My complaint is for den that from last 15 days zee network is completely shut down, when we have reached our cable operator (Us satellite cable line) for complaining as per them due to some payment issue of den with zee network, so zee channel will be not available but they charging full rental for zee package. My cable operator is not giving computerized bill with complete summary of my pacakage.
DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The message is you are not authorized.

The channel r 559 &568.

Please restore the service sos.

    Zee channels are not available since last 4 weeks.. I want to point out that any kind of dis-agreement between den n zee network was not informed before or even after the contract failed.. Unable to view zee channels from a very long time and repeated complaints didn't do any good...
    Don't trust den network anymore as it is totally not worth the charge per month.. Very irritated by bad service.. Please look into this matter otherwise den customers will decrease day by day.. Even i am also planning to change the den network and select another service provider..

    Our set top box was not given.so kindly provide us all zee channels.
    All Channels of Zee Network are not working on my cable...

    While talking to Den customer care, they said it is chargeable from February, but the connection is cut since last week of January without any prior notice.

      Zee channels are not visible since 2 weeks though i paid monthly and i am complaining this 2nd time.. Please look into this matter otherwise den customers will decrease day by day even i am also planning to change the den set top box and stop this service.. Very disappointed with this service as there is no such order to subscribe these zee channels though i am not receiving it

        We are paying some of Rs. 350 in that previously we are getting all channels. Now they stopped so many channels but the charges are same. Please look into this matter urgent basis. When we complaint to him he says company has stopped to transmit. Ok then make less money he is not making.

        Z channels are not being provided by the DEN cable operators.
        When asked, they say that they'll restore it in a week!!

          I have already called my area wifi provider many times but he didn't take any action. I have been facing problem from last month. Most of the time wifi not working and on testing it gives network communication problem and rest of the time it gives only 5-6 mbps speed although i have paid for 20mbps speed. I am so unsatisfied from this company's speed connection and services. I literally want my money back. I have paid for 8 months in advance. If this continues to happen i wont continue with den boom band wifi and warn other people also not to take this connection. I am so much disappointed and want prompt action.

            We have 20mbps unlimited plan, but never ever experienced a hassle free internet connection. It is always intermittent and low in strength.
            Numerous complaints have to be logged, which is total time wastage.
            Can't even get proper connection while being in the same room as the router.
            Need a permanent solution or tell me if i shd be changing the service or network as den is surely not able to provide basic services.

            I want to complain that almost all zee series channels like zee tv, zee cinema, etc and also &tv, &pictures channels are not working.
            So, please solve my problem .

              Hi,
              In reference to my complaint number tkt[protected], i want to point out that any kind of dis-agreement between den n zee network was not well informed before or even after the contract failed.               Yes, Den Networks has a very pathetic service.

              No use complaining to them.
              Its' better you publish their poor service in reputed newspapers both hindi and english so that people get to know of their wrongdoings.

              Also Its better you switch to some other DTH service provider like Airtel, TATA Sky or Dish TV.

                This is to inform you that i pay my den package charge early than i show my package channels. My most viewed channel is z news, whay den cable oparetor closed that channel with out eny permission with den customers. I already pay for that channel charges so please either provide the channel nitgher please refund my money and disconnect the den set top box.
                This is my 3rd time complaint for your den service, please do the need full any action.

                    Secondly i wan clarification on the subject that
                    1. How many applied in dec, 2017.
                    2. What was my number.
                    3. How many & how the quota is allotted and under which seniority list.
                    4. How many are left without static ip including me, and where my position stands.

                    With regards to to my request kindly refer my all mails sent to you but you were unable to provide STATIC IP.
                    As per your rules when should send mail. in my these mail which you consider to be genuine. You may kindly choose any one of them an provide me STATIC IP.
                    Secondly in connection with ANNUAL CHARGES will be be paid onspot to your representative without any delay starting the connection immediately.

                      I i have been using broadband connection in my garment shop. Where i have fixed cctv for security purpose for which static ip is needed to see from anywhere in my absence in shop for any falseplay. I approached to den boomband service provider but except once assurance none has contacted me.

                      You may kindly ask for my all emails to den boomband on the subject, so far nothing has been done.
                      Mr. Aasit kumar puri once asked me to send mail at end of dec, 2017 so i did. And also so many times contacted to customer care and lodged complaint but no body has contacted till today. This is really spoilling name of den boomband. It is really very disgraceful behaviour.

                        Den network is the worst broadband service provider as they take your money and then inform you it is not possible to establish connection in your area. I booked den broadband connection through robin (Sales person). Before booking i confirmed from him that whether they have internet facility available in my area. They informed me that already several connections of den are running in my area. Next day a person of technical team came and informed me that there setup is not available in my area so it is not possible to provide internet to my house. At time of taking money they promised me that my internet connection will be ready by next day, this is how they cheat customers. Now the sales person who came to my house is not even picking my call and my money is still not refunded.

                        Sir please talk to me becoz ur sales executive misbehave wid me otherwise i ll send his no. To police he send me abused pictures. I launched complaint regarding this my contact no. Is [protected]. He send me the sexual picture i dont know what did he want. I called so many times but he disconnect my call.

                        it is realy spoilling name of DEN BOOMBAND.
                        It is really disgrace on internet service provider.

