I had a den broadband connection which i disconnected in the month of december 2018 with tkt number 379485 after calling the customer service number and the modem was also picked up by the representative lalit. I have been receiving the calls for recharge since 27th december 2018 continuously however, i have explained the representatives that i have disconnected the services and it has all been sorted out. I have been harrased by this company because they are calling every day and it is a big inconvenience.

I am still receiving calls for recharge although i have complaint about the same 3 days before with the customer service again.

Kindly take this on priority or else i will file a case against it.

    Since saturday evening i am not getting any channels in my tv. There is a message flashed on screen saying "den logo and welcome to the world of digital entertainment symbol on screen", while i had paid the entire monthly payment regular. I raised the complaint[protected] with their support center on 06th morning and there has been no attempt to resolve this issue. Even after multiple calls and mails there has been no response or resolution of this. The local cable operator`s number is never reachable. Den has become a pathetic service now, even after sending mails to nodal officer there has been no support.

    Please look into this. I call to den customer care number again and again plz help me

      Last 26 Dec cable not working error on the screen please call customer services security problem 11 same day same time call to the cable operator but cable operator not pick my phone next day call to the customer care he and she told me set up box deactivate for what reason he and she told me pyamet regarding issues I told to the customer care executive mam or sir full payment clear to the cable operator every time customer is wrong and you are right tottaly tottaly poor service provide to the customers totally dissatisfied poor service finally head of the den adn not to call to the cable operator payment ho gayi customer den box deactivate bajey iskey ki app cable operator se conform kare every time customer is wrong poor zero quality totally tottaly dissatisfied not only one many customer are dissatisfied to the cable operator poor/wrost service

        My name is Mohammed Anees Qureshi, my complaint against one of Den Cable Operator Mr. Ranjit Cable has not given any bill since 10year, when we had taken knowledge from RTI for Telecom sector they Mailed a copy telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act. It's return on their Act to gave a bill to customer on 2012 is compulsory, and also I had given complaint to chirag nagar, ghatkopar mumbai police station on 8 Feb 2018,
        After that Police provide a letter on 24 March 2018 that u should go to consumer forum or consumer court for your complaint.
        I have also complaint to Entertainment officer, but till now I didn't get any resolution against this complaint.
        After complaint all three of them, he had given me March Bill on April with extra amount of fifty rupees of a bill, he his having around five hundred customer I'm one of them who has get a cable bill of excess amount of fifty rupees. But unfortunately Bill was not properly maintained by the service provider bill its look like excel copy sheet.
        I enclose all of my original complaint copy, Telecom RTI Letter, Police complaint copy and also a Rangit Cable Bill.
        The service Provider is from Narayan Nagar near Home Guard, LBS marg Ghatkopar (West) Mumbai 400086.

        So please i request you to see in my matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

I raised the complaint[protected] with their support center on 25th morning and there has been no attempt to resolve this issue. Even after multiple calls and mails there has been no response or resolution of this. The local cable operator`s number is never reachable. Den has become a pathetic service now, even after sending mails to nodal officer there has been no support.

          Please look into this. You are cheating the viewers after taking advance payment and not providing the channels.

            Dear sir/madam
            I bought an yearly subscription of den boomband 20mbps connection on 11th december 2018 in shalimar bagh, ac block, delhi, pin code 110088.
            Since installation the internet is either have connectivity issues or very poor internet speed..
            I have complained at least 10 times within 10 days of installation about this issue to the nodal officer of den networks as well as the concerned complaints representative mr arvind (Mobile number [protected]) and team leader mr praveen

            But the issue has not been resolved yet.

            I have paid rs 5500 for yearly subscription and on seeing the services of den network i don't want to continue with their sevices.

            I request you to please provide me with the refund of the complete paid amount asap and remove the internet from my place.

              Hi all,
              This is about the network issues which i am facing almost every 3rd day. Den networks has degraded its services so much now a days. Firstly the network is quite costly compared to other networks. Secondly we face network issue alot, i am using 50mbps plan and still i am unable to use my wifi some times and the speed too slow. Also, the staff is not very cooperative. They don't answer your calls and leave it like nothing happened. They are not doing their job properly. As you can see in the screenshot also, while typing this message i am not getting any wifi signals

              It's my sincere request to you all that please don't use den networks. It sucks

                Den broadband cutomer care guys are continually harassing to get rechanrge done calling upto 30 times per day. Even if i am disconnect there call they keep calling until phone is picked up.
                Its a mental harrassment because i can be in a meeting or in hospital it doesn't matter to them..
                Totally feedup of there service wven i have asked them to disconnect service which they don't.

                  Den broadband is a fraud company because 3 months salesman of den broadband has given me 3 months plan in offer of 4 months but after 3 months my connection is cut and when i am calling to customer care of den broadband then nobody is giving the proper response and not solving the problem even senior also of den broadband so they are very careless for their customers.

