Hi Sir/Madam, I got a problem with my desktop service tag: F2R7T12, they are changed the motherboard two times, every time i said after replacing the motherboard get some burn smell i already told two times to technician and dell tech support team they said there is no problem . But after that same problem is repeating . Every day i am talking with tech support guys and they are taking remote session, i was wasted my time and money . i was paid 1000$ dollar’s to get some training from U.S people . Last 10 days i am not getting the training sessions due to desktop problem, they said they are not giving the training sessions again . Every day i was spend 4 to 6 hours to dell support team and technician, i was loss everything, still problem is pending … i purchased this desktop 90K Regards Shyam [protected]

    I purchased dell vostro 3446 laptop during diwali. To avail dell vostro diwali offer I made a payment of Rs 699 on[protected] at 21:49:18 PM to buy a 64 gb pendrive and a dell wireless mouse as mentioned while purchase.The atom transaction id is 5550600 .The product has is delivered yet(date of complaint 18/12/2014).

      Hello Team, I called on +91 [protected] and got hold of a person named Anand @ the Dell store & Service center at Marathalli and it was a very bad experience as either the person was not trained on telephone etiquette's or not happy with his job as he sounded very rude. Either way i did not get my purpose resolved. All i wanted was to know the quote to get my laptop monitor replaced.           I purchased a Dell refurbished laptop in oct 2014. My internal speakers stopped working from past few days. When contacted Dell Customer service, i was told that the internal speakers were damaged and they cannot replace it under warranty since i used third party software in my laptop. They said i'm using a blacklisted software(VLC media player) in my laptop so they cannot replace the speakers. But my concern was they have never mentioned VLC media player as a blacklisted software anywhere in their website. They gave me a link showing that warranty will not be covered if we use any third party software. In that case, even Microsoft is a third party software and if any issue comes with Operating system will they tell the same. It is common that everybody will install a media player, how can everybody know the list of Blacklisted softwares DELL company have. I did not get any reply other than this from them. So decided to post it here.

            I am dell laptop user. I brought new laptop in june 2013 and as soon as warranty period of 1 year is over the battery is gone, not working any more. Dell people are blaming me that i m not using it properly if this was the case then why within 1 year laptop was working fine and as soon as warranty period is over the battery got damage. I stay in hostel many students in my hostel are using dell and had got lot of complaints compared to HP and any other brand.

              The brand new DELL Venue8 tablet with wifi + 3G, received on 4th November 2014, from compuindia.com [ so called on line Dell suppliers ] is not working .The Tablet is not switching on even it is fully charged. !!! Order details :Invoice date : 3rd November 2014, Invoice number :[protected] Order Date : 1st November 2014, Order Number :[protected], Product SKU: DV8A232iB3G It is shocking, how the new tablet has gone wrong in 1 month, though it is handled with great care !!! Is comupindia selling second hand Dell tablets? After noticing the problem I contacted the customer support group and gave my brand new tablet to Dell service center, JC Road Bangalore on 13/12/2014 for repair !!!. They asked me to collect the repaired tablet today (16/12/14) . I have gone to collect the tablet. They said, tablet was in observation and it worked for 1 day and failed to start again. They asked me to come 2 days later. What the hell is this ? Now I feel that it is a second hand tablet given by compuindia and fooling the customers. I have lost faith in Dell as well as compuindia online purchase. Please don't sell used tablets.

                I had registered a complaint with my Dell laptop and the problem was not resolved while I had the warranty. Now the Dell customer service is telling that i have to pay Rs.1400 for solving my laptop problem. They are telling that they closed my case already and so it wont come under warranty. But I am still having the same problem from the last 5 months

                      when i connect charger to laptop then this msg is display. " the AC power adapter type can not be determined. your system will operate slower and battery will not charge. this problem might be solved by; 1) ensure the plug is inserted completely for best system operation. 2) connect a dell 90 watt AC adapter or higher. i always insert plug properly but again same message display.

                        I ordered a Dell PC Inspiron 3647 on 7th December 2014 (PC literacy week). I exchanged my old computer and ordered the above mentioned product. The Dell exclusive store in Velachery, Chennai was the store who accepted my old PC for 2500 rupees. They told me that EMI conversion program was not working from Saturday 6th December and I can only swipe my credit card after EMI conversion can be readied. Hence I paid an amount of 4440 rupees to fix the order. From 6th to 13th, I'm calling daily to enquire about purchase, only to find the cashier/manager telling all the excuses like, they notified their ICICI bank to issue NOC (no objection certificate) and they will let me know when the EMI conversion is ready. I'm not sure how long I have to wait. Is this the common practice in Dell to treat a customer? I think it's a no shame to buy a product in EMI scheme. Is it? The manager/cashier's responses were very shabby.

                            In my warranty period I had visited dell andheri service center when my system was not starting and so the motherboard had to be replaced.But after a month again my system stopped working and after diagnosis in andheri service center only they told me its a motherboard issue.First they took Rs 1300 for diagnosis and now asking for Rs 13000 just to replace motherboard without giving me the old motherboard back.Plus they are unable to answer why it is happening so .Since my laptop is i7 core and 8gb ram how do I know that my laptop's original parts are intact.I have no trust in DELL now.PLease respond asap.

