My den cable operator (Shivam galaxy cable meerut) is neither accepting ala carte request (Request no.5192508) nor showing dd sports (A fta channel). He is insisting on buying his own packages. Not showing fta is against the trai ruling. Why not take action against this daylight robber?

    Dear team,

    I am reside in east delhi, west vinod nagar,, my address a-37, gali no-8, west vinod nagar delhi pin code-110092.
    Actually my near by den cable service centre, i am take a plan 420 rs, but cable not coming, cable staff telling 24 hours required for software updation and also today confirm your setoff box is not working, so please help because everyday not provided clear information. Because my calculation is per day paid 15 rs. How to manage. Please advise.

      My vc i'd no[protected]. My provider is not giving any choice for selecting package according to trai. My last package also selected by provider automatically. When i met to provider, they simply said that they are not giving option. This is against trai. I complaint before but not getting any rply. I want solution, and get back reply. We, customer have faith in consumerpuram. But if we neglected, then there is no necessity of having such type of organisation

        Since last three weeks undersigned had requested for customer requested packages and registered with den service provider vide ref. No 5187152 dtd 13/02/2018 and ref no. 5198328 dtd 18/02/2019, but without any response from den even after several followups at contact no. [protected] with mr sanjeev, mr deepak, rahul, ayush.
        I have also communicated with service provider m/s den (Personnel - mr abhijit) and den local cable operator m/s ssv cable in navi mumbai, maharashtra also paid advance payment of rs 360 on 12/02/2018 along with request form with channel list as per attachment, but same were not provided till date even after endless followup with both den and its local local operator.
        They don'"t have proper infrasturcture to serve the customers as per requirement.
        Undersigned also opted den online facilities for channels as per package list, but undersigned is unable to get any support from den team.

        Please confirm me the next course of action, since as per trai guidline the costomer has been denied the facilities as required.

          Why i can not choose or delete channels from my first 100 channel pack. My distributor is asking to have all fta channels only in my first 100 channels and asking to buy 25 more channels to add the paid once.

          On asking they reply that i have to compulsory buy both bst and dd pack in my first 100 channels. They say they can not do anything about it as software is not providing the support to delete some channels.

          And forcing me to buy a pack of rs. 307 or more.

              I selected the package of Rs 150 with star plus pack, sony pack, zee tv pack, discovery pack, kids turner pack and i requested to add single channel of color..
              According to the local cable operators i talked with Anju and she declined that single channel cant add and she talked with me in very atrocious manner and in a very abusive language..
              Then i talked with customer care number on 20th feb and they said single channel is allowed.. And they registered my complaint for there behaviour and for channel request with them..
              I called again to customer care number on 26th feb and they transferred my call in senior department with Mr Mohan and he again registered my complaint.. After no response today (24th feb) i called in customer care no. 5 times.. All the times they transferred my senior department and nobody answered my call in even on hold of 18mins.. All the times all the team did same thing with me.. And when i tried to talk them on my registered number so call is not connected all the times when i tried.. But when i tried from alternat number so call got connected..
              I don't know for whom i complaint first... For anju as she declined for single channel and her behavior... Or for CCE or for senior departments..
              I just wants to say gudbye to Den network please take your setup box now.. If team is not cooperating with me so why should I now?

                We have opted new channels as per the trai rules but all of these channels are not reflecting and we have already complaint it with the operator and everytime he said it will work and no positive response we get till now. He has already taken monthly fee for this month and how we can get our refund as we are not able to see all channels and when it will be corrected.

                  I am using Hathway digital TV network annual plan and it is not working since last twenty days. only FTA They have taken it for granted and not resolving the issue. Inspite of continuous followup no action has been taken..

                    I had selected channel package for my 2 tv sets online at dennetworks.com after making account on their site. The selections for two tv sets was acknowledted vide req no: den[protected] and req no: den[protected] respectively
                    As informed by message from den, had made payment of rs 219+ tax and rs 276 + tax (For 2 sets) to my lco m/s bcn suncity network pvt ltd for both the packages selected on 11/2/2019 total payment made to lco rs 584/- vide receipt no[protected]/8618 dtd 11/2/2019.

                    However, we are not receving the desired channels and the local operator insists that they will show packages only that they have designed. This is totally againt the trai's directve.

                    Moreso, when i checked my account online, to my surprise, the package plan has been changed automatically to the one defined by the lco. For both the tv accounts the site now shows a plan of rs 205/- which is north silver 205 plan defined and made by the den/lco

                    This is totally unacceptable and non complaince of trai's order.

                    The service provider has to correct this situation asap or face legal action.

                    I have made a complaint to den customer support vide complaint no 5210475 and am still awaiting any action

                    Myself Navin Kumar, residing at Sadhnagar, Palam Colony, and using cable service of DEN provided by Jyoti TV Network. Jyoti network and DEN both are unprofessionals and do not attain the customers complaints. My set top box is unserviceable since 08 days and they are just making me fool by false promises. Please look into the matter.

                      Hi all,

                      I bought the package of 502 and paid it to the cable operator beginning of this month. However today all the channels are blocked and when i asked the cable operator he said that it is blocked by the customer services team and the only package active right now is of 245, when asked about when will it be unblocked the cable operator said it will be unblocked in couple of hours so by 4:00 p. M. Today that is 24th february, but the channels are still blocked and i am unable to you watch any of the channels that i subscribed for. So i called to cable operator and asked what happened he said he cannot give any update on this and not to call him again.