                    I took connection some few weeks ago. And a guy call ganesh came to install paraphernalia. I requested him to activate these two channels and he said that you l hv to pay extra. For that i readily agreed. After that my ordeal started. It has been around 3 weeks.. I hv been calling that guy at least 15/20 times. He never picked up my call. I called helpline number and i was told that service will activate in next 48 hours. Nothing happened. I again called up helpline number and they gave me other number on which no response. My card number is 82868621. I fed up with its service.. Never recommend to any one.. Absolutely disgusting and obnoxious. I m from mumbai, powai

                      Hi, we had den tv cable connection pas 10 months, and we deposited amount of 2000 rs, for which they had provided a cable connection with setup box on a monthly rental of 230rs. When i asked to disconnect, cable guy denied giving full deposit amount back!. They took 2000 rs at the time of installation. On aug-2017 asked to disconnect the cable and take the set top box, they denied. Den customer care people also not responding properly.

                        I am using den cable services from stn cable rudrapur. We have raise complaint over telephone number [protected] for cable network last eighteen days. We lot of time called to stn cable, and they are says to coming to next day. But his never next day come.

                        Really we are disappointed with their services. They are not take the seriously customers.

                        I wish I could have given them a negative rating ! Pathetic service I have ever had from any company is DEN ! It's just a fraud company & will close down very soon because of their service they give to their customers ! Local cable operator who's under DEN contract, all of sudden changed my package plan without any intimation ! I mean this is insane though I have paid for all the channels I have subscribed ! Then I made a call to that cable operator but he never answer's the call . then tried calling den support but DEN support team is useless ! They sound so confused when we ask them a query ! Anyways bottomline is
                        Guys, pls go for branded dth like Tata, dish, airtel etc, I'm going to switch soon as well ..
                        Please take serious action against this fraud den company

                          Hello all,

                          I am using den broadband services and since last three days, my internet is not working. Before recharging the pack their executives use to call each time and says to recharge it, but whats the point of recharging it again if its not gonna work and i have to use some other alternatives.

                          I also called their technical engineers and first they says they are coming and after that they just stopped responding my calls. Really disappointed with their services. They guys should take your customers seriously and make some better policies for your customers.

                            My name is arunachala prasad and i had raised a request for closure of my den boomband account, a_117454, more than 4 months ago and it is still not completed. The modem/router has been collected but the account hasn't been closed yet. I have made multiple requests and follow-ups regarding this but this hasn't yielded any results yet. I'm concerned that the connection would be misused as the address proof that i had provided during the new connection was also not given back to me and i was told that they had lost it.

                              I was using den network from last 2 yrs. Suddenly on 15 sep my connection was disconnected without any intimation and the local operators said that we will not provide connection in your society which is in gurgaon. And i have done a 8 months recharge from which 3 months are left. Local operator is saying call on customer care and customer care is saying we dont have any information. This den networks company is making fool of customers. Customer care is directly saying we will not refund. I want my refund back.

                                Whenever i out on my tv there is technical problem is show on my screen for this many of times i complaint to my operator but not respond so well and when then resolve my problem then pictures are not clear.                                   I have taken a broadband connection on 11/09/18 but as of i m very unsatisfied with your service team i am getting very throttle speed i was requested to your please resolve the particular problem but i didn't get any good response from your team side and unfortunately my i'd was suspended yesterday due to some issue and as of now i am completely unable to use internet i hope i was taken very wrong decision to get den connection

I pay for nagra box 900 rs and hd box 1600 rs and monthly charge jan to june 69 after june 75 rs per month when i purchased box my distributer says 3month subscription free but now he add all subscription charge and close my all boxes hear i submitted my payment sedul in documents. My subscriber is hassle to my services or you can call it den natwork services, mam can you help me in this case if you can i am very thankful to you,.

                                    It has been more then a month since i am facing problem of frequent disconnection, internet goes down for hours.
                                    Local technicians do not listen. When i register a complain they close it immediately after a few hours.

                                      I have been using cable tv from ccn network since last 5-7yrs

                                      But on 6th sep. They closed our connection and said ur connection fee not submitted with us. Tats why we are not give u until unless u pay.
                                      But according to me we have already paid (1 yrs subscription fee eg 2400/- rs) our fee to his worker who is looking after his cable network in our area.

                                      But now he saying he run away with ur money and he didnt give me ur subscription fee so i am unable to continue ur cable

                                      Sir plz tel me how can we responsible in it. When his employee is working for his co. And not submitted our amount. And more over he is working in his co. For last 10 years.

                                        20 times called customer care, 500 times local operator to resolve the problem.in 60 days daily no signals, how everyone will survive. But all are the same. Nothing done, mistake is mine that i paid full 12 months subscription, else they would had attended. Think 2 months connection but able to see only for 5 days