                              I URCHASED A DELL LAPTOP ONE AND A HALF MONTH AGO AND IT WAS FOUND TO DEFECTIVE. I SOMEHOW MANAGED TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I BOUGHT ANOTHER DELL LAPTOP AND IT WAS ALSO FOUND TO BE DEFETIVE. THE COMPANY FIRST TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND BUT WHEN ALL INTERNAL PARTS WERE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE THEY REPLACED IT. I GOT MY REPLACED DELL LAPTOP AFTER A MONTH AND IT AGAIN HAS SAME DEFAULT AS THE EARLIER ONE. CONSECUTIVELY I GOT THREE DELL DEFECTIVE LAPTOPS. THIS RESULTED IN GREAT LOSS OF MY STUDIES. SO NOW I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST DELL IN CONSUMER COURT AND WANT ALL COMPESTATIONS

                                When I purchased the laptop I paid for Windows 7 CD. The vendor informed that, I will be provided with a Windows 7 CD in courier. Even after 6 months I didn't get any courier, Now I have a OS problem. When I contacted the dealer, he is asking me to contact dell customer service and they are telling that they will never provide the Windows 7 CD. Then why we are paying our hard earned money for that? Now to resolve this problem, they will send a service engineer and I have to pay Rs.700 to Rs.800 approx also to fix the windows issue I have pay extra amount that service engineer is asking me to pay.

                                    We purchase the Dell Latitude 3440 pre-install windows laptop (service Tag No. 41QT712) from “Transtek Infoways Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi” vide Inv. No. TTEK\DEL\14-15\1456 on 29 Sept, 2014 with 3 year onsite warranty (warranty code is CAL003W72118S8IN9. I am attaching herewith the inv. Scan copy Inv RP Laptop.jpg for your kind reference. When We Call the Dell at the DELL customer support no.[protected], then Dell technical support executive attend the call and try to resolve the problem telephonically at-least 1 hrs. Then he told to remove the HDD from laptop and take backup and restore the laptop factory settings. I told him to arrange the visit of Dell engineer at my office to resolve this problem onsite, then he clearly denied to provide the onsite support and reply that we can not provide the online support for this laptop. Then I Restore the computer myself and after 2-3 days laptop suddenly automatically restart display the error message again.( Error message attached file: error.jpg) I want to say that if We purchase the Dell Laptop with Pre-install Windows with 3 years onsite accidental warranty then how can DELL denied to support onsite for Pre-install windows problem as well Hardware problem. I want to ask you that why the supplier give us the faulty laptop because this laptop not working properly from the day one, now if we complaint with the DELL to support and resolve this problem, the Dell also not support us and we are facing lots of problem. Now if DELL will not resolve this problem within 1-2 days then I will register case against Transtek & DELL India Pvt. Ltd. To supply the faulty laptop and not resolve the problem.                                     I think Dell Supply this laptop faulty and also not provide the online service after getting the on-site warranty amount. So if Dell is not provide you the service then please stop to purchase the DELL Products.

                                    I want to say that if We purchase the Dell Laptop with Pre-install Windows with 3 years on site accidental warranty then how can DELL denied to support on site for Pre-install windows problem as well Hardware problem. I want to ask you that why the supplier give us the faulty laptop because this laptop not working properly from the day one, now if we complaint with the DELL to support and resolve this problem, the Dell also not support us and we are facing lots of problem. Now if DELL will not resolve this problem within 1-2 days then I will register case against Transtek & DELL India Pvt. Ltd. To supply the faulty laptop and not resolve the problem. Waiting for your reply. Note: We are the 6 years old customer of DELL and We directly Deal with DELL.

                                    IF we purchase the DELL product from his business partner then why the DELL not providing us the service even not register the complaint CALL.

                                      My dell laptop speakers were giving distorted sound. I called to dell technical support. My laptop has the warranty till December 2015. But dell technician told me that because I have VLC player installed in my laptop so that's why my laptop speakers have gone bad. Dell technical person told that dell will not replace speaker under warranty because I have VLC player in my laptop. Even paying about 10, 000/- rupees for warranty already I agreed...

                                      I Purchased a New Laptop 2months back, I have problem blue screen issue from same day, I contacted the service centre in secunderabad, they checked and confirmed there was hard error, so suggested for replacement then I contacted vendor for replacement but they said, raise complaint in customer care they will replace the device, on next day I contacted and spoke to customer care, they I asked them to replace the device, but they checked and said that the problem was solved, but the issue was not solved I face the same blue screen errors regularly, recently on 04/12/14 again I contacted customer care again the they checked in online and confirmed there was issue in RAM and MOTHERBOARD, and they sent your service executive to replace the RAM, On 06/12/14 your service executive came and checked the device and he confirmed there also problem with HARDDISK also... Actually from Day one onwards when I Contacted the service centre in Secunderabad, the next day onwards I'm telling about this problem to all your people but your people is solving the problem and Now the Problem is in RAM, MOTHERBOARD and HARDDISK means Major Parts in system, almost Total Laptop is Problem, How could I accept to replace the parts in my system, this is my new system, I brought on Last week in September 2014, Kindly replace my Laptop with New One...
