen is crash after 20 seconds screen is normal & after 5 mints screen is crash, this type repeat to repeat 2. I DO ANY WORK IN LAPTOP SUDDENLY SYSTEM RESTATRT So plz consider my complaint & send service manager for rectif this complaint

              Dear Sir, I had given my Dell Inspiron N5010 Laptop to your authorised service center at Near Nitin Compound, Thane for repair and paid Rs 1365 as service charge for Checking & Diagonising the problems. You authorised persons had indicated that the complete mother board needs to be changed and it will cost around Rs 13000/-. I had informed / questioned them that the mother board was changed 1 year back only by paying Rs 11000/- then why again the same needs to be changed & no convincing answers. I am surprised that your Dell Service Centre is hopeless and also Dell is illegally charging customers without doing any proper inspection and diagonisis, which is a clear case to close Dell Company. On my own after the above incident, observed / noted noted & realised that 8 beep sounds coming from laptop is related to LCD connection problem and connected the laptop with my TV using HDMI cable and found Laptop was working without any problem. Further, their was a problem of 6-7 key of keyboard not working and replaced the same buy online purchasing Keyboard for Rs 770/-. Further, I had called my Friend who is an expert in Laptop Service to check who had indicated that the LCD Screen cable was not connected. Now my laptop is working well from which I am sending this message In view of the above, I want Dell to pay me the following; 1) Rs. 1365 Refund for Flase Diagonisis 2) Compensation of Rs 50 Lakhs for my mental torchure and fighting against Dells team for taking me and many of similar customers for raid illlegally.                 Hi, My name is Sudesh. This is to bring into your notice that I need your guidance/ help so that I can escalate a matter to Consumer Forum/ Court. I purchased a Laptop- Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series and has the description as NB Dell INSP 3542 4G 13 4/1TB/WIN8/Blue for INR35, 990.00 on 17th October' 2014. I paid the complete amount on the same day via my HDFC Credit Card. I also, registered myself on www.celebratedellse.com to get the extended security for the system for two years and INR3, 000.00 free- of- cost vouchers from different- different companies. I got the validation code; however, when I try to register it on http://dell.giftbig.com/convenience-charge.html, it shows me to enter the validation code. When I enter it, the website automatically routes me to http://dell.giftbig.com/ and is asking me to pay INR1, 500.00. Now, the concern is that I sent the email to the email id.- "GiftBig.com Support"<[protected]@giftbig.com> as mentioned when I purchased the laptop(if I will not get the desired results). The email was sent on 01st November' 2014; however, till this date, I have note yet received even a single acknowledgement. Please guide me through what needs to be done.                   HELO SIR, I AM SIVANANDAN MS. MY DELL VOSTRO IS UNDER WARRENTY. I GET AN ISSUE ''disk read error occured, press ALT, CTRL, DEL to restart''. it is the issue for past several days. i called THE TECH SUPPORT AND SPEND HOURS many times ...DID ALL THE STEPS AND THE ISSUE STILL PERSISTS. THE TECH WAS SAYING I CAN GET ONLY SUPPORT TO FIX THE ISSUE BY ASSISTING ME TO DO THE TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS. BUT MY PRODUCT IS IN WARRENTY.. THE ISSUE IS WITH THE HARD DISK. THE TECH WAS SAYING DELL DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE ISSUE. I HAVE THE RECORD, YOU ALSO HAVE, OF THAT PHONE CALL... NOW I WANT THE HARD DISK TO BE REPLACED AS IT IS UNDER WARRENTY..I DONT WANT TO GET ANY PHONE CALL FROM YOU..IF I DONT GET IT REPLACED BY GETTING THE CONFIRMATION FROM YOU within 24 hours THEN I WILL BE FORCED TO MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT...                       I purchased dell inspiron laptop in Aug, 2013. In the period of one year, the windows in the system corrupted 3 times and i am very much fed up of this. Now my laptop is not under the warranty period. I am not even able to operate anything in the laptop.

                          Hi, i have a Dell Venue 7 tablet, service tag is JVRMHZ1 and the case number is[protected] . recently i had issues with the tab and when i took it to service centre they said it needs to be replaced with new motherboard and battery and i handover the device on Nov 27th. Since Nov 27th it was almost 26days and still my device was not repaired when i checked with the team they said they dont have the parts availability upto Jan 2nd week.i need this tab asap based on my priorities. while speaking with customer care i am getting differnt answers . i wonder that whether i buyed Dell product or any local product and i was highly disappointed by dell support.                               My laptop screen is physically detached in the month of august.We have physically communicated via Dell Service center. They have not resolved and given us a toll free number to contact.After several tries to call they have requested us to mail them.After mailing no reply has come.Again we have called, they confirmed us that they will call or mail but did not.

                                  Hi Sir/Madam, I got a problem with my desktop service tag: F2R7T12, they are changed the motherboard two times, every time i said after replacing the motherboard get some burn smell i already told two times to technician and dell tech support team they said there is no problem . But after that same problem is repeating . Every day i am talking with tech support guys and they are taking remote session, i was wasted my time and money . i was paid 1000$ dollar’s to get some training from U.S people . Last 10 days i am not getting the training sessions due to desktop problem, they said they are not giving the training sessions again . Every day i was spend 4 to 6 hours to dell support team and technician, i was loss everything, still problem is pending … i purchased this desktop 90K Regards Shyam [protected]

                                      Hello Team, I called on +91 [protected] and got hold of a person named Anand @ the Dell store & Service center at Marathalli and it was a very bad experience as either the person was not trained on telephone etiquette's or not happy with his job as he sounded very rude. Either way i did not get my purpose resolved. All i wanted was to know the quote to get my laptop monitor replaced.
