My name is Mohammed Anees Qureshi, my complaint against one of Den Cable Operator Mr. Ranjit Cable has not given any bill since 10year, when we had taken knowledge from RTI for Telecom sector they Mailed a copy telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act. It's return on their Act to gave a bill to customer on 2012 is compulsory, and also I had given complaint to chirag nagar, ghatkopar mumbai police station on 8 Feb 2018,
After that Police provide a letter on 24 March 2018 that u should go to consumer forum or consumer court for your complaint.
I have also complaint to Entertainment officer, but till now I didn't get any resolution against this complaint.
After complaint all three of them, he had given me March Bill on April with extra amount of fifty rupees of a bill, he his having around five hundred customer I'm one of them who has get a cable bill of excess amount of fifty rupees. But unfortunately Bill was not properly maintained by the service provider bill its look like excel copy sheet.
I enclose all of my original complaint copy, Telecom RTI Letter, Police complaint copy and also a Rangit Cable Bill.
The service Provider is from Narayan Nagar near Home Guard, LBS marg Ghatkopar (West) Mumbai 400086.
So please i request you to see in my matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