                        I am waitting for few days for reply and not received the matter willbe takenup with higher officials and MINISTRY.

                          I am writing from north delhi malkaganj area, our local cable distribution is from ginni cable, we purchased and upgraded to hd cable in month of july which had 6 months free hd pack worth rs 1200 at that time, but our cable operator has asked for hd price after 4 months only, and when we refused to pay the additional amount for hd pack, they said they will discontinue our services immediately, please look into the matter and resolve asap. Thanks

                            Received a call from ms poonam (Mob no. [protected]) on 18th nov 2017. She requested to return router as den network was not used by me. At the same time she promised me that she will send cheque of rs 900 by 20th of nov, 2017. Your representative collected the router and issued receipt no.51588. Representative also ensured that cheque will be delivered. With in two days.
                            Sorry to say that continously ms poonam is being reminded of the payment but she is not making any firm reply over it.

                              I have lodged request for replacement of ordinary set box to digital set box with request no. Cvl[protected] on dated 26.10.2017. After that i have contacted on toll free number [protected] several times but still my request was not fulfilled. It is very sorry to say that such type of poor services effects this company's image very badly. Still no one have contacted me for fulfillment of my request.

                                Due to shifting from bareilly u. P. To moradabad u. P., i want n. O. C. Of my den set top box, for this on dt 31-10-17 i had requested to my local cable operator mr kamaljeet singh on dt 31-10-17 on his phone no [protected], but he has not answered to my request & cut my phone call. Then on dt 8-11-17 i went to office of above local cable operator m/s sidak cable networks, bareilly u. P. For obtaining no objection certificate of my den set top box sl no [protected], stb id - [protected] & smart card id[protected], but the above mentioned proprietor was not available in his office & his office incharge mr mushtaq asked me for work, then i demanded no objection certificate of my above mentioned set top box, then he had demanded ₹500/- from me to give it to me, while i had already paid ₹1500/- on dt 22-10-13 for obtaining new connection+set top box+wire +3 months subscription. Now at present i am not using this s. T. B. Since more than one year period. Regarding this i have also sended my complain to [protected]@denonline.in on dt 8-11-17 at 4:59pm & on dt 9-11-17 at 7:43 am & to [protected]@denonline.in on dt 10-11-17 at about 9 am, but all these officers have not resolved my complain as yet. Hence please resolve my complain at your earliest & order above mentioned proprietor mr kamaljeet singh to issue me the desired no objection certificate of my above mentioned set top box. Thanks.

                                On dr 11-11-17 at 8:24 am a phone call is received by me from phone no +91 [protected] on my registered mobile no [protected] for issue of no objection certificate to me regarding my online complain st 10-11-17 done to you. By this phone call the caller said to, he is calling from online complain cell of den networks ltd & order me to do online payment of ₹20/- for obtaining n. O. C. Of my den set top, for doing this online payment he asked me my bank's name, my debit card number & cvv no. I refused to to give this information to him, then he said if i will not give him these information then no objection certificate will not be given to me. Hence please enquire that who is this phone caller who demanded me illegal bank's debit card's number & cvv no on behalf of online complain cell of den networks ltd. I refused him to give these informations, then he said then i will not get the no objection certificate of my den set top box & cut his phone call. He spoke me on phone 6 minutes &12 seconds. Thanks.

                                  I am using cable since a long years but service provider is not good no coordination i stay at lodh heaven dombivli and employee name shaher is un attentive he nit pic the call and take the long to resolved complete we facing no network since 2 days but other from near me connection are working well
                                  Also since long he not provide a receipt of payment while asking on not provide he denine to provide by give any reson

                                  Few moth before he charge me double on payment we complaint on same then he took the original copy from us to chek record but since he not returning it back

                                  Person asked me to give me advanced payment for the month of November. He is very rude and non co operating. Earlier the same guy is accepting the amount for previous month.
                                  Pathetic team den cable in Gurgaon...no service for last one month!! The customer support team is exploiting the customers.. unprofessional cheats!!
                                  Despite request given in written for channels the same us still not done since last seven days!!

                                  No option but to remove as the team is unwilling to listen n resolve the complaint!! Cheats!!

                                    During cricket match between india & newzealand on 22nd oct 2017 dd national channel on den network is not visible. When i asked about this no satisfactory feedback given by the operator. Kindly resolve my complaint.
                                    However during monthly payout of cable fees no such information given to consumer. It is simly missleading to us. It happened during last cricket match between ind vs au's. Thanks

I have contacted the local cable operator "modern satellite" many times still they are not helping out. This problem often happens once a month. And the local cable operators are not co-operative. We request you to take speedy action and tell them to send the concerned person to correct the problem.
                                      DEN Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      People are haressed and tortured if they file a complaint against HDFC BANK. I had given a complaint yesterday mid-night. And I had received a threatening call regarding the same early morning at 6:25am.
                                      I have internet service as [protected], Internet is not working properly, even cant play any youtube video

                                        Sir i'm dharmesh sharma from jodhpur rajasthan. The cable operator is not providing me dish from more then a month. I had complain more then 8 time on [protected] number. But they only give satisfaction to solve the problem under 48 hours but do nothing. The cable operator in my area always ignore my call. His name is imran. I'm having the 'white box of den'. The box is not working from month, he never care about the customers problem. And he not even collect payment timely.