                      I tried calling you customer care services toll free number but unable to connect and hence unable to log in complaint for the same. So i am login this complaint in written, please make sure that i am not search for something that i am not able to use so please enable all the channels as soon as possible pictures a part of 502 package. Also make sure that i am charged on pro rata basis as i will not be paying for something that i have not been able to use.

                          After changed framework in cable tv industry by trai, den has still forced me as it's consumer to take pack subscription of his choice and not of my choice.
                          Despite my repetitive complaints to den as my cable service provider i. E. 5178245, 5189597 filed 12 days back on non activation of my first ever plan request made online as per new trai regime, which was also shared by me with den lco, with nodal officer, source roy chaudhary, deepak dubey, den customercare, nodal office contact no.[protected] via endless calls/mails/sms and also despite already submitted online package request of mine available to den online on den web portal, i had also personally visited and gave lco in writing each detail of my plan including plan id, pack/individual channels, amount and else, where in my that visit, i asked him to start my chosen package of my choice and collect payment of my new chosen online package of my choice and then den lco outrightly refused to start my online plan request and refused to take payment of my first ever online plan as per changed regime.
                          My already shared plan details with den nodal officer, saurav roy chaudhary, deepak dubey, den wecare and den lco on various occasions & platforms are as under:

                          Help from this dictator den & from its incompetent employees at all levels of escalation matrix and collapsed den system and activate my above package without further delay and end this prolonged agony.

But lco does not follow the rules. They simply say to select their pack only. Initial pack also activated by them without any knowledge of me. So i want solution.

                              We have opted for Wifi service of DEN BROADBAND over AIRTEL as we heard that it was better than AIRTEL.

                              But we were very wrong.

                              Den wifi is pathetic.

                              Den wifi is most of times nt working.

                              Den Wi-Fi customer care dont care.

                              Den wifi is Worst wifi ever.

                              We have paid fr whole 1 year, but now we are sorry about it.

                              Pls answer to our grievances.

                                DEN Cable operator(Sunil Cable Vision) have created their own package and saying that you have to watch 100 FTA channel no matter what. They are not giving us the option to deselect the FTA channels and use combination of PAID and FTA channels. And we have to pay 20Rs extra for every 25 channels.
                                I have selected 64 channels from the bouquets offered and selected 10 FTA from the list and 26 DD compulsory channels. So 64+10+26=100 Channels (within 130Rs channel capacity).
                                But they are saying I have to pay 60Rs extra( buy 75 Channels extra capacity) for 64 channels.
                                So in this way, its 60Rs+GST additional amount is being looted by the DEN cable operator for every customer.

                                Nobody from customer care is responding. Following are the numbers,

                                  Old TV channels were disrupted since 10/02/2019 without any notice.Even after requested advance payment of Rs 360 by cable operator M/s SSV cable on 14/02/2019, they are unable to load the requested channels till date.Some channels they uploaded were not as per request hence distributor M/s DEN and cable opeartor M/s SSV cable were contacted several times, but inspite of registration of complains with M/s DEN (Ref 5187125 dtd 12/02/2019 and Ref 5198328 dtd 17/02/2019) they have failed to upload the requested channels.

                                  Since the channels are removed how they can charge full payment for Feb'2019 of Rs 360 without providing the services.
                                  Kindly review the matter and take suitable action.

                                  They were providing all channels earlier along with 50 HD channels with monthly charge of Rs 360, but they withdraw all paid channels and unable to revive since lat 10 days though they took advance money of Rs 360. for February, 2019.If they don't provide channels, they should refund money back. also as per TRAI they should revive all old channels till customer don't select proper package bu 31march'2019.

                                    Den service provider has fixed 100 fta channels as part of basic tier pack and not agreeing to deselect because of which even i[censored]ser selects 1 channel which they need it is being considered as ncf slab 1 by adding 20 rupees as additional charge.

                                    Whole idea of new trai regulation is to provide consumer the freedom to opt for channels which they need.

                                    Trai has clearly mentioned "consumer will have freedom to deselect any channel in basic service tier and add fta or pay channel of his choice. It is obvious that, if the consumer chooses a pay channel, the mrp charges will be in addition to the network capacity fee."
                                    On questioning this they have disconnected the service.

                                      This is a message as i am a den cable customer but my operator is activated my cable package as per his choice and asking monthly as per his choice. I have requested my choice of channels in his mobile app but they are not accepted and asking only renewal as per his choice. Please suggest me how can i view channel as per cable operators choice.

                                      They have 4 numbers listed, 2 email addresses and 1 whatsapp number but nobody is contactable on any of these. This is the 2nd time this has happened, the last one being around 2 weeks back.

                                        I am subscriber den through m/s national vision network, 117 mirpur cantt, kanpur. Broadcast of times now, mirror news channels discontinued since aug 18 and zee channels terminated since 1, 2, 2019 without notice. I m not in default.                                         DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        They have 4 numbers listed, 2 email addresses and 1 whatsapp number but nobody is contactable on any of these. This is the 2nd time this has happened, the last one being around 2 weeks back.
